This paper discusses details of digital preservation and visual representation of genealogical information in a way accessible to local community and providing access to its history. Online and in situ openness and image-building are recent informational mechanisms of organizing historical data to support community.

Представата за растителния свят при траките като част от култовата практика е сравнително по-малко проучвана. Всъщност цялата философия на орфизма и херметизма е пропита в практическото земеделието. И затова не трябва да се разглежда изолирано от свещените ритуали, посветени на боговете. Всеизвестен е култът към гроздето и виното и връзката им с дионисиевите празници. Но тайните на вакхическите церемонни се крие в състава на т.нар. "сома", която вероятно е тип халюциногенно вещество. От растение с бели ароматни цветове се произвеждал елексир за навлизане в екстатично състоявие, известен във ведическите ритуали. Сома е името на приготвяната течност, но и името на божество. Ариите описват този ритуал като свързан със земеделието. В тази връзка можем да намерим артефакти в България от тракийската култура, които не са били осветени поради невъзможността да се свържат с култа към второстепенното божество Хипнос. По време на Елевсинските мистерии, където се извършвал обред с жито и ечемик, се е използвала напитка, която е съдържала т.нар. "медена роса" или извлек от упойващ растителен агент. Целта на обредите със сома е била постигане на безсмъртие. Вертикалната култура на траките, която е посветена на връзката с боговете и техния съвършен свят превръща всяка селскостопанска дейност в специално сакрално пространство. The idea of the plant world of the Thracians as part of the cult practice is relatively less studied. In fact, the whole philosophy of Orphism and Hermeticism is imbued with practical agriculture. Therefore, it should not be viewed in isolation from the sacred rituals dedicated to the gods. The cult of grapes and wine and their connection with the Dionysian holidays is well known. But the secrets of the Bacchic ceremonies lie in the composition of the so-called. "Soma", which is probably a type of hallucinogenic substance. An ecstatic elixir known in Vedic rituals was made from a plant with white aromatic flowers. Soma is the name of the liquid prepared, but also the name of a deity. The Aryans describe this ritual as related to agriculture. In this regard, we can find artifacts in Bulgaria from the Thracian culture, which were not illuminated due to the inability to connect with the cult of the minor deity Hypnos. During the Eleusinian Mysteries, where a ritual with wheat and barley was performed, a drink was used, which contained the so-called "honeydew" or an extract of an intoxicating plant agent. The purpose of Soma rituals was to achieve immortality. The vertical culture of the Thracians, which is dedicated to the connection with the gods and their perfect world, turns every agricultural activity into a special sacred space.

The process related to the preservation and popularization of the cultural heritage as well as the access to information resources are among the main priorities of the present information society. With regard to the museums, assumptions can be made that a process of affirmation of the role of e-government for promoting museum development in Bulgaria starts to delineate. Opportunities in legal and financial terms emerge for access to public information presented in the museums as cultural institutions in Bulgaria. This applies even in emergency situations, as with COVID-19, in which the present information and communication technologies as well as digitalization enter gradually in many public sectors, including museum activity. The hypothesis is that offering new access forms to various resources through digitalization promotes the activity of museum employees, thereby encouraging alternative forms for information access. The report examines legal and regulatory documents, in which are addressing issues connected to e-government, through content analysis. The text evaluates publications in museum websites in Bulgaria in order to settle whether there are good practices with respect to digitalization and museum facilitation.

Report published in the Proceedings of the National Conference on "Education and Research in the Information Society", Plovdiv, November, 2020 The report briefly presents the history of the conclusion of the Craiova Agreement between Bulgaria and Romania 80 years ago, in the context of its impact on the fate of the nearly 66,000 Bulgarians evicted from Northern Dobrudja and their settlement in Southern Dobrudja. The documents and belongings stored in their personal collections show the other face of this "greatest victory" of Bulgarian diplomacy in the last century. Digitizing these pages of our history would help to create an objective and impartial assessment of the past generation of the young generation and would support the disclosure of this long-held topic to our and the world community. Ускореното развитие на интердисциплинарните и цифровите технологии доведе до необходимостта от непрекъснати нови изследвания във всички области, включително и при опазването и представянето на културно-историческото наследство. Този доклад разглежда и представя дейности от проекта "Дигитално културно съкровище Север+" с участието на Института по математика и информатика към Българската академия на науките, за подобряване на достъпа и разпространението на културното наследство. Разгледани са някои от технологичните решения, разработени във връзка с цифровото преобразуване на материали, създадени в цифровия център, платформата и мрежата "Север+". The accelerated development of interdisciplinary and digital technologies has prompted the need for continuous new research in all areas, including the preservation and presentation of cultural and historical heritage. This report examines and presents the activities of the project "Digital cultural treasure North +" with participation of Institute of Mathematics and Informatics, BAS, for improving access and dissemination of cultural heritage. Some of the technological solutions developed in connection with the digital conversion of materials created in the digital center, the platform and the North+ network have been studied.

An opportunity to implement such education through the use of programmable robots is considered. A clear choice of Edison programmable robot is made. The programming application are presented, through which the students advance smoothly from block to text programming. A solid base in Python language learning is created. During the period 2001-2002 sensory analysis of Bulgarian pickling cucumber varieties Toni, Iren and Pobeda was carried out. The varieties had identical parent female breeding line G-3. Fresh and canned fruits were evaluated at three harvest times. It was established that sensory properties of canned fruits cannot be entirely prognosticated from panel test data of the fresh ones. For breeding purposes sensory analysis of pickling cucumbers for processing should be performed using sterilized pickling cucumbers but not only fresh ones. More precise information about visual and gustatory properties of new created lines and hybrids will be obtained by performing of sensory analysis at different harvest times.

Double staining kit of Annexin V Cy3.18/6-CFDA was used to investigate the changes in phospholipide asymmetry after treating sperm cells with dexamethasone. The % of spermatozoa with registered translocation of PS in treated with dexamethazone groups at the 10-th min and in control no treated varied from 2.74%±0.65 to 2.30%±0.89. After the 5 hour of incubation these % increased to 39.83±3.33 for the treated group and 23.44±1.12 for the control. It was concluded that Annexin V binding assay is more sensitive in the detection of deterioration in membrane function than other conventional methods such as motility analysis and supravital techniques.

Twenty-day-old barley (Hordeum vulgare L. cv. Ribeka) plants grown as sand culture were exposed to Cu treatment (0, 10, 15 and 20 mg Cu kg-1 sand) for ten days. The effects of excess Cu on both growth and photosynthetic performance were studied in order to identify the most sensitive probes implicating a further development of screening test for Cu tolerance within barley genotypes. The results obtained indicated that stomata conductance and photosynthetic electron transport linked to PSII+OEC exhibited the highest sensitivity to excess Cu, followed by plant dry weigh accumulation, leaf area formation, net photosynthetic rate, photosynthetic electron transport linked to PSI and PSII-OEC. It was concluded that leaf gas exchange parameters, plant dry weight accumulation and leaf area formation present an effective plant test system for screening for barley genotypes with higher Cu tolerance.

The sensitivity of young bean, cucumber and lettuce plants to heavy metals stress was studied at control conditions in a climatic room. The plants were grown in pots with perlite and supplied daily by half-strength Hoagland nutrient solution. The plants were treated for 8 days with different heavy metal doses (full, ½ and ¼) starting at appearance of the fi rst true leaf (cucumber and bean) or the full development of the second leaf (lettuce). The full dose consisted 500 μM Zn, 50 μM Cd and 20 μM Cu added to the nutrient solution. Based on the measured morphological (fresh weight, leaf area, root length) and physiological parameters (photosynthetic pigments content and activity of guaiacol peroxidase in roots), the cucumber plants presented the highest sensitivity to heavy metal stress.
