    The topic of the bachelor's thesis is "The impact of the support funds granted by the European Union on the development of the Latvian economy and their control and supervision.". The aim of the bachelor's thesis is to study the European Union funds and develop proposals for the development of a control mechanism. The bachelor's thesis consists of five chapters. The first chapter explores European Union funds. The second chapter analyzes the distribution of funds and their administration. The third chapter examines the development of the Latvian economy before and after joining the European Union. The fourth chapter compares the allocated funding between periods. The fifth chapter examines the control mechanism using existing projects and finds recommendations for improving control. Bakalaura darba tēma ir “Eiropas Savienības piešķirto atbalsta fondu ietekme uz Latvijas tautsaimniecības attīstību un to kontrole un uzraudzība.”. Bakalaura darba mērķis ir izpētīt Eiropas Savienības fondus un izstrādāt priekšlikumus kontroles mehānisma attīstīšanai. Bakalaura darbs sastāv no piecām nodaļām. Pirmajā nodaļā tiek izpētīti Eiropas Savienības fondi. Otrajā nodaļā tiek izanalīzēts fondu dalījums un to administrēšana. Trešajā nodaļā tiek izskatīta Latvijas tautsaimniecības attīstība pirms un pēc iestāšanās Eiropas Savienībā. Ceturtajā nodaļā tiek salīdzinati piešķirtie finansējumi starp periodiem. Piektajā nodaļā tiek pētīts kontroles mehānisms izmantojot jau esošus projektus un rast ieteikumus kontroles uzlabošanai.

    Žurnālistika Informācijas un komunikācijas zinātnes Journalism Information and Communication Sciences Bakalaura darba “Žurnālu izdevniecības “Žurnāls SANTA” digitālā transformācija un tās ietekme uz žurnālistiku” mērķis ir atrast kopsakarības starp drukāto plašsaziņas mediju, šajā gadījumā – žurnālu, digitālo transformāciju un žurnālistikas pārmaiņām, kā arī pētīt interneta plašsaziņas medijus kā potenciālu drukāto plašsaziņas mediju nākotnes platformu. Darba teorētiskajā daļā apkopota literatūra par žurnāliem kā tradicionālo plašsaziņas mediju formātu, to tipoloģiju, kā arī jaunajiem medijiem jeb internetu (tīmekli) un digitālo transformāciju. Empīriskajā pētījumā, izmantojot kvantitatīvo kontentanalīzi, tika analizētas digitālās transformācijas radītās pārmaiņas žurnālistikā – gan publicēto rakstu tekstā, gan virsrakstos. Tika veiktas dziļās, daļēji strukturētās intervijas ar portāla un analizējamo drukāto žurnālu galvenajiem redaktoriem, lai izprastu digitalizācijas atstāto ietekmi gan uz žurnālistiku, gan redakciju, gan žurnālistu darbu un mediju organizācijas struktūru. Bakalaura darbā noskaidrots, ka interneta portāliem un tīmekļa plašsaziņas medijiem kopumā auditorija aug ar katru dienu, taču drukāto plašsaziņas mediju auditorija – sarūk. Žurnālu izdevniecības “Žurnāls SANTA” digitālā transformācija portālā Santa.lv rada pārmaiņas saturā, visbiežāk mainot rakstu virsrakstus, kā arī reizēm to garumu saīsinot portāla formātam. Noskaidrots, ka digitālā transformācija maz ietekmē žurnāla redakcijas darbību, jo starp portāla un žurnāla redakcijām nav tiešas sadarbības, taču žurnālu redakcija mēdz būt neapmierināta, ja to radītos raksti tiek mainīti. Drukāto mediju darbinieki ir pārliecināti, ka drukāti žurnāli nekur nepazudīs, bet tie kļūs vēl ekskluzīvāki. Tāpat viņi uzskata, ka plašsaziņas medijam mūsdienās ir jābūt gatavam pielāgoties tendencēm un darboties vairākās platformās, lai gūtu ienākumus un saglabātu savu auditoriju. The aim of the bachelor’s thesis “Digital transformation of magazine publishing house “Žurnāls SANTA” and its impact on journalism” is to find connections between printed magazine digital transformation and changes in journalism, as well as to study online media as a potential future platform for print media. The theoretical part of the work summarizes the literature on magazines as a traditional media format, their typology as well as theory of digital transformation and the new media – the Internet. The research part, using quantitative content analysis, analyzes text and titles of the articles to identify the changes in journalism caused by the digital transformation. In-depth, semi-structured interviews were held with the editors of the web page Santa.lv and the print magazines, mainly to understand the impact of digitization on journalism, editorial work and the structure of the media organization. The bachelor's thesis reveals that the audience of Internet media is growing day by day, but the audience of print media is steadily decreasing. The digital transformation of the magazine publishing house “Žurnāls SANTA” on the portal Santa.lv creates changes in the content, changing the titles of articles, as well as sometimes shortening their length to fit the format of the portal. It has been found that the digital transformation has little effect on the operation of the magazine's editorial staff, as there is no direct co-operation between the portal and the magazine’s editors, but the magazine’s editorial staff may be dissatisfied if the published articles are changed in a scandalous way. Print media workers are confident that print magazines will not disappear, but they could become more exclusive and a luxury product. They believe that the media today must be ready to adapt to trends and operate across multiple platforms, to gain income.

    Starptautiskais bizness un ilgtspējīga ekonomika Vadība, administrēšana un nekustamo īpašumu pārvaldība International Business and Sustainable Economy Management, Administration and Real Estate Management Digitālās personāla atlases priekšrocība ir, ka tā palīdz personāla atlases speciālistam īsā laikā atrast daudz atbilstošu kandidātu. Uzņēmums SIA "Orkla Latvija" ir liels uzņēmums, kurā katru dienu notiek liels skaits dažādu darbplūsmu. Lai vel vairāk palielināt uzņēmuma produktivitāti , tam vajag digitalizēt tos procesus, kurus jau ir zināms un iespējams digitalizēt. Pētījuma mērķis ir, balstoties uz teorētiskajām atziņām par personāla atlases procesu un empīrisko datu analīzi, izpētīt un sagatavot personāla atlases digitalizācijas ieteikumus uzņēmumam SIA “Orkla Latvija”. Pētījumā izmantota monogrāfiskā metode, lai identificētu, apkopotu un analizētu teorētiskus datus un salīdzinoša metode, lai salīdzināt personāla atlases platformas. Informācijas iegūšanai par personāla atlases procesu ir izmantota darbinieku aptauja un klātienes intervijas ar personāla atlases komandu. Empīriskā pētījuma veikšanai ir veiktas strukturētas intervijas ar 5 ekspertiem. Balstoties uz pētījuma rezultātiem, var secināt, ka uzņēmumam SIA “Orkla Latvija” ir rekomendējama personāla atlases platformas ieviešana, jo tā var uzlabot personāla atlases procesu, palielinot personāla atlases produktivitāti, uzlabojot efektivitāti, ietaupot laiku, kā arī nodrošinot drošu kandidātu datu apstrādi un kvalificētāku kandidātu piesaisti. Personāla atlases platformas ir izstrādātas tā, lai nodrošinātu gan kandidātiem, gan personāla atlases komandai patīkamu atlases pieredzi. Uzņēmumam SIA "Orkla Latvija" ieteicams izmantot personīgo atlases platformu "Team Tailor". Šī platforma ir lokalizējama un ietver visas nepieciešamās personāla atlases funkcijas. The necessity of digital recruitment is that it helps the recruiter to find many suitable candidates in a short time.. “Orkla Latvia” Ltd. is a large company with a large number of different workflows every day. In order to increase its productivity, the company needs to digitalise those processes that are already known how to be digitalised. The aim of the study is to investigate and make recommendations for the digitalisation of recruitment for “Orkla Latvia” Ltd. based on the theoretical knowledge of the recruitment process and the analysis of empirical data. The study uses a monographic method to identify, collect and analyse theoretical data and a comparative method to compare recruitment platforms. A staff survey and face-to-face interviews with the recruitment team are used to gather information on the recruitment process. Structured interviews with 5 experts have been carried out for the empirical study. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the implementation of a recruitment platform is recommended for “Orkla Latvia” Ltd, as it can improve the recruitment process by increasing recruitment productivity, improving efficiency, saving time, as well as ensuring secure processing of candidate data and attracting more qualified candidates. Recruitment platforms are designed to provide both candidates and the recruitment team with an enjoyable recruitment experience. For “Orkla Latvia” Ltd, it is recommended to use the personal recruitment platform “Team Tailor”. This platform is localisable and includes all the necessary recruitment functions. The approximate price for using the platform is EUR 2521 per year. The company should also implement electronic signing of contracts and documents, but remain flexible and adapt to situations. The limitations of this issue may be, first of all, the older generation who have difficulties with the electronic environment, as well as foreign candidates who do not have an e-signature. Also, the company must store all documents electronically. This is secure, as documents do not get lost, and environmentally friendly, as unnecessary paper is not wasted.     Economy is an all-encompassing organism that provides the vital functions of every person and society. Every country has its own economic situation, but even in this case there is a tendency to move to urban areas for better living standards and opportunities to get them. Therefore, this research concentrates on the difference between urban and rural areas, how it effects on entrepreneurial decision and how entrepreneurship behavior model is built, how different is the urban and rural area from an economic point of view, what is the opinion of the entrepreneurs about the rural and urban areas. Because of the fact that qualitative research method permits to seek out information deeply with people's views, opinion and remarks, it was decided that given method is more sensible for usage here. For personal analysis, interview method was selected in which nine experts(entrepreneurs) who possess business were taken part. Due to the situation with isolation, interviews were arranged using various methods such as telephone, web and personal. Participants were at the age between 28 - 56, from 2 different countries Latvia and Uzbekistan and were chosen basing on the locations of their enterprises. Questions for interviews were prepared in advance basing on two models, a model of entrepreneur behavior and performance and model of entrepreneurial decision making process. In case there is need to be clarified, participants were asked extra questions. The findings show that entrepreneurs are not positively intended to arrange business in rural area due to the worse conditions comparing to urban area. The result of the study approved that the living standards of population plays an important role in the progress of enterprise. From the other side the study disproved that not all spheres could be developed as good as in other area. Ekonomika ir visaptverošs organisms, kas nodrošina katra cilvēka un sabiedrības vitālās funkcijas. Katrai valstij ir sava ekonomiskā situācija, bet pat šajā gadījumā ir tendence pārcelties uz pilsētas rajoniem par labākiem dzīves standartiem un iespējām tos iegūt. Tāpēc šajā pētījumā galvenā uzmanība pievērsta atšķirībām starp pilsētām un lauku teritorijām, kā tā ietekmē lēmumu pieņemšanu uzņēmējdarbības jomā un kā tiek veidots uzņēmējdarbības uzvedības modelis, cik atšķirīga ir pilsētu un lauku teritorija no ekonomiskā viedokļa, kāds ir uzņēmēju viedoklis par lauku un pilsētu teritorijām. Tā kā kvalitatīvās izpētes metodes ļauj dziļi meklēt informāciju ar cilvēku uzskatiem, viedokļiem un piezīmēm, tika nolemts, ka dotā metode ir saprātīgāka lietošanai šeit. Personiskajai analīzei tika izvēlēta intervijas metode, kurā piedalījās deviņi eksperti (uzņēmēji), kuriem pieder uzņēmējdarbība. Ņemot vērā situāciju ar izolāciju, intervijas tika kārtotas, izmantojot dažādas metodes, piemēram, telefonu, tīmekli un personīgo. Dalībnieki bija vecumā no 28 līdz 56 gadiem, no 2 dažādām valstīm – Latvija un Uzbekistāna, un tika izvēlēti, balstoties uz uzņēmumu atrašanās vietām. Jautājumi intervijām tika sagatavoti iepriekš, pamatojoties uz diviem modeļiem – uzņēmēju uzvedības un darbības modeli un uzņēmējdarbības lēmumu pieņemšanas procesa modeli. Ja ir nepieciešami skaidrojumi, dalībniekiem tika uzdoti papildu jautājumi. Secinājumi liecina, ka uzņēmēji nav pozitīvi noskaņoti uz uzņēmējdarbības sakārtošanu lauku apvidos sliktāko apstākļu dēļ, salīdzinot ar pilsētas teritoriju. Pētījuma rezultāti apstiprināja, ka iedzīvotāju dzīves līmenim ir liela nozīme uzņēmējdarbības attīstībā. No otras puses, pētījums noraidīja, ka ne visas sfēras varētu attīstīties tik labi kā citās jomās.

    Starptautiskais bizness un ilgtspējīga ekonomika Vadība, administrēšana un nekustamo īpašumu pārvaldība International Business and Sustainable Economy Management, Administration and Real Estate Management Darba temats ir Eiropas Savienības zaļā kursa ietekme uz uzņēmējdarbību Latvijā. Darba mērķis ir noteikt kādas izmaiņas ieviesīs ES zaļais kurss Latvijā, īpaši izceļot uzņēmēju starpā un uzņēmējdarbībā kopumā. Tiek aprakstīts jau esošais teorētiskais materiāls par Eiropas Savienības zaļo kursu, tā īstenotajiem un plānotiem pasākumiem, kā arī kopējiem mērķiem Eiropas Savienībā. Eiropas zaļais kurss ir Eiropas Savienības jaunā izaugsmes stratēģija, kuras mērķis ir panākt klimatneitralitāti ar taisnīgu un pārticīgu sabiedrību, izmantojot mūsdienīgu, resursefektīvu un konkurētspējīgu ekonomiku. Tiekšanās uz klimatneitralitāti sniegs iespējas ekonomikas izaugsmei, jauniem uzņēmējdarbības modeļiem un tirgiem, jaunām darbavietām un tehnoloģiju attīstībai. Ir uzstādīts mērķis panākt klimatneitralitāti līdz 2050.gadam, kas tika paziņots 2019.gada decembrī, bet stājās spēkā 2020.gada decembrī, kas ir salīdzinoši nesen, un ir aktuāls tieši tagad, jo esam posma sākumā, kad varam izplānot un ietekmēt turpmāko valsts darbību. Pētījumā tika izmantotas Monogrāfiskā metode- izmantota, lai apkopotu un izpētītu pieejamo teorētisko informāciju par Eiropas Savienības zaļo kursu, tā prasībām un mērķiem, Loģiski-konstruktīvā- lai izvirzītu secinājumus balstoties uz teorētisko materiālu un praktisko daļu no ekspertu intervijām, Kvalitatīvā metode- lai ievāktu ekspertu intervijas datus un apkopotu tos. Darbā tika atbildēts uz pētniecisko jautājumus un visi izvirzītie uzdevumi tika izpildīti. Atslēgas vārdi ir: uzņēmējdarbība, Eiropas Savienības zaļais kurss, lauksaimniecība, enerģētika, transports. Darbā ir 50 lappuses. Darbā tika izmantoti 20 literatūras avoti. The topic of work is the impact of the European Union Green Deal on entrepreneurship in Latvia. The aim of the work is to determine what changes will be introduced by the EU Green Deal in Latvia, highlighting especially among entrepreneurs and in business in general. The existing theoretical material on the European Union's Green Deal, the measures it has implemented and plans, as well as common objectives in the European Union, is described. The European Green Deal is the European Union's new growth strategy, which aims to achieve climate neutrality with a fair and prosperous society through a modern, resource-efficient and competitive economy. The pursuit of climate neutrality will provide opportunities for economic growth, new business models and markets, new jobs and technological development. The goal of achieving climate neutrality by 2050 has been set, which was announced in December 2019, but came into force in December 2020, which is relatively recent, and is topical right now, because we are at the beginning of the stage when we can plan and influence the future activities of the country. The study used the Monographic Method - will be used to collect and study available theoretical information about the European Union Green Deal, its requirements and objectives, Logically-constructive - to draw conclusions based on theoretical material and practical part of expert interviews, Qualitative method - to collect expert interview data and compile them. The work answered research questions and all the tasks set were fulfilled. The key words are: entrepreneurship, the European Union's Green Deal, agriculture, energy, transport. There are 50 pages at work. 20 sources of literature.

Bakalaura darba mērķis ir ierakstīt un producēt rakstnieka Miķeļa Paulocka literāro darbu “Uz dzimteni” (1938) audio grāmatas formātā un publicēt to sociālo mediju vietnē “YouTube”. Audiogrāmatas šobrīd ir visstraujāk augošais digitālās literatūras formāts un pieprasījums pēc tām paliek arvien lielāks. Latvijā ir interesanti literārie darbi, kas pēc pirmreizējas publikācijas vairs nav atkārtoti izdoti un tādēļ ir grūti atrodami un pieejami. Tāds ir arī romāns “Uz Dzimteni”. Digitalizējot romānu audiogrāmatas formātā un izplatot to caur straumēšanas platformu “YouTube” ir iespējams to padarīt ērtāk pieejamu plašākai klausītāju auditorijai. Bakalaura darba mērķa izpildei darba autors definēja 8 uzdevumus. Bakalaura darbs ir sadalīts divās daļās: teorētiskajā un praktiskajā. Teorētiskā daļa ir sadalīta trijās nodaļās un astoņās apakšnodaļās, kurās ir aplūkota literatūras digitalizācija, audiogrāmatu formāts un lietojums, kā arī straumēšanas platformu loma audiogrāmatu izplatīšanā. The aim of the bachelor thesis is to record and produce the literary work "Uz Dzimteni" (1938) by the writer Miķelis Paulockis in audiobook format and publish it on the social media site "YouTube". Audiobooks are currently the fastest growing digital literary format and the demand for them continues to grow. There are interesting literary works in Latvia that have been out of print since they were first published and are therefore difficult to find and access. This is also the case with the novel "Uz Dzimteni". By digitizing the novel in audiobook format and distributing it via the streaming platform YouTube, it is possible to make it more accessible to a wider audience. The bachelor thesis is separated into two sections: theoretical and practical. The theoretical section is divided into three chapters and eight sub-chapters that discuss the digitalization of literature, audiobook format and usage, and the role of streaming platforms in audiobook distribution. The practical component of the thesis, as indicated in the creative concept, consists of the author recording, producing, and distributing an audiobook of the novel "Uz Dzimteni” by Miķelis Paulockis.     The topic of the bachelor's thesis is "The impact of the support funds granted by the European Union on the development of the Latvian economy and their control and supervision.". The aim of the bachelor's thesis is to study the European Union funds and develop proposals for the development of a control mechanism. The bachelor's thesis consists of five chapters. The first chapter explores European Union funds. The second chapter analyzes the distribution of funds and their administration. The third chapter examines the development of the Latvian economy before and after joining the European Union. The fourth chapter compares the allocated funding between periods.     Žurnālistika Informācijas un komunikācijas zinātnes Journalism Information and Communication Sciences Bakalaura darba “Žurnālu izdevniecības “Žurnāls SANTA” digitālā transformācija un tās ietekme uz žurnālistiku” mērķis ir atrast kopsakarības starp drukāto plašsaziņas mediju, šajā gadījumā – žurnālu, digitālo transformāciju un žurnālistikas pārmaiņām, kā arī pētīt interneta plašsaziņas medijus kā potenciālu drukāto plašsaziņas mediju nākotnes platformu. Darba teorētiskajā daļā apkopota literatūra par žurnāliem kā tradicionālo plašsaziņas mediju formātu, to tipoloģiju, kā arī jaunajiem medijiem jeb internetu (tīmekli) un digitālo transformāciju. Empīriskajā pētījumā, izmantojot kvantitatīvo kontentanalīzi, tika analizētas digitālās transformācijas radītās pārmaiņas žurnālistikā – gan publicēto rakstu tekstā, gan virsrakstos. Tika veiktas dziļās, daļēji strukturētās intervijas ar portāla un analizējamo drukāto žurnālu galvenajiem redaktoriem, lai izprastu digitalizācijas atstāto ietekmi gan uz žurnālistiku, gan redakciju, gan žurnālistu darbu un mediju organizācijas struktūru. Bakalaura darbā noskaidrots, ka interneta portāliem un tīmekļa plašsaziņas medijiem kopumā auditorija aug ar katru dienu, taču drukāto plašsaziņas mediju auditorija – sarūk. Žurnālu izdevniecības “Žurnāls SANTA” digitālā transformācija portālā Santa.lv rada pārmaiņas saturā, visbiežāk mainot rakstu virsrakstus, kā arī reizēm to garumu saīsinot portāla formātam. Noskaidrots, ka digitālā transformācija maz ietekmē žurnāla redakcijas darbību, jo starp portāla un žurnāla redakcijām nav tiešas sadarbības, taču žurnālu redakcija mēdz būt neapmierināta, ja to radītos raksti tiek mainīti. Drukāto mediju darbinieki ir pārliecināti, ka drukāti žurnāli nekur nepazudīs, bet tie kļūs vēl ekskluzīvāki. Tāpat viņi uzskata, ka plašsaziņas medijam mūsdienās ir jābūt gatavam pielāgoties tendencēm un darboties vairākās platformās, lai gūtu ienākumus un saglabātu savu auditoriju. The aim of the bachelor’s thesis “Digital transformation of magazine publishing house “Žurnāls SANTA” and its impact on journalism” is to find connections between printed magazine digital transformation and changes in journalism, as well as to study online media as a potential future platform for print media. The theoretical part of the work summarizes the literature on magazines as a traditional media format, their typology as well as theory of digital transformation and the new media – the Internet. The research part, using quantitative content analysis, analyzes text and titles of the articles to identify the changes in journalism caused by the digital transformation. In-depth, semi-structured interviews were held with the editors of the web page Santa.lv and the print magazines, mainly to understand the impact of digitization on journalism, editorial work and the structure of the media organization. The bachelor's thesis reveals that the audience of Internet media is growing day by day, but the audience of print media is steadily decreasing. The digital transformation of the magazine publishing house “Žurnāls SANTA” on the portal Santa.lv creates changes in the content, changing the titles of articles, as well as sometimes shortening their length to fit the format of the portal. It has been found that the digital transformation has little effect on the operation of the magazine's editorial staff, as there is no direct co-operation between the portal and the magazine’s editors, but the magazine’s editorial staff may be dissatisfied if the published articles are changed in a scandalous way. Print media workers are confident that print magazines will not disappear, but they could become more exclusive and a luxury product. They believe that the media today must be ready to adapt to trends and operate across multiple platforms, to gain income.

Uzņēmums SIA "Orkla Latvija" ir liels uzņēmums, kurā katru dienu notiek liels skaits dažādu darbplūsmu. Lai vel vairāk palielināt uzņēmuma produktivitāti , tam vajag digitalizēt tos procesus, kurus jau ir zināms un iespējams digitalizēt. Pētījuma mērķis ir, balstoties uz teorētiskajām atziņām par personāla atlases procesu un empīrisko datu analīzi, izpētīt un sagatavot personāla atlases digitalizācijas ieteikumus uzņēmumam SIA “Orkla Latvija”. Pētījumā izmantota monogrāfiskā metode, lai identificētu, apkopotu un analizētu teorētiskus datus un salīdzinoša metode, lai salīdzināt personāla atlases platformas. Informācijas iegūšanai par personāla atlases procesu ir izmantota darbinieku aptauja un klātienes intervijas ar personāla atlases komandu. Empīriskā pētījuma veikšanai ir veiktas strukturētas intervijas ar 5 ekspertiem. Balstoties uz pētījuma rezultātiem, var secināt, ka uzņēmumam SIA “Orkla Latvija” ir rekomendējama personāla atlases platformas ieviešana, jo tā var uzlabot personāla atlases procesu, palielinot personāla atlases produktivitāti, uzlabojot efektivitāti, ietaupot laiku, kā arī nodrošinot drošu kandidātu datu apstrādi un kvalificētāku kandidātu piesaisti. Personāla atlases platformas ir izstrādātas tā, lai nodrošinātu gan kandidātiem, gan personāla atlases komandai patīkamu atlases pieredzi. Uzņēmumam SIA "Orkla Latvija" ieteicams izmantot personīgo atlases platformu "Team Tailor". Šī platforma ir lokalizējama un ietver visas nepieciešamās personāla atlases funkcijas. The necessity of digital recruitment is that it helps the recruiter to find many suitable candidates in a short time.. “Orkla Latvia” Ltd. is a large company with a large number of different workflows every day. In order to increase its productivity, the company needs to digitalise those processes that are already known how to be digitalised. The aim of the study is to investigate and make recommendations for the digitalisation of recruitment for “Orkla Latvia” Ltd. based on the theoretical knowledge of the recruitment process and the analysis of empirical data. The study uses a monographic method to identify, collect and analyse theoretical data and a comparative method to compare recruitment platforms. A staff survey and face-to-face interviews with the recruitment team are used to gather information on the recruitment process. Structured interviews with 5 experts have been carried out for the empirical study. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the implementation of a recruitment platform is recommended for “Orkla Latvia” Ltd, as it can improve the recruitment process by increasing recruitment productivity, improving efficiency, saving time, as well as ensuring secure processing of candidate data and attracting more qualified candidates. Recruitment platforms are designed to provide both candidates and the recruitment team with an enjoyable recruitment experience. For “Orkla Latvia” Ltd, it is recommended to use the personal recruitment platform “Team Tailor”. This platform is localisable and includes all the necessary recruitment functions. The approximate price for using the platform is EUR 2521 per year. The company should also implement electronic signing of contracts and documents, but remain flexible and adapt to situations. The limitations of this issue may be, first of all, the older generation who have difficulties with the electronic environment, as well as foreign candidates who do not have an e-signature. Also, the company must store all documents electronically. This is secure, as documents do not get lost, and environmentally friendly, as unnecessary paper is not wasted.     Economy is an all-encompassing organism that provides the vital functions of every person and society. Every country has its own economic situation, but even in this case there is a tendency to move to urban areas for better living standards and opportunities to get them. Therefore, this research concentrates on the difference between urban and rural areas, how it effects on entrepreneurial decision and how entrepreneurship behavior model is built, how different is the urban and rural area from an economic point of view, what is the opinion of the entrepreneurs about the rural and urban areas. Because of the fact that qualitative research method permits to seek out information deeply with people's views, opinion and remarks, it was decided that given method is more sensible for usage here. For personal analysis, interview method was selected in which nine experts(entrepreneurs) who possess business were taken part. Due to the situation with isolation, interviews were arranged using various methods such as telephone, web and personal. Participants were at the age between 28 - 56, from 2 different countries Latvia and Uzbekistan and were chosen basing on the locations of their enterprises. Questions for interviews were prepared in advance basing on two models, a model of entrepreneur behavior and performance and model of entrepreneurial decision making process. In case there is need to be clarified, participants were asked extra questions. The findings show that entrepreneurs are not positively intended to arrange business in rural area due to the worse conditions comparing to urban area. The result of the study approved that the living standards of population plays an important role in the progress of enterprise. From the other side the study disproved that not all spheres could be developed as good as in other area. Ekonomika ir visaptverošs organisms, kas nodrošina katra cilvēka un sabiedrības vitālās funkcijas. Katrai valstij ir sava ekonomiskā situācija, bet pat šajā gadījumā ir tendence pārcelties uz pilsētas rajoniem par labākiem dzīves standartiem un iespējām tos iegūt. Tāpēc šajā pētījumā galvenā uzmanība pievērsta atšķirībām starp pilsētām un lauku teritorijām, kā tā ietekmē lēmumu pieņemšanu uzņēmējdarbības jomā un kā tiek veidots uzņēmējdarbības uzvedības modelis, cik atšķirīga ir pilsētu un lauku teritorija no ekonomiskā viedokļa, kāds ir uzņēmēju viedoklis par lauku un pilsētu teritorijām. Tā kā kvalitatīvās izpētes metodes ļauj dziļi meklēt informāciju ar cilvēku uzskatiem, viedokļiem un piezīmēm, tika nolemts, ka dotā metode ir saprātīgāka lietošanai šeit. Personiskajai analīzei tika izvēlēta intervijas metode, kurā piedalījās deviņi eksperti (uzņēmēji), kuriem pieder uzņēmējdarbība. Ņemot vērā situāciju ar izolāciju, intervijas tika kārtotas, izmantojot dažādas metodes, piemēram, telefonu, tīmekli un personīgo. Dalībnieki bija vecumā no 28 līdz 56 gadiem, no 2 dažādām valstīm – Latvija un Uzbekistāna, un tika izvēlēti, balstoties uz uzņēmumu atrašanās vietām. Jautājumi intervijām tika sagatavoti iepriekš, pamatojoties uz diviem modeļiem – uzņēmēju uzvedības un darbības modeli un uzņēmējdarbības lēmumu pieņemšanas procesa modeli. Ja ir nepieciešami skaidrojumi, dalībniekiem tika uzdoti papildu jautājumi. Secinājumi liecina, ka uzņēmēji nav pozitīvi noskaņoti uz uzņēmējdarbības sakārtošanu lauku apvidos sliktāko apstākļu dēļ, salīdzinot ar pilsētas teritoriju. Pētījuma rezultāti apstiprināja, ka iedzīvotāju dzīves līmenim ir liela nozīme uzņēmējdarbības attīstībā. No otras puses, pētījums noraidīja, ka ne visas sfēras varētu attīstīties tik labi kā citās jomās.

    Starptautiskais bizness un ilgtspējīga ekonomika Vadība, administrēšana un nekustamo īpašumu pārvaldība International Business and Sustainable Economy Management, Administration and Real Estate Management Darba temats ir Eiropas Savienības zaļā kursa ietekme uz uzņēmējdarbību Latvijā. Darba mērķis ir noteikt kādas izmaiņas ieviesīs ES zaļais kurss Latvijā, īpaši izceļot uzņēmēju starpā un uzņēmējdarbībā kopumā. Tiek aprakstīts jau esošais teorētiskais materiāls par Eiropas Savienības zaļo kursu, tā īstenotajiem un plānotiem pasākumiem, kā arī kopējiem mērķiem Eiropas Savienībā. Eiropas zaļais kurss ir Eiropas Savienības jaunā izaugsmes stratēģija, kuras mērķis ir panākt klimatneitralitāti ar taisnīgu un pārticīgu sabiedrību, izmantojot mūsdienīgu, resursefektīvu un konkurētspējīgu ekonomiku. Tiekšanās uz klimatneitralitāti sniegs iespējas ekonomikas izaugsmei, jauniem uzņēmējdarbības modeļiem un tirgiem, jaunām darbavietām un tehnoloģiju attīstībai. Ir uzstādīts mērķis panākt klimatneitralitāti līdz 2050.gadam, kas tika paziņots 2019.gada decembrī, bet stājās spēkā 2020.gada decembrī, kas ir salīdzinoši nesen, un ir aktuāls tieši tagad, jo esam posma sākumā, kad varam izplānot un ietekmēt turpmāko valsts darbību. Pētījumā tika izmantotas Monogrāfiskā metode- izmantota, lai apkopotu un izpētītu pieejamo teorētisko informāciju par Eiropas Savienības zaļo kursu, tā prasībām un mērķiem, Loģiski-konstruktīvā- lai izvirzītu secinājumus balstoties uz teorētisko materiālu un praktisko daļu no ekspertu intervijām, Kvalitatīvā metode- lai ievāktu ekspertu intervijas datus un apkopotu tos. Darbā tika atbildēts uz pētniecisko jautājumus un visi izvirzītie uzdevumi tika izpildīti. Atslēgas vārdi ir: uzņēmējdarbība, Eiropas Savienības zaļais kurss, lauksaimniecība, enerģētika, transports. Darbā ir 50 lappuses. Darbā tika izmantoti 20 literatūras avoti. The topic of work is the impact of the European Union Green Deal on entrepreneurship in Latvia. The aim of the work is to determine what changes will be introduced by the EU Green Deal in Latvia, highlighting especially among entrepreneurs and in business in general. The existing theoretical material on the European Union's Green Deal, the measures it has implemented and plans, as well as common objectives in the European Union, is described. The European Green Deal is the European Union's new growth strategy, which aims to achieve climate neutrality with a fair and prosperous society through a modern, resource-efficient and competitive economy. The pursuit of climate neutrality will provide opportunities for economic growth, new business models and markets, new jobs and technological development. The goal of achieving climate neutrality by 2050 has been set, which was announced in December 2019, but came into force in December 2020, which is relatively recent, and is topical right now, because we are at the beginning of the stage when we can plan and influence the future activities of the country. The study used the Monographic Method - will be used to collect and study available theoretical information about the European Union Green Deal, its requirements and objectives, Logically-constructive - to draw conclusions based on theoretical material and practical part of expert interviews, Qualitative method - to collect expert interview data and compile them. The work answered research questions and all the tasks set were fulfilled. The key words are: entrepreneurship, the European Union's Green Deal, agriculture, energy, transport. There are 50 pages at work. 20 sources of literature.

Bakalaura darba vadītāja ir Rīgas Stradiņa Universitātes pētniece Ieva Puzo, PhD. Bakalaura darba mērķis ir ierakstīt un producēt rakstnieka Miķeļa Paulocka literāro darbu “Uz dzimteni” (1938) audio grāmatas formātā un publicēt to sociālo mediju vietnē “YouTube”. Audiogrāmatas šobrīd ir visstraujāk augošais digitālās literatūras formāts un pieprasījums pēc tām paliek arvien lielāks. Latvijā ir interesanti literārie darbi, kas pēc pirmreizējas publikācijas vairs nav atkārtoti izdoti un tādēļ ir grūti atrodami un pieejami. Tāds ir arī romāns “Uz Dzimteni”. Digitalizējot romānu audiogrāmatas formātā un izplatot to caur straumēšanas platformu “YouTube” ir iespējams to padarīt ērtāk pieejamu plašākai klausītāju auditorijai. Bakalaura darba mērķa izpildei darba autors definēja 8 uzdevumus. Bakalaura darbs ir sadalīts divās daļās: teorētiskajā un praktiskajā. Teorētiskā daļa ir sadalīta trijās nodaļās un astoņās apakšnodaļās, kurās ir aplūkota literatūras digitalizācija, audiogrāmatu formāts un lietojums, kā arī straumēšanas platformu loma audiogrāmatu izplatīšanā. Darba praktisko daļu, veido Miķeļa Paulocka romāna "Uz Dzimteni" audiogrāmatas ierakstīšana, producēšana un izplatīšana. The title of the bachelor thesis is "Audiobooks as a tool for preservation and spreading of Latvian literary heritage" and the author is Krišjānis Augusts Strazds, a 3rd year student of the study program "Multimedia Communication" of Riga Stradins University. The supervisor of the bachelor's thesis is Ieva Puzo, PhD, researcher at Riga Stradins University. The aim of the bachelor thesis is to record and produce the literary work "Uz Dzimteni" (1938) by the writer Miķelis Paulockis in audiobook format and publish it on the social media site "YouTube". Audiobooks are currently the fastest growing digital literary format and the demand for them continues to grow. There are interesting literary works in Latvia that have been out of print since they were first published and are therefore difficult to find and access. This is also the case with the novel "Uz Dzimteni". By digitizing the novel in audiobook format and distributing it via the streaming platform YouTube, it is possible to make it more accessible to a wider audience. The bachelor thesis is separated into two sections: theoretical and practical. The theoretical section is divided into three chapters and eight sub-chapters that discuss the digitalization of literature, audiobook format and usage, and the role of streaming platforms in audiobook distribution. The practical component of the thesis, as indicated in the creative concept, consists of the author recording, producing, and distributing an audiobook of the novel "Uz Dzimteni” by Miķelis Paulockis.
