    The main objective of this study is to determine optimum cutting parameters in order to specify the effect of densification by compressing on the processing properties of solid wood material and to achieve the best surface quality in materials densified at different rates. In line with this goal, the widely grown and low-density black poplar (Populus nigra) tree species were selected as the experimental material. Samples, which were compressed and densified by Thermo-Mechanical method at 0 %, 20 % and 40 % ratios, were processed at 1000 mm/min, 1500 mm/min and 2000 mm/min feed speeds and in 12000 rpm, 15000 rpm, 18000 rpm rotation speed on a computer numerical control machine by using two different cutters. Surface roughness values (Ra and Rz) were measured in order to evaluate surfaces obtained. Smoother surfaces were obtained in computer numerical control machining of densified samples. The lowest surface roughness values occurred in 40 % densified samples, which were the densest. The lowest surface roughness was obtained when 40 % densified samples were processed with cutter no.1 (two-flutes straight end mill), at 1000 mm/min feed speed and at 18000 rpm. Ra and Rz roughness values increased with the increase of the feed rate.

    Glavni cilj ovog istraživanja bio je utvrditi utjecaj toplinske modifikacije na svojstva obradivosti cjelovitog drva te utvrditi optimalne parametre rezanja za postizanje obrađene površine minimalne hrapavosti. U skladu s tim ciljem, za istraživanje je odabrano drvo sibirskog bora (Pinus sibirica) koje ima široku primjenu u drvoprerađivačkoj industriji i proizvodnji namještaja. Toplinski modificirani (na temperaturi 190 °C tijekom dva sata) i nemodificirani uzorci obrađeni su na CNC stroju dvama različitim glodalima (usadnim glodalom s uzlaznom zavojnicom i usadnim glodalom s uzlazno-silaznom zavojnicom) promjera 5 mm s oštricama od tvrdog metala, te uz posmičnu brzinu od 1000, 1500 i 2000 mm/min, frekvenciju vrtnje vretena od 8000, 12 000 i 16 000 okr./min te s korakom glodanja od 50, 75 i 100 %. Hrapavost površine (Ra i Rz) izmjerena je kontaktnim profilometrom kako bi se površina ocijenila prema ISO 468 (2009), ISO 3274 (2005) i ISO 4287 (1997). Dobiveni rezultati pokazuju da je najmanja vrijednost hrapavosti Ra zabilježena za površinu nemodificiranih uzoraka obrađenih usadnim glodalom s uzlazno-silaznom zavojnicom, i to uz ove parametre obrade: korak glodanja 50 %, frekvenciju vrtnje vretena 12 000 okr./min i posmičnu brzinu 1000 mm/min. Najveća vrijednost hrapavosti Ra zabilježena je za modificirane uzorke obrađene usadnim glodalom s uzlazno-silaznom zavojnicom za ove parametre obrade: korak glodanja 100 %, frekvenciju vrtnje vretena 16 000 okr./min i posmičnu brzinu 2000 mm/min. Uočeno je da je posmična brzina najkritičniji parametar koji utječe na hrapavost obrađene površine. The main objective of this study is to determine the effect of heat treatment on the machining properties of solid wood material and determine the optimum cutting parameters to obtain surfaces with minimum surface roughness. In line with this goal, Siberian pine (Pinus sibirica) wood species, widely used in the woodworking and furniture industry, was chosen as the experimental material. The heat-treated (at a temperature of 190 °C for 2 hours) and untreated samples were machined using two different cutters (carbide upcut milling cutter and carbide compression milling cutter) with 5 mm diameter at 1000, 1500 and 2000 mm/min feeds, 8000, 12000, 16000 rpm spindle speed, 50, 75 and 100 % stepover on the CNC machine. Surface roughness values (Ra and Rz) were measured to evaluate the obtained surfaces according to ISO 468 (2009), ISO 3274 (2005), and ISO 4287 (1997) using a contact profilometer. When the data was evaluated in general, the lowest roughness value for Ra occurred in upcut milling cutter, with 50% stepover, 12000 rpm, 1000 mm/min feed on untreated solid wood material. The highest roughness value for Ra occurred in a compression milling cutter, with 100 % stepover, 16000 rpm, 2000 mm/min feed on heat-treated solid wood material. It has been observed that the feed is the most critical parameter affecting the surface roughness.

    Due to the rapid spread of mutated variants of coronavirus, and the lack of complete mass vaccination all over the world, everybody needs to strict adherence to personal hygiene and social distancing. And also, contamination of infected individuals for preventing coronavirus spreading plays a vital role. Home quarantine seems to be the best isolation solution in terms of cost and psychological health of individuals who are infected or close contacts. However, the number of quarantine violations increases day by day in many parts of the world because of the long duration of the pandemic. In this paper, a potential solution is presented for monitoring the violation of home quarantine based on the Internet of Things (IoT) and cloud computing technologies. The deep learning convolutional neural network is trained on the cloud with images of quarantine subjects for face recognition. Monitoring IoT nodes expect individuals to scan their faces at regular intervals to prevent them from leaving quarantine areas. Moreover, by measuring their body temperature regularly, unexpected rises can be detected, and this situation can be reported to health authorities. IEEE

    Medical conditions or accidents, such as stroke, can cause significant neurological damage to the human body and cause loss of motor function in the upper extremity, the patient's hands. Various robotic devices such as exoskeletons have been designed to assist humans in the rehabilitation process; however, they have limited features that do not achieve optimum performance. Hand rehabilitation treatment of patients is carried out in clinics and under the guidance of an expert using various hand rehabilitation devices. The task of the devices used in the rehabilitation of the hand is to provide passive, active or active assisted rehabilitation therapy to the hand. However, hand rehabilitation devices do not have any standards. In this study, mechanical designs and drive mechanisms of hand rehabilitation devices are described and compared. İnme vb. tıbbi durumlar veya kazalar insan vücudunda önemli nörolojik hasarlar oluşturabilir ve üst ekstremitede, hastanın ellerinde motor fonksiyon kaybına neden olabilir. İnsanlara rehabilitasyon sürecinde yardımcı olmak için dış iskelet gibi çeşitli robotik cihazlar tasarlanmıştır; ancak, bu cihazlar optimum performans elde etmeyen sınırlı özelliklere sahiptirler. Hastaların el rehabilitasyon tedavisi, kliniklerde ve çeşitli el rehabilitasyon cihazları kullanılarak bir uzman rehberliğinde gerçekleştirilir. Elin rehabilitasyonunda kullanılan cihazların görevi ele pasif, aktif veya aktif yardımlı rehabilitasyon tedavisi sağlamaktır. Ancak el rehabilitasyon cihazlarının herhangi bir standardı yoktur. Bu çalışmada, el rehabilitasyon cihazlarının mekanik tasarımları ve tahrik mekanizmaları tanımlanmakta ve karşılaştırılmaktadır.

    In this study, the effects of the usage of waste dahoma wood flour from the profiling machine as a filler in the production of Polypropylene (PP) based wood plastic composites on the mechanical and morphological properties of composite materials were investigated. Waste wood flour was used as received from the plant and in four different ratios (0%, 15%, 30% and 45%). A dimensional analysis of waste wood flours was carried out. Maleic anhydride polypropylene (MAPP) (3%) was used as a coupling agent, and Paraffin Wax (3%) was used as the lubricant. In the light of the results, although slight fluctuations were observed in the tensile and impact strength values with the addition of wood flour, improvements were determined in the mechanical values in general. Tensile modulus, flexural strength and flexural modulus of the composites were improved with the increase in wood flour loading ratio. A sharp decrease was observed in the elongation at break values. When the morphological properties were examined, it was observed that the wood flours were homogeneously dispersed in the polymer matrix, the polymer matrix wrapped firmly around the RPF fibres, and it shows that the interface interaction is nevertheless robust even after the fracture of samples. As a result, it was concluded that waste dahoma wood flours might be evaluated in the production of wood-plastic composites. Bu çalışma kapsamında profil çekme makinesinden çıkan atık dahoma odun ununun polipropilen (PP) bazlı odun plastik kompozit üretiminde dolgu maddesi olarak kullanımının kompozit malzemelerin mekanik ve morfolojik özellikleri üzerine etkileri incelenmiştir. Atık odun unları fabrikadan alındığı gibi ve dört farklı oranda (%0, %15, %30 ve %45) kullanılmıştır. Atık odun unlarının boyut analizi gerçekleştirilmiştir. Uyumlaştırıcı olarak %3 oranında maleik anhidrit polipropilen (MAPP) ve yağlayıcı olarak %3 parafin wax kullanılmıştır. Elde edilen sonuçlar neticesinde odun ununun eklenmesi ile çekme ve darbe direnci değerlerinde hafif dalgalanmalar gözlemlense de genel olarak mekanik değerlerde iyileşmeler belirlenmiştir. Odun ununun katılım oranının artması ile çekmede elastikiyet modülü, eğilme direnci ve eğilmede elastikiyet modülü özellikleri iyileşmiştir. Kopmada uzama değerlerinde ise keskin bir düşüş gözlemlenmiştir. Morfolojik özellikleri incelendiğinde odun ununun homojen bir şekilde polimer matris içerisinde dağılım gösterdiği ve polimer matrisin dolgu maddelerinin etrafını iyice sardığı ve iyi bir arayüz etkileşiminin olduğu gözlemlenmiştir. Sonuç olarak, atık dahoma odun unlarının odun plastik kompozit üretiminde değerlendirilebileceği kanaatine varılmıştır.

    This paper is a general assessment of the studies conducted in 2019 and 2020 at the site of Sırçalıtepe. The settlement, which is dated to the 8th mill BCE, is located in the Volcanic Cappadocia region, within the borders of the Kayırlı village in the province of Niğde. With its location, it can be characterised as the nearest site to the Göllüdağ and Nenezi Dağ obsidian sources in the region. The excavations at Sırçalıtepe were carried out in two different areas of the mound. One trench is the slope trench with documented architectural remains and finds related to daily life, and the other trench is from the top of the mound where obsidian knapping debris is present in proportions commonly seen in workshop areas. The architectural remains discovered in the slope trench involve mudbrick walls, lime plastered floors, and large ovens. However, the investigated area from the top trench with abundant cores and knapping debris reveals the difference between Sırçalıtepe and other contemporaneous sites in the region. Thus, it can be argued that Sırçalıtepe, especially with its obsidian artefacts, has the potential for revealing the relationship between the workshop and the site. Portable XRF analyses performed on a group of obsidian artefacts showed that the settlement inhabitants used Göllüdağ, Nenezi Dağ, and Acıgöl obsidian sources. © 2021 Istanbul Universitesi. Bunlardan biri mimari kalıntıların ve gündelik yaşama ait buluntuların yer aldığı yamaç açması, diğeri ise işliklerde görülebilecek yoğunlukta obsidiyen yongalama atıklarının saptandığı zirve açmasıdır. Yamaç açmasında saptanan mimari kalıntılar kerpiç duvarlı ve kireç tabanlı yapı kalıntıları ve büyük boyutlu fırınlar ile tanımlanmaktadır. Zirve açmasında yer alan, obsidiyen yongalama atıklarının saptandığı alanının varlığı ise Sırçalıtepe’nin bölge yerleşmelerine göre farklılığını ortaya koymaktadır. Dolayısıyla Sırçalıtepe’nin, özellikle obsidiyen verileri ile, Volkanik Kapadokya Bölgesi’ndeki işlik yerleşme ilişkisini verebilecek potansiyele sahip olduğu söylenebilir. Yerleşmedeki obsidiyen buluntuların bir grubu üzerinde yapılan taşınabilir XRF analizleri yerleşme sakinlerinin Göllüdağ, Nenezi Dağ ve Acıgöl kaynaklarını kullandığını göstermektedir.

    In this study, effects of heat treatment on bending strength, compression strength, chemical compound and solubility of Black pine wood (Pinus nigra J.F. var. seneriana) was examined. For this purpose, Black pine wood samples were kept in temperature of 250°C for 2 hours. Test results of heat-treated Black pine wood and control samples indicated that mechanical characteristics including compression strength and bending strength were affected negatively with heat treatment. Bending strength of heat treated and non-treated test samples were 129 and 76 N.mm-2, respectively. Compression strength of heat treated and non-treated test samples were 53 and 43 N.mm-2, resp. In addition, level of extractives, cellulose and hemicellulose decreased while lignin content increased with percentage of 40%.     In our country, the accounting legislation consists of the Accounting System Implementation General Communiqués, mostly in line with the Tax Procedure Law and Turkish Accounting-Financial Reporting Standards, Financial Reporting Standard for Large and Medium Enterprises and draft text of the Financial Reporting Standard for Small and Micro Enterprises in compliance with Turkish Commercial Code regulations. Agricultural activity is defined in IAS 41 Agriculture as the management by an entity of the biological transformation and harvest of biological assets for sale or for conversion into agricultural produce or into additional biological assets. In our study, the accounting system of agricultural enterprises with crop and animal production has been discussed in detail and comparatively within the framework of accounting legislation. In addition, the accounting entries that explain the subject were made comparatively in line with the provisions of the accounting legislation. Ülkemizde muhasebe mevzuatı, daha çok Vergi Usul Kanunu düzenlemeleriyle uyumlu Muhasebe Sistemi Uygulama Genel Tebliğleri ve Türk Ticaret Kanunu düzenlemeleriyle uyumlu Türkiye Muhasebe-Finansal Raporlama Standartları, Büyük ve Orta Boy İşletmeler İçin Finansal Raporlama Standardı ve Küçük ve Mikro İşletmeler İçin Finansal Raporlama Standardı taslağından oluşmaktadır.     This study was carried out to determine the effects of bleaching chemicals and varnishes on the amount of carbon dioxide (CO2) in the combustion of oriental beech (Fagus orientalis Lipsky). For this purpose, samples of Oriental beech prepared according to ASTM D 358 contain 18% R1= (NaOH + H2O2), R2= (NaOH + Ca(OH)2+ H2O2), R3= (Na2S2O5+ H2C2O4), R4= (NaSiO3+ H2O2), R5= (KMnO4+ Na2S2O5+ H2O2) solution groups, after bleaching with solution groups, water based, synthetic, polyurethane and acrylic varnish were applied according to ASTM D 3023 and combustion tests were carried out in accordance with ASTM E 160-50. Gas measurements were made with the SIGMA 74172 NSU flue gas device during the combustion process. As a result, in respect to the burning types; the highest amount of CO2(ppm) was found in the self-combustion (8.468 ppm) while the lowest was obtained from the flame combustion source (4.599 ppm). In respect to the types of bleaching; the highest in R5 (7.458 ppm) and the lowest in R3(4.059 ppm) were found. According to the varnish types; the highest value was found in the synthetic varnish (8.261), and the lowest value was found in the acrylic varnish (4.772 ppm). According to combustion type + bleaching solution + varnish type interaction, the highest values were found for without flame combustion (II) + R3+ Sn (18.40 ppm) and lowest for flame source combustion (I) + R5 + Pu (0.600 ppm). Consequently, the highest values for combustion gases were found in samples of oriental beech wood samples treated with water-based varnish with R1solution. According to this, in terms of human health and life safety, possibility of fire in places, R3solution and acrylic varnish may be used in the related industries. © 2021 Statny Drevarsky Vyskumny Ustav.     Çalışma, e-belediye hizmetini kullanan bireylerin görüşlerinin değerlendirilmesi ve yaşanılan sorunların tespit edilip bu sorunlara yönelik çözüm önerileri getirilmesi amacını taşımaktadır. Bu amaç doğrultusunda uluslararası ve ulusal e-belediye terminolojisi açıklandıktan sonra İzmir ilinin Buca ilçesinde yaşayan bireylerin e-belediye konusundaki görüşleri ve yaşanılan sorunlara vurgu yapılmıştır. Çalışma nicel bir araştırma yöntemi olan anket araştırması metoduna dayandırılmıştır. Bu bağlamda çalışmanın sonuç bölümünde İzmir ilinin Buca ilçesinde yaşayan ve e-belediye uygulamasını kullanan bireylerle yapılan anket görüşmesinin çıktılarına yer verilmiştir. Araştırma sonucunda düşük eğitim seviyesinde olan, orta yaş ve üzeri bireylerin, e-belediye uygulamalarına karşı gizlilik, güvenlik endişeleri nedenleriyle kuşkulu yaklaştıkları, bilgisayar, cep telefonu gibi elektronik aygıtlarla daha fazla zaman geçiren, sosyal medya uygulamalarına üyelikleri olan bireylerin ise e-belediye uygulamalarına daha olumlu ve bilinçli yaklaştıkları görülmektedir. Ayrıca kamu hizmetlerinin alımını zaman ve maliyet açısından kolaylaştıran e-belediye hizmetlerine engelli ve her kesimden bireyin erişmesinin kolay olmadığı anlaşılmıştır. Bu sebeple, 2000 yılı sonrası kamu yönetiminde dijital dönüşümün önemli çıktıları arasında olan e-uygulamaların kazanımları korumakla birlikte bu uygulamaları engelli, yaşlı ve eğitim düzeyi düşük bireylerin de rahatça yararlanabileceği şekilde geliştirilmesi gerekmektedir.

    The main objective of this study is to determine optimum cutting parameters in order to specify the effect of densification by compressing on the processing properties of solid wood material and to achieve the best surface quality in materials densified at different rates. In line with this goal, the widely grown and low-density black poplar (Populus nigra) tree species were selected as the experimental material. Samples, which were compressed and densified by Thermo-Mechanical method at 0 %, 20 % and 40 % ratios, were processed at 1000 mm/min, 1500 mm/min and 2000 mm/min feed speeds and in 12000 rpm, 15000 rpm, 18000 rpm rotation speed on a computer numerical control machine by using two different cutters. Surface roughness values (Ra and Rz) were measured in order to evaluate surfaces obtained. Smoother surfaces were obtained in computer numerical control machining of densified samples. The lowest surface roughness values occurred in 40 % densified samples, which were the densest. The lowest surface roughness was obtained when 40 % densified samples were processed with cutter no.1 (two-flutes straight end mill), at 1000 mm/min feed speed and at 18000 rpm. Ra and Rz roughness values increased with the increase of the feed rate.

    Glavni cilj ovog istraživanja bio je utvrditi utjecaj toplinske modifikacije na svojstva obradivosti cjelovitog drva te utvrditi optimalne parametre rezanja za postizanje obrađene površine minimalne hrapavosti. U skladu s tim ciljem, za istraživanje je odabrano drvo sibirskog bora (Pinus sibirica) koje ima široku primjenu u drvoprerađivačkoj industriji i proizvodnji namještaja. Toplinski modificirani (na temperaturi 190 °C tijekom dva sata) i nemodificirani uzorci obrađeni su na CNC stroju dvama različitim glodalima (usadnim glodalom s uzlaznom zavojnicom i usadnim glodalom s uzlazno-silaznom zavojnicom) promjera 5 mm s oštricama od tvrdog metala, te uz posmičnu brzinu od 1000, 1500 i 2000 mm/min, frekvenciju vrtnje vretena od 8000, 12 000 i 16 000 okr./min te s korakom glodanja od 50, 75 i 100 %. Hrapavost površine (Ra i Rz) izmjerena je kontaktnim profilometrom kako bi se površina ocijenila prema ISO 468 (2009), ISO 3274 (2005) i ISO 4287 (1997). Dobiveni rezultati pokazuju da je najmanja vrijednost hrapavosti Ra zabilježena za površinu nemodificiranih uzoraka obrađenih usadnim glodalom s uzlazno-silaznom zavojnicom, i to uz ove parametre obrade: korak glodanja 50 %, frekvenciju vrtnje vretena 12 000 okr./min i posmičnu brzinu 1000 mm/min. Najveća vrijednost hrapavosti Ra zabilježena je za modificirane uzorke obrađene usadnim glodalom s uzlazno-silaznom zavojnicom za ove parametre obrade: korak glodanja 100 %, frekvenciju vrtnje vretena 16 000 okr./min i posmičnu brzinu 2000 mm/min. Uočeno je da je posmična brzina najkritičniji parametar koji utječe na hrapavost obrađene površine. The main objective of this study is to determine the effect of heat treatment on the machining properties of solid wood material and determine the optimum cutting parameters to obtain surfaces with minimum surface roughness. In line with this goal, Siberian pine (Pinus sibirica) wood species, widely used in the woodworking and furniture industry, was chosen as the experimental material. The heat-treated (at a temperature of 190 °C for 2 hours) and untreated samples were machined using two different cutters (carbide upcut milling cutter and carbide compression milling cutter) with 5 mm diameter at 1000, 1500 and 2000 mm/min feeds, 8000, 12000, 16000 rpm spindle speed, 50, 75 and 100 % stepover on the CNC machine. Surface roughness values (Ra and Rz) were measured to evaluate the obtained surfaces according to ISO 468 (2009), ISO 3274 (2005), and ISO 4287 (1997) using a contact profilometer. When the data was evaluated in general, the lowest roughness value for Ra occurred in upcut milling cutter, with 50% stepover, 12000 rpm, 1000 mm/min feed on untreated solid wood material. The highest roughness value for Ra occurred in a compression milling cutter, with 100 % stepover, 16000 rpm, 2000 mm/min feed on heat-treated solid wood material. It has been observed that the feed is the most critical parameter affecting the surface roughness.

    Due to the rapid spread of mutated variants of coronavirus, and the lack of complete mass vaccination all over the world, everybody needs to strict adherence to personal hygiene and social distancing. And also, contamination of infected individuals for preventing coronavirus spreading plays a vital role. Home quarantine seems to be the best isolation solution in terms of cost and psychological health of individuals who are infected or close contacts. However, the number of quarantine violations increases day by day in many parts of the world because of the long duration of the pandemic. In this paper, a potential solution is presented for monitoring the violation of home quarantine based on the Internet of Things (IoT) and cloud computing technologies. The deep learning convolutional neural network is trained on the cloud with images of quarantine subjects for face recognition. Monitoring IoT nodes expect individuals to scan their faces at regular intervals to prevent them from leaving quarantine areas. Moreover, by measuring their body temperature regularly, unexpected rises can be detected, and this situation can be reported to health authorities. IEEE

    Medical conditions or accidents, such as stroke, can cause significant neurological damage to the human body and cause loss of motor function in the upper extremity, the patient's hands. Various robotic devices such as exoskeletons have been designed to assist humans in the rehabilitation process; however, they have limited features that do not achieve optimum performance. Hand rehabilitation treatment of patients is carried out in clinics and under the guidance of an expert using various hand rehabilitation devices. The task of the devices used in the rehabilitation of the hand is to provide passive, active or active assisted rehabilitation therapy to the hand. However, hand rehabilitation devices do not have any standards. In this study, mechanical designs and drive mechanisms of hand rehabilitation devices are described and compared. İnme vb. tıbbi durumlar veya kazalar insan vücudunda önemli nörolojik hasarlar oluşturabilir ve üst ekstremitede, hastanın ellerinde motor fonksiyon kaybına neden olabilir. İnsanlara rehabilitasyon sürecinde yardımcı olmak için dış iskelet gibi çeşitli robotik cihazlar tasarlanmıştır; ancak, bu cihazlar optimum performans elde etmeyen sınırlı özelliklere sahiptirler. Hastaların el rehabilitasyon tedavisi, kliniklerde ve çeşitli el rehabilitasyon cihazları kullanılarak bir uzman rehberliğinde gerçekleştirilir. Elin rehabilitasyonunda kullanılan cihazların görevi ele pasif, aktif veya aktif yardımlı rehabilitasyon tedavisi sağlamaktır. Ancak el rehabilitasyon cihazlarının herhangi bir standardı yoktur. Bu çalışmada, el rehabilitasyon cihazlarının mekanik tasarımları ve tahrik mekanizmaları tanımlanmakta ve karşılaştırılmaktadır.

    In this study, the effects of the usage of waste dahoma wood flour from the profiling machine as a filler in the production of Polypropylene (PP) based wood plastic composites on the mechanical and morphological properties of composite materials were investigated. Waste wood flour was used as received from the plant and in four different ratios (0%, 15%, 30% and 45%). A dimensional analysis of waste wood flours was carried out. Maleic anhydride polypropylene (MAPP) (3%) was used as a coupling agent, and Paraffin Wax (3%) was used as the lubricant. In the light of the results, although slight fluctuations were observed in the tensile and impact strength values with the addition of wood flour, improvements were determined in the mechanical values in general. Tensile modulus, flexural strength and flexural modulus of the composites were improved with the increase in wood flour loading ratio. A sharp decrease was observed in the elongation at break values. When the morphological properties were examined, it was observed that the wood flours were homogeneously dispersed in the polymer matrix, the polymer matrix wrapped firmly around the RPF fibres, and it shows that the interface interaction is nevertheless robust even after the fracture of samples. As a result, it was concluded that waste dahoma wood flours might be evaluated in the production of wood-plastic composites. Bu çalışma kapsamında profil çekme makinesinden çıkan atık dahoma odun ununun polipropilen (PP) bazlı odun plastik kompozit üretiminde dolgu maddesi olarak kullanımının kompozit malzemelerin mekanik ve morfolojik özellikleri üzerine etkileri incelenmiştir. Atık odun unları fabrikadan alındığı gibi ve dört farklı oranda (%0, %15, %30 ve %45) kullanılmıştır. Atık odun unlarının boyut analizi gerçekleştirilmiştir. Uyumlaştırıcı olarak %3 oranında maleik anhidrit polipropilen (MAPP) ve yağlayıcı olarak %3 parafin wax kullanılmıştır. Elde edilen sonuçlar neticesinde odun ununun eklenmesi ile çekme ve darbe direnci değerlerinde hafif dalgalanmalar gözlemlense de genel olarak mekanik değerlerde iyileşmeler belirlenmiştir. Odun ununun katılım oranının artması ile çekmede elastikiyet modülü, eğilme direnci ve eğilmede elastikiyet modülü özellikleri iyileşmiştir. Kopmada uzama değerlerinde ise keskin bir düşüş gözlemlenmiştir. Morfolojik özellikleri incelendiğinde odun ununun homojen bir şekilde polimer matris içerisinde dağılım gösterdiği ve polimer matrisin dolgu maddelerinin etrafını iyice sardığı ve iyi bir arayüz etkileşiminin olduğu gözlemlenmiştir. Sonuç olarak, atık dahoma odun unlarının odun plastik kompozit üretiminde değerlendirilebileceği kanaatine varılmıştır.

    This paper is a general assessment of the studies conducted in 2019 and 2020 at the site of Sırçalıtepe. The settlement, which is dated to the 8th mill BCE, is located in the Volcanic Cappadocia region, within the borders of the Kayırlı village in the province of Niğde. With its location, it can be characterised as the nearest site to the Göllüdağ and Nenezi Dağ obsidian sources in the region. The excavations at Sırçalıtepe were carried out in two different areas of the mound. One trench is the slope trench with documented architectural remains and finds related to daily life, and the other trench is from the top of the mound where obsidian knapping debris is present in proportions commonly seen in workshop areas. The architectural remains discovered in the slope trench involve mudbrick walls, lime plastered floors, and large ovens. However, the investigated area from the top trench with abundant cores and knapping debris reveals the difference between Sırçalıtepe and other contemporaneous sites in the region. Thus, it can be argued that Sırçalıtepe, especially with its obsidian artefacts, has the potential for revealing the relationship between the workshop and the site. Portable XRF analyses performed on a group of obsidian artefacts showed that the settlement inhabitants used Göllüdağ, Nenezi Dağ, and Acıgöl obsidian sources. © 2021 Istanbul Universitesi. Yamaç açmasında saptanan mimari kalıntılar kerpiç duvarlı ve kireç tabanlı yapı kalıntıları ve büyük boyutlu fırınlar ile tanımlanmaktadır. Zirve açmasında yer alan, obsidiyen yongalama atıklarının saptandığı alanının varlığı ise Sırçalıtepe’nin bölge yerleşmelerine göre farklılığını ortaya koymaktadır. Dolayısıyla Sırçalıtepe’nin, özellikle obsidiyen verileri ile, Volkanik Kapadokya Bölgesi’ndeki işlik yerleşme ilişkisini verebilecek potansiyele sahip olduğu söylenebilir. Yerleşmedeki obsidiyen buluntuların bir grubu üzerinde yapılan taşınabilir XRF analizleri yerleşme sakinlerinin Göllüdağ, Nenezi Dağ ve Acıgöl kaynaklarını kullandığını göstermektedir.

    In this study, effects of heat treatment on bending strength, compression strength, chemical compound and solubility of Black pine wood (Pinus nigra J.F. var. seneriana) was examined. For this purpose, Black pine wood samples were kept in temperature of 250°C for 2 hours. Test results of heat-treated Black pine wood and control samples indicated that mechanical characteristics including compression strength and bending strength were affected negatively with heat treatment. Bending strength of heat treated and non-treated test samples were 129 and 76 N.mm-2, respectively. Compression strength of heat treated and non-treated test samples were 53 and 43 N.mm-2, resp. In addition, level of extractives, cellulose and hemicellulose decreased while lignin content increased with percentage of 40%.     In our country, the accounting legislation consists of the Accounting System Implementation General Communiqués, mostly in line with the Tax Procedure Law and Turkish Accounting-Financial Reporting Standards, Financial Reporting Standard for Large and Medium Enterprises and draft text of the Financial Reporting Standard for Small and Micro Enterprises in compliance with Turkish Commercial Code regulations. Agricultural activity is defined in IAS 41 Agriculture as the management by an entity of the biological transformation and harvest of biological assets for sale or for conversion into agricultural produce or into additional biological assets. In our study, the accounting system of agricultural enterprises with crop and animal production has been discussed in detail and comparatively within the framework of accounting legislation. In addition, the accounting entries that explain the subject were made comparatively in line with the provisions of the accounting legislation. Ülkemizde muhasebe mevzuatı, daha çok Vergi Usul Kanunu düzenlemeleriyle uyumlu Muhasebe Sistemi Uygulama Genel Tebliğleri ve Türk Ticaret Kanunu düzenlemeleriyle uyumlu Türkiye Muhasebe-Finansal Raporlama Standartları, Büyük ve Orta Boy İşletmeler İçin Finansal Raporlama Standardı ve Küçük ve Mikro İşletmeler İçin Finansal Raporlama Standardı taslağından oluşmaktadır. Tarımsal faaliyet TMS 41 Tarımsal Faaliyet standardında satışa veya geri dönüştürülmeye konu canlı varlıkların tarımsal ürünlere veya farklı canlı varlıklara dönüştürülmesi ve hasat işlemlerinin bir işletme tarafından yönetimi olarak tanımlanmıştır. Çalışmamızda bitkisel ve hayvansal üretim yapılan tarım işletmelerinin muhasebe sistemi belirtilen muhasebe mevzuatı düzenlemeleri çerçevesinde ayrıntılı ve karşılaştırmalı olarak ele alınmıştır.     This study was carried out to determine the effects of bleaching chemicals and varnishes on the amount of carbon dioxide (CO2) in the combustion of oriental beech (Fagus orientalis Lipsky). For this purpose, samples of Oriental beech prepared according to ASTM D 358 contain 18% R1= (NaOH + H2O2), R2= (NaOH + Ca(OH)2+ H2O2), R3= (Na2S2O5+ H2C2O4), R4= (NaSiO3+ H2O2), R5= (KMnO4+ Na2S2O5+ H2O2) solution groups, after bleaching with solution groups, water based, synthetic, polyurethane and acrylic varnish were applied according to ASTM D 3023 and combustion tests were carried out in accordance with ASTM E 160-50. Gas measurements were made with the SIGMA 74172 NSU flue gas device during the combustion process. As a result, in respect to the burning types; the highest amount of CO2(ppm) was found in the self-combustion (8.468 ppm) while the lowest was obtained from the flame combustion source (4.599 ppm). In respect to the types of bleaching; the highest in R5 (7.458 ppm) and the lowest in R3(4.059 ppm) were found. According to the varnish types; the highest value was found in the synthetic varnish (8.261), and the lowest value was found in the acrylic varnish (4.772 ppm). According to combustion type + bleaching solution + varnish type interaction, the highest values were found for without flame combustion (II) + R3+ Sn (18.40 ppm) and lowest for flame source combustion (I) + R5 + Pu (0.600 ppm). Consequently, the highest values for combustion gases were found in samples of oriental beech wood samples treated with water-based varnish with R1solution.     Çalışma, e-belediye hizmetini kullanan bireylerin görüşlerinin değerlendirilmesi ve yaşanılan sorunların tespit edilip bu sorunlara yönelik çözüm önerileri getirilmesi amacını taşımaktadır. Bu amaç doğrultusunda uluslararası ve ulusal e-belediye terminolojisi açıklandıktan sonra İzmir ilinin Buca ilçesinde yaşayan bireylerin e-belediye konusundaki görüşleri ve yaşanılan sorunlara vurgu yapılmıştır. Çalışma nicel bir araştırma yöntemi olan anket araştırması metoduna dayandırılmıştır. Bu bağlamda çalışmanın sonuç bölümünde İzmir ilinin Buca ilçesinde yaşayan ve e-belediye uygulamasını kullanan bireylerle yapılan anket görüşmesinin çıktılarına yer verilmiştir. Araştırma sonucunda düşük eğitim seviyesinde olan, orta yaş ve üzeri bireylerin, e-belediye uygulamalarına karşı gizlilik, güvenlik endişeleri nedenleriyle kuşkulu yaklaştıkları, bilgisayar, cep telefonu gibi elektronik aygıtlarla daha fazla zaman geçiren, sosyal medya uygulamalarına üyelikleri olan bireylerin ise e-belediye uygulamalarına daha olumlu ve bilinçli yaklaştıkları görülmektedir. Ayrıca kamu hizmetlerinin alımını zaman ve maliyet açısından kolaylaştıran e-belediye hizmetlerine engelli ve her kesimden bireyin erişmesinin kolay olmadığı anlaşılmıştır. Bu sebeple, 2000 yılı sonrası kamu yönetiminde dijital dönüşümün önemli çıktıları arasında olan e-uygulamaların kazanımları korumakla birlikte bu uygulamaları engelli, yaşlı ve eğitim düzeyi düşük bireylerin de rahatça yararlanabileceği şekilde geliştirilmesi gerekmektedir.
