    Trenutni sistem v avtošolah temelji na uporabi evidenčnih kartončkov vožnje v fizični obliki in časovno potratnem dogovarjanju za termine voženj. V diplomski nalogi je bil razvit informacijski sistem, ki digitalizira določene segmente delovanja avtošol in s tem močno olajša proces pridobivanja vozniškega dovoljenja. Uporaba informacijskega sistema prihrani veliko časa vsem kandidatom, ki želijo pridobiti vozniški izpit, ter tudi inštruktorjem, ki se morajo v nasprotnem primeru z vsakim kandidatom individualno dogovarjati za termine vožnje. The current system in driving schools is based on the use of physical record sheets of driving and time-consuming arranging of driving appointments. In the thesis, an information system was developed that digitises certain segments of the driving school operation and thus greatly facilitates the process of obtaining a driving licence. The use of the information system saves a lot of time for all prospective drivers who wish to obtain a driving licence, as well as for the instructors who otherwise have to arrange driving appointments individually with each prospective driver.

    Diplomsko delo se osredotoča na širši pregled protokola MQTT in implementacijo učinkovitega posrednika. Pregled vključuje osnovne vidike protokola kot struktura paketov, bistvene funkcije in varnostne ukrepe. Primerjava z drugimi komunikacijskimi protokoli kaže odlike in slabosti protokola MQTT v različnih omrežnih scenarijih. Temeljna usmeritev je na oblikovanju, implementaciji in vrednotenju učinkovitosti posrednika MQTT, ki je prilagojen vsem vrstam aplikacij. Diplomsko delo vsebuje tudi diskusijo o pomembnih komponentah, zagotavljanju dobre učinkovitosti preko izbire pravilnih podatkovnih struktur ter o optimiziranju algoritmov za učinkovito obdelavo podatkov. Poglavje o implementaciji razloži izbiro programskega jezika Go in opiše glavne dele kode, ki so bistvenega pomena pri zagotavljanju učinkovitega procesiranja sporočil. Zaključek diplomskega dela je sestavljen iz primerjave učinkovitosti implementiranega posrednika in drugih posrednikov, ki so trenutno na trgu. The focus of the following thesis is an overview of the MQTT protocol and the implementation of a well-performing broker. It covers rudimentary aspects of MQTT such as packet structure, essential features and security measures. A comparative analysis with other communication protocols shows the strengths and weaknesses of MQTT in various IoT scenarios. The central focus is on the design, implementation, and performance evaluation of an MQTT broker tailored for all applications. Within the thesis, a discussion is made on important components, ensuring good performance by selecting the right data structures and on optimizing algorithms for efficient data handling and processing. The section on implementation explains the reasoning behind choosing the Go programming language and describes the essential sections of code that are crucial for ensuring efficient message processing. The thesis concludes with the comparison of the efficiency of the implemented broker and the brokers available on the market.

    El proceso evolutivo en materia presupuestal pública desde la promulgación de la Constitución Política de Colombia en el año de 1991 hasta el día de hoy, anexado a los múltiples desarrollos tecnológicos globales despliega un panorama amplio de posibilidades de transformación digital en el estado colombiano. En el objetivo de desarrollar una transformación digital que genere una mejora y eficiencia del servicio público en el ejercicio presupuestal de las entidades territoriales en pro de mayores beneficios a la ciudadanía como usuario final; el presente trabajo propone una estructura aplicable que realiza una integración entre la inteligencia de negocios y el ámbito presupuestal del orden territorial colombiano como instrumento de análisis, seguimiento y control de la gestión presupuestal de ingresos y gastos. De igual forma se configuran diferentes elementos presupuestales de las entidades territoriales del sector público colombiano y las tecnologías disponibles en pro de la toma de mejores decisiones futuras basadas en información relevante para ser consumida por todos los actores de interés como la ciudadanía, la gerencia pública en todo el territorio nacional y cualquier persona que busque el análisis de la información en aras del entendimiento de la gestión presupuestal de ingresos y gastos con un enfoque de objetividad y eficiencia del servicio estatal en una sociedad como la colombiana que cada vez más se encuentra conectada con el mundo. The evolutionary process in public budgeting matters since the promulgation of the Political Constitution of Colombia in 1991 to the present day, annexed to the multiple global technological developments, unfolds a broad panorama of possibilities for digital transformation in the Colombian state. In the aim of developing a digital transformation that generates an improvement and efficiency of the public service in the budgetary exercise of territorial entities in favor of greater benefits to citizens as end users; This paper proposes an applicable structure that integrates business intelligence and the budgetary scope of the Colombian territorial order as an instrument for analysis, monitoring and control of the budget management of income and expenses. In the same way, different budgetary elements of the territorial entities of the Colombian public sector and the available technologies are configured in favor of making better future decisions based on relevant information to be consumed by all stakeholders such as citizens, public management throughout the national territory and anyone who seeks the analysis of information for the sake of understanding the budget management of income and expenses with a focus on objectivity and efficiency of state service in a society like Colombia's, which is increasingly connected to the world. Dans le but de développer une transformation numérique qui génère une amélioration et une efficacité du service public dans l’exercice budgétaire des entités territoriales en faveur de plus grands bénéfices pour les citoyens en tant qu’utilisateurs finaux ; Cet article propose une structure applicable qui intègre l’intelligence économique et le périmètre budgétaire de l’ordre territorial colombien en tant qu’instrument d’analyse, de suivi et de contrôle de la gestion budgétaire des recettes et des dépenses. De la même manière, les différents éléments budgétaires des entités territoriales du secteur public colombien et les technologies disponibles sont configurés en faveur de la prise de meilleures décisions futures basées sur des informations pertinentes à consommer par tous les acteurs d’intérêt tels que les citoyens, la gestion publique sur tout le territoire national et toute personne qui cherche à analyser l’information afin de comprendre la gestion budgétaire des revenus et des dépenses en mettant l’accent sur l’objectivité et l’efficacité du service de l’État dans une société comme celle de la Colombie, qui est de plus en plus connectée au monde.

    Un establecimiento educativo hace referencia a los espacios donde se desarrollan las habilidades del ser humano que se dan por medio de la comunicación, potenciando dimensiones socioafectivas, cognitivas y físico-creativas. Es también el espacio donde los niños y jóvenes adquieren conocimientos y competencias que los forman en el ámbito personal y social. Para el adecuado aprendizaje y desarrollo de estas actividades, en Colombia se consolidaron normas y leyes que establecen los espacios, dimensiones y pedagogías educativas que deben tener estos establecimientos pero en el caso particular de las veredas de la zona baja del Municipio de Los Santos: vereda La Laguna, Pasochico, El Espinal y El Regadero, las cuales son el área de influencia del presente proyecto, se puede analizar que no cumplen en su totalidad estas normas y no brindan la oportunidad a los jóvenes de iniciar y culminar todo el ciclo escolar en unas mismas instalaciones sino que por el contrario ellos deben ir de escuela en escuela cursando los diferentes grados y esto genera un constante cambio de circulo social y largas distancias entre escuela-vivienda. Además, en esta zona la actividad económica principal es la agricultura, pero los jóvenes no se encuentran interesados en proseguirla ya que no cuentan con los conocimientos y herramientas para el desarrollo de esta a la mano, por ello dentro de la propuesta de diseño se busca dar un enfoque a la agricultura para potenciar esta actividad y por supuesto diseñar un establecimiento que ofrezca la educación inicial, primaria, secundaria y media que cuente con los espacios establecidos en la normativa Colombia para un adecuado y ameno aprendizaje. An educational establishment refers to the spaces where the skills of the human being are developed through communication, promoting socio-affective, cognitive, and physical-creative dimensions. It is also the space where children and young people acquire knowledge and skills that form them in the personal and social sphere. For the adequate learning and development of these activities, in Colombia norms and laws were consolidated that strengthen the spaces, dimensions and educational pedagogies that these establishments must have, but in the particular case of the villages in the lower area of the Municipality of Los Santos: village La Laguna, Pasochico, El Espinal and El Regadero, which are the area of influence of this project, it can be analyzed that they do not fully comply with these standards and do not provide the opportunity for young people to start and finish the entire school year in the same facilities but instead they have to go from school to school studying different grades and this generates a constant change of social circle and long distances between school-home. In addition, in this area the main economic activity is agriculture, but young people are not interested in continuing it since they do not have the knowledge and tools for its development at hand, therefore within the design proposal it is sought give a focus to agriculture to promote this activity and of course design an establishment that offers initial, primary, secondary and media education that has the spaces established in Colombian regulations for adequate and enjoyable learning.     En el proyecto actual, se buscó el diseño y la construcción de una interfaz de usuario natural para controlar un brazo robótico. Con este propósito, y debido a la naturaleza del proyecto, se propuso una metodología secuencial, que se enfoca primero en el desarrollo de las etapas o aspectos más importantes del sistema, para luego condensar todo el trabajo en un resultado final. En la etapa inicial, se utilizó una cámara 3D comercial y se desarrolló un sistema de visión por computadora que reconoce los gestos de una persona a través de técnicas de seguimiento del esqueleto. Posteriormente, la información se codificó en instrucciones numéricas y se estableció una comunicación a través de sockets con un sistema de control robótico que interpreta los datos y mueve el efector final de un brazo industrial. En la etapa final, se realizaron pruebas de simulación y experimentos físicos, lo que resultó en la implementación de mejoras en el sistema, como el filtrado de señales o la implementación de una interfaz gráfica. In the present project, the design and construction of a natural user interface were sought to control a robotic arm. For this purpose, and due to the nature of the project, a sequential methodology was proposed, which focuses firstly on the development of the most important stages or aspects of the system, and then condenses all the work into a final result. In the initial stage, a commercial 3D camera was used, and a computer vision system was developed that recognizes gestures of a person through skeleton tracking techniques. Subsequently, the information was encoded into numerical instructions, and communication was established through sockets with a robotic control system that interprets the data and moves the end effector of an industrial arm. In the final stage, simulation tests and physical experiments were conducted, resulting in the implementation of system improvements, such as signal filtering or the implementation of a graphical interface.     El Proyecto de captación de aguas subterráneas en la finca el higuerón, situada en san Vicente de Chucurí, Santander, es una iniciativa fundamental para mejorar tanto el riego de cultivos como el abastecimiento de agua para el consumo humano de esta área. La región de Santander, en especialmente san Vicente de Chucurí, es conocida por su agricultura diversificada y su importancia en la producción de alimentos para Colombia, sin embargo, la escasez de agua en ciertas temporadas y la irregularidad de las precipitaciones han supuesto un desafío constante para los agricultores y las comunidades locales. Este proyecto se ha realizado de la mano con investigaciones tanto nacionales como regionales, que sirvió de apoyo sobre el tema que se está tratando, también con su respectivo estudio Hidrológico en el cual se evidencia la presencia de un acuífero subterráneo idóneo para la captación de agua presente en la finca el Higuerón, adicionalmente se seleccionó una ubicación estratégica para la perforación del mismo, que debe ser en un lugar aislado en donde se prevean todos aquellos agentes contaminantes que de alguna forma puedan afectar la calidad del agua. Teniendo en cuenta los parámetros anteriormente mostrados en el diseño del pozo, la ubicación y los estudios, son motivo que conlleva a realizar el presente trabajo, que es el primero presentado en la zona, dando así un respectivo modelo a seguir para otras áreas agrícolas que enfrentarán desafíos similares en términos de disponibilidad de este recurso tan preciado (agua) lo que genera un valor agregado al proyecto. estos están dados bajo estudios hidráulicos e hidrológicos implementados en esa zona, con el fin de brindar un resultado favorable independientemente de todos los contratiempos y desafíos que este proyecto pueda traer. The groundwater harvesting project at the El Higuerón farm, located in San Vicente de Chucurí, Santander, is a fundamental initiative to improve both crop irrigation and water supply for human consumption in this area. The Santander region, especially san Vicente de Chucurí, is known for its diversified agriculture and its importance in food production for Colombia; however, water shortages in certain seasons and irregular rainfall have been a constant challenge for farmers and local communities. This project has been carried out hand in hand with both national and regional research, which served as support on the subject being addressed, also with its respective hydrological study in which the presence of a subway aquifer suitable for the collection of water present in the Higuerón farm is evidenced, additionally a strategic location was selected for the drilling of the same, which should be in an isolated place where all those pollutants that may somehow affect the water quality are foreseen. Taking into account the parameters previously shown in the design of the well, the location and the studies, are the reason that leads to carry out the present work, which is the first presented in the area, thus giving a respective model to follow for other agricultural areas that will face similar challenges in terms of availability of this precious resource (water) which generates an added value to the project. these are given under hydraulic and hydrological studies implemented in that area, in order to provide a favorable result regardless of all the setbacks and challenges that this project may bring.     U ovom radu se istražuje i opisuje način digitalizacije fotografija. U teorijskom dijelu rada se definira sam postupak digitalizacije. Također, opisuje se cilj i svrha digitalizacije te prednosti i nedostatci postupka digitalizacije. Kroz ovaj rad će se također analizirati kako digitalizacija utječe na pristup i korištenje fotografija te koliko je važno provoditi ovaj postupak kako bi se sačuvale vrijedne fotografije za buduće generacije. Nadalje, cilj ovog teksta je olakšati čitateljima da razumiju proces digitalizacije fotografija, kako se on provodi te koje su prednosti i nedostatci tog postupka. Ovaj rad će dati pregled primjene digitalizacije fotografija u knjižničnom okruženju te dati primjere dobre prakse u digitalizaciji fotografija. Prvi dio istraživanja ovoga rada daje pregled usporedbi zbirki fotografija u knjižnicama: Gradska i sveučilišna knjižnica Osijek, Gradska knjižnica Marka Marulića Split te Knjižnice Grada Zagreba, a u drugom dijelu istraživanja se provodi intervju gdje se saznaje koji su to kriteriji odabira fotografija za digitalizaciju koje koristi Znanstvena knjižnica Zadar te na koji način Znanstvena knjižnica Zadar vrši postupak digitalizacije fotografija. Istraživanje je provedeno metodom polustrukturiranog intervjua s ravnateljicom Znanstvene knjižnice Zadar. This paper investigates and describes the method of digitizing photos. In the theoretical part of the work, the digitization process itself is defined. It also describes the aim and purpose of digitization, as well as the advantages and disadvantages of the digitization process. This paper will also analyze how digitization affects the access and use of photographs and how important it is to carry out this procedure in order to preserve valuable photographs for future generations. Furthermore, this paper aims to help readers understand the process of photo digitization, how it is carried out, and what are the advantages and disadvantages of this process. This paper will provide an overview of the application of photo digitization in a library environment and provide examples of good practice in photo digitization. The first part of the research of this paper provides an overview of the comparison of photo collections in libraries: Osijek City and University Library, Marko Marulić Split City Library and Zagreb City Library, and in the second part of the research an interview is conducted to find out what are the criteria for selecting photos for digitization used by the Scientific Zadar Library and how the Zadar Science Library carries out the process of digitizing photos. The research was conducted using a semistructured interview with the director of the Zadar Science Library.

    Se llevó a cabo una revisión exhaustiva de la literatura existente, así como un análisis de la tendencia al desarrollo en la industria manufacturera colombiana, enfocado principalmente en cómo se van implementando y como se podría ver el camino tecnológico en las organizaciones, las nuevas prácticas de las empresas con las tecnologías y donde muchas empresas no están habituadas a estas herramientas que se mantienen muy conservadoras que pueden afectar la efectividad en procesos administrativos. Se destaca la importancia de comprender el fenómeno transicional tecnológico para poder adaptarse a todas las nuevas cualidades que ofrece la revolución industrial. Se sugiere que, para resolver este problema, es necesario recopilar datos en un análisis documental que muestre cómo las organizaciones colombianas han adoptado las tecnologías retrospectivamente y cómo se enfrentarán al futuro. A partir de esto, se podrán proporcionar recomendaciones y un camino probable para solucionar el problema. It highlights the importance of understanding the technological transition phenomenon in order to be able to adapt to all the new qualities offered by the industrial revolution. It is suggested that, in order to solve this problem, it is necessary to collect data in a documentary analysis that shows how Colombian organizations have adopted technologies retrospectively and how they will face the future.     S hitrim razvojem tehnologije je priporočljiva in pomembna strategija arhiviranja dokumentov različnih vrst, ki so ustvarjeni vsak dan. Rešitev je zaradi števila organizacij v javni upravi in tudi v gospodarstvu veliko, s čimer se izgubi enotnost že pri podrobnejših zapisanih procesih. Namen diplomskega dela je potrditev postavljene hipoteze, ki ob pridobitvi dokumentov iz zgodovine le-te uspešno digitalizira po pravilih že ustvarjene in znane strategije. Glavni cilj diplomskega dela je razumevanje procesa digitalizacije in transformacije obravnavanih stenografskih dokumentov iz časa Države SHS in Kraljevine Jugoslavije. Programska rešitev je bila razvita v programskem jeziku Python s pomočjo zunanjih programskih knjižnic za obdelavo podatkov ter s smernicami in pravili evropskega projekta ParlaMint. Vpeljan je edinstven proces digitalizacije za skenirane stenografske dokumente, ki s pomočjo ustvarjene programske rešitve transformira zasedanja v primerljiv končni izdelek v obliki mape digitalnih datotek že ustvarjenim rešitvam po obravnavanih pravilih in smernicah. Obravnavani so tudi proces prepoznave vsebine ter določanje ocene napake in razpoznavanje gradnikov, ki sestavljajo posamezen dokument. Z izdelavo strategije digitalizacije po vnaprej določenih pravilih je končni izdelek primerljiv z digitalno knjižnico ostalih digitaliziranih skupin zasedanj, ki so jih ustvarile razne organizacije. Končni izdelek je lahko obravnavan na enak način, medtem ko je raziskovanje možno aplicirati na več strok. Zaradi narave obravnavanih stenografskih dokumentov vsebina lahko vpliva na pogled zgodovine, antropologije in lingvistike. With rapid improvements in technology every day, there are multiple strategies of archiving and digitalization that are recommended and important. Number of solutions in public administration and other organizations in economy is quickly rising because of organizations, where unity of similar processes is being lost. The main objective is a retrievement of the observed document from history, which were being digitalized by rules of already made and known strategy. Main target is understanding the process of digitalization and a transformation of the observed sample of transcriptions from the Kingdom of Serbs, Croats and Slovenes and Kingdom of Yugoslavia. The solution was created with Python programming language with help with few of programming libraries for handling data and rules of European project ParlaMint. A unique process was established for digitalization of scanned transcription documents that is created with a programming solution which transforms parliamentary session to a folder of digital files which are comparable to already made solutions based on the ParlaMint rules. Process of identifying content based on computer vision is explored as well, calculating an error rate and identifying segment blocks that together build a specific document. For creation of digitalization strategy, based on already created rules, the final solution is comparable with a digital library of other digitalized parliamentary sessions that were created by other organizations which are members of the project. Final product can be treated equally, research can be applicable to many professions which can be affected in studies of history, anthropology and linguistics.

    L'exploració robòtica autònoma és un camp de recerca actiu, on els mètodes de percepció robòtica hi abunden. Els mètodes basats en grafs, en particular, són una manera de representar l'entorn de forma eficient, i ofereixen una base sobre la que raonar a alt nivell per resoldre tasques de l'àmbit de la robòtica. Proposem un sistema per generar grafs jeràrquics d'escena automàticament a partir d'entorns foto-realistes. En aquest treball emprem un mètode de percepció basat en grafs, Hydra, en combinació amb un simulador 3D anomenat Habitat-Sim, per explorar i generar representacions en forma de grafs d'escena 3D dels entorns tridimensionals simulats. Aquest sistema i les dades que n'han derivat ens donen una base sobre la que establim un mètode general per resoldre tasques d'exploració en entorns tridimensionals mitjançant Xarxes Neuronals per a Grafs i Aprenentatge per Reforç. La exploración robótica autónoma es un campo de investigación activo, donde los métodos de percepción robótica abundan. Los métodos basados en grafos, en particular, son una forma de representar el entorno de forma eficiente, y ofrecen una base sobre la que razonar a alto nivel para resolver tareas del ámbito de la robótica. Proponemos un sistema para generar grafos jerárquicos de escena automáticamente a partir de entornos fotorealistas. En este trabajo usamos un método de percepción basado en grafos, Hydra, en combinación con un simulador 3D llamado Habitat-Sim, para explorar y generar representaciones en forma de grafos de escena 3D de los entornos tridimensionales simulados. Este sistema y los datos que han derivado de él nos dan una base sobre la que establecemos un método general para resolver tareas de exploración en entornos tridimensionales mediante Redes Neuronales para Grafos y Aprendizaje por Refuerzo. Robotic autonomous exploration is an active field of research, where robot perception pipelines abound. Graph-based pipelines, in particular, are a way to represent the environment efficiently, and provide grounds for reasoning on a high level to solve robotics tasks. We propose a framework to generate hierarchical scene graphs automatically from photo-realistic environments. In this thesis, a graph perception pipeline, Hydra, is employed in combination with Habitat-Sim, a 3D simulator, to explore and generate 3D scene graph representations from the simulated 3D maps.     Trenutni sistem v avtošolah temelji na uporabi evidenčnih kartončkov vožnje v fizični obliki in časovno potratnem dogovarjanju za termine voženj. V diplomski nalogi je bil razvit informacijski sistem, ki digitalizira določene segmente delovanja avtošol in s tem močno olajša proces pridobivanja vozniškega dovoljenja. Uporaba informacijskega sistema prihrani veliko časa vsem kandidatom, ki želijo pridobiti vozniški izpit, ter tudi inštruktorjem, ki se morajo v nasprotnem primeru z vsakim kandidatom individualno dogovarjati za termine vožnje. The current system in driving schools is based on the use of physical record sheets of driving and time-consuming arranging of driving appointments. In the thesis, an information system was developed that digitises certain segments of the driving school operation and thus greatly facilitates the process of obtaining a driving licence. The use of the information system saves a lot of time for all prospective drivers who wish to obtain a driving licence, as well as for the instructors who otherwise have to arrange driving appointments individually with each prospective driver.

    Diplomsko delo se osredotoča na širši pregled protokola MQTT in implementacijo učinkovitega posrednika. Pregled vključuje osnovne vidike protokola kot struktura paketov, bistvene funkcije in varnostne ukrepe. Primerjava z drugimi komunikacijskimi protokoli kaže odlike in slabosti protokola MQTT v različnih omrežnih scenarijih. Temeljna usmeritev je na oblikovanju, implementaciji in vrednotenju učinkovitosti posrednika MQTT, ki je prilagojen vsem vrstam aplikacij. Diplomsko delo vsebuje tudi diskusijo o pomembnih komponentah, zagotavljanju dobre učinkovitosti preko izbire pravilnih podatkovnih struktur ter o optimiziranju algoritmov za učinkovito obdelavo podatkov. Poglavje o implementaciji razloži izbiro programskega jezika Go in opiše glavne dele kode, ki so bistvenega pomena pri zagotavljanju učinkovitega procesiranja sporočil. Zaključek diplomskega dela je sestavljen iz primerjave učinkovitosti implementiranega posrednika in drugih posrednikov, ki so trenutno na trgu. The focus of the following thesis is an overview of the MQTT protocol and the implementation of a well-performing broker. It covers rudimentary aspects of MQTT such as packet structure, essential features and security measures. A comparative analysis with other communication protocols shows the strengths and weaknesses of MQTT in various IoT scenarios. The central focus is on the design, implementation, and performance evaluation of an MQTT broker tailored for all applications. Within the thesis, a discussion is made on important components, ensuring good performance by selecting the right data structures and on optimizing algorithms for efficient data handling and processing. The section on implementation explains the reasoning behind choosing the Go programming language and describes the essential sections of code that are crucial for ensuring efficient message processing. The thesis concludes with the comparison of the efficiency of the implemented broker and the brokers available on the market.

    El proceso evolutivo en materia presupuestal pública desde la promulgación de la Constitución Política de Colombia en el año de 1991 hasta el día de hoy, anexado a los múltiples desarrollos tecnológicos globales despliega un panorama amplio de posibilidades de transformación digital en el estado colombiano. En el objetivo de desarrollar una transformación digital que genere una mejora y eficiencia del servicio público en el ejercicio presupuestal de las entidades territoriales en pro de mayores beneficios a la ciudadanía como usuario final; el presente trabajo propone una estructura aplicable que realiza una integración entre la inteligencia de negocios y el ámbito presupuestal del orden territorial colombiano como instrumento de análisis, seguimiento y control de la gestión presupuestal de ingresos y gastos. De igual forma se configuran diferentes elementos presupuestales de las entidades territoriales del sector público colombiano y las tecnologías disponibles en pro de la toma de mejores decisiones futuras basadas en información relevante para ser consumida por todos los actores de interés como la ciudadanía, la gerencia pública en todo el territorio nacional y cualquier persona que busque el análisis de la información en aras del entendimiento de la gestión presupuestal de ingresos y gastos con un enfoque de objetividad y eficiencia del servicio estatal en una sociedad como la colombiana que cada vez más se encuentra conectada con el mundo. The evolutionary process in public budgeting matters since the promulgation of the Political Constitution of Colombia in 1991 to the present day, annexed to the multiple global technological developments, unfolds a broad panorama of possibilities for digital transformation in the Colombian state. In the aim of developing a digital transformation that generates an improvement and efficiency of the public service in the budgetary exercise of territorial entities in favor of greater benefits to citizens as end users; This paper proposes an applicable structure that integrates business intelligence and the budgetary scope of the Colombian territorial order as an instrument for analysis, monitoring and control of the budget management of income and expenses. In the same way, different budgetary elements of the territorial entities of the Colombian public sector and the available technologies are configured in favor of making better future decisions based on relevant information to be consumed by all stakeholders such as citizens, public management throughout the national territory and anyone who seeks the analysis of information for the sake of understanding the budget management of income and expenses with a focus on objectivity and efficiency of state service in a society like Colombia's, which is increasingly connected to the world.     Un establecimiento educativo hace referencia a los espacios donde se desarrollan las habilidades del ser humano que se dan por medio de la comunicación, potenciando dimensiones socioafectivas, cognitivas y físico-creativas. Es también el espacio donde los niños y jóvenes adquieren conocimientos y competencias que los forman en el ámbito personal y social. Para el adecuado aprendizaje y desarrollo de estas actividades, en Colombia se consolidaron normas y leyes que establecen los espacios, dimensiones y pedagogías educativas que deben tener estos establecimientos pero en el caso particular de las veredas de la zona baja del Municipio de Los Santos: vereda La Laguna, Pasochico, El Espinal y El Regadero, las cuales son el área de influencia del presente proyecto, se puede analizar que no cumplen en su totalidad estas normas y no brindan la oportunidad a los jóvenes de iniciar y culminar todo el ciclo escolar en unas mismas instalaciones sino que por el contrario ellos deben ir de escuela en escuela cursando los diferentes grados y esto genera un constante cambio de circulo social y largas distancias entre escuela-vivienda. Además, en esta zona la actividad económica principal es la agricultura, pero los jóvenes no se encuentran interesados en proseguirla ya que no cuentan con los conocimientos y herramientas para el desarrollo de esta a la mano, por ello dentro de la propuesta de diseño se busca dar un enfoque a la agricultura para potenciar esta actividad y por supuesto diseñar un establecimiento que ofrezca la educación inicial, primaria, secundaria y media que cuente con los espacios establecidos en la normativa Colombia para un adecuado y ameno aprendizaje. An educational establishment refers to the spaces where the skills of the human being are developed through communication, promoting socio-affective, cognitive, and physical-creative dimensions. It is also the space where children and young people acquire knowledge and skills that form them in the personal and social sphere. For the adequate learning and development of these activities, in Colombia norms and laws were consolidated that strengthen the spaces, dimensions and educational pedagogies that these establishments must have, but in the particular case of the villages in the lower area of the Municipality of Los Santos: village La Laguna, Pasochico, El Espinal and El Regadero, which are the area of influence of this project, it can be analyzed that they do not fully comply with these standards and do not provide the opportunity for young people to start and finish the entire school year in the same facilities but instead they have to go from school to school studying different grades and this generates a constant change of social circle and long distances between school-home. In addition, in this area the main economic activity is agriculture, but young people are not interested in continuing it since they do not have the knowledge and tools for its development at hand, therefore within the design proposal it is sought give a focus to agriculture to promote this activity and of course design an establishment that offers initial, primary, secondary and media education that has the spaces established in Colombian regulations for adequate and enjoyable learning.     En el proyecto actual, se buscó el diseño y la construcción de una interfaz de usuario natural para controlar un brazo robótico. Con este propósito, y debido a la naturaleza del proyecto, se propuso una metodología secuencial, que se enfoca primero en el desarrollo de las etapas o aspectos más importantes del sistema, para luego condensar todo el trabajo en un resultado final. En la etapa inicial, se utilizó una cámara 3D comercial y se desarrolló un sistema de visión por computadora que reconoce los gestos de una persona a través de técnicas de seguimiento del esqueleto. Posteriormente, la información se codificó en instrucciones numéricas y se estableció una comunicación a través de sockets con un sistema de control robótico que interpreta los datos y mueve el efector final de un brazo industrial. En la etapa final, se realizaron pruebas de simulación y experimentos físicos, lo que resultó en la implementación de mejoras en el sistema, como el filtrado de señales o la implementación de una interfaz gráfica. In the present project, the design and construction of a natural user interface were sought to control a robotic arm. For this purpose, and due to the nature of the project, a sequential methodology was proposed, which focuses firstly on the development of the most important stages or aspects of the system, and then condenses all the work into a final result. In the initial stage, a commercial 3D camera was used, and a computer vision system was developed that recognizes gestures of a person through skeleton tracking techniques. Subsequently, the information was encoded into numerical instructions, and communication was established through sockets with a robotic control system that interprets the data and moves the end effector of an industrial arm. In the final stage, simulation tests and physical experiments were conducted, resulting in the implementation of system improvements, such as signal filtering or the implementation of a graphical interface.
