El presente documento plantea la implementación de una solución robótica para los dos principales problemas que enfrentan las pequeños campesinos colombianos como lo es el abandono estatal y los cambios climáticos, se hizo un análisis y una revisión del estado del arte donde se observa que a nivel mundial existen grandes avances tecnológicos en el área de la agricultura pero estos en su gran mayoría no son viables para agricultores con pocos recursos. Por esto se plantea el diseño de un robot de siembra de cebolla, esté puede navegar con un sistema de geoposicionamiento por terrenos previamente preparados, abrir el surco y con sistema dosificador por expulsión forzada depositar las semillas. Además, el diseño integra sensores de humedad, temperatura, sensores NPK, entre otros, con el objetivo de ayudar al robot a analizar la calidad del suelo. For this reason, the design of an onion sowing robot is proposed, which can navigate with a geopositioning system through previously prepared land, open the furrow and deposit the seeds with a dosing system by forced expulsion. El presente documento, realiza la construcción de un modelo de geoprocesamiento (ModelBuilder), el cual automatiza el proceso de análisis espacial en el estudio para identificación de la ubicación del área idónea en la instalación de unidades sanitarias portátiles (USP), ya que en la actualidad Colombia no cuenta con una normativa nacional, que se encargue de la ubicación y el número de unidades sanitarias portátiles, requeridas al momento de dar solución al problema de saneamiento básico en el uso de las principales actividades en las que son solicitadas; como lo son eventos masivos, construcciones y lugares públicos. Debido a esto, no se cuenta con un método lógico matemático que identifique el área de instalación de las USP, generando que esta decisión se realice de manera arbitraria. El estudio mediante la realización de la identificación, planeación del vuelo, la obtención de fotografías, el levantamiento en la zona de intervención, donde se origina la necesidad del uso de dichas UPS, generando el DEM y la ortofoto de la zona; productos espaciales desarrollados con ayuda del software Agisoft Metashape, continuando con la digitalización de espacios geográficos que intervienen en el área de estudio, usados como parte de los insumos del ModelBuilder creado en la automatización para el análisis espacial y la generación del mapa en el que se identifica la zona más apropiada para la instalación de la Unidad Sanitaria portátil. This document carries out the construction of a geoprocessing model (ModelBuilder), which automates the process of spatial analysis in the study to identify the location of the ideal area in the installation of portable sanitary units (USP), since in the Currently Colombia does not have a national regulation, which is in charge of the location and number of portable sanitary units, required at the time of solving the problem of basic sanitation in the use of the main activities in which they are requested; such as massive events, constructions and public places. Due to this, there is no mathematical logical method that identifies the installation area of the USP, causing this decision to be made arbitrarily. En el municipio de Tocancipá el recurso hídrico es diverso por presentar oferta ambiental de tipo natural y tipo antrópico; la cual es constituida por drenajes o microcuencas que son afluentes del Río Bogotá, siendo esto de gran importancia para la protección, conservación del recurso hídrico el cual se ha visto deteriorado por diferentes actividades relacionadas con el crecimiento industrial y urbano que avanza con el tiempo. Este estudio plantea la modelación de la calidad del recurso hídrico de tres (3) quebradas principales en el municipio de Tocancipá; quebrada La Chucua ubicada en la vereda Canavita, quebrada La Esmeralda, y quebrada Agua Nueva ubicadas en la vereda Esmeralda, con el fin de evaluar, diagnosticar su estado actual. Se analizaron los resultados de los informes de monitoreos realizados en el año 2018, suministrado por la Secretaría de Ambiente y la Corporación Autónoma Regional de Cundinamarca (CAR). Para la ejecución de la metodología se delimito el sistema hídrico, a partir de un flujo de trabajo de geoprocesos con la herramienta Model Builder, y un segundo enfoque de análisis estadístico/geoestadístico para determinar la variabilidad, distribución y tendencia de los datos obtenidos en los monitoreos, calcular valores de calidad del agua con base en el Índice en Corrientes Superficiales (ICA) adaptado de Instituto de Hidrología, Meteorología y Estudios Ambientales (IDEAM), estos valores fueron comparados por diferentes métodos geoestadísticos: kriging, kernel y distancia inversa ponderada (IDW), donde la cartográfica de calidad hídrica se realizó a partir del modelo con los mejores resultados de predicción. Finalmente, los resultados del análisis estadístico demostraron que el nivel de confiabilidad de los datos es alto, porque el comportamiento de las cajas de bigotes es simétrica con pocos datos anómalos, el modelo de interpolación que mejor se ajustó al índice ICA fue kriging, esta modelación evidencia los tramos de calidad hídrica regular para la Quebrada la Chucua, y calidad hídrica aceptable para las quebradas La Esmeralda, Agua Nueva. In the municipality of Tocancipá, the water resource is diverse because it presents a natural and anthropic environmental offer; which is constituted by drainages or micro-basins that are tributaries of the Bogotá River, this being of great importance for the protection and conservation of the water resource which has been deteriorated by different activities related to industrial and urban growth that advances over time. This study proposes the modeling of the quality of the water resource of three (3) main streams in the municipality of Tocancipá; La Chucua stream located in the Canavita district, La Esmeralda stream, and Agua Nueva stream located in the Esmeralda district, in order to evaluate and diagnose its current state. The results of the monitoring reports carried out in 2018, provided by the Ministry of Environment and the Regional Autonomous Corporation of Cundinamarca (CAR), were analyzed. For the execution of the methodology, the water system was delimited, based on a geoprocess workflow with the Model Builder tool, and a second statistical/geostatistical analysis approach to determine the variability, distribution, and trend of the data obtained in the monitoring, calculate water quality values based on the surface current index (ICA) adapted from the Institute of Hydrology, Meteorology and Environmental Studies (IDEAM), these values were compared by different geostatistical methods: kriging, kernel and weighted inverse distance ( IDW), where the water quality cartography was made from the model with the best prediction results. Finally, the results of the statistical analysis showed that the level of reliability of the data is high, because the behavior of the whisker boxes is symmetric with few anomalous data, the interpolation model that best fitted the ICA index was kriging, this modeling evidences the stretches of regular water quality for the Quebrada la Chucua, and acceptable water quality for the La Esmeralda and Agua Nueva streams. V Zasavju je na širšem območju najvišjega vrha regije Kuma (1200 m n.m.v.) istoimenski krajinski park, ki je zaščiteno območje. Spada pod zaščito evropskega programa za varstvo narave – Naturo 2000, ki z direktivama o habitatih in pticah ohranja populacije prostoživečih živalskih in rastlinskih vrst. Krajinski park Kum se razprostira nad dolinami Zasavja, ki so bile v preteklosti izrazito industrijske. V dolini neposredno pod njim sta (danes nedelujoči) termoelektrarna in tovarna cementa – Lafarge, ki sta v preteklosti celotno območje onesnaževali z žveplovim dioksidom. Kmetijska zemljišča zajemajo predvsem gozd in trajni travniki. Podnebje je zmerno celinsko, z viškom padavin poleti. Teren je zelo razgiban, intenzivno kmetijsko pridelavo otežujeta površinska skalovitost in plitva tla. Zaradi večjih naklonov (>20 %) je uporaba strojev omejena. Površine, ki jih obdelujejo, so manjše od slovenskega povprečja. Kmetje z izvajanjem ukrepov programa upravljanja območij Natura 2000 močno pripomorejo k ohranjanju habitatov. Izmed najpomembnejših na tem območju je habitat polnaravnih suhih travišč in grmiščnih faz na karbonatnih tleh, ki so pomembna rastišča kukavičevk. Večinoma se tu pojavlja živinoreja ter v manjši meri ekstenzivno poljedelstvo. It is also under the protection of the European program for nature protection – Natura 2000, which preserves populations of wild animal and plant species with the directives on habitats and birds. The landscape stretches over the valleys of Zasavje, which were distinctly industrial in the past. In the Sava valley directly below, there is a thermal power plant and a cement factory, Lafarge (both are now defunct). In the past they both polluted the area with sulfur dioxide and other emissions. Agricultural land is mainly covered by forest and permanent meadows. The use of the machines is limited due to the steep inclines (>20 %). The climate is moderately continental with excess precipitation in summer. The terrain is very rugged. Intensive agricultural production is also made difficult by the rocky surface and shallow soil. The use of machines is limited due to steep inclines. The areas they cultivate are smaller than the Slovenian average. By implementing measures, farmers greatly contribute to the preservation of habitats. One of the most important in this area is the habitat of semi-natural dry grasslands and scrub phases on carbonate soils, which are important wild orchid habitats. Livestock production and, to a lesser extent, extensive agriculture occur here.

En este proyecto se diseñó e implementó un sistema de percepción robótica para monitorear los puntos ciegos de camiones rígidos de dos ejes, utilizando como plataforma experimental un automóvil instrumentado con diferentes sensores. El sistema se desarrolló de tal manera que puede ser implementado en un camión de una manera intuitiva por un conductor y cuenta con módulos de apoyo para la calibración de los sensores utilizados. Se implementaron módulos de visión computacional y detección de objetos usando redes neuronales artificiales, además, se implementó un sistema de detección redundante con el apoyo de sensores LiDAR; Con estos se genera una serie de alertas para el conductor que le permiten conocer cuando existen determinados objetos en los puntos ciegos del vehículo y cuándo alguno de estos se encuentra demasiado cerca del vehículo. Para la visualización de las alertas generadas por el sistema y para darle al conductor una herramienta de retroalimentación visual integra se implementó una interfaz de usuario que despliega una imagen virtual de vista de pájaro generada con los fotogramas de múltiples cámaras instaladas en el vehículo instrumentado, en la que además es posible visualizar la posición estimada de los objetos detectados alrededor del vehículo con respecto a su marco de referencia local. La información contable debe ser revelada de acuerdo a los estándares internacionales de información financiera, es por esto que Colombia tiene la obligación de implementar estas normas, para hacer parte del mercado global, sin desconocer la problemática que plantea la adopción de las mismas, ya que somos un país con bajo desarrollo empresarial, aun así, gradualmente se ha cumplido con este reto. A continuación, presento este escrito que tiene como objetivo dar a conocer y entender la correcta aplicación de la Norma Internacional de Contabilidad NIC 41, Agricultura, al mismo tiempo ver como la pandemia ocasionada por el Coronavirus COVID-19 dejo en evidencia una economía débil, la cual afectó el gremio agricultor, es tanto así que para este año 2022 el sector agricultor continua en crisis y el confinamiento de más de seis meses se convirtió en un reto a superar. La pandemia y la normatividad que decreto el gobierno nacional durante este periodo no ha sido suficiente, pues la realidad del agro en Colombia se vislumbró con la crisis sanitaria y aunque fue uno de los pocos gremios que se mantuvo en real actividad, no le alcanzo para mantenerse fuerte ante una economía tan cambiante como lo está en la actualidad. [Resumen]: La contaminación lumínica es un problema medioambiental que va mucho más allá de dificultar la observación de las estrellas. En los últimos años, se ha revelado que este fenómeno tiene severas consecuencias en la biodiversidad de los entornos afectados, así como un impacto negativo en la salud de las personas. Por ello, urge establecer una serie de medidas para prevenir y combatir la propagación de este tipo de contaminación. Para fomentar esto, se requiere de un proceso previo en el que cuantificar el brillo presente en el cielo nocturno, de tal forma que sea posible indicar el grado de contaminación lumínica en un área en particular. Con el objetivo de conseguir la mayor cantidad de datos posible, este trabajo presenta el diseño de un fotómetro basado en tecnologías del Internet de las Cosas, el cual pueda ser usado como herramienta en proyectos de ciencia ciudadana. Para lograr esto, el dispositivo se desarrollará bajo una serie de premisas concretas, como garantizar su libre distribución, su bajo coste o ser un producto de código abierto. De esta forma, el objetivo no es competir con fotómetros comerciales de mayor coste, sino más bien, ofrecer un producto de bajo coste con funcionalidades similares e integración con diferentes plataformas de código libre. [Abstract]: Light pollution is an environmental problem that goes beyond the difficulty of the astronomical observation. In recent years, it became clear that this effect has several consequences for biodiversity of affected environments, as well as a negative impact on human health. Therefore, it is urgent to establish a series of measures to prevent and fight back the propagation of this particular type of pollution. To encourage this, a previous process is required to quantify the brightness present in natural night sky, in such way that it is possible to know the degree of light pollution in an area. In order to obtain as much data as possible, the current work introduces a new photometer based on the Internet of Things, which could be used in civilian science projects as a tool. To achieve this, the device will be developed under some especific ideas, such as garantee its free distribution, its low cost, or being an open source product. Because of such an approach, the main objective is not to compete with other commercial devices that are more expensive, but to be an affordable product with similar functionalities and offer many integration options with different open source platforms. El presente documento plantea la implementación de una solución robótica para los dos principales problemas que enfrentan las pequeños campesinos colombianos como lo es el abandono estatal y los cambios climáticos, se hizo un análisis y una revisión del estado del arte donde se observa que a nivel mundial existen grandes avances tecnológicos en el área de la agricultura pero estos en su gran mayoría no son viables para agricultores con pocos recursos. Por esto se plantea el diseño de un robot de siembra de cebolla, esté puede navegar con un sistema de geoposicionamiento por terrenos previamente preparados, abrir el surco y con sistema dosificador por expulsión forzada depositar las semillas. Además, el diseño integra sensores de humedad, temperatura, sensores NPK, entre otros, con el objetivo de ayudar al robot a analizar la calidad del suelo. For this reason, the design of an onion sowing robot is proposed, which can navigate with a geopositioning system through previously prepared land, open the furrow and deposit the seeds with a dosing system by forced expulsion. El presente documento, realiza la construcción de un modelo de geoprocesamiento (ModelBuilder), el cual automatiza el proceso de análisis espacial en el estudio para identificación de la ubicación del área idónea en la instalación de unidades sanitarias portátiles (USP), ya que en la actualidad Colombia no cuenta con una normativa nacional, que se encargue de la ubicación y el número de unidades sanitarias portátiles, requeridas al momento de dar solución al problema de saneamiento básico en el uso de las principales actividades en las que son solicitadas; como lo son eventos masivos, construcciones y lugares públicos. Debido a esto, no se cuenta con un método lógico matemático que identifique el área de instalación de las USP, generando que esta decisión se realice de manera arbitraria. El estudio mediante la realización de la identificación, planeación del vuelo, la obtención de fotografías, el levantamiento en la zona de intervención, donde se origina la necesidad del uso de dichas UPS, generando el DEM y la ortofoto de la zona; productos espaciales desarrollados con ayuda del software Agisoft Metashape, continuando con la digitalización de espacios geográficos que intervienen en el área de estudio, usados como parte de los insumos del ModelBuilder creado en la automatización para el análisis espacial y la generación del mapa en el que se identifica la zona más apropiada para la instalación de la Unidad Sanitaria portátil. This document carries out the construction of a geoprocessing model (ModelBuilder), which automates the process of spatial analysis in the study to identify the location of the ideal area in the installation of portable sanitary units (USP), since in the Currently Colombia does not have a national regulation, which is in charge of the location and number of portable sanitary units, required at the time of solving the problem of basic sanitation in the use of the main activities in which they are requested; such as massive events, constructions and public places. Due to this, there is no mathematical logical method that identifies the installation area of the USP, causing this decision to be made arbitrarily. En el municipio de Tocancipá el recurso hídrico es diverso por presentar oferta ambiental de tipo natural y tipo antrópico; la cual es constituida por drenajes o microcuencas que son afluentes del Río Bogotá, siendo esto de gran importancia para la protección, conservación del recurso hídrico el cual se ha visto deteriorado por diferentes actividades relacionadas con el crecimiento industrial y urbano que avanza con el tiempo. Este estudio plantea la modelación de la calidad del recurso hídrico de tres (3) quebradas principales en el municipio de Tocancipá; quebrada La Chucua ubicada en la vereda Canavita, quebrada La Esmeralda, y quebrada Agua Nueva ubicadas en la vereda Esmeralda, con el fin de evaluar, diagnosticar su estado actual. Se analizaron los resultados de los informes de monitoreos realizados en el año 2018, suministrado por la Secretaría de Ambiente y la Corporación Autónoma Regional de Cundinamarca (CAR). Para la ejecución de la metodología se delimito el sistema hídrico, a partir de un flujo de trabajo de geoprocesos con la herramienta Model Builder, y un segundo enfoque de análisis estadístico/geoestadístico para determinar la variabilidad, distribución y tendencia de los datos obtenidos en los monitoreos, calcular valores de calidad del agua con base en el Índice en Corrientes Superficiales (ICA) adaptado de Instituto de Hidrología, Meteorología y Estudios Ambientales (IDEAM), estos valores fueron comparados por diferentes métodos geoestadísticos: kriging, kernel y distancia inversa ponderada (IDW), donde la cartográfica de calidad hídrica se realizó a partir del modelo con los mejores resultados de predicción. Finalmente, los resultados del análisis estadístico demostraron que el nivel de confiabilidad de los datos es alto, porque el comportamiento de las cajas de bigotes es simétrica con pocos datos anómalos, el modelo de interpolación que mejor se ajustó al índice ICA fue kriging, esta modelación evidencia los tramos de calidad hídrica regular para la Quebrada la Chucua, y calidad hídrica aceptable para las quebradas La Esmeralda, Agua Nueva. In the municipality of Tocancipá, the water resource is diverse because it presents a natural and anthropic environmental offer; which is constituted by drainages or micro-basins that are tributaries of the Bogotá River, this being of great importance for the protection and conservation of the water resource which has been deteriorated by different activities related to industrial and urban growth that advances over time. This study proposes the modeling of the quality of the water resource of three (3) main streams in the municipality of Tocancipá; La Chucua stream located in the Canavita district, La Esmeralda stream, and Agua Nueva stream located in the Esmeralda district, in order to evaluate and diagnose its current state. The results of the monitoring reports carried out in 2018, provided by the Ministry of Environment and the Regional Autonomous Corporation of Cundinamarca (CAR), were analyzed. For the execution of the methodology, the water system was delimited, based on a geoprocess workflow with the Model Builder tool, and a second statistical/geostatistical analysis approach to determine the variability, distribution, and trend of the data obtained in the monitoring, calculate water quality values based on the surface current index (ICA) adapted from the Institute of Hydrology, Meteorology and Environmental Studies (IDEAM), these values were compared by different geostatistical methods: kriging, kernel and weighted inverse distance ( IDW), where the water quality cartography was made from the model with the best prediction results. Finally, the results of the statistical analysis showed that the level of reliability of the data is high, because the behavior of the whisker boxes is symmetric with few anomalous data, the interpolation model that best fitted the ICA index was kriging, this modeling evidences the stretches of regular water quality for the Quebrada la Chucua, and acceptable water quality for the La Esmeralda and Agua Nueva streams. V Zasavju je na širšem območju najvišjega vrha regije Kuma (1200 m n.m.v.) istoimenski krajinski park, ki je zaščiteno območje. Spada pod zaščito evropskega programa za varstvo narave – Naturo 2000, ki z direktivama o habitatih in pticah ohranja populacije prostoživečih živalskih in rastlinskih vrst. Krajinski park Kum se razprostira nad dolinami Zasavja, ki so bile v preteklosti izrazito industrijske. V dolini neposredno pod njim sta (danes nedelujoči) termoelektrarna in tovarna cementa – Lafarge, ki sta v preteklosti celotno območje onesnaževali z žveplovim dioksidom. Kmetijska zemljišča zajemajo predvsem gozd in trajni travniki. Podnebje je zmerno celinsko, z viškom padavin poleti. Teren je zelo razgiban, intenzivno kmetijsko pridelavo otežujeta površinska skalovitost in plitva tla. Zaradi večjih naklonov (>20 %) je uporaba strojev omejena. Površine, ki jih obdelujejo, so manjše od slovenskega povprečja. Kmetje z izvajanjem ukrepov programa upravljanja območij Natura 2000 močno pripomorejo k ohranjanju habitatov. Izmed najpomembnejših na tem območju je habitat polnaravnih suhih travišč in grmiščnih faz na karbonatnih tleh, ki so pomembna rastišča kukavičevk. Večinoma se tu pojavlja živinoreja ter v manjši meri ekstenzivno poljedelstvo. It is also under the protection of the European program for nature protection – Natura 2000, which preserves populations of wild animal and plant species with the directives on habitats and birds. The landscape stretches over the valleys of Zasavje, which were distinctly industrial in the past. In the Sava valley directly below, there is a thermal power plant and a cement factory, Lafarge (both are now defunct). In the past they both polluted the area with sulfur dioxide and other emissions. Agricultural land is mainly covered by forest and permanent meadows. The use of the machines is limited due to the steep inclines (>20 %). The climate is moderately continental with excess precipitation in summer. The terrain is very rugged. Intensive agricultural production is also made difficult by the rocky surface and shallow soil. The use of machines is limited due to steep inclines. The areas they cultivate are smaller than the Slovenian average. By implementing measures, farmers greatly contribute to the preservation of habitats. One of the most important in this area is the habitat of semi-natural dry grasslands and scrub phases on carbonate soils, which are important wild orchid habitats.
