In this study, it was aimed to evaluate the occupational health and safety, qualification levels and risk perceptions of agricultural workers in Kırklareli province. According to the data obtained by applying a questionnaire to 376 agricultural workers in Kırklareli, it was determined that the number of agricultural workers who received occupational health and safety training was at a low level. Although the majority of agricultural workers have a positive attitude towards occupational health and safety, it has been observed that the importance they attach to occupational health and safety decreases as their age and working years increase. For the 26 statements in the item pool, which includes attitudes and perceptions towards the main risks in the agricultural sector, which was created through a literature review and pilot study, 376 agricultural workers chose the appropriate options. Exploratory factor analysis showed that the 8-item scale had three factor structures that explained %72.18 of the total variance. The resulting three factors are named as occupational health and safety awareness, ergonomic comfort and noise risk perception. The reliability and validity of the scale was developed in the agricultural sector, and it was determined that the occupational health and safety level of agricultural workers was partially sufficient in terms of competence and risk perception. It is thought that this research can contribute to the development of health and safety cultures of agricultural workers.
