    Broj pametnih uređaja svake godine sve više raste. Od pojave Interneta stvari pametni uređaji se mogu međusobno povezati, te se između njih mogu prikupljati i dijeliti podaci. Kako bi se pojednostavilo korištenje pametnih uređaja, te se također uštedilo vrijeme i novac, koristi se automatizacija. Razvojem platformi za pametni dom sve se više pametnih uređaja može upariti pomoću kojih se implementira automatizacija. Studijskim primjerom prikazana je automatizacija pametnog doma pomoću platforme Home Assistant. Pomoću platforme integrirani su virtualni pametni uređaji te je automatizacija implementirana pomoću četiri alata za automatizaciju. Alati korišteni u studijskom slučaju su: Home Assistant, Node-RED, AppDaemon i IFTTT. Svaki alat nudi različit način automatizacije te je prikazana jasna razlika u korištenju svakog od alata. Prikaz automatiziranog pametnog doma s virtualnim pametnim uređajima implementiran je u programskom jeziku Java gdje se za prikaz korisničkog grafičkog sučelja koristi API JavaFX. Za slanje poruka o stanju uređaja korišten je protokol MQTT. The number of smart devices is growing every year. Since the advent of the Internet of Things, smart devices can be connected to each other and data can be collected and shared between them. Automation is used to simplify the use of smart devices and also to save time and money. With the development of smart home platforms, more and more smart devices can be connected together to implement automation. A case study shows smart home automation using the Home Assistant platform. The platform integrates virtual smart devices and automation is implemented using four automation tools. The tools used in the study case are: Home Assistant, Node- RED, AppDaemon and IFTTT. Each tool offers a different way of automation and there is a clear difference in the use of each tool. The automated smart home with virtual smart devices is implemented in the Java programming language and the JavaFX API is used to display the graphical user interface. The MQTT protocol was used to send device status messages.

    Numerous studies have been dealing with the polyphenolic composition of grapes and wine, mostly due to the influence of individual polyphenols on the sensory properties of wine and their beneficial effect on human health. Due to climate change, which is becoming more frequent, we are increasingly facing the problem of phenolic ripeness of grapes. Therefore, the aim of the study was to determine the influence of inactive yeasts on the ripening of Plavina grapes and phenolic maturity. At the beginning of the veraison, a part of the grapes was treated with inactive yeasts (Lalvigne mature), and as a control variant, Plavina grapes were used, which were not treated. Basic physicochemical analysis and analysis of aromatic and polyphenolic composition were performed in grape samples. A significant difference was observed in the concentrations of petunidin-3-O-glucoside and peonidin-3-O-glucoside as well as kemferol-3-O-rutinoside and procyanidin B1 in the treated grapes while the total acidity was more pronounced in the control treatment. In the aromatic profile, treated grapes had higher content of monoterpenes, while sesquiterpenes were more present in the control treatment. Given the production characteristics of the Plavina variety such as thin skin, susceptibility to disease, compact grapes and large berries with less possibility of dry matter accumulation, which most often produce lighter, weaker colored wines, less rich in polyphenols, the applied technology indicates the possibility of improvement qualitative properties of the Plavina variety and thus of the wine. Polifenolni sastav grožđa i vina predmet je brojnih istraživanja, ponajviše zbog utjecaja pojedinačnih polifenola na senzorna svojstva vina te njihovog blagotvornog učinka na ljudsko zdravlje. Zbog klimatskih promjena koje postaju učestalije sve više se susrećemo s problemom fenolne zrelosti grožđa. Stoga je cilj istraživanje bio utvrditi utjecaj inaktivnih kvasaca na dozrijevanje grožđa Plavine te postizanje optimalne fenolne zrelosti. Na početku fenofaze šare dio grožđa tretiran je inaktivnim kvascima (Lalvigne mature), a kao kontrolna varijanta poslužilo je grožđe sorte Plavina na kojoj nije proveden tretman. U uzorcima grožđa provedena je osnovna fizikalno-kemijska analiza te analiza aromatskog i polifenolonog sastava. Značajna razlika uočena je u koncentracijama petunidin-3-O-glukozida i peonidin-3-O-glukozida kao i kemferol-3-O-rutinozida te procijanidina B1 kod tretiranog grožđa dok je ukupna kiselost bila izraženija u kontrolnom tretmanu. U aromatskom profilu tretirano grožđe izdvojilo se većim sadržajem monoterpena dok su seskviterpeni bili zastupljeniji u kontrolnom tretmanu. S obzirom na proizvodna svojstva sorte Plavina kao što su tanka kožica, osjetljivost na bolesti, zbijen grozd i velike bobice s manjom mogućnosti nakupljanja suhe tvari, od kojih se najčešće proizvedu laganija, slabija obojena vina, manje bogata polifenolima, primijenjena tehnologija ukazuje na mogućnost unaprjeđenja kvalitativnih svojstava sorte Plavina a time i vina.     This project shows the features of Windows 10 IoT Core operating system, but the project task also includes remote control of the system so it was necessary to delve deeper into Azure services. The project includes sending and receiving data on the device through Azure IoT Hub, filtering data through Stream Analytics Job, visualizing data using Power BI and controlling the device remotely using a web app written in Python using Flask framework. Most competences have been acquired using Microsoft documentations and various program examples on the Internet. As result of my work, I have delivered a program that is running on the device, web application that can be run locally or on a server, and an explanation on how to deploy the system so the applications and devices can work in the way that was described. U radu je prikazan kako radi operacijski sustav Windows 10 IoT Core, a kako bi projektni zadatak koji uključuje i udaljeno kontroliranje sustava, trebalo se puno pažnje obratiti i na Azure usluge. Projekt uključuje slanje i primanje podataka na uređaj preko Azure IoT Huba, filtriranje podataka kroz Stream Analytics Job, prikazivanje podataka koristeći Power BI te kontroliranje uređaja uz pomoć web aplikacije napisana u Pythonu koristeći Flask radni okvir. Većina znanja se prikupilo iz Microsoftove dokumentacije i raznih programskih primjera na Internetu. Kao rezultat rada isporučen je program koji se pokreće na uređaju, web aplikacija koja se pokreće lokalno ili na poslužitelju te objašnjenje kako postaviti sustav kako bi aplikacije i uređaji mogli raditi na način kako su opisani.

    International trade has always been present in human history. A significant share in political, social and economic terms occurred in the last few centuries. The assumption of international trade for peaceful exchange between nations is in the appropriate level of geopolitical peace and stability. General Agreement on Tariffs and Trade (GATT) was a multilateral agreement which regulated international trade. GATT defined the general framework of trade that has survived for 50 years before deciding to form the World Trade Organization (WTO). On the other hand, the WTO is an international organization that regulates international trade with clearly defined goals, principles, structure and sources of financing. The importance of the WTO is providing transparent mutual agreement between members, decision-making and improving rules aimed at liberalization and the opening of global trade. Arrangements are taking place through the supreme body, i.e. the Ministerial Conference. To this day, many positive decisions and declarations were made, but in the last 10 years the theme of the discussion has focused increasingly towards agriculture, which is specifically regulated under the WTO (Agreement on Agriculture). Croatia is a member of the WTO, and negotiations over membership lasted nearly seven years. As a member, Croatia participated in the Ministerial Conference in 2001 in Doha for the first time, which launched a new round of multilateral trade negotiations. Foreign trade policy in Croatia is largely determined by its membership in the World Trade Organization (WTO) and European Union (EU). Međunarodna trgovina je oduvijek bila prisutna u ljudskoj povijesti. Značajniji udio u političkom, društvenom i gospodarskom smislu u dogodio se u posljednjih nekoliko stoljeća. Pretpostavka međunarodne trgovine za mirnom razmjenom i odvijanjem između nacija je u odgovarajućoj razini geopolitičkog mira i stabilnosti. Opći sporazum o carinama i trgovini (GATT) bio je multilateralni sporazum koji je regulirao međunarodnu trgovinu. GATT-om je definiran opći okvir trgovinske razmjene koji je opstao 50 godina prije odluke formiranja Svjetske trgovinske organizacije (WTO). S druge strane, WTO je međunarodna organizacija koja regulira međunarodnu trgovinu s jasno određenom ciljevima, načelima, strukturom i izvorima financiranja. Značaj WTO-a je u mogučnosti međusobnog transparentnog dogovora između zemalja članica, donošenju odluka i unapređenjenju pravila s ciljem liberalizacije i otvorenja globalne trgovine. Dogovori se odvijaju kroz najviše tijelo, odnosno Ministarske konferencije. Do sada je donešeno mnogo pozitivnih odluka i deklaracija, a u posljednjih 10 godina fokus rasprava je usmjeren sve više i prema poljoprivredi koja je posebno uređena u sklopu WTO (Sporazum o poljoprivredi). RH je članica WTO, a pregovori oko pristupa članstvu trajali su gotovo 7 godina. Kao članica, prvi put je sudjelovala na Ministarskoj konferenciji 2001. godine u Dohi kojom je pokrenuta nova runda multilateralnih trgovinskih pregovora. Vanjskotrgovinska politika RH u najvećoj mjeri određena je njezinim članstvom u Svjetskoj trgovinskoj organizaciji (WTO) i Europskoj uniji (EU).

    The paper presents the methods and ways of machine and deep machine learning and its implementation in agriculture and environmental protection. The first part of the paper describes how machine learning can be supervised or unsupervised. Neural networks that are the brain of deep machine learning algorithms are also described. The second part of the paper describes the application of machine learning in agriculture as it affects the preservation of the environment. It is said that without 5G integration, precision agriculture would not even exist. Modern cameras that detect diseases and weeds are described. Drones are listed that have the role of filming and treating land from the air and even for transporting cargo. Technology and robots used in more developed parts of the world are mentioned. These robots are still in the development phase and on a good way to break into the world market of modern agricultural technologies. U radu su prikazane metode te načini strojnog i dubokog strojnog učenja i njegova implementacija u poljoprivredi i zaštiti okoliša. U prvom dijelu rada opisano je kako strojno učenje može biti nadzirano ili nenadzirano. Također se opisuju neuronske mreže koje su mozak algoritama dubokog strojnog učenja. U drugom dijelu rada opisana je primjena strojnog učenja u poljoprivredi te kako ona utječe na očuvanje okoliša. Govori se kako bez 5G integracije precizna poljoprivreda zapravo ne bi ni postojala. Opisane su suvremene kamere koje otkrivaju bolesti i korove. Navedeni su bespilotni zrakoplovi koji imaju ulogu snimanja i tretiranja zemljišta iz zraka pa čak i za prijevoz tereta. Spomenuta je tehnologija i roboti koji se koriste u razvijenijim dijelovima svijeta. Navedeni roboti još su u fazi razvijanja i na dobrom su putu za probijanje na svjetsko tržište poljoprivredne suvremene tehnologije

    Results from three years monitoring (2014 – 2016) of mycotoxin patulin occurrence in apple juice were obtained by Croatian Food Agency (HAH) and summarized in this scientific opinion. In total there were 122 samples which contained 5 samples (4,1 %) above maximum permitted levels and 26 samples (21,3 %) in which patulin was quantified at average concentrations: 6,61, 8,57 and 10,54 μg/kg (depending on scenarios used for dealing with left-censored data). Data on consumption of apple juices were obtained from National food consumption survey in Republic of Croatia which determined an average consumption of 66 g/day (0,88 g/kg b.w./day). For the purposes of dietary exposure assessment of consumers to patulin, the “Improrisk” (a model built in MS Excel) was used. Calculations obtained from “Improrisk” showed that no consumer exceeded the toxicological limit, i.e. established Provisional maximum tolerable daily intake, PMTDI for patulin of 0,4 μg/kg b.w. Worst case scenario, which uses “Scenario 3” (all values reported as below limit of quantification were replaced by their respective limit of quantification) and exposure at 95th percentile, estimated exposure of 0,025 μg/kg b.w., which is 16 times lower than PMTDI for patulin. Therefore, it was concluded that risk from patulin was negligible. Croatian Food Agency, based on its records of monitoring results published “Code of practice for the prevention and reduction of patulin contamination in apple juice and apple juice ingredients in other beverages”. This code of practice is for all stakeholders, but mainly for manufacturers as an education tool about measures which can be taken during manufacture, processing and storage of apples and apple products.     This paper describes an algorithm for finding the shortest path that will visit all seedlings with zero or as little overlap using the Python programming language. In addition to the algorithm, the paper describes and shows the simulation created using ROS2, Gazebo simulator and RViz2. Kontinentalni dio Hrvatske posjeduje brojne prirodne i kulturne ljepote na kojima temelji razvoj ruralnog turizma. Tradicija, autentičnost, interakcija s lokalnim stanovništvom glavni su razlozi zbog kojih se turisti odlučuju na odmor u ruralnim područjima. Rural tourism is a form of selective tourism, developed in the rural area, and within it several different types of rural tourism, which depend on activities a specific rural area possesses, develop. Thus, we can differentiate agrotourism as a separate form of tourism, which bases its offer on agriculture, wine, gastronomy, hunting, fishing and many others. The continental part of Croatia has numerous natural and cultural beauties on which it bases the development of its rural tourism. Uz pomoć digitalizacije hotelskih procesa hotel sada može komunicirati s gostom na različitim dodirnim točkama tijekom boravka u svako doba. Uz pomoć napredne tehnologije gosti mogu dobiti odgovor na bilo koje pitanje i to 0/24, 365 dana u godini. Glavna potreba današnjeg gosta je biti zadovoljan uslugama koje hotel pruža. Proces rezervacije mora se izvršiti brzinom svjetlosti, treba biti jasan i jednostavan, doslovno u pokretu. Novi digitalni alati sa svojim impresivnim mogućnostima savršen su pomagač za postizanje ciljeva u hotelijerstvu, a to su zadovoljenje potreba gosta, stjecanje lojalnosti i profita. Novi alati osiguravaju lakoću rezervacije zahvaljujući umjetnoj inteligenciji putem koje se hotelsko osoblje zamjenjuje ''digitalnim osobljem'', a na taj se način sprječava čekanje u redovima kod prijave, odjave, plaćanja i ostalih usluga. Razvoj digitalizacije konačno je dosegnuo razinu na kojoj se uistinu može postići isplativost i održivost hotelske industrije. In recent years, the way hotel services are consumed has changed uncertainly. Due to the development of customer expectations, innovative technology and high competition, hotels are forced to provide a completely unique and personalized experience through new digital technology and mobile devices through a personalized hotel application. With the help of digitization of hotel processes, the hotel can now communicate with the guest at various points of contact during the stay at any time. With the help of advanced technology, guests can get an answer to any question, 0/24, 365 days a year. The main need of today's guest is to be satisfied with the services provided by the hotel. The booking process must be done at the speed of light and it should be simple and unique. New digital tools with their impressive capabilities are the perfect helper to achieve goals in the hospitality industry, which are to meet the needs of the guest, gaining loyalty and profit. The new tools ensure ease of booking thanks to artificial intelligence, which replaces hotel staff with "digital staff", thus preventing queues for check-in, check-out, payment and other services. The development of digitalization has finally reached a level where the profitability and sustainability of the hotel industry can truly be achieved.

    The City of Prelog, which consists of eight settlements - the town of Prelog and the rural settlements of Cirkovljan, Čehovec, Čukovec, Draškovec, Oporovec, Hemuševec and Otok, is located in the area of Donje Međimurje. The connections between the city and its surroundings were investigated by analyzing the processes and phenomena in the area of the City of Prelog. The research area was also extended to the area of the local action group Mura-Drava, of which the City of Prelog is an integral part. The research of the connection between the city and its surroundings is largely based on interviews presented with various actors from the entire local action group Mura-Drava, on projects implemented by the City of Prelog, but also the local action group Mura-Drava. Considering that the City of Prelog belongs to the category of small towns, the parameters of determining the size of such towns in Croatia were studied with reference to some other European countries such as Czech Republic and Romania. Grad Prelog, u čijem je sastavu osam naselja – gradsko naselje Prelog te ruralna naselja Cirkovljan, Čehovec, Čukovec, Draškovec, Oporovec, Hemuševec i Otok, smješten je na prostoru Donjeg Međimurja. Analizom procesa i pojava na prostoru Grada Preloga istražene su veze između grada i okolice. Prostor istraživanja je proširen i na prostor lokalne akcijske grupe Mura-Drava čiji je Grad Prelog sastavni dio. Istraživanje veza između grada i okolice u velikoj je mjeri bazirano i na intervjuima koji su provedeni sa raznim akterima s područja čitavog LAG-a te na projektima koje provodi Grad Prelog, ali i LAG Mura-Drava. S obzirom da Grad Prelog spada u kategoriju malih gradova proučeni su parametri određivanja veličine takvih gradova u Hrvatskoj s osvrtom na neke druge europske države poput Češke i Rumunjske.

    Broj pametnih uređaja svake godine sve više raste. Od pojave Interneta stvari pametni uređaji se mogu međusobno povezati, te se između njih mogu prikupljati i dijeliti podaci. Kako bi se pojednostavilo korištenje pametnih uređaja, te se također uštedilo vrijeme i novac, koristi se automatizacija. Razvojem platformi za pametni dom sve se više pametnih uređaja može upariti pomoću kojih se implementira automatizacija. Studijskim primjerom prikazana je automatizacija pametnog doma pomoću platforme Home Assistant. Pomoću platforme integrirani su virtualni pametni uređaji te je automatizacija implementirana pomoću četiri alata za automatizaciju. Alati korišteni u studijskom slučaju su: Home Assistant, Node-RED, AppDaemon i IFTTT. Svaki alat nudi različit način automatizacije te je prikazana jasna razlika u korištenju svakog od alata. Prikaz automatiziranog pametnog doma s virtualnim pametnim uređajima implementiran je u programskom jeziku Java gdje se za prikaz korisničkog grafičkog sučelja koristi API JavaFX. Za slanje poruka o stanju uređaja korišten je protokol MQTT. The number of smart devices is growing every year. Since the advent of the Internet of Things, smart devices can be connected to each other and data can be collected and shared between them. Automation is used to simplify the use of smart devices and also to save time and money. With the development of smart home platforms, more and more smart devices can be connected together to implement automation. A case study shows smart home automation using the Home Assistant platform. The platform integrates virtual smart devices and automation is implemented using four automation tools. The tools used in the study case are: Home Assistant, Node- RED, AppDaemon and IFTTT. Each tool offers a different way of automation and there is a clear difference in the use of each tool. The automated smart home with virtual smart devices is implemented in the Java programming language and the JavaFX API is used to display the graphical user interface. The MQTT protocol was used to send device status messages.

    Numerous studies have been dealing with the polyphenolic composition of grapes and wine, mostly due to the influence of individual polyphenols on the sensory properties of wine and their beneficial effect on human health. Due to climate change, which is becoming more frequent, we are increasingly facing the problem of phenolic ripeness of grapes. Therefore, the aim of the study was to determine the influence of inactive yeasts on the ripening of Plavina grapes and phenolic maturity. At the beginning of the veraison, a part of the grapes was treated with inactive yeasts (Lalvigne mature), and as a control variant, Plavina grapes were used, which were not treated. Basic physicochemical analysis and analysis of aromatic and polyphenolic composition were performed in grape samples. A significant difference was observed in the concentrations of petunidin-3-O-glucoside and peonidin-3-O-glucoside as well as kemferol-3-O-rutinoside and procyanidin B1 in the treated grapes while the total acidity was more pronounced in the control treatment. In the aromatic profile, treated grapes had higher content of monoterpenes, while sesquiterpenes were more present in the control treatment. Given the production characteristics of the Plavina variety such as thin skin, susceptibility to disease, compact grapes and large berries with less possibility of dry matter accumulation, which most often produce lighter, weaker colored wines, less rich in polyphenols, the applied technology indicates the possibility of improvement qualitative properties of the Plavina variety and thus of the wine. Polifenolni sastav grožđa i vina predmet je brojnih istraživanja, ponajviše zbog utjecaja pojedinačnih polifenola na senzorna svojstva vina te njihovog blagotvornog učinka na ljudsko zdravlje. Zbog klimatskih promjena koje postaju učestalije sve više se susrećemo s problemom fenolne zrelosti grožđa. Stoga je cilj istraživanje bio utvrditi utjecaj inaktivnih kvasaca na dozrijevanje grožđa Plavine te postizanje optimalne fenolne zrelosti. Na početku fenofaze šare dio grožđa tretiran je inaktivnim kvascima (Lalvigne mature), a kao kontrolna varijanta poslužilo je grožđe sorte Plavina na kojoj nije proveden tretman. U uzorcima grožđa provedena je osnovna fizikalno-kemijska analiza te analiza aromatskog i polifenolonog sastava. Značajna razlika uočena je u koncentracijama petunidin-3-O-glukozida i peonidin-3-O-glukozida kao i kemferol-3-O-rutinozida te procijanidina B1 kod tretiranog grožđa dok je ukupna kiselost bila izraženija u kontrolnom tretmanu. U aromatskom profilu tretirano grožđe izdvojilo se većim sadržajem monoterpena dok su seskviterpeni bili zastupljeniji u kontrolnom tretmanu. S obzirom na proizvodna svojstva sorte Plavina kao što su tanka kožica, osjetljivost na bolesti, zbijen grozd i velike bobice s manjom mogućnosti nakupljanja suhe tvari, od kojih se najčešće proizvedu laganija, slabija obojena vina, manje bogata polifenolima, primijenjena tehnologija ukazuje na mogućnost unaprjeđenja kvalitativnih svojstava sorte Plavina a time i vina.     This project shows the features of Windows 10 IoT Core operating system, but the project task also includes remote control of the system so it was necessary to delve deeper into Azure services. The project includes sending and receiving data on the device through Azure IoT Hub, filtering data through Stream Analytics Job, visualizing data using Power BI and controlling the device remotely using a web app written in Python using Flask framework. Most competences have been acquired using Microsoft documentations and various program examples on the Internet. As result of my work, I have delivered a program that is running on the device, web application that can be run locally or on a server, and an explanation on how to deploy the system so the applications and devices can work in the way that was described. U radu je prikazan kako radi operacijski sustav Windows 10 IoT Core, a kako bi projektni zadatak koji uključuje i udaljeno kontroliranje sustava, trebalo se puno pažnje obratiti i na Azure usluge. Projekt uključuje slanje i primanje podataka na uređaj preko Azure IoT Huba, filtriranje podataka kroz Stream Analytics Job, prikazivanje podataka koristeći Power BI te kontroliranje uređaja uz pomoć web aplikacije napisana u Pythonu koristeći Flask radni okvir. Većina znanja se prikupilo iz Microsoftove dokumentacije i raznih programskih primjera na Internetu. Kao rezultat rada isporučen je program koji se pokreće na uređaju, web aplikacija koja se pokreće lokalno ili na poslužitelju te objašnjenje kako postaviti sustav kako bi aplikacije i uređaji mogli raditi na način kako su opisani.

    International trade has always been present in human history. A significant share in political, social and economic terms occurred in the last few centuries. The assumption of international trade for peaceful exchange between nations is in the appropriate level of geopolitical peace and stability. General Agreement on Tariffs and Trade (GATT) was a multilateral agreement which regulated international trade. GATT defined the general framework of trade that has survived for 50 years before deciding to form the World Trade Organization (WTO). On the other hand, the WTO is an international organization that regulates international trade with clearly defined goals, principles, structure and sources of financing. The importance of the WTO is providing transparent mutual agreement between members, decision-making and improving rules aimed at liberalization and the opening of global trade. Arrangements are taking place through the supreme body, i.e. the Ministerial Conference. To this day, many positive decisions and declarations were made, but in the last 10 years the theme of the discussion has focused increasingly towards agriculture, which is specifically regulated under the WTO (Agreement on Agriculture). Croatia is a member of the WTO, and negotiations over membership lasted nearly seven years. As a member, Croatia participated in the Ministerial Conference in 2001 in Doha for the first time, which launched a new round of multilateral trade negotiations. Foreign trade policy in Croatia is largely determined by its membership in the World Trade Organization (WTO) and European Union (EU). Međunarodna trgovina je oduvijek bila prisutna u ljudskoj povijesti. Značajniji udio u političkom, društvenom i gospodarskom smislu u dogodio se u posljednjih nekoliko stoljeća. Pretpostavka međunarodne trgovine za mirnom razmjenom i odvijanjem između nacija je u odgovarajućoj razini geopolitičkog mira i stabilnosti. Opći sporazum o carinama i trgovini (GATT) bio je multilateralni sporazum koji je regulirao međunarodnu trgovinu. GATT-om je definiran opći okvir trgovinske razmjene koji je opstao 50 godina prije odluke formiranja Svjetske trgovinske organizacije (WTO). S druge strane, WTO je međunarodna organizacija koja regulira međunarodnu trgovinu s jasno određenom ciljevima, načelima, strukturom i izvorima financiranja. Značaj WTO-a je u mogučnosti međusobnog transparentnog dogovora između zemalja članica, donošenju odluka i unapređenjenju pravila s ciljem liberalizacije i otvorenja globalne trgovine. Dogovori se odvijaju kroz najviše tijelo, odnosno Ministarske konferencije. Do sada je donešeno mnogo pozitivnih odluka i deklaracija, a u posljednjih 10 godina fokus rasprava je usmjeren sve više i prema poljoprivredi koja je posebno uređena u sklopu WTO (Sporazum o poljoprivredi). RH je članica WTO, a pregovori oko pristupa članstvu trajali su gotovo 7 godina. Kao članica, prvi put je sudjelovala na Ministarskoj konferenciji 2001. godine u Dohi kojom je pokrenuta nova runda multilateralnih trgovinskih pregovora. Vanjskotrgovinska politika RH u najvećoj mjeri određena je njezinim članstvom u Svjetskoj trgovinskoj organizaciji (WTO) i Europskoj uniji (EU).

    The paper presents the methods and ways of machine and deep machine learning and its implementation in agriculture and environmental protection. The first part of the paper describes how machine learning can be supervised or unsupervised. Neural networks that are the brain of deep machine learning algorithms are also described. The second part of the paper describes the application of machine learning in agriculture as it affects the preservation of the environment. It is said that without 5G integration, precision agriculture would not even exist. Modern cameras that detect diseases and weeds are described. Drones are listed that have the role of filming and treating land from the air and even for transporting cargo. Technology and robots used in more developed parts of the world are mentioned. These robots are still in the development phase and on a good way to break into the world market of modern agricultural technologies. U radu su prikazane metode te načini strojnog i dubokog strojnog učenja i njegova implementacija u poljoprivredi i zaštiti okoliša. U prvom dijelu rada opisano je kako strojno učenje može biti nadzirano ili nenadzirano. Također se opisuju neuronske mreže koje su mozak algoritama dubokog strojnog učenja. U drugom dijelu rada opisana je primjena strojnog učenja u poljoprivredi te kako ona utječe na očuvanje okoliša. Govori se kako bez 5G integracije precizna poljoprivreda zapravo ne bi ni postojala. Opisane su suvremene kamere koje otkrivaju bolesti i korove. Navedeni su bespilotni zrakoplovi koji imaju ulogu snimanja i tretiranja zemljišta iz zraka pa čak i za prijevoz tereta.     Results from three years monitoring (2014 – 2016) of mycotoxin patulin occurrence in apple juice were obtained by Croatian Food Agency (HAH) and summarized in this scientific opinion. In total there were 122 samples which contained 5 samples (4,1 %) above maximum permitted levels and 26 samples (21,3 %) in which patulin was quantified at average concentrations: 6,61, 8,57 and 10,54 μg/kg (depending on scenarios used for dealing with left-censored data). Data on consumption of apple juices were obtained from National food consumption survey in Republic of Croatia which determined an average consumption of 66 g/day (0,88 g/kg b.w./day). For the purposes of dietary exposure assessment of consumers to patulin, the “Improrisk” (a model built in MS Excel) was used. Calculations obtained from “Improrisk” showed that no consumer exceeded the toxicological limit, i.e. established Provisional maximum tolerable daily intake, PMTDI for patulin of 0,4 μg/kg b.w. Worst case scenario, which uses “Scenario 3” (all values reported as below limit of quantification were replaced by their respective limit of quantification) and exposure at 95th percentile, estimated exposure of 0,025 μg/kg b.w., which is 16 times lower than PMTDI for patulin. Therefore, it was concluded that risk from patulin was negligible. Croatian Food Agency, based on its records of monitoring results published “Code of practice for the prevention and reduction of patulin contamination in apple juice and apple juice ingredients in other beverages”. This code of practice is for all stakeholders, but mainly for manufacturers as an education tool about measures which can be taken during manufacture, processing and storage of apples and apple products.     Ruralni je turizam oblik selektivnog turizma koji se razvija na ruralnom području te se unutar njega razvija nekoliko različitih vrsta ruralnog turizma koja ovise o aktivnostima koje određeno ruralno mjesto posjeduje. Na temelju toga razlikujemo: agroturizam kao zaseban oblik turizma koji ponudu temelji na poljoprivredi, vinski, gastronomski, lovni, ribolovni te mnoge druge vrste turizma. Kontinentalni dio Hrvatske posjeduje brojne prirodne i kulturne ljepote na kojima temelji razvoj ruralnog turizma. Tradicija, autentičnost, interakcija s lokalnim stanovništvom glavni su razlozi zbog kojih se turisti odlučuju na odmor u ruralnim područjima. Rural tourism is a form of selective tourism, developed in the rural area, and within it several different types of rural tourism, which depend on activities a specific rural area possesses, develop. Thus, we can differentiate agrotourism as a separate form of tourism, which bases its offer on agriculture, wine, gastronomy, hunting, fishing and many others. The continental part of Croatia has numerous natural and cultural beauties on which it bases the development of its rural tourism. Traditions, authenticity, and interaction with the local people are the main reasons why tourists decide to spend their vacation in rural areas

    Tijekom posljednjih godina neizmjerno se promijenio način na koji se konzumiraju hotelske usluge. Zbog razvijanja očekivanja kupaca, inovativne tehnologije i velike konkurencije hoteli su prisiljeni pružiti potpuno jedinstveno i personalizirano iskustvo putem nove digitalne tehnologije i putem mobilnih uređaja kroz personaliziranu hotelsku aplikaciju. Uz pomoć digitalizacije hotelskih procesa hotel sada može komunicirati s gostom na različitim dodirnim točkama tijekom boravka u svako doba. Uz pomoć napredne tehnologije gosti mogu dobiti odgovor na bilo koje pitanje i to 0/24, 365 dana u godini. Glavna potreba današnjeg gosta je biti zadovoljan uslugama koje hotel pruža. Proces rezervacije mora se izvršiti brzinom svjetlosti, treba biti jasan i jednostavan, doslovno u pokretu. Novi digitalni alati sa svojim impresivnim mogućnostima savršen su pomagač za postizanje ciljeva u hotelijerstvu, a to su zadovoljenje potreba gosta, stjecanje lojalnosti i profita. Novi alati osiguravaju lakoću rezervacije zahvaljujući umjetnoj inteligenciji putem koje se hotelsko osoblje zamjenjuje ''digitalnim osobljem'', a na taj se način sprječava čekanje u redovima kod prijave, odjave, plaćanja i ostalih usluga. Razvoj digitalizacije konačno je dosegnuo razinu na kojoj se uistinu može postići isplativost i održivost hotelske industrije. In recent years, the way hotel services are consumed has changed uncertainly. Due to the development of customer expectations, innovative technology and high competition, hotels are forced to provide a completely unique and personalized experience through new digital technology and mobile devices through a personalized hotel application. With the help of digitization of hotel processes, the hotel can now communicate with the guest at various points of contact during the stay at any time. With the help of advanced technology, guests can get an answer to any question, 0/24, 365 days a year. The main need of today's guest is to be satisfied with the services provided by the hotel. The booking process must be done at the speed of light and it should be simple and unique. New digital tools with their impressive capabilities are the perfect helper to achieve goals in the hospitality industry, which are to meet the needs of the guest, gaining loyalty and profit. The new tools ensure ease of booking thanks to artificial intelligence, which replaces hotel staff with "digital staff", thus preventing queues for check-in, check-out, payment and other services. The development of digitalization has finally reached a level where the profitability and sustainability of the hotel industry can truly be achieved.

    The City of Prelog, which consists of eight settlements - the town of Prelog and the rural settlements of Cirkovljan, Čehovec, Čukovec, Draškovec, Oporovec, Hemuševec and Otok, is located in the area of Donje Međimurje. The connections between the city and its surroundings were investigated by analyzing the processes and phenomena in the area of the City of Prelog. The research area was also extended to the area of the local action group Mura-Drava, of which the City of Prelog is an integral part. The research of the connection between the city and its surroundings is largely based on interviews presented with various actors from the entire local action group Mura-Drava, on projects implemented by the City of Prelog, but also the local action group Mura-Drava. Considering that the City of Prelog belongs to the category of small towns, the parameters of determining the size of such towns in Croatia were studied with reference to some other European countries such as Czech Republic and Romania. Grad Prelog, u čijem je sastavu osam naselja – gradsko naselje Prelog te ruralna naselja Cirkovljan, Čehovec, Čukovec, Draškovec, Oporovec, Hemuševec i Otok, smješten je na prostoru Donjeg Međimurja. Analizom procesa i pojava na prostoru Grada Preloga istražene su veze između grada i okolice. Prostor istraživanja je proširen i na prostor lokalne akcijske grupe Mura-Drava čiji je Grad Prelog sastavni dio. Istraživanje veza između grada i okolice u velikoj je mjeri bazirano i na intervjuima koji su provedeni sa raznim akterima s područja čitavog LAG-a te na projektima koje provodi Grad Prelog, ali i LAG Mura-Drava. S obzirom da Grad Prelog spada u kategoriju malih gradova proučeni su parametri određivanja veličine takvih gradova u Hrvatskoj s osvrtom na neke druge europske države poput Češke i Rumunjske.
