Inteligencia artificial e inclusión laboral de personas con discapacidad

Abstract

La Inteligencia Artificial es actualmente uno de los mayores retos para el derecho laboral. Tras definir este concepto, se estudian algunas de sus consecuencias en el mundo laboral para la inclusión de las personas con discapacidad en el mundo del trabajo: selección de personal, seguimiento de trabajadores y robótica inclusiva. Si los algoritmos no tienen en cuenta la variable discapacidad, tanto en los datos que utilizan como en la definición de patrones, es muy probable que la Inteligencia Artificial pueda ser utilizada para discriminar a este colectivo. Por su parte, la Inteligencia Artificial puede llevar a la creación de máquinas o adaptaciones que puedan suplir las limitaciones de las personas con discapacidad. De este modo, también puede apoyar la inclusión de las personas con discapacidad en el mercado laboral.
