    Robotite ning inimeste ruumi jagamiseks ning koostöö jaoks on vajalik omavaheline suhtlus. Roboti ja inimese vahelises suhtluses on tähtis nii masinapoolne inimese mõistmine kui ka see, et inimene mõistaks roboti poolt edastatut. Selleks on vaja, et robot suudaks end inimesele arusaadaval viisil selgeks teha. Käesoleva magistritöö eesmärgiks oli uurida erinevaid võimalusi roboti kavatsuse väljendamiseks ning selle raames koostati kirjanduse kokkuvõte erinevatest juba välja pakutud kavatsuse väljendamise variantidest, viidi läbi küsitlus Eesti inimeste seas, et analüüsida nende arusaamist masina kavatsusest ning loodi masina mudel, mida visualiseeriti simulatsioonikeskkonnas. Küsimustikust selgus, et Eesti inimesed ei pruugi masina poolt edastatavaid emotsioone mõista, kui kasutatakse ainult roboti silmi. Samuti selgus, et ilma eelnevate teadmisteta ei olnud inimesed võimelised sõidukite kavatsusi ära tundma, kui kasutuses olid LED-ribad või -ekraanid, projektsioonide puhul said inimesed sõiduki kavatsusest aru. In english: For humans and robots to share space and cooperate, it is necessary to communicate with each other. In the communication between a human and a robot it is important for the machine to understand the human and also for the human to understand the information transmitted by the robot. This requires, that the robot would be able to make itself clear to humans in an understandable way. The aim of this thesis was to evaluate different approaches to communicate the intent of a machine. During the master’s thesis, an overview of various options already proposed to express intent was given, a suvery was conducted among Estonian people to analyze their understanding of machine intent and a model of an autonomous car capable of communicating intent was proposed and visualised in a simulator. The survey revealed that Estonians may not understand the emotions of a machine if only robot’s eyes are used. It was also found that without prior knowledge, people were not able to understand vehicle intent when LED strips and displays were used, people recognized the intent when projections were used.

    Master’s Thesis Curriculum in Agri-Food Business Management Bangladesh is a large and densely populated developing country. Bioeconomy could be a major factor for ensuring Bangladesh's food and environmental security. Bioeconomy is a new term in Bangladesh, and people's knowledge of it is limited. Given the large population, food security and environmental sustainability bioeconomy should be very common and widely discussed topics. Despite having all of the prerequisites for bioeconomy in Bangladesh, bioeconomy is not as popular in Bangladesh like western world. This research was conducted to determine why bioeconomy is not popular in Bangladesh, this study was conducted to determine the scope of bioeconomy products in Bangladesh. What is customers desired bioeconomy products that can be create market scope and can be developed was determine in this research. Bangladesh on suur ja tihedalt asustatud arengumaa. Biomajandus võib olla peamine tegur Bangladeshi toidu- ja keskkonnajulgeoleku tagamisel. Biomajandus on Bangladeshis uus termin ja inimeste teadmised sellest on piiratud. Arvestades suurt rahvaarvu, peaks toiduga kindlustatus ja keskkonnasäästlikkus olema biomajandus väga levinud ja laialdaselt arutatud teemadel. Hoolimata sellest, et Bangladeshis on kõik biomajanduse eeldused, pole biomajandus Bangladeshis nii populaarne kui läänemaailm. See uuring viidi läbi selleks, et teha kindlaks, miks biomajandus pole Bangladeshis populaarne, see uuring viidi läbi biomajandustoodete ulatuse kindlakstegemiseks Bangladeshis. Selles uuringus arutati, mida kliendid soovivad saada biomajandustoodetest, mis võivad luua turu ja mida saab arendada.

    Master`s Thesis Environmental Governance and Adaptation to Climate Change Curriculum Nitrogen (N) is a crucial nutrient for crop growth production. The input of N in the form of fertilisers increases crop yield. On the other hand, agricultural nitrogen inputs can cause N leaching and the loss of N to the atmosphere, contributing to global warming. The main objectives of the study were to evaluate whether and how different crop species and fertilisation norms affect nitrous oxide (N2O) emissions and soil microbiome using the closed chamber method and quantitative polymerase chain reaction (qPCR) analysis. The study was done in the IOSDV (International Organic Nitrogen Long-term Fertilisation Experiment) experimental field. The crop species studied were barley, sorghum, and wheat. The fertiliser treatment is constituted of mineral N fertilisation and mineral N fertilisation combined with farmyard manure amendment. Three N fertiliser treatment norms were used: 0, 80 and 160 kg ha−1 . Samples were collected over seven months, from April 2022 to October 2022. qPCR was used to measure the abundance of bacterial and archaeal specific16S rRNA, nitrification (bacterial, archaeal and COMAMMOX amoA genes), denitrification (nirK, nirS, nosZI and nosZII genes) and dissimilatory nitrate reduction to ammonium (DNRA; nrfA gene) marker genes from the soil samples. The results of this study indicate that different fertilisation rates influence N2O emissions and the highest N2O emissions are emitted from the highest N fertiliser treatment (160 kg ha−1). Crop species did not have a significant effect on N2O emissions. Sorghum plots with mineral N fertilisation combined with farmyard manure amendment had slightly higher average N2O emissions compared to sorghum plots with mineral N fertilisation without manure. The microbial analysis showed nitrification was the primary process resulting in N2O emissions. Lämmastik (N) on kriitilise tähtsusega toitaine taimekasvatuses. Käesoleva uurimustöö põhieesmärk oli hinnata, kas ja kuidas erinevad põllukultuurid ja väetusnromid mõjutavad dilämmastikoksiidi (N2O) vooge ja mulla mikrobioomi kasutades staatilise pimekambri meetodit ja kvantitatiivset polümeraasi ahelreaktsiooni (qPCR). Uurimistöö tehti IOSDV (International Organic Nitrogen Long-term Fertilisation Experiment) katsepõllul. Uuritud põllukultuurid olid oder, sorgo ja nisu. Väetistöötlus koosnes väetamisest mineraalse lämmastikuga ja tahesõnnikuga kombineeritud mineraalväetamisest. Katses kasutati kolme erinevat mineraalväetise normi: 0, 80 ja 160 kg ha−1 N. Proove koguti seitsme kuu vältel aprillist oktoobrini aastal 2022. Mullaproovidest määrati bakterite ja arhede 16S rRNA, nitrifikatsiooni (bakterite, arhede ja COMAMMOX amoA geenid), denitrifikatsiooni (nirK, nirS, nosZI ja nosZII) ja dissimilatoorse nitraadi reduktsioon ammooniumiks (DNRA; nrfA geen) markergeenide arvukus reaal-aja polümeraasi ahelreaktsiooni (qPCR) meetodil. Töö tulemustest järeldus, et erinevad väetise normed mõjutasid N2O emissioonide kontsentratsiooni ja suurimad N2O emissioonid tulenesid suurima väetisenormiga lappidelt (160 kg ha−1). Põllukultuurid ei omanud statistiliselt olulist mõju N2O emissioonidele. Mineraalse lämmastiku ja sõnniku kooskasutamisel sorgo lapil olid keskmised N2O vood veidi suuremad võrreldes sorgo lappidega, kus kasutati vaid mineraalset lämmastikväetist. Mikrobioloogilised analüüsid näitasid, et suurimad N2O emissioonid tulenesid nitrifikatsiooni protsessist.

On the other hand, agricultural nitrogen inputs can cause N leaching and the loss of N to the atmosphere, contributing to global warming. The main objectives of the study were to evaluate whether and how different crop species and fertilisation norms affect nitrous oxide (N2O) emissions and soil microbiome using the closed chamber method and quantitative polymerase chain reaction (qPCR) analysis. The study was done in the IOSDV (International Organic Nitrogen Long-term Fertilisation Experiment) experimental field. The crop species studied were barley, sorghum, and wheat. The fertiliser treatment is constituted of mineral N fertilisation and mineral N fertilisation combined with farmyard manure amendment. Three N fertiliser treatment norms were used: 0, 80 and 160 kg ha−1 . Samples were collected over seven months, from April 2022 to October 2022. qPCR was used to measure the abundance of bacterial and archaeal specific16S rRNA, nitrification (bacterial, archaeal and COMAMMOX amoA genes), denitrification (nirK, nirS, nosZI and nosZII genes) and dissimilatory nitrate reduction to ammonium (DNRA; nrfA gene) marker genes from the soil samples. The results of this study indicate that different fertilisation rates influence N2O emissions and the highest N2O emissions are emitted from the highest N fertiliser treatment (160 kg ha−1). Crop species did not have a significant effect on N2O emissions. Sorghum plots with mineral N fertilisation combined with farmyard manure amendment had slightly higher average N2O emissions compared to sorghum plots with mineral N fertilisation without manure. The microbial analysis showed nitrification was the primary process resulting in N2O emissions. Lämmastik (N) on kriitilise tähtsusega toitaine taimekasvatuses. Töö tulemustest järeldus, et erinevad väetise normed mõjutasid N2O emissioonide kontsentratsiooni ja suurimad N2O emissioonid tulenesid suurima väetisenormiga lappidelt (160 kg ha−1). Põllukultuurid ei omanud statistiliselt olulist mõju N2O emissioonidele. Mineraalse lämmastiku ja sõnniku kooskasutamisel sorgo lapil olid keskmised N2O vood veidi suuremad võrreldes sorgo lappidega, kus kasutati vaid mineraalset lämmastikväetist. Mikrobioloogilised analüüsid näitasid, et suurimad N2O emissioonid tulenesid nitrifikatsiooni protsessist.
