Abstract

Starptautiskais bizness un ilgtspējīga ekonomika Vadība, administrēšana un nekustamo īpašumu pārvaldība International Business and Sustainable Economy Management, Administration and Real Estate Management Digitālās personāla atlases priekšrocība ir, ka tā palīdz personāla atlases speciālistam īsā laikā atrast daudz atbilstošu kandidātu. Uzņēmums SIA "Orkla Latvija" ir liels uzņēmums, kurā katru dienu notiek liels skaits dažādu darbplūsmu. Lai vel vairāk palielināt uzņēmuma produktivitāti , tam vajag digitalizēt tos procesus, kurus jau ir zināms un iespējams digitalizēt. Pētījuma mērķis ir, balstoties uz teorētiskajām atziņām par personāla atlases procesu un empīrisko datu analīzi, izpētīt un sagatavot personāla atlases digitalizācijas ieteikumus uzņēmumam SIA “Orkla Latvija”. Pētījumā izmantota monogrāfiskā metode, lai identificētu, apkopotu un analizētu teorētiskus datus un salīdzinoša metode, lai salīdzināt personāla atlases platformas. Informācijas iegūšanai par personāla atlases procesu ir izmantota darbinieku aptauja un klātienes intervijas ar personāla atlases komandu. Empīriskā pētījuma veikšanai ir veiktas strukturētas intervijas ar 5 ekspertiem. Balstoties uz pētījuma rezultātiem, var secināt, ka uzņēmumam SIA “Orkla Latvija” ir rekomendējama personāla atlases platformas ieviešana, jo tā var uzlabot personāla atlases procesu, palielinot personāla atlases produktivitāti, uzlabojot efektivitāti, ietaupot laiku, kā arī nodrošinot drošu kandidātu datu apstrādi un kvalificētāku kandidātu piesaisti. Personāla atlases platformas ir izstrādātas tā, lai nodrošinātu gan kandidātiem, gan personāla atlases komandai patīkamu atlases pieredzi. Uzņēmumam SIA "Orkla Latvija" ieteicams izmantot personīgo atlases platformu "Team Tailor". Šī platforma ir lokalizējama un ietver visas nepieciešamās personāla atlases funkcijas. Aptuvena cena par platformas izmantošanu ir 2521 EUR/gadā. Kā arī uzņēmumam jāievieš līgumu un dokumentu elektroniskā parakstīšana, taču uzņēmumam jāsaglabā elastīgums un jāpielāgojas situācijām. Šī jautājuma ierobežojumi var būt, pirmkārt, vecākās paaudzes cilvēki, kuriem ir grūtības ar elektronisko vidi, kā arī ārvalstu kandidāti, kuriem nav e-paraksta. Kā arī uzņēmumam jāglabā visi dokumenti elektroniski. Tas ir droši, jo dokumenti nepazūd, un videi draudzīgi, jo netiek tērēts nevajadzīgs papīrs. Pētījums sastāv no 52 lapaspusēm (neskaitot pielikumus), 6 attēliem, 6 tabulām un 3 pielikumiem. The necessity of digital recruitment is that it helps the recruiter to find many suitable candidates in a short time.. “Orkla Latvia” Ltd. is a large company with a large number of different workflows every day. In order to increase its productivity, the company needs to digitalise those processes that are already known how to be digitalised. The aim of the study is to investigate and make recommendations for the digitalisation of recruitment for “Orkla Latvia” Ltd. based on the theoretical knowledge of the recruitment process and the analysis of empirical data. The study uses a monographic method to identify, collect and analyse theoretical data and a comparative method to compare recruitment platforms. A staff survey and face-to-face interviews with the recruitment team are used to gather information on the recruitment process. Structured interviews with 5 experts have been carried out for the empirical study. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the implementation of a recruitment platform is recommended for “Orkla Latvia” Ltd, as it can improve the recruitment process by increasing recruitment productivity, improving efficiency, saving time, as well as ensuring secure processing of candidate data and attracting more qualified candidates. Recruitment platforms are designed to provide both candidates and the recruitment team with an enjoyable recruitment experience. For “Orkla Latvia” Ltd, it is recommended to use the personal recruitment platform “Team Tailor”. This platform is localisable and includes all the necessary recruitment functions. The approximate price for using the platform is EUR 2521 per year. The company should also implement electronic signing of contracts and documents, but remain flexible and adapt to situations. The limitations of this issue may be, first of all, the older generation who have difficulties with the electronic environment, as well as foreign candidates who do not have an e-signature. Also, the company must store all documents electronically. This is secure, as documents do not get lost, and environmentally friendly, as unnecessary paper is not wasted.
