The article discusses the development trends of the tourism and hospitality industry through the prism of the digital economy. It is noted that digital technologies are changing the landscape of the industry, and global digitalization dictates the need to adapt all business processes and adapt to it.

The article deals with the economic development of the Black sea province at the beginning of the XX century. The attention is paid to the development of agriculture, industry, food security of the population. As sources there were used the materials of pre-revolutionary periodical press of the Black sea province, namely: "Sochinskii listok" and "Severnyi Kavkaz". Also there were used the material from the pre-revolutionary guidebooks and handbooks. While solving the tasks there were used the general scientific methods (analysis, synthesis, concretization, generalization), and traditional methods of historical analysis. The authors applied the historical-situational method, which involves the study of historical facts in the context of the studied era in conjunction with the "neighboring" events and facts. This is particularly important when studying such sources as periodicals. In conclusion, it is noted that the concentration of wage labor in the industrial production of the Black sea province characterized by the considerable irregularity. The Novorossiysk district was the most industrialized one and had a significant layer of not only urban but also the proletariat, the other two (Sochi and Tuapse) were essentially peasant.

The submitted article covers some issues of regulations of contractual medical services in the Russian Federation. The contemporary state of regulations in connection with contractual medical services providing, as opined by many researchers, leaves much to be desired. Medical services contract, being a particular case of fee-based services contract has its specifics which must be reflected in regulations. The authors study the issues on setting the terms of services quality in the contract, quality and result relation in the context of healthcare system reform tasks, one of which is medical services quality improvement. In a medical services contract the quality of medical services is related by authors to their standards. Conclusions and offers on improvement of legal regulation are based on the study of issue’s background, current legal regulation, opinions of other researchers on commercial medicine. The result guarantee prohibition offered by authors in medical services contract, more detailed specification of terms and conditions, information mandatory for submission to patients will allow to protect consumer’s rights and decrease abuse in commercial medicine. © 2015, ASERS Publishing House. Если раньше принцип работы устройства закладывался буквально в ходе создания и был абсолютно незыблем весь срок службы машины, то сегодня вся логика реализована программными методами и может быть изменена или настроена в соответствии с решаемыми задачами. В работе рассматривается настраиваемая сенсорная сеть, развернутая на полиграфическом комбинате, строится ее математическая модель и рвссчитывается вероятность ее отказа. By spreading the concept of the Internet of things the world of industry has rapidly evolved from analog to digital. Before the principle of the device was laid literally during the creation and the entire lifetime of the machine was absolutely unshakable, today all logic is implemented by software methods and can be changed or tuned in accordance with the tasks to be solved. In the paper we consider a sensor network deployed at a printing plant, construct its mathematical model and calculate its failure probability.

As part of Russia's strategic tilt to Asia, Russian policymakers hope to increase food exports to the Asia-Pacific region. This article analyzes prospects for increasing Russia's penetration of Asian food markets by surveying initiatives to increase local food production in the Far East and efforts to attract investment into agriculture. Nowdays, wearables are very important part of Internet of Things (IoT) concept. They share a lot of parameters with embedded devices and add some new requirements. Most of those requirements are created by their unique usage-these devices are in user proximity, mostly directly on a human body. This brings also a lot of complications for researchers and engineers. They must consider i.e. safety terms or small dimensions, which are interfering with requirements such as battery life and computational power. This paper presents a study of computational power versus power efficiency of modern System on a Chip (SoC) platform for Internet of Things (IoT). Target of this study is to determine which currently accessible SoC on the market is most suitable for usage in wearables and emerging applications like e.g. augmented reality. Three different platforms were tested and the results are presented at the end of this paper. © 2016 IEEE.

Despite several decades of intense developments, the consumer IoT market still falls short of delivering its original economic promise. Its current condition - featuring fragmentation among the key players and their siloed business models - is comprehensively reviewed in this article. We specifically address the stagnant home automation sector, which suffers from a lack of interoperability between the existing IoT products. Aiming to unblock its sustainable growth, we systematically report on the development of a next-generation SyMPHOnY platform that becomes the key asset for telecom operators willing to understand the true needs of their customers. Supported by a recent user experience study, our SyMPHOnY platform pragmatically integrates a residential gateway module with a multitude of smart home solutions to provide valuable information and services based on consumers' household automation data. It thus offers significant promise to bridge the existing divide between IoT technology availability and its slow market adoption. © 2017 IEEE.
