Актуальність теми роботи. Стрімкий розвиток технологій впливає на всі сфери суспільного життя, сектор фінансових послуг не є винятком. Фінансові технології вносять докорінні зміни у розвиток фінансового ринку, а фінтехкомпанії стають партнерами, а іноді навіть конкурентами традиційних фінансових інститутів. Таким чином, можна виокремити значимість дослідження розвитку технологічних змін фінансової систем, зокрема оцінки розвитку фінансових технологій у сучасної зарубіжної та вітчизняної практиці. Метою даної роботи є аналіз сучасних технологічних рішень, що використовуються в сфері фінансових відносин та є наслідком глобальної цифровізації економіки. Об’єкт дослідження – процеси реалізації сучасних фінансових технологій в умовах цифрової економіки. Предмет дослідження – економічні відносини що виникають в управління фінансами на основі сучасних технологічних рішень. Методи дослідження – методи аналізу та синтезу, метод порівнянь, класифікації, систематизації, статистичні методи. Основою виконання роботи є дані періодичної та монографічної літератури, Інтернет-ресурси, матеріали дисертаційних досліджень, публікації за результатами наукових конференцій, статистичні дані інформаційних агентств. Актуальность работы. Стремительное развитие технологий влияет на все сферы общественной жизни, сектор финансовых услуг не исключение. Финансовые технологии вносят коренные изменения в развитие финансового рынка, а финтехкомпании становятся партнерами, а иногда даже конкурентами традиционных финансовых институтов. Таким образом, можно выделить значимость исследования развития технологических изменений финансовой системы, в частности оценки развития финансовых технологий в современной зарубежной и отечественной практике. Целью данной работы является анализ современных технологических решений, используемых в сфере финансовых отношений и является результатом глобальной цифровизации экономики. Объект исследования – процесс реализации современных финансовых технологий в условиях цифровой экономики. Предмет исследования – экономические отношения возникающие в управлении финансами на основе современных технологических решений. Методы исследования – методы анализа и синтеза, метод сравнений, классификации, систематизации, статистические методы. Основой выполнения работы есть данные периодической и монографической литературы, Интернет-ресурсы, материалы диссертационных исследований, публикации по результатам научных конференций, статистические данные информационных агентств. Relevance of the topic of the work. The rapid development of technologies affects all spheres of social life, the financial services sector is no exception. Financial technologies bring fundamental changes to the development of the financial market, and fintech companies become partners, and sometimes even competitors, of traditional financial institutions. Thus, it is possible to single out the significance of the study of the development of technological changes in financial systems, in particular, the assessment of the development of financial technologies in modern foreign and domestic practice. The purpose of this work is the analysis of modern technological solutions used in the field of financial relations and which are a consequence of the global digitalization of the economy. The object of the research is the implementation processes of modern financial technologies in the conditions of the digital economy. The subject of the research is economic relations arising in financial management based on modern technological solutions. Research methods – methods of analysis and synthesis, method of comparisons, classification, systematization, statistical methods. The basis of the work is data from periodical and monographic literature, Internet resources, materials of dissertation studies, publications based on the results of scientific conferences, statistical data of information agencies.

Були відібрані показники. Дані проаналізовано шляхом розрахунку основних статистичних характеристик. Була розрахована кореляційна матриця. Була визначена карта кластерів країн. Підібрано основні компоненти. Кількість найбільш оптимальних кластерів визначали на основі “Ліктьового” методу. На останньому кроці були побудовані прогнозні моделі, які демонструють вплив цифровізації на найбільш корельовані фактори, що характеризують економічний розвиток. Indicators were selected. The data was analyzed by calculating the main statistical characteristics. A correlation matrix was calculated. It was determined the map of clusters of countries. The main components were selected. The number of the most optimal clusters was determined on the basis of the Elbow Method. In the last step, forecast models were built that demonstrate the impact of digitalization on the most correlated factors that characterize economic development.

Diplomová práce je zaměřena na posouzení dopadů digitální ekonomiky na pracovněprávní vztahy v ČR. V první kapitole jsou rozebrány pracovněprávní vztahy v ČR jako takové, druhá část je zaměřena na proces digitalizace v ČR a ve třetí části je analyzován vlastní výzkum autora k dané problematice. Byla použita deskriptivní a komparativní metoda a vlastní výzkum autora. Obhájeno The diploma thesis is focused on assessing the impacts of the digital economy on labor relations in the Czech Republic. The first chapter discusses employment relations in the Czech Republic as such, the second part is focused on the process of digitization in the Czech Republic and the third part analyzes the author's own research on the issue. Descriptive and comparative methods and the author's own research were used.

Knapp 30 Prozent der Einwohner*innen Deutschlands leben in Kleinstädten, die in Speckgürteln der Metropolregionen oder in peripheren Räumen liegen. Im ländlichen Kontext können Kleinstädte wichtige Anker sein, anderswo dienen sie eher als Wohn- und Erholungsorte. Das alltägliche Zusammenleben in und die Zukunft von Kleinstädten handeln die Akteur*innen vor Ort auf vielfältige Weise aus. Die Beiträger*innen des Bandes beleuchten die Heterogenität von Kleinstädten durch diverse Fallstudien mit unterschiedlichen methodischen Ansätzen. In Reflexionen dieser Zugänge zeigen sie die Potentiale einer interdisziplinären Kleinstadtforschung auf und nehmen Themen wie Digitalisierung, Mobilität und Migration in den Blick.

Sport has always been a part of people's social lives regardless of their social background. This is why sport brands work so well and have always been present in people's daily lives throughout history. Management has helped these brands to develop in different ways while keeping the closeness that these brands have always had with their communities. As we are both big sports fans and studying management, we easily made the connection between the two subjects in order to carry out our studies on them. During our research, we highlighted the origins and development of sports brands throughout history as well as the management differences that exist between different sport brands. In order to fulfil the objectives we wanted to achieve, we studied different texts that were analysed and studied with the Nvivo 12 work tool. This allowed us to obtain the results that exposed the answers to the two questions previously exposed through graphs and comparative tables. Finally, in the conclusion we compare the knowledge we had before doing this thesis and the knowledge we gained after doing the research. There is also a discussion part between the results we obtained where we compare if we had the same knowledge before and after our study.

This article compiles and consolidates a search for reference frameworks from sources such as university repositories, reports from public and private entities, technology journals, among other reliable sources that strengthen and offer value to the research conducted. In order to choose the most decisive frameworks for the construction of the article, three (3) inclusion criteria and five (5) exclusion criteria were proposed, which helped the authors to make a more specific and effective choice process, thus obtaining nine (9) reference frameworks that met the criteria proposed. In this way, the strengths and weaknesses of each chosen framework were identified, which led to the analysis of the strategic axes determining the most frequent that the authors of these raised within their proposal, allowing the construction of a proposal based on the most relevant axes considered to identify the opportunities and capabilities of digital transformation in organizations of any sector, size and regardless of whether or not they belong to digital business, reaching as a result four (4) strategic axes focused on the customer. Thus framing the importance that digital transformation represents for organizations seeking to stay in the market for a long time in a profitable way and likewise the benefits that this transformation brings when applied properly in organizations. Finally, the conclusions that the authors obtained from the research are presented and some ways to continue the research in future works are proposed, taking into account that the digital transformation is constantly updated with respect to today's volatile market. - En el presente artículo se realiza una recopilación y consolidación de una búsqueda de marcos de referenca a partir de fuentes como repositorios universitarios, informes de entidades públicas y privadas, revistas de tecnología, entre otras fuentes confiables que fortalecen y ofrecen valor a la investigación realizada. Para elegir los marcos más determinantes para la construcción del artículo, se plantearon tres (3) criterios de inclusion y cinco (5) criterios de exclusion, lo que ayudó a los autores a realizar un proceso de elección más específico y efectivo, obteniendo así nueve (9) marcos de referencia que cumplieron con los criterios planteados. De esta manera, se identificaron las fortalezas y debilidades de cada marco escogido, lo que llevó a realizar el análisis de los ejes estratégicos determinando los más frecuentes que los autores de estos plantearon dentro de su propuesta, permitiendo la construcción de una propuesta basada en los ejes más relevantes considerados para identificar las oportunidades y capacidades de la transformación digital en las organizaciones de cualquier sector, tamaño e independientemente si pertenecen o no a los negocios digitales, alcanzando como resultado cuatro (4) ejes estratégicos enfocados en el cliente. Enmarcando así la importancia que la transformación digital representa para las organizaciones que buscan quedarse en el mercado por un largo tiempo de forma rentable y así mismo los beneficios que esta transformación trae consigo al ser aplicada de forma adecuada en las organizaciones. Finalmente, se presentan las conclusiones que los autores obtuvieron de la investigación realizada y se proponen algunas formas de continuar la investigación en trabajos futuros teniendo en cuenta que la transformación digital está en constante actualización respecto al mecado volátil de hoy en día.

This System Dynamics model was developed together with the Flemish Land Agency (VLM) to obtain a high-level, systemic understanding of the mid- and long-term impacts of water management actions for the Oudlandpolder in Belgium in the framework of the new Spatial Implementation Plan, aimed at climate robust and balanced land and water management (see https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.7081821). The model is based on two artificial compartments, one for agriculture and one for nature, and driven by scenarios for climate change, land use and crop schemes. Water levels in the agriculture and nature compartment are optimized based on monthly target levels and day-to-day decisions on water management actions such as canal water intake, sea discharge and creek ridge water extraction or infiltration. The model uses a time horizon of 80 years (2020-2100) and a time step of 1 day, to align with the practice of water management decisions (such as the opening of sluices). The model uses diverse data related to land use cover change, climate change, water management, and crop farming. Important data sources include: the Flemish Institute for Technological Research (VITO) for meteorological forecasts for different climate change scenarios, the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO) for crop factors and the Flemish Land Agency (VLM) for water control parameters. Driving scenarios are based on the Shared-Social Economic Pathways (for crop schemes and land use patterns, see https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.7081500 ), the VITO RuimteModel for land use change (see https://vito.be/en/product/geodynamix-spatial-modelling-tools), RCP-based projections for temperature, potential evapotranpiration and precipitation, and related sea level projections obtained from Fox-Kemper, B., et al., 2021, Ocean, Cryosphere and Sea Level Change.
