    **Abstract** This paper presents an innovative study on the advancement of geometric logic through tessellations and sweeping nets, addressing the challenge of arranging reflecting points for efficient ray tracing under limited time constraints. We introduce the concept of a sweeping subnet alongside a causal barrier to encapsulate the geometrical limitations posed by time, thereby delineating the boundary of influence for light propagation within a defined space. This work delves into the underpinnings of tessellation dynamics, revealing how the spatial arrangement and temporal evolution of tessellated patterns can be navigated and optimized through a novel algorithmic framework. Through a combination of theoretical exploration and practical implementation, including Python code for simulation and visualization, we provide a platform for approximating optimal tessellations that adapt to the constraints dictated by the causal barrier. The exploration of causal barrier dynamics, lattice optimization, and the computational approach to evolving tessellations contributes to the foundational understanding of geometric logic's calculus, with potential applications ranging from rendering engines in computer graphics to dynamic environmental mapping. In this paper, we have explained how logic-vectors can be interpreted as a geometrical representation over computational engines and how it can be implemented in code using large language models. We have also proposed the usage of Time Compass to derive logic-vector evolution over a quasi-chaotic system and its direct manipulation on the tessellation Colormap. This paper focuses on the optimal arrangement of reflecting points for efficient ray tracing given limited sweep time. We examine spatial configurations, employing our core concept of a sweeping subnet and defining a causal barrier to capture constraints imposed by time. We will also discuss the influence of these constructions on the design of an algorithm for approximating optimal tessellations. I have provided code for each of the graphs, as the mathematics is demonstrated unequivocally by their implementation. The reader can test out the reality of this system by visualizing the graphs themselves using Python in a suitable environment like Google Colaboratory.

    This model was developed by Maarten Nauta and used by members of the EFSA Working Group on persistence of microbiological hazards (EFSA-Q-2022-00217) dealing with the scientific opinion on the persistence of microbiological hazards in food and feed production and processing environments (https://doi.org/10.2903/ j.efsa.2024.8521). The models simulate a simple food chain where persistence of L. monocytogenes and Salmonella enterica may occur in the food processing environment. They can be used to analyse the QMRA models described in the scientific opinion. The supplementary files to the abovementioned EFSA opinion include an R code for the Listeria monocytogenes model that can be run in RStudio and provides an Rshiny app, an R code for the Salmonella enterica model that can be run in RStudio and provides an Rshiny app and a manual which describes the L. monocytogenes model and explains the interface. The Salmonella enterica app works similarly, but the model misses some elements of the L. monocytogenes model. More details can be found in sections 2.5 (methodology), 3.5.1. (assessment) and Appendix E of the scientific opinion. THe potential sources of uncertainty are listed in Appendix C.

    The activity of the public broadcaster began after the First World War and has been successfully operating until today. After starting its operation by radio waves, the public service broadcaster during its activity experienced several challenges. Its work has been constantly discussed and even received quite a lot of criticism. Why is it needed? What is it good for? Especially, many discussions took place with the onset of technological advances. Digitization is one of the most prominent innovations of technological progress, which caused a huge revolution in the activities of the public service broadcaster and in its relationship with the public. Adapting to the challenges posed by digitization has been difficult but necessary for the public service broadcaster. It was noticed that if the public service broadcaster refuses to use the tools created by digitalization, the audience’s attention began to decrease. Therefore, to remain relevant and necessary, the public service broadcaster needed not only to participate in the process of digital transformation, but even to rethink its priorities and operational functions. This paper will examine the participation of the Lithuanian National Radio and Television (LRT) in the process of digital transformation. LRT's approach to this process can be partially clarified in the “2023-2027 LRT Strategy”. The digitization process in this document is mentioned more than once. However, this does not fully prove that LRT is focusing on this. Therefore, a qualitative study was conducted – a semi-structured interview in which professionals from the LRT media group participated. During it, the main seek was to find out the answers to various questions relevant to this thesis. How journalists manage to work in a media environment affected by digitalization? What are the challenges? How has digitization changed the specifics of their work? How do they rate LRT? How did LRT change? How is LRT participating in the digital transformation process? In order to answer these questions, the object of the final thesis has been singled out – the viewpoint of LRT media group professionals working in the public broadcaster towards LRT's adaptation to the digitization process and changing work specifics. The aim of the thesis is to find out how the professionals of the LRT media group evaluate the Lithuanian public broadcaster in the process of digital transformation. The conclusions of the thesis research showed that, despite being exposed to various challenges, the public service broadcaster always knew how to adapt. The digitalization process should not be feared, but should be participated in, to achieve the best possible connection with the public. Over the years, the focus on the audience has grown steadily. Gradually, it became clear that the public broadcaster needs to change, participate in the digitization process, and implement new technologies in its activities. In other words, to create a digital partnership. The informants who participated in the research claim that LRT is a contemporary and modern public service broadcaster. Actively participates in the digitization process and understands its importance. According to them, LRT tries to reach the widest possible audience in every possible way. Takes advantage of all media channels and uses them purposefully. Started working on content for youth and children. In addition, against the background of modern media challenges, LRT becomes a guiding star of accurate and reliable information. To ensure that only correct and fact-checked information reaches the public. Visuomeninio transliuotojo veikla prasidėjo po Pirmojo pasaulinio karo ir sėkmingai veikia iki šių dienų. Pradėjęs veiklą radijo bangomis, visuomeninis transliuotojas veiklos eigoje patyrė nemažai iššūkių. Jo vykdoma veikla buvo nuolat diskutuojama, sulaukė nemažai kritikos. Kodėl jis reikalingas? Kam jis naudingas? Ypatingai daug diskusijų vyko prasidėjus technologijų pažangai. Skaitmeninimas – viena ryškiausių technologinės pažangos inovacijų sukėlusių didžiulį perversmą visuomeninio transliuotojo veikloje bei santykyje su visuomene. Visuomeniniam transliuotojui prisitaikyti prie skaitmeninimo sukeltų iššūkių buvo sunku, tačiau būtina. Pastebėta, jog visuomeniniam transliuotojui nesinaudojant skaitmeninimo sukurtais įrankiais, auditorijos skiriamas dėmesys pradėjo mažėti. Tad norint išlikti aktualiu ir reikalingu, visuomeniniam transliuotojui reikėjo ne tik dalyvauti skaitmeninės transformacijos procese, bet netgi permąstyti savo prioritetus ir veikimo funkcijas. Šiame darbe bus nagrinėjamas Lietuvos nacionalinio radijo ir televizijos (LRT) dalyvavimas skaitmeninės transformacijos procese. LRT požiūrį į šį procesą iš dalies galima išsiaiškinti „2023-2027 metų LRT strategijoje“. Šiame dokumente, skaitmeninimo procesas minimas ne kartą. Tačiau tai neįrodo, jog LRT iš tikrųjų į tai orientuojasi. Todėl atliktas kokybinis tyrimas – pusiau struktūruotas interviu, kuriame dalyvavo LRT medijų grupės profesionalai. Jo metu siekta išsiaiškinti atsakymus į įvairius šiam baigiamajam darbui aktualius klausimus. Kaip žurnalistams sekasi dirbti skaitmenizacijos veikiamoje medijų aplinkoje? Kokių iššūkių kyla? Kaip skaitmenizacija pakeitė jų darbo specifiką? Kaip jie vertina LRT? Kaip LRT keitėsi? Kaip LRT sekasi dalyvauti skaitmeninės transformacijos procese? Siekiant atsakyti į šiuos klausimus, išskirtas baigiamojo darbo objektas – LRT medijų grupės profesionalų, dirbančių visuomeniniame transliuotojuje, požiūris į LRT prisitaikymą prie skaitmenizacijos proceso ir kintančios darbo specifikos. Baigiamojo darbo tikslas – išsiaiškinti, kaip Lietuvos visuomeninį transliuotoją skaitmeninės transformacijos procese vertina jame dirbantys LRT medijų grupės profesionalai. Baigiamojo darbo tyrimo išvados parodė, jog nors ir veikiamas įvairių iššūkių, visuomeninis transliuotojas visuomet mokėjo prisitaikyti. Skaitmenizacijos proceso reikia ne išsigąsti, o dalyvauti jame, norint pasiekti kuo geresnį ryšį su visuomene. Bėgant metams dėmesys auditorijai nuolat augo. Pamažu tapo aišku, jog visuomeniniam transliuotojui reikia keistis, dalyvauti skaitmeninimo procese, diegti savo veikloje naujas technologijas. Kitaip tariant – kurti skaitmeninę partnerystę. Tyrime dalyvavę informantai teigia, jog LRT – šiuolaikiškas ir modernus visuomeninis transliuotojas. Aktyviai dalyvauja skaitmeninimo procese ir supranta jo svarbą. Anot jų, LRT visais įmanomais būdais stengiasi pasiekti, kuo platesnę auditoriją. Išnaudoja visų medijų kanalų galimybes ir tikslingai jais naudojasi. Pradėjo dirbti su turiniu, skirtu jaunimui ir vaikams. Be to, šiuolaikinių žiniasklaidos iššūkių fone, LRT tampa tarsi tikslios ir patikimos informacijos kelrode žvaigžde. Siekiant, jog visuomenę pasiektų tik teisinga ir faktais patikrinta informacija.

Šiame tiriamajame darbe pateikiama išsami e-komercijos raidos ir dabartinio etapo analizė, nagrinėjami azijos sinergijos logistikos įmonės pranašumai ir trūkumai. Straipsnyje veiksmingai nagrinėjami įvairūs elektroninės prekybos aspektai, įskaitant skirtingus jos verslo tipus, ir jo pasaulinis poveikis. Straipsnyje pateikiamas praktinis teorinių žinių pritaikymas ir praktinės įžvalgos apie tai, kaip konkreti įmonė vykdo savo elektroninės prekybos veiklą. Be to, ji siūlo vertingas rekomendacijas, kaip pagerinti logistikos įmonės elektroninės prekybos operacijas.

    The Distributed System of Scientific Collections (DiSSCo) is a pan-European Research Infrastructure (RI) initiative. DiSSCo aims to bring together natural science collections from 175 museums, botanical gardens, universities and research institutes across 23 countries in a distributed infrastructure that makes these collections physically and digitally open and accessible for all forms of research and innovation. DiSSCo RI entered the ESFRI roadmap in 2018 and successfully concluded its Preparatory Phase in early 2023. The RI is now transitioning towards the constitution of its legal entity (an ERIC) and the start of its scaled-up construction (implementation) programme. This publication is an abridged version of the successful grant proposal for the DiSSCo Transition Project which has the goal of ensuring the seamless transition of the DiSSCo RI from its Preparatory Phase to the Construction Phase (expected to start in 2025). In this transition period, the Project will address five objectives building on the outcomes of the Preparatory Phase project:1) Advance the DiSSCo ERIC process and complete its policy framework, ensuring the smooth early-phase Implementation of DISSCo;2) Engage & support DiSSCo National Nodes to strengthen national commitments;3) Advance the development of core e-services to avoid the accumulation of technical debt before the start of the Implementation Phase;4) Continue international collaboration on standards & best practices needed for the DiSSCo service provision; and5) Continue supporting DiSSCo RI interim governance bodies and transition them to the DiSSCo ERIC formal governance.The Project’s impact will be measured against the increase in the RI's overall Implementation Readiness Level (IRL). More specifically, we will monitor its impact towards reaching the required level of maturity in four of the five dimensions of the IRL that can benefit from further developments. These include the organisational, financial, technological and data readiness levels.

    The land-use, land-use change and forestry (LULUCF) sector is receiving increasing attention in climate change mitigation and greenhouse gas (GHG) emission offsetting. The sector itself and measures applied to mobilize this sector in order to tackle climate change are dominant in nationally determined contributions under the Paris Agreement as well as in national strategies, as in the case of Lithuania. Lithuania has set the goal of becoming a carbon-neutral country in 2050, reducing GHGs by 80% compared to 1990 and offsetting the remaining 20% through the LULUCF sector. Therefore, this paper aims at analyzing historical land-use changes in 1990–2021, as reported for the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC) secretariat, and LULUCF’s potential to achieve climate change mitigation goals, taking into account different land-use change scenarios (business as usual, forest development, forest development + additional measures and forest land 40% + additional measures) for 2030 and 2050 in Lithuania. The scenarios are based on historical and potential future policy-based land-use changes. Projections of GHG emissions/removals for different scenarios are prepared according to the Good Practice Guidance and Uncertainty Management in National Greenhouse Gas Inventories (2006) by the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC). The results indicate that land-use changes over the period 1990–2021 remained rather stable, with some increases in forest area and grassland at the expense of cropland. The whole LULUCF sector acted as a carbon sink in most cases, forests being a key category for removal. However, reaching climate neutrality in 2050 might be challenging, as the goal to offset 20% of remaining GHG emission compared to 1990 through LULUCF would not be met in any of the scenarios analyzed, even the scenario of maximal forest-area development and additional measures. Considering the high historical GHG-removal fluctuations and the uncertainties of the sector itself, caution should be taken when relying on LULUCF’s potential to reach the set goals

    The goal of the thesis was to conduct comprehensive research on the implementations, adoption, and evolution of microservices architecture, with a focus on C# and .NET frameworks. The study aims to help organizations and developers who are considering transitioning to microservices architecture. The research methodologies included historical analysis, a comparative study, and an examination of realworld cases and generally accepted approaches. Moreover, the intention was to emphasize the benefits of practically utilizing resources and ideas provided in the study. As a result of this thesis, the architecture’s historical evolution was shown, explaining the reasons for different changes. The case studies were analyzed, providing insightful typical failures and challenges in adopting a microservices architecture. A suitability table and an objectively created roadmap were provided, aiming to help with organizations’ and developers’ decisions. The work can be taken as a skeleton for those who want to adopt a microservices architecture.

    This study investigates the agricultural production responses to climate risk among small-scale farmers in Zambia by combining grid-level historical rainfall data with nationally representative household survey data. After identifying the importance of January and February rainfall in maize production, we define these two months' rainfall variations over the past 59 agricultural years as the climate risk index. We then relate this risk index to household-level agricultural decisions regarding risk diversification and farm investments. Results show little evidence of crop and plot diversification strategies in response to weather risks. Conversely, farmers in high climate-risk regions apply less fertilizer and consequently achieve lower maize yields than their counterparts in low-risk regions. The mediation analysis attributes underinvestment in fertilizer to 38.5% of the rainfall risk impact on maize productivity. Overall, Zambian farmers manage climate risk by reducing risky farm inputs at the expense of returns.     **Abstract** This paper presents an innovative study on the advancement of geometric logic through tessellations and sweeping nets, addressing the challenge of arranging reflecting points for efficient ray tracing under limited time constraints. We introduce the concept of a sweeping subnet alongside a causal barrier to encapsulate the geometrical limitations posed by time, thereby delineating the boundary of influence for light propagation within a defined space. This work delves into the underpinnings of tessellation dynamics, revealing how the spatial arrangement and temporal evolution of tessellated patterns can be navigated and optimized through a novel algorithmic framework. Through a combination of theoretical exploration and practical implementation, including Python code for simulation and visualization, we provide a platform for approximating optimal tessellations that adapt to the constraints dictated by the causal barrier. The exploration of causal barrier dynamics, lattice optimization, and the computational approach to evolving tessellations contributes to the foundational understanding of geometric logic's calculus, with potential applications ranging from rendering engines in computer graphics to dynamic environmental mapping. In this paper, we have explained how logic-vectors can be interpreted as a geometrical representation over computational engines and how it can be implemented in code using large language models. We have also proposed the usage of Time Compass to derive logic-vector evolution over a quasi-chaotic system and its direct manipulation on the tessellation Colormap. This paper focuses on the optimal arrangement of reflecting points for efficient ray tracing given limited sweep time. We examine spatial configurations, employing our core concept of a sweeping subnet and defining a causal barrier to capture constraints imposed by time. We will also discuss the influence of these constructions on the design of an algorithm for approximating optimal tessellations. I have provided code for each of the graphs, as the mathematics is demonstrated unequivocally by their implementation. The reader can test out the reality of this system by visualizing the graphs themselves using Python in a suitable environment like Google Colaboratory.

    This model was developed by Maarten Nauta and used by members of the EFSA Working Group on persistence of microbiological hazards (EFSA-Q-2022-00217) dealing with the scientific opinion on the persistence of microbiological hazards in food and feed production and processing environments (https://doi.org/10.2903/ j.efsa.2024.8521). The models simulate a simple food chain where persistence of L. monocytogenes and Salmonella enterica may occur in the food processing environment. They can be used to analyse the QMRA models described in the scientific opinion. The supplementary files to the abovementioned EFSA opinion include an R code for the Listeria monocytogenes model that can be run in RStudio and provides an Rshiny app, an R code for the Salmonella enterica model that can be run in RStudio and provides an Rshiny app and a manual which describes the L. monocytogenes model and explains the interface. The Salmonella enterica app works similarly, but the model misses some elements of the L. monocytogenes model. More details can be found in sections 2.5 (methodology), 3.5.1. (assessment) and Appendix E of the scientific opinion. THe potential sources of uncertainty are listed in Appendix C.

    The activity of the public broadcaster began after the First World War and has been successfully operating until today. After starting its operation by radio waves, the public service broadcaster during its activity experienced several challenges. Its work has been constantly discussed and even received quite a lot of criticism. Why is it needed? What is it good for? Especially, many discussions took place with the onset of technological advances. Digitization is one of the most prominent innovations of technological progress, which caused a huge revolution in the activities of the public service broadcaster and in its relationship with the public. Adapting to the challenges posed by digitization has been difficult but necessary for the public service broadcaster. It was noticed that if the public service broadcaster refuses to use the tools created by digitalization, the audience’s attention began to decrease. Therefore, to remain relevant and necessary, the public service broadcaster needed not only to participate in the process of digital transformation, but even to rethink its priorities and operational functions. This paper will examine the participation of the Lithuanian National Radio and Television (LRT) in the process of digital transformation. LRT's approach to this process can be partially clarified in the “2023-2027 LRT Strategy”. The digitization process in this document is mentioned more than once. However, this does not fully prove that LRT is focusing on this. Therefore, a qualitative study was conducted – a semi-structured interview in which professionals from the LRT media group participated. During it, the main seek was to find out the answers to various questions relevant to this thesis. How journalists manage to work in a media environment affected by digitalization? What are the challenges? How has digitization changed the specifics of their work? How do they rate LRT? How did LRT change? How is LRT participating in the digital transformation process? In order to answer these questions, the object of the final thesis has been singled out – the viewpoint of LRT media group professionals working in the public broadcaster towards LRT's adaptation to the digitization process and changing work specifics. The aim of the thesis is to find out how the professionals of the LRT media group evaluate the Lithuanian public broadcaster in the process of digital transformation. The conclusions of the thesis research showed that, despite being exposed to various challenges, the public service broadcaster always knew how to adapt. The digitalization process should not be feared, but should be participated in, to achieve the best possible connection with the public. Over the years, the focus on the audience has grown steadily. Gradually, it became clear that the public broadcaster needs to change, participate in the digitization process, and implement new technologies in its activities. In other words, to create a digital partnership. The informants who participated in the research claim that LRT is a contemporary and modern public service broadcaster. Actively participates in the digitization process and understands its importance. According to them, LRT tries to reach the widest possible audience in every possible way. Takes advantage of all media channels and uses them purposefully. Started working on content for youth and children. In addition, against the background of modern media challenges, LRT becomes a guiding star of accurate and reliable information. To ensure that only correct and fact-checked information reaches the public. Visuomeninio transliuotojo veikla prasidėjo po Pirmojo pasaulinio karo ir sėkmingai veikia iki šių dienų. Pradėjęs veiklą radijo bangomis, visuomeninis transliuotojas veiklos eigoje patyrė nemažai iššūkių. Jo vykdoma veikla buvo nuolat diskutuojama, sulaukė nemažai kritikos. Kodėl jis reikalingas? Kam jis naudingas? Ypatingai daug diskusijų vyko prasidėjus technologijų pažangai. Skaitmeninimas – viena ryškiausių technologinės pažangos inovacijų sukėlusių didžiulį perversmą visuomeninio transliuotojo veikloje bei santykyje su visuomene. Visuomeniniam transliuotojui prisitaikyti prie skaitmeninimo sukeltų iššūkių buvo sunku, tačiau būtina. Pastebėta, jog visuomeniniam transliuotojui nesinaudojant skaitmeninimo sukurtais įrankiais, auditorijos skiriamas dėmesys pradėjo mažėti. Tad norint išlikti aktualiu ir reikalingu, visuomeniniam transliuotojui reikėjo ne tik dalyvauti skaitmeninės transformacijos procese, bet netgi permąstyti savo prioritetus ir veikimo funkcijas. Šiame darbe bus nagrinėjamas Lietuvos nacionalinio radijo ir televizijos (LRT) dalyvavimas skaitmeninės transformacijos procese. LRT požiūrį į šį procesą iš dalies galima išsiaiškinti „2023-2027 metų LRT strategijoje“. Šiame dokumente, skaitmeninimo procesas minimas ne kartą. Tačiau tai neįrodo, jog LRT iš tikrųjų į tai orientuojasi. Todėl atliktas kokybinis tyrimas – pusiau struktūruotas interviu, kuriame dalyvavo LRT medijų grupės profesionalai. Jo metu siekta išsiaiškinti atsakymus į įvairius šiam baigiamajam darbui aktualius klausimus. Kaip žurnalistams sekasi dirbti skaitmenizacijos veikiamoje medijų aplinkoje? Kokių iššūkių kyla? Kaip skaitmenizacija pakeitė jų darbo specifiką? Kaip jie vertina LRT? Kaip LRT keitėsi? Kaip LRT sekasi dalyvauti skaitmeninės transformacijos procese? Siekiant atsakyti į šiuos klausimus, išskirtas baigiamojo darbo objektas – LRT medijų grupės profesionalų, dirbančių visuomeniniame transliuotojuje, požiūris į LRT prisitaikymą prie skaitmenizacijos proceso ir kintančios darbo specifikos. Baigiamojo darbo tikslas – išsiaiškinti, kaip Lietuvos visuomeninį transliuotoją skaitmeninės transformacijos procese vertina jame dirbantys LRT medijų grupės profesionalai. Baigiamojo darbo tyrimo išvados parodė, jog nors ir veikiamas įvairių iššūkių, visuomeninis transliuotojas visuomet mokėjo prisitaikyti. Skaitmenizacijos proceso reikia ne išsigąsti, o dalyvauti jame, norint pasiekti kuo geresnį ryšį su visuomene. Bėgant metams dėmesys auditorijai nuolat augo. Pamažu tapo aišku, jog visuomeniniam transliuotojui reikia keistis, dalyvauti skaitmeninimo procese, diegti savo veikloje naujas technologijas. Kitaip tariant – kurti skaitmeninę partnerystę. Tyrime dalyvavę informantai teigia, jog LRT – šiuolaikiškas ir modernus visuomeninis transliuotojas. Aktyviai dalyvauja skaitmeninimo procese ir supranta jo svarbą. Anot jų, LRT visais įmanomais būdais stengiasi pasiekti, kuo platesnę auditoriją. Išnaudoja visų medijų kanalų galimybes ir tikslingai jais naudojasi. Pradėjo dirbti su turiniu, skirtu jaunimui ir vaikams. Be to, šiuolaikinių žiniasklaidos iššūkių fone, LRT tampa tarsi tikslios ir patikimos informacijos kelrode žvaigžde. Siekiant, jog visuomenę pasiektų tik teisinga ir faktais patikrinta informacija.

    The Distributed System of Scientific Collections (DiSSCo) is a pan-European Research Infrastructure (RI) initiative. DiSSCo aims to bring together natural science collections from 175 museums, botanical gardens, universities and research institutes across 23 countries in a distributed infrastructure that makes these collections physically and digitally open and accessible for all forms of research and innovation. DiSSCo RI entered the ESFRI roadmap in 2018 and successfully concluded its Preparatory Phase in early 2023. The RI is now transitioning towards the constitution of its legal entity (an ERIC) and the start of its scaled-up construction (implementation) programme. This publication is an abridged version of the successful grant proposal for the DiSSCo Transition Project which has the goal of ensuring the seamless transition of the DiSSCo RI from its Preparatory Phase to the Construction Phase (expected to start in 2025). In this transition period, the Project will address five objectives building on the outcomes of the Preparatory Phase project:1) Advance the DiSSCo ERIC process and complete its policy framework, ensuring the smooth early-phase Implementation of DISSCo;2) Engage & support DiSSCo National Nodes to strengthen national commitments;3) Advance the development of core e-services to avoid the accumulation of technical debt before the start of the Implementation Phase;4) Continue international collaboration on standards & best practices needed for the DiSSCo service provision; and5) Continue supporting DiSSCo RI interim governance bodies and transition them to the DiSSCo ERIC formal governance.The Project’s impact will be measured against the increase in the RI's overall Implementation Readiness Level (IRL). More specifically, we will monitor its impact towards reaching the required level of maturity in four of the five dimensions of the IRL that can benefit from further developments. These include the organisational, financial, technological and data readiness levels.
