    Technological developments have created great opportunities, but also challenges in maintaining competitiveness and relevance. One of the main obstacles in achieving digital transformation is the lack of technological skills and knowledge among employees. This study aims to analyse HR development strategies to achieve digital transformation in business. This study involves a qualitative literature review approach, indicating that data will be scrutinised and explained by making use of information and texts gathered from diverse sources. The study results show that in order to achieve digital transformation in business, HR development strategy has proven to be an irreplaceable key element. In essence, companies should prioritise HR development that focuses on digital competencies, innovation, and a culture that supports change.

    Pariwisata menerapkan berbagai upaya dalam pengembangan destinasinya, seperti penyajian informasi geografis mengenai objek wisata yang dapat membantu wisatawan dalam mengenali tempat tujuan destinasi wisata yang akan dikunjungi. Dusun Ngaduman sendiri memiliki beberapa objek wisata alam dan buatan yang sangat menarik, akan tetapi masih memiliki keterbatasan dalam penyajian informasi geografis yang dapat membatasi wisatawan untuk mengetahui titik lokasi destinasi objek wisata tersebut. Maka dari itu perlunya pemanfaatan media teknologi guna mempermudah wisatawan dalam mencari tahu informasi mengenai lokasi objek wisata dusun Ngaduman dengan menggunakan aplikasi ArcGIS yang diakses secara online. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif, dengan memanfaatkan tahapan pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, hingga dokumentasi. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukan bahwa ada sekitar 30 titik lokasi yang menjadi objek, diantaranya 24 rumah live in, 1 rumah pengolah kopi khas dusun Ngaduman, 1 kawasan Camping Ground, 1 Downhill, 1 tempat ibadah gereja, 1 kedai kopi, 1 bali Jawa. Tourism implements various efforts in the development of destinations, such as the presentation of geographic information about tourist attractions that can assist tourists in recognizing the destination they are visiting. Dusun Ngaduman itself has several natural and man-made tourist attractions that are very interesting, but it still has limitations in presenting geographic information that can restrict tourists from knowing the exact locations of these tourist attractions. Therefore, the utilization of technology media is necessary to facilitate tourists in obtaining information about the locations of tourist attractions in Dusun Ngaduman through the online-accessible ArcGIS application. This research uses a qualitative method, utilizing data collection stages through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the research show that there are approximately 30 locations that serve as attractions, including 24 live-in houses, 1 traditional coffee processing house in Dusun Ngaduman, 1 camping ground area, 1 downhill track, 1 church place of worship, 1 coffee shop, and 1 Javanese-Balinese cultural area.

    Biofertilizers or biological fertilizers maintain soil fertility by fixing atmospheric nitrogen, solubilizing P and K, producing plant growth substances and antibiotics as well as biodegradation of organic matter in the soil that enriches the root rhizosphere. Microbial biofertilizers are eco-friendly and less expensive alternatives to chemical fertilizers. The key components of healthy soil are populations of plant growth promoting rhizobacteria (PGPR) which play multiple beneficial and ecological roles in the rhizosphere soil. PGPR colonizes rhizosphere or plant roots, resulting in phytostimulation, biofertilization and biocontrol either directly and/or indirectly. Another important role of PGPR is its ability to decontaminate soils through a process called soil bioremediation. Recently, the known rhizobacteria environmentally friendly biofertilizers for sustainable agriculture are those belonging to Brevundimonas spp., which play a significant role in improving crop production and soil health.

    Energi merupakan bagian penting dalam keberlangsungan hidup. Kehidupan manusia tidak bisa lepas dari energi, terutama energi yang sering digunakan oleh masyarakat adalah energi listrik. Pemakaian listrik sering tidak diperhatikan oleh masyarakat yang menyebakan pembengkakan biaya. Tujuan dari alat ini dibuat adalah membantu masyarakat agar dapat memantau pola penggunaan daya pada perangkat elektronik di rumah dan biaya yang dihasilkan dari perangkat tersebut. Dengan menggunakan teknologi Internet of Things, masyarakat tidak perlu kesulitan dalam memantau biaya, hanya dengan memasang aplikasi pada smartphone. Teknologi Internet of Things yang diterapkan disini adalah menggunakan sensor PZEM-004T sebagai aktuator dan ESP8266 sebagai perangkat mikrokontroler pengendali. Data yang dipantau adalah penggunaan daya, arus, tegangan, dan biaya yang dihasilkan selama 5 hari percobaan. Pengujian dilakukan untuk mendapatkan pola penggunaan daya dari perangkat elektronik yang diuji dan menentukan working periode dari perangkat tersebut. Hasil penelitian menunjukan tingkat akurasi alat ini mencapai diatas 95% dan perbandingan antara standar deviasi dengan reratai rill melebihi 95% Energy is an important part of survival. Human life cannot be separated from energy, especially the energy that is often used by society is electrical energy. The use of electricity is often not considered by the community which causes cost overruns. The purpose of this tool is to help people monitor power usage patterns on electronic devices at home and the costs generated from these devices. By using Internet of Things technology, people don't need to have trouble monitoring costs, just by installing an application on a smartphone. The Internet of Things technology applied here uses the PZEM-004T sensor as the actuator and the ESP8266 as the controlling microcontroller device. The monitored data is the use of power, current, voltage, and costs generated during the 5 trial days. Tests are carried out to obtain patterns of power usage from the tested electronic devices and determine the working period of these devices. The results showed that the accuracy of this tool reached above 95% and the comparison between the standard deviation and the real average exceeded 95%.

    Peningkatan kebutuhan lahan permukiman telah menyebabkan pemanfaatan yang berbeda berdasarkan tingkat kesesuaiannya. Kajian ini mengevaluasi kesesuaian lahan untuk permukiman, faktor pembatas, dan prioritas pemgembangan. Metode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan analisis spasial dan kuantitatif dengan pengharakatan berdasarkan satuan lahan. Penelitian ini menggunakan data Landsat 8 OLI/TIRS, DEM SRTM, peta administrasi, jenis tanah, litologi, dan bentuk lahan. Data dianalisis berdasarkan citra satelit, pengharakatan dan tumpang susun (overlay). Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa pengolahan citra satelit dengan akurasi yang baik. Untuk kesesuaian lahan permukiman didominasi oleh kelas sangat tidak sesuai seluas 23592,48 ha, sedangkan luas sangat sesuai seluas 6033,39 ha. Untuk arah pengembangan permukiman, prioritas I seluas 3.181,34 ha, prioritas II seluas 2.852,05 ha, dan prioritas III seluas 8.237,89 ha. Temuan dalam penelitian ini dapat dilihat pada perkembangan permukiman di kawasan yang tidak sesuai (D2 II Pm), seluas 204,19 ha. Oleh karena itu, pemerintah daerah perlu menerapkan peraturan daerah secara tegas untuk menciptakan kelestarian lahan dan mencegah dampak yang mungkin timbul. The increasing need for settlement land has led to different suitability-based uses. This study evaluates land suitability for settlement, limiting factors, and development priorities. The methods used is qualitative with spatial analysis and quantitative with grading based on land units. This study uses Landsat 8 OLI/TIRS data, SRTM DEM, administrative maps, soil types, lithology, and landforms. Data was analyzed based on satellite imagery, approximations, and overlays. The study results show that processing satellite imagery with reasonable accuracy. For land suitability for settlements, the very unsuitable class is dominated by an area of 23592.48 acres, while the very suitable place is 6033.39 acres. For the direction of settlement development, priority I covers an area of 3,181.34 acres, priority II covers an area of 2,852.05 acres, and priority III covers an area of 8,237.89 acres. The findings in this study can be seen in the development of settlements in the regions that are not suitable (D2 II Pm), covering an area of 204.19 acres. Therefore, local governments need to apply regional regulations strictly to create land sustainability and prevent any impacts that may arise.

    Indonesia's economic development is marked by changes in the structure of the economy and employment from those originally based on agriculture to non-agriculture, which is called structural transformation. This study discusses the turning point phenomenon in employment which is one of the important theses in the dualistic economic development analysis framework formulated by Lewis (1954). Related to changes in the sectoral employment structure and the achievement of turning points, this study finds that Indonesia has not yet entered a turning point stage. The achievement of Lewis's turning point in Indonesia tends to be temporary. Viewed from the decomposition of sectoral growth, the contribution of the non-agricultural sector to economic growth is two times greater than that of the agricultural sector. This shows that economic growth in Indonesia is strongly driven by the role of the non-agricultural sector. This study also found that layers of labor from the agricultural to non-agricultural sectors had a positive impact on economic growth in Indonesia.

    Youth and digitalization have an essential role in the nation's development Youth as an agent of change, which brings new ideas and innovation. In contrast, digitalization brings changes in terms of efficiency and effectiveness which are able to become a source of new economic growth. The existence of COVID-19 pandemic has caused barriers for youth to enter the workforce since graduate school (school-to-work transition), which is a blessing in disguise as technology adoption accelerates and creates new job opportunities for youth as it requires digital skills. Youth which are considered as adaptive to technology by nature, are considered to have the opportunity to increase their work participation through transitioning jobs to the digital sector. This study aims to analyze the influence of human capital in the form of education and training in fresh graduates' youth on opportunities to transition jobs to the digital sector. The data source and method used resulted from the August 2021 National Labor Force Survey (Sakernas) and multinomial logistic regression. The study result shows that education and training influence youth's transition to the digital sector. Young fresh graduates with higher education have a 1.491. times higher tendency to make the transition to the digital sector. Participation in training for youth will also increase the tendency of 1,525 times for youth with secondary education and 1,239 times for youth with higher education to transition to the digital sector. Pre-Employment Program (Prakerja) participation will also increase the tendency by 1,314 times to transition to the digital sector. Other findings show that higher educational attainment and training participation will reduce the tendency for young fresh graduates to transition to the non-digital sector and choose to be unemployed, which indicates that it is consistent with work decision theory that the higher the investment in education and training, the higher the reservation wage will also be.

    Agriculture is one of the most important economic sectors in Indonesia.aHowever, the Center for IndonesianaPolicy Studies (CIPS) estimates that agricultural production will decline by 1.64% to 6.2% due to supply chain disruptions affected by the Corona pandemic. But on the other hand, during the corona pandemic as it is today, the information technology sector, mainly digital, which requires internet access, has experienced a rapid increase. In this modern era, an innovation that utilizes the latest technology is needed to create an innovation that can increase the potential of the plantation sector towards industry 4.0. Therefore, a will be developed in this research Arduino-based Internet of Things monitoring and control system can provide information about soil pH, soil moisture, air humidity, air temperature, and wind speed from plants in real-time, and control water pumps for watering. The Arduino technology can make it easier for farmers to control the conditions in plants so plants can grow and develop optimally.

    Kebutuhan air pada tanaman merupakan hal yang penting bagi kondisi tanaman. Tanaman akan tumbuh dengan baik bila diberi perawatan yang benar, yaitu dengan cara menyiram dengan air yang cukup ketika tanah kering secara teratur serta menjaga kelembapan tanahnya, dan bila tanaman kekurangan atau kelebihan air dapat menyebabkan tanaman tidak tumbuh dengan baik dan bisa saja tanaman akan mati, dari permasalahan tersebut dibangun sebuah alat yang dapat memonitoring kelembapan tanah serta mengontrol penyiraman secara otomatis maupun manual, dengan memanfaatkan teknologi Internet of Things dan aplikasi telegram agar dapat memantau dan mengontrol melalui handphone. Alat ini menggunakan mikrokontroler ESP32 sebagai kontrol utama, yang terhubung dengan telegram. Pemantauan kelembaban tanah dilakukan menggunakan sensor YL-69, nantinya hasil pembacaan akan ditampilkan ke aplikasi telegram dan LCD, untuk penyiraman dapat dilakukan menggunakan aplikasi telegram atau ketika nilai kelembapan tanah kurang dari batas yang ditentukan, maka relay akan aktif untuk menyalakan pompa, untuk buka tutup kanopi, dapat dilakukan menggunakan aplikasi telegram atau melalui pembacaan sensor YL-83 jika terbaca kurang dari 2800, untuk mengecek kapasitas bak air menggunakan sensor ultrasonik HC-SR04. Waktu Respons pengontrolan sistem melalui telegram dipengaruhi oleh koneksi internet. The water requirement is vital for the condition of the plant, by giving the right care makes plants will grow well, regularly watering when the soil is dry and keeping the soil moist, and if the plant lacks or has excess water it causes the plant not to grow properly and the plant may die, from these problems, a tool was built that can monitor soil moisture and control watering automatically or manually, by utilizing Internet of Things technology and the telegram application so that it can monitor and control via mobile phones. This tool uses an ESP32 microcontroller as the main control, which is connected to a telegram, to monitor the soil moisture using the YL-69 sensor, then the reading results will be displayed on the telegram application and LCD, watering can be done using the telegram application or else when the soil moisture value is less than the specified limit, the relay will activate to turn on the pump, to opening and closing the canopy can be done using the telegram application or the YL-83 sensor reading if it reads less than 2800, to check the capacity of the water tank using the ultrasonic sensor HC-SR04. The response time of controlling the system via telegram is affected by the internet connection.

    Technological developments have created great opportunities, but also challenges in maintaining competitiveness and relevance. One of the main obstacles in achieving digital transformation is the lack of technological skills and knowledge among employees. This study aims to analyse HR development strategies to achieve digital transformation in business. This study involves a qualitative literature review approach, indicating that data will be scrutinised and explained by making use of information and texts gathered from diverse sources. The study results show that in order to achieve digital transformation in business, HR development strategy has proven to be an irreplaceable key element. In essence, companies should prioritise HR development that focuses on digital competencies, innovation, and a culture that supports change.

    Pariwisata menerapkan berbagai upaya dalam pengembangan destinasinya, seperti penyajian informasi geografis mengenai objek wisata yang dapat membantu wisatawan dalam mengenali tempat tujuan destinasi wisata yang akan dikunjungi. Dusun Ngaduman sendiri memiliki beberapa objek wisata alam dan buatan yang sangat menarik, akan tetapi masih memiliki keterbatasan dalam penyajian informasi geografis yang dapat membatasi wisatawan untuk mengetahui titik lokasi destinasi objek wisata tersebut. Maka dari itu perlunya pemanfaatan media teknologi guna mempermudah wisatawan dalam mencari tahu informasi mengenai lokasi objek wisata dusun Ngaduman dengan menggunakan aplikasi ArcGIS yang diakses secara online. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif, dengan memanfaatkan tahapan pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, hingga dokumentasi. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukan bahwa ada sekitar 30 titik lokasi yang menjadi objek, diantaranya 24 rumah live in, 1 rumah pengolah kopi khas dusun Ngaduman, 1 kawasan Camping Ground, 1 Downhill, 1 tempat ibadah gereja, 1 kedai kopi, 1 bali Jawa. Tourism implements various efforts in the development of destinations, such as the presentation of geographic information about tourist attractions that can assist tourists in recognizing the destination they are visiting. Dusun Ngaduman itself has several natural and man-made tourist attractions that are very interesting, but it still has limitations in presenting geographic information that can restrict tourists from knowing the exact locations of these tourist attractions. Therefore, the utilization of technology media is necessary to facilitate tourists in obtaining information about the locations of tourist attractions in Dusun Ngaduman through the online-accessible ArcGIS application. This research uses a qualitative method, utilizing data collection stages through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the research show that there are approximately 30 locations that serve as attractions, including 24 live-in houses, 1 traditional coffee processing house in Dusun Ngaduman, 1 camping ground area, 1 downhill track, 1 church place of worship, 1 coffee shop, and 1 Javanese-Balinese cultural area.

    Biofertilizers or biological fertilizers maintain soil fertility by fixing atmospheric nitrogen, solubilizing P and K, producing plant growth substances and antibiotics as well as biodegradation of organic matter in the soil that enriches the root rhizosphere. Microbial biofertilizers are eco-friendly and less expensive alternatives to chemical fertilizers. The key components of healthy soil are populations of plant growth promoting rhizobacteria (PGPR) which play multiple beneficial and ecological roles in the rhizosphere soil. PGPR colonizes rhizosphere or plant roots, resulting in phytostimulation, biofertilization and biocontrol either directly and/or indirectly. Another important role of PGPR is its ability to decontaminate soils through a process called soil bioremediation. Recently, the known rhizobacteria environmentally friendly biofertilizers for sustainable agriculture are those belonging to Brevundimonas spp., which play a significant role in improving crop production and soil health.

    Energi merupakan bagian penting dalam keberlangsungan hidup. Kehidupan manusia tidak bisa lepas dari energi, terutama energi yang sering digunakan oleh masyarakat adalah energi listrik. Pemakaian listrik sering tidak diperhatikan oleh masyarakat yang menyebakan pembengkakan biaya. Tujuan dari alat ini dibuat adalah membantu masyarakat agar dapat memantau pola penggunaan daya pada perangkat elektronik di rumah dan biaya yang dihasilkan dari perangkat tersebut. Dengan menggunakan teknologi Internet of Things, masyarakat tidak perlu kesulitan dalam memantau biaya, hanya dengan memasang aplikasi pada smartphone. Teknologi Internet of Things yang diterapkan disini adalah menggunakan sensor PZEM-004T sebagai aktuator dan ESP8266 sebagai perangkat mikrokontroler pengendali. Data yang dipantau adalah penggunaan daya, arus, tegangan, dan biaya yang dihasilkan selama 5 hari percobaan. Pengujian dilakukan untuk mendapatkan pola penggunaan daya dari perangkat elektronik yang diuji dan menentukan working periode dari perangkat tersebut. Hasil penelitian menunjukan tingkat akurasi alat ini mencapai diatas 95% dan perbandingan antara standar deviasi dengan reratai rill melebihi 95% Energy is an important part of survival. Human life cannot be separated from energy, especially the energy that is often used by society is electrical energy. The use of electricity is often not considered by the community which causes cost overruns. The purpose of this tool is to help people monitor power usage patterns on electronic devices at home and the costs generated from these devices. By using Internet of Things technology, people don't need to have trouble monitoring costs, just by installing an application on a smartphone. The Internet of Things technology applied here uses the PZEM-004T sensor as the actuator and the ESP8266 as the controlling microcontroller device. The monitored data is the use of power, current, voltage, and costs generated during the 5 trial days. Tests are carried out to obtain patterns of power usage from the tested electronic devices and determine the working period of these devices. The results showed that the accuracy of this tool reached above 95% and the comparison between the standard deviation and the real average exceeded 95%.

    Peningkatan kebutuhan lahan permukiman telah menyebabkan pemanfaatan yang berbeda berdasarkan tingkat kesesuaiannya. Kajian ini mengevaluasi kesesuaian lahan untuk permukiman, faktor pembatas, dan prioritas pemgembangan. Metode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan analisis spasial dan kuantitatif dengan pengharakatan berdasarkan satuan lahan. Penelitian ini menggunakan data Landsat 8 OLI/TIRS, DEM SRTM, peta administrasi, jenis tanah, litologi, dan bentuk lahan. Data dianalisis berdasarkan citra satelit, pengharakatan dan tumpang susun (overlay). Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa pengolahan citra satelit dengan akurasi yang baik. Untuk kesesuaian lahan permukiman didominasi oleh kelas sangat tidak sesuai seluas 23592,48 ha, sedangkan luas sangat sesuai seluas 6033,39 ha. Untuk arah pengembangan permukiman, prioritas I seluas 3.181,34 ha, prioritas II seluas 2.852,05 ha, dan prioritas III seluas 8.237,89 ha. Temuan dalam penelitian ini dapat dilihat pada perkembangan permukiman di kawasan yang tidak sesuai (D2 II Pm), seluas 204,19 ha. Oleh karena itu, pemerintah daerah perlu menerapkan peraturan daerah secara tegas untuk menciptakan kelestarian lahan dan mencegah dampak yang mungkin timbul. The increasing need for settlement land has led to different suitability-based uses. This study evaluates land suitability for settlement, limiting factors, and development priorities. The methods used is qualitative with spatial analysis and quantitative with grading based on land units. This study uses Landsat 8 OLI/TIRS data, SRTM DEM, administrative maps, soil types, lithology, and landforms. Data was analyzed based on satellite imagery, approximations, and overlays. The study results show that processing satellite imagery with reasonable accuracy. For land suitability for settlements, the very unsuitable class is dominated by an area of 23592.48 acres, while the very suitable place is 6033.39 acres. For the direction of settlement development, priority I covers an area of 3,181.34 acres, priority II covers an area of 2,852.05 acres, and priority III covers an area of 8,237.89 acres. The findings in this study can be seen in the development of settlements in the regions that are not suitable (D2 II Pm), covering an area of 204.19 acres. Therefore, local governments need to apply regional regulations strictly to create land sustainability and prevent any impacts that may arise.

    Indonesia's economic development is marked by changes in the structure of the economy and employment from those originally based on agriculture to non-agriculture, which is called structural transformation. This study discusses the turning point phenomenon in employment which is one of the important theses in the dualistic economic development analysis framework formulated by Lewis (1954). Related to changes in the sectoral employment structure and the achievement of turning points, this study finds that Indonesia has not yet entered a turning point stage. The achievement of Lewis's turning point in Indonesia tends to be temporary. Viewed from the decomposition of sectoral growth, the contribution of the non-agricultural sector to economic growth is two times greater than that of the agricultural sector. This shows that economic growth in Indonesia is strongly driven by the role of the non-agricultural sector. This study also found that layers of labor from the agricultural to non-agricultural sectors had a positive impact on economic growth in Indonesia.

    Youth and digitalization have an essential role in the nation's development Youth as an agent of change, which brings new ideas and innovation. In contrast, digitalization brings changes in terms of efficiency and effectiveness which are able to become a source of new economic growth. The existence of COVID-19 pandemic has caused barriers for youth to enter the workforce since graduate school (school-to-work transition), which is a blessing in disguise as technology adoption accelerates and creates new job opportunities for youth as it requires digital skills. Youth which are considered as adaptive to technology by nature, are considered to have the opportunity to increase their work participation through transitioning jobs to the digital sector. This study aims to analyze the influence of human capital in the form of education and training in fresh graduates' youth on opportunities to transition jobs to the digital sector. The data source and method used resulted from the August 2021 National Labor Force Survey (Sakernas) and multinomial logistic regression. The study result shows that education and training influence youth's transition to the digital sector. Young fresh graduates with higher education have a 1.491. times higher tendency to make the transition to the digital sector. Participation in training for youth will also increase the tendency of 1,525 times for youth with secondary education and 1,239 times for youth with higher education to transition to the digital sector. Pre-Employment Program (Prakerja) participation will also increase the tendency by 1,314 times to transition to the digital sector. Other findings show that higher educational attainment and training participation will reduce the tendency for young fresh graduates to transition to the non-digital sector and choose to be unemployed, which indicates that it is consistent with work decision theory that the higher the investment in education and training, the higher the reservation wage will also be.

    Agriculture is one of the most important economic sectors in Indonesia.aHowever, the Center for IndonesianaPolicy Studies (CIPS) estimates that agricultural production will decline by 1.64% to 6.2% due to supply chain disruptions affected by the Corona pandemic. But on the other hand, during the corona pandemic as it is today, the information technology sector, mainly digital, which requires internet access, has experienced a rapid increase. In this modern era, an innovation that utilizes the latest technology is needed to create an innovation that can increase the potential of the plantation sector towards industry 4.0. Therefore, a will be developed in this research Arduino-based Internet of Things monitoring and control system can provide information about soil pH, soil moisture, air humidity, air temperature, and wind speed from plants in real-time, and control water pumps for watering. The Arduino technology can make it easier for farmers to control the conditions in plants so plants can grow and develop optimally.

    Kebutuhan air pada tanaman merupakan hal yang penting bagi kondisi tanaman. Tanaman akan tumbuh dengan baik bila diberi perawatan yang benar, yaitu dengan cara menyiram dengan air yang cukup ketika tanah kering secara teratur serta menjaga kelembapan tanahnya, dan bila tanaman kekurangan atau kelebihan air dapat menyebabkan tanaman tidak tumbuh dengan baik dan bisa saja tanaman akan mati, dari permasalahan tersebut dibangun sebuah alat yang dapat memonitoring kelembapan tanah serta mengontrol penyiraman secara otomatis maupun manual, dengan memanfaatkan teknologi Internet of Things dan aplikasi telegram agar dapat memantau dan mengontrol melalui handphone. Alat ini menggunakan mikrokontroler ESP32 sebagai kontrol utama, yang terhubung dengan telegram. Pemantauan kelembaban tanah dilakukan menggunakan sensor YL-69, nantinya hasil pembacaan akan ditampilkan ke aplikasi telegram dan LCD, untuk penyiraman dapat dilakukan menggunakan aplikasi telegram atau ketika nilai kelembapan tanah kurang dari batas yang ditentukan, maka relay akan aktif untuk menyalakan pompa, untuk buka tutup kanopi, dapat dilakukan menggunakan aplikasi telegram atau melalui pembacaan sensor YL-83 jika terbaca kurang dari 2800, untuk mengecek kapasitas bak air menggunakan sensor ultrasonik HC-SR04. Waktu Respons pengontrolan sistem melalui telegram dipengaruhi oleh koneksi internet. The water requirement is vital for the condition of the plant, by giving the right care makes plants will grow well, regularly watering when the soil is dry and keeping the soil moist, and if the plant lacks or has excess water it causes the plant not to grow properly and the plant may die, from these problems, a tool was built that can monitor soil moisture and control watering automatically or manually, by utilizing Internet of Things technology and the telegram application so that it can monitor and control via mobile phones. This tool uses an ESP32 microcontroller as the main control, which is connected to a telegram, to monitor the soil moisture using the YL-69 sensor, then the reading results will be displayed on the telegram application and LCD, watering can be done using the telegram application or else when the soil moisture value is less than the specified limit, the relay will activate to turn on the pump, to opening and closing the canopy can be done using the telegram application or the YL-83 sensor reading if it reads less than 2800, to check the capacity of the water tank using the ultrasonic sensor HC-SR04. The response time of controlling the system via telegram is affected by the internet connection.
