    Esta investigación explora el e-commerce desde la visión de los expertos entrevistados. Con el auge de la globalización y la digitalización, se ha producido una acelerada evolución en el comportamiento del consumidor y, debido a esto, las empresas deben adaptarse constantemente a la invariable incertidumbre de los cambios del mercado para mantenerse competitivas. El estudio analiza los elementos claves para aumentar las probabilidades de éxito, al implementar las estrategias de marketing digital en comercio electrónico. Se abordan cuatro dimensiones principales basadas en la literatura académica, para posteriormente ser contrastada con la visión de los expertos desde sus experiencias. Esto se realizó por medio de entrevistas semiestructuradas de recolección de datos primarios y ofrecer un análisis detallado de los hallazgos. Estos resultados muestran una visión integral de las prácticas efectivas en el comercio electrónico con recomendaciones finales que, pueden ser la base para un e-commerce exitoso y, por tanto, se espera que sean útiles para académicos y profesionales del sector. This research explores ecommerce from the perspective of the experts interviewed. With the rise of globalization and digitalization, it has produced an accelerated evolution in consumer behavior, due to which companies must constantly adapt to the invariable uncertainty of market changes to remain competitive. The study analyzes the key elements to increase the probability of success when implementing digital marketing strategies in e-commerce. It addresses 4 main dimensions based on academic literature to be subsequently contrasted with the vision of experts from their experiences. This was done through structured interviews to collect primary data and provide a detailed analysis of the findings. These results show a comprehensive view of effective e-commerce practices with final recommendations that can be the basis for a successful ecommerce, therefore, it is expected to be useful for academics and professionals in the sector.

    Este trabajo de grado analiza la pertinencia del modelo de implementación de blockchain en los contratos del sector público. Para tal propósito se desarrolla una investigación de enfoque cualitativo, alcance descriptivo y diseño no experimental en la que se analiza la idoneidad de esta herramienta en el marco de la contratación estatal a través de tres pasos: i) identificación y mapeo de los riegos vinculados a los contratos, ii) análisis de la tecnología blockchain y iii) evaluación mediante un modelo de las aplicabilidades del blockchain para la organización. Los resultados revelan que este tipo de entidades se encuentran expuestas a múltiples fenómenos que pueden llegar a afectar su funcionamiento ‒se destacan aspectos de tipo legal, operacional, tecnológico, financiero, de cumplimiento, de seguridad, políticos, sociales y reputacionales‒. Además, se evidencia que el blockchain constituye una herramienta que contribuye a mejorar las condiciones de digitalización, seguridad, transparencia y trazabilidad de los datos. Por último, se plantea un modelo de tres ejes (información, tecnología, seguridad) y ocho perspectivas (protocolos, códigos, disponibilidad, infraestructura, acceso a plataformas, conectividad, ciberseguridad, confidencialidad de la información) que permite identificar variables y elementos críticos de cara al uso de la herramienta en el sector público (en un plano de privacidad, confianza, descentralización y rapidez para los distintos grupos de interés). This degree work aims to analyze the relevance of the Blockchain implementation model in public sector contracts. For this purpose, a research with a qualitative approach, descriptive scope and non-experimental design is developed, which analyzes, through three (3) steps (1 - identification and mapping of the risks associated with contracts, 2 - analysis of Blockchain technology, 3 - evaluation through a model of the applicabilities of Blockchain for the organization) the suitability of this tool in the framework of state contracting. The results reveal that this type of entities are exposed to multiple phenomena that may affect their operation (legal, operational, technological, financial, compliance, security, political and social, and reputational aspects are highlighted). In addition, it is shown that the Blockchain constitutes a tool that contributes to improve the conditions of digitization, security, transparency and traceability of data. Finally, a three (3) axis model is proposed (information, technology, security and eight (8) perspectives (protocols, codes, availability, infrastructure, access to platforms, connectivity, cybersecurity, confidentiality of information) that allows identifying variables and critical elements for the use of the tool in the public sector (in terms of privacy, trust, decentralization and speed for the different stakeholders).

    En los últimos años, el uso de robots en instalaciones industriales se ha extendido como una práctica común. Particularmente, la industria de logística y manejo de inventarios se ha beneficiado de los avances tecnológicos que, sin embargo, los altos costos de estas tecnologías impiden que muchas empresas adopten este grado de automatización. En esta investigación se plantea la viabilidad de utilizar Visual SLAM monocular como alternativa para reducir costos en el hardware de localización, utilizado para la navegación de robots en bodegas. Para ello, estudiamos implementaciones de código abierto, especialmente aquellas basadas en ORB-SLAM2, ROS y Ubuntu. Luego, proponemos un entorno de prueba compuesto por un robot Turtle Bot 2 y un ambiente controlado que reúne gran parte de las características de una bodega tradicional. Nuestro análisis muestra que es posible usar Visual SLAM monocular en bodegas, sin embargo, mencionamos algunos elementos en el software y el hardware que deben mejorarse en las implementaciones actuales para operar los robots de manera robusta y segura en un entorno de bodegaje bajo techo. In recent years, the use of robots in industrial facilities has become widespread. Particularly, the logistics and inventory management industry has benefited from technological advances, however, the high costs of these technologies prevent many companies from adopting this degree of automation. In this research, we propose the feasibility of using monocular Visual SLAM as an alternative to reduce costs in the localization hardware used for robot navigation in warehouses. For that, we study open source implementations, especially those based on ORB-SLAM2, ROS and Ubuntu. Then, we propose a testing environment compose by a Turtle Bot 2 robot and a location that ensembles some of the characteristics of warehouses. Our analysis shows that it is possible to use monocular Visual SLAM in warehouses, however, we mention some elements in the software and hardware that should be fixed or improved in current implementations in order to robustly and safely operate robots in an indoor storage environment.

    El presente estudio tiene como objetivo evaluar el Work Engagement en una organización del sector eléctrico colombiano, tomando una muestra compuesta por 46 empleados que se encontraban atravesando por un proceso de transformación digital. Para la evaluación de los niveles de Work Engagement se aplicó la escala UWES17, que permite evaluar el compromiso afectivo hacia el trabajo, la cual consta de 17 elementos que miden tres dimensiones: Absorción, vigor y dedicación. Los resultados obtenidos muestran altos niveles de Work Engagement, a pesar de que la organización atravesaba por un proceso de cambio, que en muchos ocasiones puede afectar los niveles de Engagement y generar resistencia; no obstante, estos resultados positivos se pueden atribuir a diversos factores relacionados con la adecuada gestión del cambio, el liderazgo y el tipo de organización. The objective of this study is to evaluate Work Engagement in an organization in the Colombian electricity sector, taking a sample made up of 46 employees who were going through a digital transformation process. For the evaluation of Work Engagement levels, the UWES17 scale was applied, which allows evaluating the affective commitment towards work, which consists of 17 elements that measure three dimensions: Absorption, vigor and dedication. The results obtained show high levels of Work Engagement, despite the fact that the organization was going through a process of change, which on many occasions can affect the levels of Engagement and generate resistance; however, these positive results can be attributed to various factors related to proper change management, leadership, and the type of organization.

    El objetivo de esta investigación fue determinar la alternativa de financiación que ofreciera un balance adecuado entre la rentabilidad esperada y el riesgo que está dispuesto a asumir un mediano productor en la estructuración del modelo de negocio de un cultivo de limón Tahití en Colombia. A partir de la investigación realizada sobre las alternativas de financiación disponibles para productores se concluyó que para el caso en estudio solo son relevantes aquellos créditos diseñados para aliviar el impacto que tienen los altos costos en los flujos del proyecto y que, por lo tanto, generen liquidez. En síntesis, para este modelo de negocio la mejor alternativa fue la financiación por vía deuda, idealmente en épocas de bajas tasas de interés, ya que se necesitan bajos costos de deuda para que el proyecto genere valor; sin embargo, fue importante evaluar primero las alternativas, ya que solo bajo una de ellas generaba valor. The objective of this research was to determine the financing alternative that offered an adequate balance between the expected profitability and the risk that a medium sized producer is willing to assume in a Tahiti lemon crop to be stablished in Santander, Colombia. Based on the research carried out on the financing alternatives available to producers, it was concluded that for the case under study, only those credits designed to alleviate the impact that high costs have on project flows and that, therefore, generate liquidity. In summary, for this business model the best alternative was debt financing, ideally in times of low interest rates, since low debt costs are needed for the project to generate value; however, it was important to first evaluate the alternatives, since only one of them generated value.

    El presente artículo tiene como objetivo estudiar la evolución del concepto de derecho y cómo en los últimos años ha pasado de ser rígido, estático y tradicional a ser más flexible y dinámico. Lo anterior, debido a la construcción social que se ha dado del mismo y al aumento e influencia de las nuevas tecnologías de la información. ¿Qué es lo que esto ha traído para el derecho en cuanto al alcance y suficiencia de las regulaciones tradicionales? y ¿Cuáles son los retos y las interrogantes que estas grandes tecnologías les han dejado a las instituciones jurídicas? El inicio de este artículo es una recopilación, en términos generales, de lo que ha sido la concepción tradicional de derecho y la transformación a la que se ha sometido como constructo social. Este último está influenciado por factores económicos, sociales y culturales de un mundo globalizado e impulsado por el internet y el uso de las nuevas tecnologías de la información. En este punto, será evidente la relevancia que han tomado en los últimos años conceptos modernos como el de metaverso, propiedad intelectual, inteligencia artificial y LegalTech. Conceptos que vienen acompañados de riesgos, vacíos y conflictos, y que a su vez están englobados en una misma causa: la digitalización de la información. Este artículo apunta, en todo momento, a que somos y seremos una sociedad eminentemente digital y a la importancia de la tecnología de la información y las herramientas que esta ofrece. Se parte del supuesto que la tecnología seguirá incidiendo en los ámbitos formativos, educativos y aplicativos del derecho porque los métodos tradicionales limitan el funcionamiento y el desarrollo de una sociedad avanzada. Una sociedad que exige respuestas y, es ahí, en donde podría incidir el derecho internacional y transnacional, la transferencia de tecnología y los equivalentes funcionales, componentes que se ofrecen como posibles soluciones a los retos que trae la digitalización. The purpose of this article is to study the evolution of the concept of law and how in recent years it has gone from being rigid, static, and traditional to being more flexible and dynamic, due to its social construction and the increase and influence of new information technologies. What has this brought to law in terms of the scope and sufficiency of traditional regulations, and what are the challenges and questions that these great technologies have left to legal institutions? The beginning of this article is a compilation, in general terms, of what has been the traditional conception of law and the transformation it has undergone as a social construct. The latter is influenced by economic, social, and cultural factors of a globalized world driven by the internet and the use of new information technologies. At this point, it will be evident the relevance that modern concepts such as metaverse, intellectual property, artificial intelligence, and LegalTech have taken in recent years. Concepts that are accompanied by risks, gaps, and conflicts, and which in turn are encompassed in the same cause: the digitization of information. This article points, always, to the fact that we are and will be an eminently digital society and to the importance of information technology and the tools it offers. It is assumed that technology will continue to have an impact on the training, educational, and application areas of law because traditional methods limit the functioning and development of an advanced society. A society that demands answers, and this is where international and transnational law, technology transfer, and functional equivalents could have an impact, components that are offered as possible solutions to the challenges brought about by digitalization.

    El presente trabajo de grado tiene como objetivo el diseño de un modelo de negocio que permita crear un emprendimiento para ayudar a los hogares en el proceso de transformación digital. Con tal fin hemos hecho un análisis de la industria y del macroentorno a través de técnicas como el análisis PESTEL y cinco fuerzas de Porter, lo cual dejó ver que efectivamente es un mercado con un potencial importante de crecimiento. Además, se ha hecho un análisis de la demanda usando técnicas de recopilación de datos (encuestas), que nos ha permitido definir y entender de una mejor manera el público objetivo al que se quiere llegar a través de la oferta de servicios del emprendimiento. El análisis e interpretación de los resultados del trabajo de campo han sido la base fundamental para la creación y validación de la propuesta de valor y posteriormente la proyección del modelo financiero del emprendimiento. The objective of this degree project is to design a business model that allows the creation of a company that helps households in the process of digital transformation. To do this, we have made an analysis of the industry and the macro-environment through techniques such as PESTEL analysis and Porter's five forces which showed that it is indeed a market with significant growth potential. In addition, an analysis of the demand has been made using data collection techniques (surveys) that has allowed us to define and understand in a better way the target audience to be reached through the supply of services of the venture. The analysis and interpretation of the fieldwork results have been the fundamental basis for the creation and validation of the value proposition and subsequently the projection of the venture's financial model.

    El mundo se encuentra en una época de implementación y optimización de algunos procesos organizacionales de manera digital, lo que trae consigo nuevas oportunidades para que las empresas mejoren o establezcan las denominadas estrategias de transformación digital en la industria a la que pertenecen. Esta tendencia trae muchos retos para entender su implementación y función en los procesos internos de la empresa y su rol en los procesos externos, para llevar la propuesta de valor a beneficio del consumidor. La industria turística no es ajena a estas nuevas estrategias de transformación digital. Siendo una de las industrias más importantes a nivel mundial debe estar alineada con estos avances, debido a que el consumidor de una industria global espera que estén disponibles en cualquier lugar y bajo cualquier situación. Por lo tanto, en esta investigación, usaremos una metodología cualitativa soportada en técnicas de entrevistas a profundidad, donde analizamos las barreras para implementar estrategias de transformación digital en las empresas turísticas de la ciudad de Medellín y se proponen rutas para disminuirlas y aportar en la implementación y digitalización, según las expectativas de su entorno competitivo. The world is in a time of digital implementation and optimization of some organizational processes, which brings with it new opportunities for companies to improve or establish so-called digital transformation strategies in the industry to which they belong. This trend brings many challenges to understand its implementation and function in the internal processes of the company and its role in external processes, to bring the value proposition to the benefit of the consumer. The tourism industry is no stranger to these new digital transformation strategies. Being one of the most important industries worldwide, it must be aligned with these advances, because the consumer of a global industry expects them to be available anywhere and under any situation. Therefore, in this research, we will use a qualitative methodology supported by in-depth interview techniques, where we analyze the barriers to implement digital transformation strategies in tourism companies in the city of Medellin and propose routes to reduce them and contribute to the implementation. and digitization, according to the expectations of your competitive environment.

    Este trabajo de grado se centró en estructurar una propuesta orientada a facilitar la adaptación organizacional de una entidad financiera con operación en territorio colombiano a un nuevo paradigma digital 4.0, de cara a alcanzar una operación tecnológica inteligente. Para tal fin, se desarrolló una investigación de enfoque cualitativo, alcance descriptivo y diseño no experimental, en la que se formuló una aproximación conceptual enfocada en la materialización de un nuevo paradigma tecnológico inteligente. El estudio reveló que las dinámicas de transformación organizacional implican alinear de forma armónica múltiples aspectos. Entre ellos, seres humanos, tecnología, procesos, estructura y flujos de inversión. Se encontró, además, que la conformación de equipos de I+D+i debe incorporar perfiles multidisciplinarios y coherentes con las necesidades de mejoramiento a nivel procesos, y que estos grupos deben estar en capacidad de identificar y evaluar las tecnologías disponibles que mejor satisfacen las necesidades de los distintos grupos de interés asociados, a partir de lecciones aprendidas derivadas de experiencias de implementación previas. Por último, se identificó que la implementación de iniciativas vinculadas a la transformación digital implica, normalmente, un plan de inversión específico; sin embargo, su puesta en marcha puede generar también una potencial reducción en la estructura de egresos a partir de determinantes tales como la facilidad de acceso a la tecnología y los mecanismos de uso por vía demanda. This degree work focused on structuring a proposal aimed at facilitating the organizational adaptation of a financial institution operating in Colombia to a new digital 4.0 paradigm, to achieve an intelligent technological operation. For this purpose, a qualitative approach descriptive scope and non-experimental design research was developed, in which a conceptual approach focused on the materialization of a new intelligent technological paradigm was formulated. The study revealed that the dynamics of organizational transformation involve harmoniously aligning multiple aspects. Among them, human beings, technology, processes, structure, and investment flows. Moreover, it was also found that formation of R&D&I teams should incorporate multidisciplinary profiles that are consistent with the needs for improvement at the process level, and that these groups should also be able to identify and evaluate the available technologies that best meet the needs of the various associated stakeholders, based on lessons learned from previous implementation experiences. Finally, it was identified that the implementation of digital transformation initiatives usually involves a specific investment plan; however, its implementation can also generate a potential reduction in the structure of expenditures based on determinants such as the ease of access to technology, and the mechanisms of use via demand.

    La cuarta revolución industrial presenta grandes retos y considerables oportunidades para las empresas en Colombia. En un momento en el que nuevas tecnologías se han desarrollado en los últimos años, las compañías enfrentan el desafío de transformarse digitalmente. En Colombia este proceso aún tiene un alto potencial de desarrollo. De hecho, en 2019 solo el 11.7% de las organizaciones contaban con una estrategia digital (Colombia está quedada en transformación digital, 2019). El presente trabajo buscó identificar aspectos claves de la transformación digital e identificar empresas colombianas que estén realizando procesos de transformación digital. A través de la escritura de un caso de estudio, se expone la estrategia de transformación digital que inició en 2018 Renault Sofasa, una de las ensambladoras de automóviles con mayor trayectoria en Colombia. The fourth industrial revolution presents great challenges and considerable opportunities for companies in Colombia. At a time when new technologies have been developed in recent years, companies face the challenge of transforming themselves digitally. In Colombia this process still has a high development potential. In fact, in 2019 only 11.7% of organizations had a digital strategy (Colombia está quedada en transformación digital, 2019). This work sought to identify key aspects of digital transformation and identify Colombian companies that are carrying out digital transformation processes. Through the writing of a case study, it is exposed the digital transformation strategy started in 2018 by Renault Sofasa, one of the car assemblers with the longest experience in Colombia.

    Esta investigación explora el e-commerce desde la visión de los expertos entrevistados. Con el auge de la globalización y la digitalización, se ha producido una acelerada evolución en el comportamiento del consumidor y, debido a esto, las empresas deben adaptarse constantemente a la invariable incertidumbre de los cambios del mercado para mantenerse competitivas. El estudio analiza los elementos claves para aumentar las probabilidades de éxito, al implementar las estrategias de marketing digital en comercio electrónico. Se abordan cuatro dimensiones principales basadas en la literatura académica, para posteriormente ser contrastada con la visión de los expertos desde sus experiencias. Esto se realizó por medio de entrevistas semiestructuradas de recolección de datos primarios y ofrecer un análisis detallado de los hallazgos. Estos resultados muestran una visión integral de las prácticas efectivas en el comercio electrónico con recomendaciones finales que, pueden ser la base para un e-commerce exitoso y, por tanto, se espera que sean útiles para académicos y profesionales del sector. This research explores ecommerce from the perspective of the experts interviewed. With the rise of globalization and digitalization, it has produced an accelerated evolution in consumer behavior, due to which companies must constantly adapt to the invariable uncertainty of market changes to remain competitive. The study analyzes the key elements to increase the probability of success when implementing digital marketing strategies in e-commerce. It addresses 4 main dimensions based on academic literature to be subsequently contrasted with the vision of experts from their experiences. This was done through structured interviews to collect primary data and provide a detailed analysis of the findings. These results show a comprehensive view of effective e-commerce practices with final recommendations that can be the basis for a successful ecommerce, therefore, it is expected to be useful for academics and professionals in the sector.

    Este trabajo de grado analiza la pertinencia del modelo de implementación de blockchain en los contratos del sector público. Para tal propósito se desarrolla una investigación de enfoque cualitativo, alcance descriptivo y diseño no experimental en la que se analiza la idoneidad de esta herramienta en el marco de la contratación estatal a través de tres pasos: i) identificación y mapeo de los riegos vinculados a los contratos, ii) análisis de la tecnología blockchain y iii) evaluación mediante un modelo de las aplicabilidades del blockchain para la organización. Los resultados revelan que este tipo de entidades se encuentran expuestas a múltiples fenómenos que pueden llegar a afectar su funcionamiento ‒se destacan aspectos de tipo legal, operacional, tecnológico, financiero, de cumplimiento, de seguridad, políticos, sociales y reputacionales‒. Además, se evidencia que el blockchain constituye una herramienta que contribuye a mejorar las condiciones de digitalización, seguridad, transparencia y trazabilidad de los datos. Por último, se plantea un modelo de tres ejes (información, tecnología, seguridad) y ocho perspectivas (protocolos, códigos, disponibilidad, infraestructura, acceso a plataformas, conectividad, ciberseguridad, confidencialidad de la información) que permite identificar variables y elementos críticos de cara al uso de la herramienta en el sector público (en un plano de privacidad, confianza, descentralización y rapidez para los distintos grupos de interés). This degree work aims to analyze the relevance of the Blockchain implementation model in public sector contracts. For this purpose, a research with a qualitative approach, descriptive scope and non-experimental design is developed, which analyzes, through three (3) steps (1 - identification and mapping of the risks associated with contracts, 2 - analysis of Blockchain technology, 3 - evaluation through a model of the applicabilities of Blockchain for the organization) the suitability of this tool in the framework of state contracting. The results reveal that this type of entities are exposed to multiple phenomena that may affect their operation (legal, operational, technological, financial, compliance, security, political and social, and reputational aspects are highlighted). In addition, it is shown that the Blockchain constitutes a tool that contributes to improve the conditions of digitization, security, transparency and traceability of data. Finally, a three (3) axis model is proposed (information, technology, security and eight (8) perspectives (protocols, codes, availability, infrastructure, access to platforms, connectivity, cybersecurity, confidentiality of information) that allows identifying variables and critical elements for the use of the tool in the public sector (in terms of privacy, trust, decentralization and speed for the different stakeholders).

    En los últimos años, el uso de robots en instalaciones industriales se ha extendido como una práctica común. Particularmente, la industria de logística y manejo de inventarios se ha beneficiado de los avances tecnológicos que, sin embargo, los altos costos de estas tecnologías impiden que muchas empresas adopten este grado de automatización. En esta investigación se plantea la viabilidad de utilizar Visual SLAM monocular como alternativa para reducir costos en el hardware de localización, utilizado para la navegación de robots en bodegas. Para ello, estudiamos implementaciones de código abierto, especialmente aquellas basadas en ORB-SLAM2, ROS y Ubuntu. Luego, proponemos un entorno de prueba compuesto por un robot Turtle Bot 2 y un ambiente controlado que reúne gran parte de las características de una bodega tradicional. Nuestro análisis muestra que es posible usar Visual SLAM monocular en bodegas, sin embargo, mencionamos algunos elementos en el software y el hardware que deben mejorarse en las implementaciones actuales para operar los robots de manera robusta y segura en un entorno de bodegaje bajo techo. In recent years, the use of robots in industrial facilities has become widespread. Particularly, the logistics and inventory management industry has benefited from technological advances, however, the high costs of these technologies prevent many companies from adopting this degree of automation. In this research, we propose the feasibility of using monocular Visual SLAM as an alternative to reduce costs in the localization hardware used for robot navigation in warehouses. For that, we study open source implementations, especially those based on ORB-SLAM2, ROS and Ubuntu. Then, we propose a testing environment compose by a Turtle Bot 2 robot and a location that ensembles some of the characteristics of warehouses. Our analysis shows that it is possible to use monocular Visual SLAM in warehouses, however, we mention some elements in the software and hardware that should be fixed or improved in current implementations in order to robustly and safely operate robots in an indoor storage environment.

    El presente estudio tiene como objetivo evaluar el Work Engagement en una organización del sector eléctrico colombiano, tomando una muestra compuesta por 46 empleados que se encontraban atravesando por un proceso de transformación digital. Para la evaluación de los niveles de Work Engagement se aplicó la escala UWES17, que permite evaluar el compromiso afectivo hacia el trabajo, la cual consta de 17 elementos que miden tres dimensiones: Absorción, vigor y dedicación. Los resultados obtenidos muestran altos niveles de Work Engagement, a pesar de que la organización atravesaba por un proceso de cambio, que en muchos ocasiones puede afectar los niveles de Engagement y generar resistencia; no obstante, estos resultados positivos se pueden atribuir a diversos factores relacionados con la adecuada gestión del cambio, el liderazgo y el tipo de organización. The objective of this study is to evaluate Work Engagement in an organization in the Colombian electricity sector, taking a sample made up of 46 employees who were going through a digital transformation process. For the evaluation of Work Engagement levels, the UWES17 scale was applied, which allows evaluating the affective commitment towards work, which consists of 17 elements that measure three dimensions: Absorption, vigor and dedication. The results obtained show high levels of Work Engagement, despite the fact that the organization was going through a process of change, which on many occasions can affect the levels of Engagement and generate resistance; however, these positive results can be attributed to various factors related to proper change management, leadership, and the type of organization.

    El objetivo de esta investigación fue determinar la alternativa de financiación que ofreciera un balance adecuado entre la rentabilidad esperada y el riesgo que está dispuesto a asumir un mediano productor en la estructuración del modelo de negocio de un cultivo de limón Tahití en Colombia. A partir de la investigación realizada sobre las alternativas de financiación disponibles para productores se concluyó que para el caso en estudio solo son relevantes aquellos créditos diseñados para aliviar el impacto que tienen los altos costos en los flujos del proyecto y que, por lo tanto, generen liquidez. En síntesis, para este modelo de negocio la mejor alternativa fue la financiación por vía deuda, idealmente en épocas de bajas tasas de interés, ya que se necesitan bajos costos de deuda para que el proyecto genere valor; sin embargo, fue importante evaluar primero las alternativas, ya que solo bajo una de ellas generaba valor. The objective of this research was to determine the financing alternative that offered an adequate balance between the expected profitability and the risk that a medium sized producer is willing to assume in a Tahiti lemon crop to be stablished in Santander, Colombia. Based on the research carried out on the financing alternatives available to producers, it was concluded that for the case under study, only those credits designed to alleviate the impact that high costs have on project flows and that, therefore, generate liquidity. In summary, for this business model the best alternative was debt financing, ideally in times of low interest rates, since low debt costs are needed for the project to generate value; however, it was important to first evaluate the alternatives, since only one of them generated value.

    El presente artículo tiene como objetivo estudiar la evolución del concepto de derecho y cómo en los últimos años ha pasado de ser rígido, estático y tradicional a ser más flexible y dinámico. Lo anterior, debido a la construcción social que se ha dado del mismo y al aumento e influencia de las nuevas tecnologías de la información. ¿Qué es lo que esto ha traído para el derecho en cuanto al alcance y suficiencia de las regulaciones tradicionales? y ¿Cuáles son los retos y las interrogantes que estas grandes tecnologías les han dejado a las instituciones jurídicas? El inicio de este artículo es una recopilación, en términos generales, de lo que ha sido la concepción tradicional de derecho y la transformación a la que se ha sometido como constructo social. Este último está influenciado por factores económicos, sociales y culturales de un mundo globalizado e impulsado por el internet y el uso de las nuevas tecnologías de la información. En este punto, será evidente la relevancia que han tomado en los últimos años conceptos modernos como el de metaverso, propiedad intelectual, inteligencia artificial y LegalTech. Conceptos que vienen acompañados de riesgos, vacíos y conflictos, y que a su vez están englobados en una misma causa: la digitalización de la información. Este artículo apunta, en todo momento, a que somos y seremos una sociedad eminentemente digital y a la importancia de la tecnología de la información y las herramientas que esta ofrece. Se parte del supuesto que la tecnología seguirá incidiendo en los ámbitos formativos, educativos y aplicativos del derecho porque los métodos tradicionales limitan el funcionamiento y el desarrollo de una sociedad avanzada. Una sociedad que exige respuestas y, es ahí, en donde podría incidir el derecho internacional y transnacional, la transferencia de tecnología y los equivalentes funcionales, componentes que se ofrecen como posibles soluciones a los retos que trae la digitalización. The purpose of this article is to study the evolution of the concept of law and how in recent years it has gone from being rigid, static, and traditional to being more flexible and dynamic, due to its social construction and the increase and influence of new information technologies. What has this brought to law in terms of the scope and sufficiency of traditional regulations, and what are the challenges and questions that these great technologies have left to legal institutions? The beginning of this article is a compilation, in general terms, of what has been the traditional conception of law and the transformation it has undergone as a social construct. The latter is influenced by economic, social, and cultural factors of a globalized world driven by the internet and the use of new information technologies. At this point, it will be evident the relevance that modern concepts such as metaverse, intellectual property, artificial intelligence, and LegalTech have taken in recent years. Concepts that are accompanied by risks, gaps, and conflicts, and which in turn are encompassed in the same cause: the digitization of information. This article points, always, to the fact that we are and will be an eminently digital society and to the importance of information technology and the tools it offers. It is assumed that technology will continue to have an impact on the training, educational, and application areas of law because traditional methods limit the functioning and development of an advanced society. A society that demands answers, and this is where international and transnational law, technology transfer, and functional equivalents could have an impact, components that are offered as possible solutions to the challenges brought about by digitalization.

    El presente trabajo de grado tiene como objetivo el diseño de un modelo de negocio que permita crear un emprendimiento para ayudar a los hogares en el proceso de transformación digital. Con tal fin hemos hecho un análisis de la industria y del macroentorno a través de técnicas como el análisis PESTEL y cinco fuerzas de Porter, lo cual dejó ver que efectivamente es un mercado con un potencial importante de crecimiento. Además, se ha hecho un análisis de la demanda usando técnicas de recopilación de datos (encuestas), que nos ha permitido definir y entender de una mejor manera el público objetivo al que se quiere llegar a través de la oferta de servicios del emprendimiento. El análisis e interpretación de los resultados del trabajo de campo han sido la base fundamental para la creación y validación de la propuesta de valor y posteriormente la proyección del modelo financiero del emprendimiento. The objective of this degree project is to design a business model that allows the creation of a company that helps households in the process of digital transformation. To do this, we have made an analysis of the industry and the macro-environment through techniques such as PESTEL analysis and Porter's five forces which showed that it is indeed a market with significant growth potential. In addition, an analysis of the demand has been made using data collection techniques (surveys) that has allowed us to define and understand in a better way the target audience to be reached through the supply of services of the venture. The analysis and interpretation of the fieldwork results have been the fundamental basis for the creation and validation of the value proposition and subsequently the projection of the venture's financial model.

    El mundo se encuentra en una época de implementación y optimización de algunos procesos organizacionales de manera digital, lo que trae consigo nuevas oportunidades para que las empresas mejoren o establezcan las denominadas estrategias de transformación digital en la industria a la que pertenecen. Esta tendencia trae muchos retos para entender su implementación y función en los procesos internos de la empresa y su rol en los procesos externos, para llevar la propuesta de valor a beneficio del consumidor. La industria turística no es ajena a estas nuevas estrategias de transformación digital. Siendo una de las industrias más importantes a nivel mundial debe estar alineada con estos avances, debido a que el consumidor de una industria global espera que estén disponibles en cualquier lugar y bajo cualquier situación. Por lo tanto, en esta investigación, usaremos una metodología cualitativa soportada en técnicas de entrevistas a profundidad, donde analizamos las barreras para implementar estrategias de transformación digital en las empresas turísticas de la ciudad de Medellín y se proponen rutas para disminuirlas y aportar en la implementación y digitalización, según las expectativas de su entorno competitivo. The world is in a time of digital implementation and optimization of some organizational processes, which brings with it new opportunities for companies to improve or establish so-called digital transformation strategies in the industry to which they belong. This trend brings many challenges to understand its implementation and function in the internal processes of the company and its role in external processes, to bring the value proposition to the benefit of the consumer. The tourism industry is no stranger to these new digital transformation strategies. Being one of the most important industries worldwide, it must be aligned with these advances, because the consumer of a global industry expects them to be available anywhere and under any situation. Therefore, in this research, we will use a qualitative methodology supported by in-depth interview techniques, where we analyze the barriers to implement digital transformation strategies in tourism companies in the city of Medellin and propose routes to reduce them and contribute to the implementation. and digitization, according to the expectations of your competitive environment.

    Este trabajo de grado se centró en estructurar una propuesta orientada a facilitar la adaptación organizacional de una entidad financiera con operación en territorio colombiano a un nuevo paradigma digital 4.0, de cara a alcanzar una operación tecnológica inteligente. Para tal fin, se desarrolló una investigación de enfoque cualitativo, alcance descriptivo y diseño no experimental, en la que se formuló una aproximación conceptual enfocada en la materialización de un nuevo paradigma tecnológico inteligente. El estudio reveló que las dinámicas de transformación organizacional implican alinear de forma armónica múltiples aspectos. Entre ellos, seres humanos, tecnología, procesos, estructura y flujos de inversión. Se encontró, además, que la conformación de equipos de I+D+i debe incorporar perfiles multidisciplinarios y coherentes con las necesidades de mejoramiento a nivel procesos, y que estos grupos deben estar en capacidad de identificar y evaluar las tecnologías disponibles que mejor satisfacen las necesidades de los distintos grupos de interés asociados, a partir de lecciones aprendidas derivadas de experiencias de implementación previas. Por último, se identificó que la implementación de iniciativas vinculadas a la transformación digital implica, normalmente, un plan de inversión específico; sin embargo, su puesta en marcha puede generar también una potencial reducción en la estructura de egresos a partir de determinantes tales como la facilidad de acceso a la tecnología y los mecanismos de uso por vía demanda. This degree work focused on structuring a proposal aimed at facilitating the organizational adaptation of a financial institution operating in Colombia to a new digital 4.0 paradigm, to achieve an intelligent technological operation. For this purpose, a qualitative approach descriptive scope and non-experimental design research was developed, in which a conceptual approach focused on the materialization of a new intelligent technological paradigm was formulated. The study revealed that the dynamics of organizational transformation involve harmoniously aligning multiple aspects. Among them, human beings, technology, processes, structure, and investment flows. Moreover, it was also found that formation of R&D&I teams should incorporate multidisciplinary profiles that are consistent with the needs for improvement at the process level, and that these groups should also be able to identify and evaluate the available technologies that best meet the needs of the various associated stakeholders, based on lessons learned from previous implementation experiences. Finally, it was identified that the implementation of digital transformation initiatives usually involves a specific investment plan; however, its implementation can also generate a potential reduction in the structure of expenditures based on determinants such as the ease of access to technology, and the mechanisms of use via demand.

    La cuarta revolución industrial presenta grandes retos y considerables oportunidades para las empresas en Colombia. En un momento en el que nuevas tecnologías se han desarrollado en los últimos años, las compañías enfrentan el desafío de transformarse digitalmente. En Colombia este proceso aún tiene un alto potencial de desarrollo. De hecho, en 2019 solo el 11.7% de las organizaciones contaban con una estrategia digital (Colombia está quedada en transformación digital, 2019). El presente trabajo buscó identificar aspectos claves de la transformación digital e identificar empresas colombianas que estén realizando procesos de transformación digital. A través de la escritura de un caso de estudio, se expone la estrategia de transformación digital que inició en 2018 Renault Sofasa, una de las ensambladoras de automóviles con mayor trayectoria en Colombia. The fourth industrial revolution presents great challenges and considerable opportunities for companies in Colombia. At a time when new technologies have been developed in recent years, companies face the challenge of transforming themselves digitally. In Colombia this process still has a high development potential. In fact, in 2019 only 11.7% of organizations had a digital strategy (Colombia está quedada en transformación digital, 2019). This work sought to identify key aspects of digital transformation and identify Colombian companies that are carrying out digital transformation processes. Through the writing of a case study, it is exposed the digital transformation strategy started in 2018 by Renault Sofasa, one of the car assemblers with the longest experience in Colombia.
