Gunung Leuser National Park (TNGL) is upstream of Watershed Lepan which is a conservation area that must be kept existence. Due to population growth the community needs for land increases, so that one of the steps taken to convert forests to meet their needs. Damage to TNGL will affect the balance of watershed ecosystem Lepan. This research was conducted by using Geographic Information System (GIS), Remote Sensing, which is a spatial technology. Analyses were performed with menampalkan (overlay) multiple spatial data to obtain data land cover changes that occur in the watershed Lepan from year 2005 to 2015, and the value range of NDVI (Normalized Difference Vegetation Index) to determine the density of the vegetation in the watershed Lepan. The results showed forest cover in 2015 amounted to 28.1% of the total watershed Lepan means do not meet the minimum standards set by the government in Act 41 of 1999 on Forestry namely forest area must have at least 30% of the total area of a DAS. This research is expected to provide information for consideration in Lepan watershed management efforts. 121201031

132408024 Internet of thing becomes a field of research since the development of Internet technology and other communications media, growing human needs of the technology, the more research that will be present, internet of things one result of researchers to optimize some of the tools such as media sensor, radio frequency identification (RFID), wireless sensor networks and other smart object that allows humans to easily interact with all the equipment that is connected to the Internet network. In this paper the author describes the design of nrduino based of an automatic irrigation system using grove moisture sensor sen0100 that utilizes the concept of IoT as a means to monitor the data of soil moisture through wifi in realtime. This will help the farmers control the condition of the plant despite not being in the area of agriculture so as to improve the quatlity of the harvest.

Analysis of Economic Potential and Number of Poor People Against Per Capita Income Samosir regency aimed to determine whether the sector is a sector basis, the dominant sector and the competitiveness of the economy have Samosir regency. The processed data is secondary data, the value of GDP of nine sectors of the economy in Samosir regency period 2002 to 2010. Analysis using Location Quotient (LQ), Shift-Share Analysis (SSA) and regression analysis were used to determine the effect of the number of poor people, the influence of the base sector and shift-share value of the per capita income of Samosir regency, which became known that a sector basis in the District Samosir is agriculture and services (especially tourism). That is because the sector is more prominent and surplus, has a comparative advantage and is a flagship for the export sector. Increasing trend for the agricultural sector, while the services sector (especially tourism) declining trend. Potential sectors and specializes in fast-growing sectors in the province of North Sumatra respectively sector banks and other financial institutions, transport and communication, trade, hotels and restaurants, building and construction. Sectors that have a beneficial resource, has a charm and fast growing than the same sector in the province of North Sumatra, respectively agriculture, electricity, gas and water, mining and quarrying. While the sector has a positive elasticity of the LQ and SSA per capita income is agriculture services sector, the trade, hotel and restaurant sector and banks and other financial institutions. The number of poor people negatively affect per capita income. When a high number of poor people per capita income decreased, whereas if the number of poor people can be reduced, then the per capita income will increase. 107018006

Goverment managing area by pouring in policy Regional Planology Plan it's called "Rencana Tata Ruang Wilayah", at Province and also Sub-Province. It plan had been including of area protected which must be paid attention. According to this research, the area function can be determined pursuant to SIG model and obtained by area protected for the width of 644.036,13 Ha and also for conducting area the width of 558.438,45 Ha. 62,38 percent of area protected still closed over by forest area consisting of primary forest area for 347.612,32 Ha equal to 54,02 percent and also secunder forest for the width of 53.771,14 Ha. The area protected is usually specified to become area protected by government in Regonal Planologi Plan of North Sumatra ("called RTRWP"). But not all of become area protected goodness in the form of natural protected forest. From data processing with Geographical information System (CIS), there are of 315.715,40 Ha which ought to become area protected not be specified by Regonal Planology Plan of North Sumatra. Pursuant to the fact writer suggest to Region Government of South Tapanuli and Region Government of North Sumatra for return protected forest function especially area which still have forest as a land cover and also a land farm which not forest but entering into protected forest category pursuant to Surat Keputusan Menteri Pertanian No.837/Kpts/Um/l 1/1980. Besides require to be performed by review to Regional Plan Planology of North Sumatra Province specially for the region of South Tapanuli. 001201033
