    Authors: Ujčič, Matej;

    Na trgu so vse večje potrebe po vgradnji hidravličnih vitlov na delovne stroje. V diplomskem delu smo oblikovali tri koncepte rešitev hidravličnega pogona vitla: pogon z radialnim batnim hidravličnim motorjem, pogon z orbitalnim hidravličnim motorjem v kombinaciji z vležajenim zobniškim vencem in aksialnim batnim motorjem v kombinaciji s planetnim reduktorjem. Za vsak koncept smo na trgu poiskali konkurenčne ponudnike, jih primerjali med seboj ter izbrali najbolj ustrezne. Z izbranimi komponentami smo za vsak koncept izdelali 3D model. Koncepte smo med seboj primerjali in izbrali najboljšega, ki smo ga v nadaljnje detajlno dimenzionirali. Izbrani koncept je zadostil projektnim zahtevam. There is a growing demand in the market to install hydraulic winches on working machines. In the thesis we have designed three concepts for hydraulic winch drive solutions: radial piston hydraulic motor drive, orbital hydraulic motor drive combined with slewing ring gear and axial piston motor combined with planetary gear. For each concept, we searched for competing suppliers in the market, compared them and selected the most suitable one. With the components selected, we created a 3D model for each concept. We compared the concepts and selected the best one, which we then sized in detail. The selected concept met the project requirements.

    The technology is the key enabler of the development. It stimulates different areas of organizations and changes the established business in terms of digital. The ecosystem of organizations intertwines with the basic cell of society through various layers of individuals, society, national and global layers. It provides a basis for survival and sustainability. The life of employees, organizations and the society in general is changing positively due to cultural, social and economic changes, influenced with digital technology. Integrating organizations into ecosystems is the way to complex connections that create opportunities for long-term integration and the power of organizations. Organizational sciences introduce new principles for sustainable development and connection of human and technology by focusing on innovative actions supporting diverse organizations and establishing ecosystems as business models. The 38th International Conference on Organizational Science Development in 2019 brings a new impetus to the perception of an individual as an essential member of organizations as well as the technology that promotes the development of various aspects of digital transformation. Digital-supported employees, digitally-enabled work and digital technology support create new trends in organizations, while returning to the essence of their operation – the ecosystem as a paradigm of networking and linking individuals and organizations. Tehnologija razvija in spodbuja različna področja delovanja organizacij ter spreminja ustaljene okvire poslovnega sveta v smislu digitalnega. Ekosistem organizacij se skozi različne plasti delovanja posameznika, družbe, nacionalnih in globalnih okvirov prepleta z osnovno celico družbe. Zagotavlja osnovo za preživetje in trajnost. Zaradi kulturnih, družbenih in ekonomskih sprememb, ki so med drugim tudi pod vplivom digitalnih tehnologij, je svet prešel v pozitivne spremembe življenja zaposlenih, organizacij in družbe nasploh. Povezovanje organizacij v ekosisteme pomeni pot do kompleksnih in neizogibnih povezav, ki ustvarjajo možnosti za dolgoročno povezovanje in moč organizacij. Z usmerjenostjo v inoviranje delovanja s podporo različnih organizacij in ustvarjanjem ekosistemov kot poslovnih modelov, organizacijske vede vnašajo nove principe delovanja v smeri trajnostnega razvoja in neposredne povezljivosti tehnologije s človekom. 38. mednarodna konferenca o razvoju organizacijskih znanosti v letu 2019 prinaša nov zagon na področju tako dojemanja posameznika kot bistvenega člena organizacij kot tehnologije, ki spodbuja razvoj različnih vidikov povezanih z digitalnimi spremembami. Digitalno podprti zaposleni, digitalno podprto delo in digitalna podpora tehnologije ustvarja nove trende organizacij, ki pa se vedno znova vračajo v bit svojega delovanja – ekosistem kot paradigmo mreženja in povezovanja posameznikov in organizacij.

    Authors: STARIČ, ALEŠ;

    Cilj diplomskega dela je izdelava mrežnega merilnika temperature in vlage, ki nam ponuja vpogled v omenjeni veličini na neki oddaljeni lokaciji. Želeli smo, da je prikaz mogoč z različnimi napravami, zato smo uporabili moderne prosto dostopne odprtokodne programske rešitve, ki ponujajo te storitve. Implementirali smo sistem, ki s preprostimi metodami preko mikrokrmilnika z omogočenim mrežnim dostopom pošilja podatke na spletno stran, kjer so obdelani in prikazani v preteklem in realnem času. V uvodnem poglavju smo se spoznali z različnimi vrstami naprav za nadzor temperature in vlažnosti, ki zbirajo podatke za upravljanje s klimatskimi pogoji v prostorih. Ugotovili smo, da tržišče nudi široko izbiro sistemov, ki so prilagojeni različnim vrstam uporabe. Poleg preprostih sistemov smo omenili tudi tehnološko naprednejše, ki podpirajo mrežno komunikacijo in uporabniku s pomočjo internetnih protokolov omogočajo vpogled in nadzor preko oddaljene lokacije. Na koncu poglavja smo navedli še nekaj pomembnih značilnosti interneta stvari ter različne načine implementacije ethernet podsistemov. V osrednjem poglavju so predstavljene strojne in programske rešitve za realizacijo našega sistema. Opisali smo odprtokodni standard za prenos podatkov JSON ter omejitve in storitve, ki nam jih ponuja arhitekturni stil REST. Dodan je še opis rešitve za prikaz in delovanje sistema na mobilnih napravah. Na koncu sledi še podroben opis poteka implementacije programske opreme. Predstavljeni in razčlenjeni so segmenti programske kode, ki skrbijo za logiko, prenos in prikaz podatkov. Priloženi so sheme in diagrami, ki grafično ponazorijo način delovanja sistema. for this purpose, we used modern, freely accessible, open-source software solutions which provide such services. Using simple methods, we implemented the system that sends data to a website via microcontroller with network access, where such data are processed and displayed in the past- and real-time. In the introductory chapter, we learned about various types of devices to control temperature and humidity, collecting data to manage climate conditions indoors. We found out that a wide range of systems, tailored to different usages, is available on the market. In addition to simple systems, we also mentioned more advanced ones that support network communications, and enable users to observe and control the data via a remote location with internet protocols. At the end of the chapter, we described certain important features of the Internet of things, and various ways to implement Ethernet subsystems. The main chapter deals with hardware and software solutions for the realisation of our system. We described the open-source standard to transfer data JSON, as well as limitations and services provided by the architectural style REST. A description of the solution for the functioning and display of the system on mobile devices is also added. At the end, a detailed description of software implementation is provided. We also presented and analysed source code segments, responsible for logic, transfer and display of data. The diploma includes also schemes and graphs, illustrating how the system works. The subject of this diploma is a network temperature and humidity sensor, enabling us to observe the quantities concerned at a remote location. We aimed at data to be displayed via various devices

    Authors: Krajnc, Urška;

    Cloud computing has been the foundation of all important regulations and the continuous development of information technology (hereinafter IT) within the industry since the very beginning of the digital transformation. Over the past two decades, it has helped in growth, profitability and solutions, resulting in good business products and highly efficient services, thus it will certainly remain one of the most wanted technologies in the future. In today's regularly changing business climate and the current crisis cloud computing presents a great opportunity. Now is the time for the organizations to discover their capabilities, as well as flexibility provided by cloud computing, and hereby try to discover new ways of working and performing business in the future. In the diploma work, we focused on the significance of digital transformation and cloud computing for companies. We listed the benefits and opportunities that such development provides us with. We presented the basic definitions of cloud computing which have to be understood for further comparisons, and explored different models that tell us where our information is located and who manages it. In the second part, we have presented and compared two of the most popular solutions-G Suite and Microsoft 365- which are also being focused on throughout this entire diploma project. Računalništvo v oblaku je temelj vseh pomembnih predpisov in nenehnega razvoja informacijskih tehnologij (v nadaljevanju IT) industrije že od samega začetka digitalne transformacije. V zadnjih dveh desetletjih pomaga pri rasti, dobičkonosnosti in rešitvah, rezultat pa so dobri poslovni izdelki in visoko učinkovite storitve, zato bo še naprej ena izmed najbolj iskanih tehnologij v prihodnosti. V današnjem spreminjajočem se poslovnem ozračju in trenutni krizi nam računalništvo v oblaku predstavlja veliko priložnost. Zdaj je čas, da organizacije odkrijejo zmogljivosti in prilagodljivosti, ki jih omogoča računalništvo v oblaku in s tem delajo na odkrivanju novih načinov dela in poslovanja. V diplomskem delu smo se osredotočili na pomen digitalne transformacije in računalništva v oblaku za podjetja. Navedli smo prednosti in priložnosti, ki jih ta razvoj prinaša. Predstavili smo osnovne pojme računalništva v oblaku, ki jih je treba za nadaljnje primerjave razumeti in raziskali različne modele, ki nam povedo, kje se naše informacije nahajajo in kdo upravlja z njimi. V drugem delu predstavimo in primerjamo dve najbolj popularnih rešitvi: G Suite in Microsoft 365, ki sta tudi glavni poudarek tega diplomskega projekta.

    Authors: Burger, Aljoša;

    Modern industrial robots are often used for manipulation of various objects. For a system to work, however, the robot needs information from its environment. An often used approach for collecting and processing of data in such systems is computer vision. In the thesis, a system was designed for recognition of the general shape, height, and position of an object, moving on a conveyor belt, with the use of an RGBD camera. The presented theory explains how 2D and depth images collected with stereo vision are formed as well as the fundamentals of the Robot Operating System (ROS). The software is developed within a ROS workspace. The software is tested in a simulated enviroment based on Gazebo and in real life using an Intel D435 RGBD camera. A comparison is made between the results from the simulated and recorded data. It is evident that the depth information is susceptible to errors from incorrect camera placement and other negative impacts from the environment. Meanwhile, the largest issue when processing 2D data is the ratio between the camera resolution and the size of the region of interest. In the end further work and system optimisation is proposed. Sodobni industrijski roboti so pogosto uporabljeni za manipulacijo različnih objektov. Za uspešno delovanje pa potrebujejo informacije iz okolice. En od pristopov za zbiranje podatkov in njihovo procesiranje v takem sistem je računalniški vid. V diplomskem delu je zasnovan sistem za prepoznavanje oblike, velikosti in pozicije objekta, ki se premika po tekočem traku, s pomočjo globinske kamere. Predstavljena je teorija zapisa 2D slike, globinske slike, pridobljene s pomočjo stereo vida, ter osnovna predstavitev programskega ogrodja ROS. Razvito je programje, ki je povezano v delovnem okolju ROS. Programska oprema deluje v simulatorju Gazebo ter v realnem okolju s pomočjo Intel D435 globinske kamere. Narejena je primerjava med rezultati v simuliranem in realnem okolju, kjer se vidi pomanjkljivost globinskih podatkov če kamera ni pravilno postavljena glede na delovno območje, in če vplivi okolice niso pravilno upoštevani. Največja težava za procesiranje dvodimenzionalnih podatkov pa je razmerje med ločljivostjo kamere ter območjem interesa. Na koncu so podani še napotki za nadaljnje delo.

    Authors: Zrimšek, Dominik;

    Digitalization of well logging data is a time consuming process and it is required to be familiar with the geology of local area, geophysics and theory of well logging data that were measured in the boreholes. Primary task of master thesis is a transformation of analog well logging data into digital well logging data. Well logging measurements that were digitized are: caliper, density log, neutron log, microlog, laterolog, gama log, self potencial log, long and short normal induction log. Digitalization of well logging data was performed in three different computer programms. First program that was used is Get Data Graph Digitizer. With the following program you can determine the values of well logging data. These values are then arranged in computer programme Excel. With the Excel files finished or arranged, the digitalization can begin in Strater programme. Well logging data is interpreted in the mentioned programme, because the programme is easy to manage. The features of boreholes, well logging data and the geology of individual borehole are displayed in Strater. Layers vary from each borehole to borehole because of the various combinations of layers and that can effect on the measurements of each well logging data. Well logging data were acquired in the Coal mine Velenje from seven exploration boreholes. In the master thesis, 50 different analog well logs were digitized. Results of the digitilization is demonstrated in the programme Strater. Digitalizacija karotažnih diagramov je dolgotrajen proces, pri katerem je treba poznati geologijo območja in karotažne meritve, ki so se opravljale na vrtinah. Naloga magistrskega dela je pretvorba analognih podatkov karotažnih meritev v digitalno obliko ali drugače, izvesti je treba digitalizacijo karotažnih diagramov. Karotažne meritve, ki smo jih podigitalizirali so: kaliper, gostotna in nevtronska karotaža, mikrolog, laterolog, gama karotaža, lastni potencial ter dolga in kratka normalna upornostna karotaža. Digitalizacija karotažnih diagramov se izvaja v treh programih. V prvem, Get Data Graph Digitizer, se določijo vrednosti posameznih karotažnih diagramov, te se nato uredijo v programu Excel. Podigitalizirane karotažne diagrame smo zatem interpretirali v programu Strater. V tem programu smo lažje določili in interpretirali lastnosti posameznih geoloških plasti in njihovo lego v sloju na pridobivalnem prostoru Premogovnika Velenje. Glede na literaturo se pojavljajo nekatere razlike, saj se sloji pojavljajo v kombinacijah in zaradi tega nastanejo neskladnosti v primerjavi z literaturo. Podatke smo pridobili iz sedmih raziskovalnih vrtin, na katerih so se izvajale karotažne meritve. V nalogi smo podigitalizirali približno 50 analognih karotažnih diagramov. Rezultati digitalizacije karotažnih diagramov so predstavljeni po posameznih vrtinah v programu Strater.

    Authors: STARIČ, ALEŠ;

    Authors: Krajnc, Urška;

    Authors: Burger, Aljoša;

    Authors: Zrimšek, Dominik;
