Abstract

In the constantly evolving digital era, technology plays a pivotal and indispensable role for entities striving to maintain a presence in the market, especially banks. Banco Popular acknowledges this significance and aims to adapt through digital transformation. This proposal stems from an analysis of errors during an internship at the bank and seeks to integrate concepts of continuous improvement using the ITIL v4 model as a reference. ITIL v4 provides recommendations for organizing resources and achieving goals in a diverse technological environment. Ingeniero de Telecomunicaciones Pregrado
