    Agriculture is one of the most important economic sectors in Indonesia.aHowever, the Center for IndonesianaPolicy Studies (CIPS) estimates that agricultural production will decline by 1.64% to 6.2% due to supply chain disruptions affected by the Corona pandemic. But on the other hand, during the corona pandemic as it is today, the information technology sector, mainly digital, which requires internet access, has experienced a rapid increase. In this modern era, an innovation that utilizes the latest technology is needed to create an innovation that can increase the potential of the plantation sector towards industry 4.0. Therefore, a will be developed in this research Arduino-based Internet of Things monitoring and control system can provide information about soil pH, soil moisture, air humidity, air temperature, and wind speed from plants in real-time, and control water pumps for watering. The Arduino technology can make it easier for farmers to control the conditions in plants so plants can grow and develop optimally.

    Kebutuhan air pada tanaman merupakan hal yang penting bagi kondisi tanaman. Tanaman akan tumbuh dengan baik bila diberi perawatan yang benar, yaitu dengan cara menyiram dengan air yang cukup ketika tanah kering secara teratur serta menjaga kelembapan tanahnya, dan bila tanaman kekurangan atau kelebihan air dapat menyebabkan tanaman tidak tumbuh dengan baik dan bisa saja tanaman akan mati, dari permasalahan tersebut dibangun sebuah alat yang dapat memonitoring kelembapan tanah serta mengontrol penyiraman secara otomatis maupun manual, dengan memanfaatkan teknologi Internet of Things dan aplikasi telegram agar dapat memantau dan mengontrol melalui handphone. Alat ini menggunakan mikrokontroler ESP32 sebagai kontrol utama, yang terhubung dengan telegram. Pemantauan kelembaban tanah dilakukan menggunakan sensor YL-69, nantinya hasil pembacaan akan ditampilkan ke aplikasi telegram dan LCD, untuk penyiraman dapat dilakukan menggunakan aplikasi telegram atau ketika nilai kelembapan tanah kurang dari batas yang ditentukan, maka relay akan aktif untuk menyalakan pompa, untuk buka tutup kanopi, dapat dilakukan menggunakan aplikasi telegram atau melalui pembacaan sensor YL-83 jika terbaca kurang dari 2800, untuk mengecek kapasitas bak air menggunakan sensor ultrasonik HC-SR04. Waktu Respons pengontrolan sistem melalui telegram dipengaruhi oleh koneksi internet. The water requirement is vital for the condition of the plant, by giving the right care makes plants will grow well, regularly watering when the soil is dry and keeping the soil moist, and if the plant lacks or has excess water it causes the plant not to grow properly and the plant may die, from these problems, a tool was built that can monitor soil moisture and control watering automatically or manually, by utilizing Internet of Things technology and the telegram application so that it can monitor and control via mobile phones. This tool uses an ESP32 microcontroller as the main control, which is connected to a telegram, to monitor the soil moisture using the YL-69 sensor, then the reading results will be displayed on the telegram application and LCD, watering can be done using the telegram application or else when the soil moisture value is less than the specified limit, the relay will activate to turn on the pump, to opening and closing the canopy can be done using the telegram application or the YL-83 sensor reading if it reads less than 2800, to check the capacity of the water tank using the ultrasonic sensor HC-SR04. The response time of controlling the system via telegram is affected by the internet connection.

    Jantung merupakan organ penting dalam tubuh manusia yang difungsikan untuk memompa darah ke seluruh tubuh. Untuk membantu memudahkan manusia dalam melakukan pemeriksaan detak jantung maka dalam penelitian ini menyajikan sebuah alat monitoring detak jantung dan suhu tubuh menggunakan Internet of Things. Internet of Things (IoT) adalah konsep dimana berbagai perangkat bersensor saling terhubung melalui internet untuk mengumpulkan dan mentransfer data. Dalam metode pengujian ini melibatkan 10 orang manahiswa, 1 orang anak-anak, 1 orang remaja, 1 orang dewasa, 1 orang lanjut usia, 1 orang dengan perokok aktif, 1 orang atlet dan 1 orang dengan berat badan berlebih (obesitas). Dalam pengujian ini menggunakan 2 buah sensor yaitu sensor MAX30105 sebagai sensor pengukuran detak jantung dan GY-906 sebagai sensor pengukur suhu tubuh. Dari hasil pengujian menggunakan alat pembanding error yang didapatkan rata-rata 0,06% untuk detak jantung dan 0,01 % untu suhu tubuh. Dalam pengujian sensor MAX30105 terdapat juga kadar oksigen dalam darah yang terdeteksi The heart is an important organ in the human body that functions to pump blood throughout the body. The concept of a smart house is a system that is intended for homes so that we can live comfortably. The application of the smart house concept aims to regulate electronic equipment and monitor security and temperature in our homes. With the development of technology, we can take advantage of smartphone android as a smart house control tool.     Ayam broiler menjadi ternak unggas yang potensial di Indonesia, dengan pertumbuhan cepat, kebutuhan pakan rendah serta siap dipotong pada usia 28-45 hari. Dalam memelihara ayam broiler perlu memperhatikan ketersediaan air minum, pakan serta suhu kandang yang harus ideal sesuai tingkatan umurnya. Hal ini membuat peternak harus sering memantau kandang dan ini memerlukan tenaga lebih. Berdasarkan masalah tersebut, maka dibangun alat untuk mengontrol suhu kandang, memberi pakan terjadwal serta air minum otomatis untuk mempermudah peternak. Alat yang dibangun memanfaatkan Internet of Things (IOT) serta platform IoT dari Telkom Indonesia yaitu Antares sehingga peternak dapat memonitoring kandang melalui ponsel. Pada perancangan alat terdapat Node MCU esp32 sebagai mikrokontroler untuk mengontrol sensor serta mengirimkan data dari sensor ke Antares. Berdasrakan hasil percobaan alat berhasil menyesuaikan suhu sesuai dengan suhu ideal berdasarkan tingkatan umur ayam, lampu menyala dan kipas mati ketika suhu terlalu rendah kemudian lampu akan mati dan kipas menyala ketika suhu terlalu tinggi, dan kipas serta lampu mati ketika suhu mencapai titik idealnya. Air minum otomatis berhasil dilakukan ketika air minum dan sensor berjarak lebih dari 5 cm dan berhenti mengisi ketika mencapai 5 cm. Pakan terjadwal berhasil dilakukan sesuai jadwal yang ditentukan yaitu pagi dan sore hari. Broiler chickens are potential poultry in Indonesia, with fast growth, low feed requirements and ready to be slaughtered at the age of 28-45 days. In maintaining broiler chickens, it is necessary to pay attention to the availability of drinking water, feed and the temperature of the cage which must be ideal according to the age level. This makes farmers have to monitor the cage frequently and this requires more energy. Based on these problems, a device was built to control the temperature of the cage, provide scheduled feed and automatic drinking water to make it easier for farmers. The tool that was built utilizes the Internet of Things (IOT) platform IoT from Telkom Indonesia, namely Antares so that farmers canmonitor cages via cellphones. In the design of the tool there is a Node MCU esp32 as a microcontroller to control the sensor and send data from the sensor to Antares. Based on the experimental results, the tool has succeeded in adjusting the temperature according to the ideal temperature based on the age level of the chicken, the light turns on and the fan turns off when the temperature is too low, then the light turns off and the fan turns on when the temperature is too high, and the fan and lights turn off when the temperature reaches the ideal point. Automatic drinking water is successfully performed when the drinking water and sensor are more than 5 cm apart and stops filling when it reaches 5 cm. The scheduled feeding was successfully carried out according to the specified schedule, namely in the morning and evening.

    Literacy and employment have evolved and developed contributing to women empowerment. Savings has been the main motivation tool for many which facilitates them in meeting financial needs and basic necessities. This study is focused on investigating saving habits of rural working women. Primary and secondary data were employed in this study, and SPSS tools were used to analyse the data. This study includes examining the investment awareness levels, current investment pattern and factors affecting the investment decisions. The study shows that as most of the women want to avoid risk, large number of women are making use of only conventional investment opportunities, even though they are aware about other fruitful investment opportunities.

    In the era of the industrial revolution 4.0, the process of progressing the digital and computerized era has greatly increased and has affected almost all corners of the world in aspects of human life, where in this case the legal system in the world is also affected by the influence of digitalization. In the legal order affected by this era of digitalization is the practice of law, especially in the area of the judicial environment. Evidence of the digitization process in the judicial world is the introduction of Virtual Civil Courts, where in Indonesia it is known as the E-Court system. The E-court system is a service for registered users where they register online, make payments online, and estimate the payment online, calls are made through electronic channels and technical trials are conducted electronically. Especially in pandemic conditions like this, many countries are experiencing lockdowns that hinder this legal justice system. So that the digitalization system in the pandemic era like this is very beneficial for the ongoing legal justice system that is in force. During the Covid-19 pandemic, not many know how government regulations in law enforcement through dispute resolution are carried out through the e-court route, where since the Covid-19 pandemic dispute resolution through e-court has increased very significantly. The e-court itself has been regulated in Perma Number 1 of 2019 and (SEMA) Number 1 of 2020, because there are no other regulations governing e-courts, the problem of online trial regulation in Indonesia is almost the same as the American State. This research uses a method of approach that is normative juridical emphasizing the understanding and study of primary legal materials in the form of legal principles.

    In modern times, there are many recreational areas including, Gunung Lampu Tapaktuan Tourism. This destination is very crowded with local and foreign tourists. This study aims to determine the number of visitors, optimize the place, evaluate the area's attractiveness, and know how the tool works using the experimental method. Furthermore, the Internet of Things (IoT) connects physical objects with electronics, software, sensors, and networks that make these objects collect and transmit data. From the results of the trials that have been carried out, every passing visitor is read by an ultrasonic sensor and then sent to the Thingspeak server using the internet network and the registered apikey. The ultrasonic sensor sends data that has been read to the thing peak channel that is connected to the device so that the results of the monitoring are the number of visitors in the form of graphs and tables. The results of testing the tool for seven days contained a total of 1,596 manual data, 1,582 people were detected, and 14 people were not detected. While visitors came out there were 1,559 people caught, and 37 people were not seen. From the seven days of testing, 99.12% of incoming visitors were detected and 97.68% of outgoing visitors were detected. So that it can be concluded, that this tool has been functioning correctly.

    Authors presented main aspects of cybersecurity in the current context of global challenges in terms of password protection Wi-Fi network, hacking detection, external cyber threats, complex mechanisms of hacking IT systems, cyberattacks that are complex and widespread. The opinion is expressed that one of the tendencies of development of cybersecurity of Ukraine is creation of the concept and introduction of technologies of Smart Information Systems. Main results achieved should be the ability to monitor, controllable, intelligent control of the decision-making system of digital asset management, which provides high reliability and high economic performance. Authors expressed the opinion that Enabling Financial and Digital Inclusion takes place through the implementation of the following chain type: “Financial identity – Secure electronic account – Ability to save, borrow, insure – Access to global economy”. In general, the future of finance in digital world, which involves the emergence of new qualities of financial literacy, is possible through the following vectors of development, namely: The finance factory, The role of Finance, Finance cycles, Self-service, Operating model, Finance applications and micro-services, Workforce and workplace. Main threats to national security are named, including the inconsistency of infrastructure and modern requirements; Insufficient efficiency and level of coordination of the security and defense sector of Ukraine. Pursuing the goal of successful implementation of the Cyber Security Strategy of Ukraine, it is proposed to move on to the following steps, namely: to follow the path of creating a national cybersecurity system; increasing the effectiveness of combating threats in the military sphere; cyber protection of state electronic information resources, as well as information infrastructure; protection of the interests of the citizen, society and the state in cyberspace. Based on these problems, a device was built to control the temperature of the cage, provide scheduled feed and automatic drinking water to make it easier for farmers. The tool that was built utilizes the Internet of Things (IOT) platform IoT from Telkom Indonesia, namely Antares so that farmers canmonitor cages via cellphones. In the design of the tool there is a Node MCU esp32 as a microcontroller to control the sensor and send data from the sensor to Antares. Based on the experimental results, the tool has succeeded in adjusting the temperature according to the ideal temperature based on the age level of the chicken, the light turns on and the fan turns off when the temperature is too low, then the light turns off and the fan turns on when the temperature is too high, and the fan and lights turn off when the temperature reaches the ideal point. Automatic drinking water is successfully performed when the drinking water and sensor are more than 5 cm apart and stops filling when it reaches 5 cm. The scheduled feeding was successfully carried out according to the specified schedule, namely in the morning and evening.

Sistem Monitoring Tingkat Kekeruhan Air dan Pemberian Pakan Ikan pada aquarium berbasis Iot (Internet of Things) dalam pemberian pakan ikan berupa pelet, dan kejernihan air dalam aquarium karena ikan membutuhkan air yang jernih. pekerjaan yang rutin dilakukan pada aquarium adalah memberi pakan ikan dan mengganti air yang sudah keruh agar terlihat bersih dan menciptakan kondisi yang baik untuk ikan tersebut. Komponen yang digunakan meliputi ESP8266 nodeMCU, Sensor turbidity, Sensor suhu, Servo, Pompa air mini, dan Aplikasi sebagai Interface Untuk mengetahui tingkat kekeruhan air pada aquarium.

    Literacy and employment have evolved and developed contributing to women empowerment. Savings has been the main motivation tool for many which facilitates them in meeting financial needs and basic necessities. This study is focused on investigating saving habits of rural working women. Primary and secondary data were employed in this study, and SPSS tools were used to analyse the data. This study includes examining the investment awareness levels, current investment pattern and factors affecting the investment decisions. The study shows that as most of the women want to avoid risk, large number of women are making use of only conventional investment opportunities, even though they are aware about other fruitful investment opportunities.

    In the era of the industrial revolution 4.0, the process of progressing the digital and computerized era has greatly increased and has affected almost all corners of the world in aspects of human life, where in this case the legal system in the world is also affected by the influence of digitalization. In the legal order affected by this era of digitalization is the practice of law, especially in the area of the judicial environment. Evidence of the digitization process in the judicial world is the introduction of Virtual Civil Courts, where in Indonesia it is known as the E-Court system. The E-court system is a service for registered users where they register online, make payments online, and estimate the payment online, calls are made through electronic channels and technical trials are conducted electronically. Especially in pandemic conditions like this, many countries are experiencing lockdowns that hinder this legal justice system. So that the digitalization system in the pandemic era like this is very beneficial for the ongoing legal justice system that is in force. During the Covid-19 pandemic, not many know how government regulations in law enforcement through dispute resolution are carried out through the e-court route, where since the Covid-19 pandemic dispute resolution through e-court has increased very significantly. The e-court itself has been regulated in Perma Number 1 of 2019 and (SEMA) Number 1 of 2020, because there are no other regulations governing e-courts, the problem of online trial regulation in Indonesia is almost the same as the American State. This research uses a method of approach that is normative juridical emphasizing the understanding and study of primary legal materials in the form of legal principles.

    In modern times, there are many recreational areas including, Gunung Lampu Tapaktuan Tourism. This destination is very crowded with local and foreign tourists. This study aims to determine the number of visitors, optimize the place, evaluate the area's attractiveness, and know how the tool works using the experimental method. Furthermore, the Internet of Things (IoT) connects physical objects with electronics, software, sensors, and networks that make these objects collect and transmit data. From the results of the trials that have been carried out, every passing visitor is read by an ultrasonic sensor and then sent to the Thingspeak server using the internet network and the registered apikey. The ultrasonic sensor sends data that has been read to the thing peak channel that is connected to the device so that the results of the monitoring are the number of visitors in the form of graphs and tables. The results of testing the tool for seven days contained a total of 1,596 manual data, 1,582 people were detected, and 14 people were not detected. While visitors came out there were 1,559 people caught, and 37 people were not seen. From the seven days of testing, 99.12% of incoming visitors were detected and 97.68% of outgoing visitors were detected. So that it can be concluded, that this tool has been functioning correctly.

    Authors presented main aspects of cybersecurity in the current context of global challenges in terms of password protection Wi-Fi network, hacking detection, external cyber threats, complex mechanisms of hacking IT systems, cyberattacks that are complex and widespread. The opinion is expressed that one of the tendencies of development of cybersecurity of Ukraine is creation of the concept and introduction of technologies of Smart Information Systems. Main results achieved should be the ability to monitor, controllable, intelligent control of the decision-making system of digital asset management, which provides high reliability and high economic performance. Authors expressed the opinion that Enabling Financial and Digital Inclusion takes place through the implementation of the following chain type: “Financial identity – Secure electronic account – Ability to save, borrow, insure – Access to global economy”. In general, the future of finance in digital world, which involves the emergence of new qualities of financial literacy, is possible through the following vectors of development, namely: The finance factory, The role of Finance, Finance cycles, Self-service, Operating model, Finance applications and micro-services, Workforce and workplace. Main threats to national security are named, including the inconsistency of infrastructure and modern requirements; Insufficient efficiency and level of coordination of the security and defense sector of Ukraine. Pursuing the goal of successful implementation of the Cyber Security Strategy of Ukraine, it is proposed to move on to the following steps, namely: to follow the path of creating a national cybersecurity system; increasing the effectiveness of combating threats in the military sphere; cyber protection of state electronic information resources, as well as information infrastructure; protection of the interests of the citizen, society and the state in cyberspace. Authors presented a practical example of licensing DigitalLab by businesses to enhance cybersecurity through the use of DigitalLab-Light, DigitalLab-Express, DigitalLab-Standart, DigitelLab-PRO.
