    The purpose of this article was to analyze the spatial distribution and accessibility of official educational facilities in the rural area of the municipality of Cereté - Córdoba, using spatial analysis techniques such as the Nearest Neighbor Index, areas of influence and accessibility for calculating and measurement of the variables, with the support of the Geographic Information Systems, such techniques allow to explain spatial phenomena from the quantification of the facts associated with the geographic space. The results obtained show that educational facilities are randomly distributed over the territory, but despite this, there is inequality for some townships, especially for those farthest from the urban area, distances or routes for the population in age school can access these, they are very large for a sector where socioeconomic conditions and the state of the roads do not allow them to use different means of transport, so accessibility to most of these facilities is not very favorable. Los resultados obtenidos, arrojan que los equipamientos educativos se encuentran distribuidos aleatoriamente sobre el territorio, pero a pesar de esto, existe desigualdad para algunos corregimientos, sobre todo para los más lejanos al área urbana, las distancias o los trayectos para que la población en edad escolar pueda acceder a estos, son muy grandes para un sector donde las condiciones socioeconómicas y el estado de las vías no les permiten usar diferentes medios de transporte, por lo que la accesibilidad hacia la mayoría de estos equipamientos es poco favorable.     Poljsko-šumsko gospodarenje može se definirati kao održivi način gospodarenja koji obuhvaća integriranje poljoprivrede i šumarstva. Ovaj je suvremeni način gospodarenja koncept međusobne integracije višegodišnjih drvenastih i poljoprivrednih kultura te stoke na određenome zemljištu. Danas se ova poljoprivredna praksa smatra klimatski pametnom poljoprivrednom proizvodnjom. Poljsko-šumsko gospodarenje osigurava i poboljšava iskorištenje prirodnih resursa, povećava bioraznolikost te povećava prinose u biljnoj proizvodnji. Cijeli koncept poljsko-šumskoga gospodarenja ima mnogobrojne prednosti po pitanjima biljne proizvodnje te zaštite prirode i okoliša. Poljsko-šumsko gospodarenje trebalo bi se popularizirati i promicati raznim poticajima, a važno je spomenuti usklađivanje zakonskih regulativa kako bi se na taj način olakšalo gospodarenje te prenamjena poljoprivrednih zemljišta u ovaj sustav. Ovim je radom pregledno obrađena tematika poljsko-šumskoga gospodarenja te su navedeni pozitivni primjeri i izazovi stvaranja stabilnoga, raznolikoga i održivoga poljoprivrednog sustava. Agroforestry can be defined as a sustainable way of management, which includes the integration of agriculture and forestry. This modern way of management is the concept of mutual integration of perennial woody and agricultural crops and livestock on a particular land. Today, this agricultural practice is considered climate-smart agricultural production. Agroforestry ensures and improves the use of natural resources, increases biodiversity and increases yields in crop production. The whole concept of field and forest management has many advantages in terms of crop production and nature and environmental protection. Agroforestry should be popularized and promoted through various incentives, and it is important to mention the harmonization of legislation in order to facilitate the management and conversion of agricultural land in this system. This paper covers the topic of field and forest management and presents positive examples and challenges of creating a stable, diverse and sustainable agricultural system.

    U ovom se završnom radu prezentiraju glagoljske knjige koje se čuvaju u zbirci starih i rijetkih knjiga u Knjižnici Hrvatske akademije znanosti i umjetnosti u Zagrebu s ciljem prepoznavanje razvoja i uloge hrvatskog tiskarstva i književnosti. U uvodnim se poglavljima daje kratki pregled povijesti glagoljskog pisma, tiskarstva, objašnjavaju pojmovi inkunabule i stare knjige te predstavlja samu akademiju i njenu knjižnicu. Također se dodatno objašnjavaju načini održavanja i očuvanja starih tekstova s naglaskom na digitalizaciju i Akademijinu digitalnu zbirku DiZbi. Središnji je dio rada kratki pregled i opis izvornih glagoljskih primjeraka koji se nalaze u Knjižnici HAZU. Ona u svojem fondu sadrži 28 naslova originalnih tiskanih djela čije se porijeklo kreće od 15. do 19. stoljeća. Rad ističe vrijednost glagoljice kao dio hrvatske baštine te važnost suvremenih metoda očuvanja starih i rijetkih knjiga koje se koriste u knjižnicama. This final paper presents Glagolitic books kept in the collection of old and rare books in the Library of the Croatian Academy of Sciences and Arts in Zagreb with the aim of recognizing the development and role of Croatian printing and literature. The introductory chapters give a brief overview of the history of the Glagolitic alphabet, printing, explain the concepts of the incunabula and the old book, and present the academy itself and its library. It also further explains the ways of maintaining and preserving old texts with an emphasis on digitization and the Academy’s DiZbi digital collection. The central part of the paper is a brief overview and description of the original Glagolitic books in the Library of the Croatian Academy of Sciences and Arts. It contains 28 titles of original printed works from the 15th to the 19th century. The paper emphasizes the value of the Glagolitic alphabet as part of Croatian heritage and the importance of modern methods of preserving old and rare books used in libraries.

    El objetivo de este proyecto es presentar, de manera general, un análisis sobre el impacto de las tecnologías de la información sobre las instituciones educativas en el sur de la ciudad de Barranquilla, teniendo en cuenta las situaciones actuales de pandemia por las que el mundo aún sigue inmerso y las razones del porque todas las instituciones deberían empezar a enforcarse en el uso de estas. Esta investigación fue realizada teniendo en cuenta las definiciones y conceptos a trabajar, así como la importancia que radica para el mundo actual el uso de las tecnologías de la información y su impacto en los diferentes ambientes; centrándonos en el ámbito educativo y especificando como ha sido el desarrollo de las IoT en el país y en la ciudad de Barranquilla. The objective of this project is to present, in a general way, an analysis of the impact of information technologies on educational institutions in the south of the city of Barranquilla, taking into account the current pandemic situations for which the world is still is still immersed and the reasons why all institutions should start to focus on the use of these. This research was carried out taking into account the definitions and concepts to work on, as well as the importance of the use of information technologies and their impact on different environments for today's world; focusing on the educational field and specifying how the development of IoT has been in the country and in the city of Barranquilla.

    El propósito de este trabajo es el de realizar un planificador de trayectorias para un vehículo autónomo. En concreto, el estudio se focaliza en el desarrollo de un supervisor, subsistema que forma parte del planificador. El supervisor es un sistema dentro del módulo de planificación del coche encargado de generar los puntos de paso dada una trayectoria y de supervisar que tales puntos han sido alcanzados para así proveer al controlador del vehículo de la información necesaria para mover el automóvil a través de la ruta. La meta es programar el subsistema e implementarlo en el programa de un robot móvil autónomo de cuatro ruedas. Se ha realizado un análisis del estado actual del vehículo, que cuenta ya con un programa base implementado del cuál partir, para estudiar y entender el comportamiento. Esto posibilita conocer qué parte del código se debe modificar, eliminar, reestructurar o añadir. Se ha llevado a cabo una fase de programación y de experimentación en paralelo. Un aula con el suficiente espacio libre ha permitido la realización de los experimentos. Los ensayos han sido fundamentales para la demostración veraz de los objetivos alcanzados. En el final de la memoria, unas conclusiones en las que constan los objetivos alcanzados, el nivel de satisfacción respecto a lo logrado y características que también pudieron haberse llevado a cabo

    Starptautiskais bizness un ilgtspējīga ekonomika Vadība, administrēšana un nekustamo īpašumu pārvaldība International Business and Sustainable Economy Management, Administration and Real Estate Management Digitālās personāla atlases priekšrocība ir, ka tā palīdz personāla atlases speciālistam īsā laikā atrast daudz atbilstošu kandidātu. Uzņēmums SIA "Orkla Latvija" ir liels uzņēmums, kurā katru dienu notiek liels skaits dažādu darbplūsmu. Lai vel vairāk palielināt uzņēmuma produktivitāti , tam vajag digitalizēt tos procesus, kurus jau ir zināms un iespējams digitalizēt. Pētījuma mērķis ir, balstoties uz teorētiskajām atziņām par personāla atlases procesu un empīrisko datu analīzi, izpētīt un sagatavot personāla atlases digitalizācijas ieteikumus uzņēmumam SIA “Orkla Latvija”. Pētījumā izmantota monogrāfiskā metode, lai identificētu, apkopotu un analizētu teorētiskus datus un salīdzinoša metode, lai salīdzināt personāla atlases platformas. Informācijas iegūšanai par personāla atlases procesu ir izmantota darbinieku aptauja un klātienes intervijas ar personāla atlases komandu. Empīriskā pētījuma veikšanai ir veiktas strukturētas intervijas ar 5 ekspertiem. Balstoties uz pētījuma rezultātiem, var secināt, ka uzņēmumam SIA “Orkla Latvija” ir rekomendējama personāla atlases platformas ieviešana, jo tā var uzlabot personāla atlases procesu, palielinot personāla atlases produktivitāti, uzlabojot efektivitāti, ietaupot laiku, kā arī nodrošinot drošu kandidātu datu apstrādi un kvalificētāku kandidātu piesaisti. Personāla atlases platformas ir izstrādātas tā, lai nodrošinātu gan kandidātiem, gan personāla atlases komandai patīkamu atlases pieredzi. Uzņēmumam SIA "Orkla Latvija" ieteicams izmantot personīgo atlases platformu "Team Tailor". Šī platforma ir lokalizējama un ietver visas nepieciešamās personāla atlases funkcijas. Aptuvena cena par platformas izmantošanu ir 2521 EUR/gadā. Kā arī uzņēmumam jāievieš līgumu un dokumentu elektroniskā parakstīšana, taču uzņēmumam jāsaglabā elastīgums un jāpielāgojas situācijām. Šī jautājuma ierobežojumi var būt, pirmkārt, vecākās paaudzes cilvēki, kuriem ir grūtības ar elektronisko vidi, kā arī ārvalstu kandidāti, kuriem nav e-paraksta. Kā arī uzņēmumam jāglabā visi dokumenti elektroniski. Tas ir droši, jo dokumenti nepazūd, un videi draudzīgi, jo netiek tērēts nevajadzīgs papīrs. Pētījums sastāv no 52 lapaspusēm (neskaitot pielikumus), 6 attēliem, 6 tabulām un 3 pielikumiem. The necessity of digital recruitment is that it helps the recruiter to find many suitable candidates in a short time.. “Orkla Latvia” Ltd. is a large company with a large number of different workflows every day. In order to increase its productivity, the company needs to digitalise those processes that are already known how to be digitalised. The aim of the study is to investigate and make recommendations for the digitalisation of recruitment for “Orkla Latvia” Ltd. based on the theoretical knowledge of the recruitment process and the analysis of empirical data. The study uses a monographic method to identify, collect and analyse theoretical data and a comparative method to compare recruitment platforms. A staff survey and face-to-face interviews with the recruitment team are used to gather information on the recruitment process. Structured interviews with 5 experts have been carried out for the empirical study. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the implementation of a recruitment platform is recommended for “Orkla Latvia” Ltd, as it can improve the recruitment process by increasing recruitment productivity, improving efficiency, saving time, as well as ensuring secure processing of candidate data and attracting more qualified candidates. Recruitment platforms are designed to provide both candidates and the recruitment team with an enjoyable recruitment experience. For “Orkla Latvia” Ltd, it is recommended to use the personal recruitment platform “Team Tailor”. This platform is localisable and includes all the necessary recruitment functions. The approximate price for using the platform is EUR 2521 per year. The company should also implement electronic signing of contracts and documents, but remain flexible and adapt to situations. The limitations of this issue may be, first of all, the older generation who have difficulties with the electronic environment, as well as foreign candidates who do not have an e-signature. Also, the company must store all documents electronically. This is secure, as documents do not get lost, and environmentally friendly, as unnecessary paper is not wasted.     The purpose of this article was to analyze the spatial distribution and accessibility of official educational facilities in the rural area of the municipality of Cereté - Córdoba, using spatial analysis techniques such as the Nearest Neighbor Index, areas of influence and accessibility for calculating and measurement of the variables, with the support of the Geographic Information Systems, such techniques allow to explain spatial phenomena from the quantification of the facts associated with the geographic space. The results obtained show that educational facilities are randomly distributed over the territory, but despite this, there is inequality for some townships, especially for those farthest from the urban area, distances or routes for the population in age school can access these, they are very large for a sector where socioeconomic conditions and the state of the roads do not allow them to use different means of transport, so accessibility to most of these facilities is not very favorable. Los resultados obtenidos, arrojan que los equipamientos educativos se encuentran distribuidos aleatoriamente sobre el territorio, pero a pesar de esto, existe desigualdad para algunos corregimientos, sobre todo para los más lejanos al área urbana, las distancias o los trayectos para que la población en edad escolar pueda acceder a estos, son muy grandes para un sector donde las condiciones socioeconómicas y el estado de las vías no les permiten usar diferentes medios de transporte, por lo que la accesibilidad hacia la mayoría de estos equipamientos es poco favorable.     Poljsko-šumsko gospodarenje može se definirati kao održivi način gospodarenja koji obuhvaća integriranje poljoprivrede i šumarstva. Ovaj je suvremeni način gospodarenja koncept međusobne integracije višegodišnjih drvenastih i poljoprivrednih kultura te stoke na određenome zemljištu. Danas se ova poljoprivredna praksa smatra klimatski pametnom poljoprivrednom proizvodnjom. Poljsko-šumsko gospodarenje osigurava i poboljšava iskorištenje prirodnih resursa, povećava bioraznolikost te povećava prinose u biljnoj proizvodnji. Cijeli koncept poljsko-šumskoga gospodarenja ima mnogobrojne prednosti po pitanjima biljne proizvodnje te zaštite prirode i okoliša. Poljsko-šumsko gospodarenje trebalo bi se popularizirati i promicati raznim poticajima, a važno je spomenuti usklađivanje zakonskih regulativa kako bi se na taj način olakšalo gospodarenje te prenamjena poljoprivrednih zemljišta u ovaj sustav. Ovim je radom pregledno obrađena tematika poljsko-šumskoga gospodarenja te su navedeni pozitivni primjeri i izazovi stvaranja stabilnoga, raznolikoga i održivoga poljoprivrednog sustava. Agroforestry can be defined as a sustainable way of management, which includes the integration of agriculture and forestry. This modern way of management is the concept of mutual integration of perennial woody and agricultural crops and livestock on a particular land. Today, this agricultural practice is considered climate-smart agricultural production. Agroforestry ensures and improves the use of natural resources, increases biodiversity and increases yields in crop production. The whole concept of field and forest management has many advantages in terms of crop production and nature and environmental protection. Agroforestry should be popularized and promoted through various incentives, and it is important to mention the harmonization of legislation in order to facilitate the management and conversion of agricultural land in this system. This paper covers the topic of field and forest management and presents positive examples and challenges of creating a stable, diverse and sustainable agricultural system.

    U ovom se završnom radu prezentiraju glagoljske knjige koje se čuvaju u zbirci starih i rijetkih knjiga u Knjižnici Hrvatske akademije znanosti i umjetnosti u Zagrebu s ciljem prepoznavanje razvoja i uloge hrvatskog tiskarstva i književnosti. U uvodnim se poglavljima daje kratki pregled povijesti glagoljskog pisma, tiskarstva, objašnjavaju pojmovi inkunabule i stare knjige te predstavlja samu akademiju i njenu knjižnicu. Također se dodatno objašnjavaju načini održavanja i očuvanja starih tekstova s naglaskom na digitalizaciju i Akademijinu digitalnu zbirku DiZbi. Središnji je dio rada kratki pregled i opis izvornih glagoljskih primjeraka koji se nalaze u Knjižnici HAZU. Ona u svojem fondu sadrži 28 naslova originalnih tiskanih djela čije se porijeklo kreće od 15. do 19. stoljeća. Rad ističe vrijednost glagoljice kao dio hrvatske baštine te važnost suvremenih metoda očuvanja starih i rijetkih knjiga koje se koriste u knjižnicama. This final paper presents Glagolitic books kept in the collection of old and rare books in the Library of the Croatian Academy of Sciences and Arts in Zagreb with the aim of recognizing the development and role of Croatian printing and literature. The introductory chapters give a brief overview of the history of the Glagolitic alphabet, printing, explain the concepts of the incunabula and the old book, and present the academy itself and its library. It also further explains the ways of maintaining and preserving old texts with an emphasis on digitization and the Academy’s DiZbi digital collection. The central part of the paper is a brief overview and description of the original Glagolitic books in the Library of the Croatian Academy of Sciences and Arts. It contains 28 titles of original printed works from the 15th to the 19th century. The paper emphasizes the value of the Glagolitic alphabet as part of Croatian heritage and the importance of modern methods of preserving old and rare books used in libraries.

Esta investigación fue realizada teniendo en cuenta las definiciones y conceptos a trabajar, así como la importancia que radica para el mundo actual el uso de las tecnologías de la información y su impacto en los diferentes ambientes; centrándonos en el ámbito educativo y especificando como ha sido el desarrollo de las IoT en el país y en la ciudad de Barranquilla. The objective of this project is to present, in a general way, an analysis of the impact of information technologies on educational institutions in the south of the city of Barranquilla, taking into account the current pandemic situations for which the world is still is still immersed and the reasons why all institutions should start to focus on the use of these. This research was carried out taking into account the definitions and concepts to work on, as well as the importance of the use of information technologies and their impact on different environments for today's world; focusing on the educational field and specifying how the development of IoT has been in the country and in the city of Barranquilla.
