    Bakgrund: Den digitala utvecklingen har varit den största utvecklingen för banker under de senaste åren. Enligt Svenska Bankföreningen (2020) så är finanssektorn utsatt för ett starkt förändringstryck och många nya företag, både svenska och utländska, har etablerat sig på marknaden. Kontinuerliga innovationer som stör traditionella affärsmodeller, utvidgning av affärsekosystem, framträdande av nystartade företag inom finansiell teknik (Fintech) och kundernas preferens för digitala upplevelser gör det absolut nödvändigt för traditionella finansinstitut att anamma digital teknik. Flera nyhetsartiklar påpekar att traditionella aktörer inom finansbranschen behöver ställa om snabbt och förbättra sina digitala tjänster för att kunna möta kundernas förväntningar. Syfte: Denna studie syftar till att beskriva hur banken arbetar med digital transformation. Metod: För att uppnå studiens syfte har jag gjort en kvalitativ undersökning på en bank inom den svenska bankbranschen. Jag har samlat in kvalitativa data med hjälp av personliga semistrukturerade intervjuer. Det insamlade datat har analyserats i Hyperresearch och kopplats ihop till det teoretiska ramverket för att besvara studiens frågeställning. Slutsats: Banken arbetar med digital transformation från ett holistiskt perspektiv, där man ser på digitalisering som någonting som alla är ansvariga för och det genomsyrar i alla mål och prioriteringar inom organisationen. Det saknas en digital strategi och tydligt ledarskap för digital transformation inom banken. De väljer att fokusera på konkurrensfördelar istället för att navigera in sig specifikt i digitalisering då det idag uppfattas som en naturlig del av de flesta utvecklingsprojekt inom banken. Det är också en konstant utmaning för banken att prioritera vissa aktiviteter kopplade till utveckling och digital transformation då det kommer regulatoriska krav som man måste prioritera. Background: The digital development has been the largest development for banks in recent years. According to the Swedish Bankers' Association (2020), the financial sector is exposed to strong pressure for change and many new companies, both Swedish and foreign, have established themselves in the market. Continuous innovations that disrupt traditional business models, the expansion of business ecosystems, the emergence of start-ups in financial technology (Fintech) and customers' preference for digital experiences make it necessary for traditional financial institutions to adopt digital technology. Several news articles point out that traditional players in the financial industry need to switch quickly and improve their digital services in order to meet customers' expectations. Purpose: This study aims to describe how the bank works with digital transformation. Method: To achieve the purpose of the study, I have conducted a qualitative study at a bank in the Swedish banking industry. I have collected qualitative data using personal semi-structured interviews. The data was collected and analyzed in Hyperresearch and linked to the theoretical framework to answer the research question. Conclusion: The bank works with digital transformation from a holistic perspective, where digitalization is seen as something that everyone is responsible for and it permeates all goals and priorities within the organization. There is a lack of a digital strategy and clear leadership for digital transformation within the bank. They choose to focus on competitive advantages instead of navigating specifically into digitalization as it is perceived as a natural part of most development projects within the bank. It is also a constant challenge for the bank to prioritize certain activities linked to development and digital transformation, as there are regulatory requirements that must be prioritized.

    The industry of the Internet of Things (IoT) is a burgeoning market. A wide variety of devices now come equipped with the ability to digitally communicate to a wider network and modern electric scooters are one such example of this trend towards a more connected society. With scooter ride-share companies continually expanding in urban areas worldwide these devices are posing a greater attack surface for hackers to take advantage of. In this report we utilize threat modelling to analyse the potential vulnerabilities in a popular electric scooter. Through penetration testing we demonstrate the existence of major security flaws in the device and propose ways in which manufacturers may guard against these exploits in the future. Många produkter kommer utrustade med förmågan att digitalt kommunicera med olika nätverk och moderna elektroniska sparkcyklar är ett exempel på denna trend som går mot ett mer uppkopplat och sammankopplat samhälle. I och med att antalet företag som tillhandahåller elsparkcykeltjänster i urbana miljöer över världen växer, så blir dessa produkter ett större mål för hackare att utnyttja. I denna rapport använder vi hotmodellering för att analysera potentiella sårbarheter i en populär elsparkcykelmodell. Genom att penetrationstesta produkten demonstrerar vi allvarliga säkerhetsfel och föreslår förhållningssätt som tillverkare kan ta hänsyn till för att undvika framtida attacker.

    El presente proyecto se realiza como Trabajo de final de Grado de la titulación de Marketing e Investigación de Marketing para la Universidad Oberta de Cataluña, en él se presenta un Plan de Marketing sobre la línea Barbie Fashionista. La línea Barbie Fashionista es la respuesta a la evolución necesaria de la marca mundialmente conocida Barbie, logrando adaptarse a las tendencias actuales, convirtiéndose en una muñeca emblemática y una herramienta educativa y lúdica en la infancia, ayudando a desarrollar el pensamiento crítico y las habilidades de diseño. Se trata de la muñeca más inclusiva y diversa del mercado, dado que cuenta con muñecas con múltiples enfermedades, cuerpos de piel y tonos faciales, promoviendo la aceptación mientras ayuda desde la infancia a desarrollar una mayor conciencia de la diversidad humana y la importancia de la inclusión en la sociedad, con apenas competencia en el mercado. Este Plan de Marketing tiene como objetivo principal convertir la línea Fashionista de la marca Barbie en un referente en todas las jugueterías del país, sumado a los objetivos específicos, los cuales tienen como finalidad la promoción de su venta en centros educativos y sanitarios, para poder utilizar las muñecas como instrumento lúdico y educativo en la infancia. Para lograr ambos objetivos propuestos, tras realizar un análisis DAFO permitiendo conocer la situación de la línea y CAME para conocer las acciones que se deben corregir y afrontar principalmente, se plantea fomentar su comunicación a través de medios digitales, aumento de presencia en eventos educativos y congresos médicos, logrando por tanto consolidar su imagen de marca. Para ello, a través de diferentes acciones, se debe tener en cuenta las diferentes actividades a desplegar, los departamentos implicados, sumado al coste de cada acción propuesta con un eje temporal de tres años, comenzando en julio del 2023 al terminar la presentación del mismo hasta finalizar el año 2025, con posibilidad de renovación. A su vez, queda reflejado un plan económico financiero, donde se pueden observar los beneficios y las perdidas esperadas en su consecución con la cuenta de resultados, y un cuadro de prioridades. Por último, se expone un plan de contingencia en el caso de ser preciso, tras un periodo de 3 a 4 meses consecutivos donde las acciones propuestas no den sus frutos, por lo que cada departamento responsable tras el análisis pertinente debe focalizar las causas, para poder utilizar las diversas medidas correctoras propuestas. In order to achieve both forementionedobjectives, after carrying out a SWOT analysis allowing to know the situation of the line and CAME to know the actions that must be corrected and faced mainly, it is proposed to promote its communication through digital media, increasing presence in educational events and medical congresses, thus managing to consolidate the brand’s image.     Aim: This study aims to increase the understanding of the influence of digitalization in the development of the innovation strategy of SMEs. Method: The method used is a multi-case qualitative study using the inductive approach. Nine organizations were examined from three different countries, Sweden, India, and Nigeria, to give the study international comparison. Ten semi-structured interviews were conducted on managers and employees of the selected organizations for the study. Result & Conclusions: The study revealed that digitalization is an opportunity and a tool for developing innovation, which is crucial for the survival of SMEs. The study also showed that most SMEs do not have a clear innovation strategy, and are constrained by several factors such as; time, resources, competence, regulations, prioritizing tasks, managing the human capital and numerous others. However, SMEs can overcome their challenges by developing their dynamic capabilities and utilizing their resources with support from cluster organizations. Such support includes creating the awareness of digitalization, emphasizing the need and importance of crafting an innovation strategy, training, mentoring and funding. Suggestions for future research: While the study examined SMEs in general, SMEs and clusters within a specific industry or sector are suggested for further study. Also, other factors that can influence the innovation strategy of SMEs should be examined. Furthermore, more research is needed to focus on the implementation of public policies to boost SME development in the area of innovation and the application of digital technologies, as SMEs are crucial to the growth of any economy, and the study revealed different levels and means of implementation of these policies. Contribution of the thesis: This study adds new insights to the literature on international business by conducting a multiple case study on SMEs and organizations supporting SMEs from three different countries with different economies and levels of advancement. A theoretical model was developed and has been to shown support existing studies illustrating that SMEs can adopt digitalization to develop an innovation strategy, through support from cluster organizations. The study provides new perspectives, some of which are ways for SMEs to manage digital transformation and some questions which are suggested for future research.

    Este documento presenta la descripción de un proyecto que tiene como objetivo implementar un sistema de control electrónico el cual controla las variables ambientales y las soluciones nutritivas de un cultivo hidropónico a una escala pequeña. El tipo de control a usar es un control PID clásico el cual será implementado de manera digital mediante un sistema embebido, en este caso un micro controlador que estará conectado a la red de internet. Como es tendencia en la actualidad el conectar los objetos cotidianos a la red de internet, es posible monitorear casi cualquier objeto que se desee, en este caso un cultivo hidropónico. El operador del sistema tendrá la posibilidad de observar las variables del sistema mediante un servidor Web conectado a una red local. El sistema propuesto en este documento se implementara mediante un prototipo de un área no mayor a 6 m2, por lo que es de escala pequeña, sin embargo al ser un proyecto de desarrollo tiene una proyección mayor a medida que el proyecto evolucione. El objetivo final es demostrar que se pueden controlar y monitorear múltiples variables de un cultivo hidropónico, generando una grande ventaja al agricultor o a cualquier persona que desee emprender en el campo de la agronomía. En la actualidad la mayoría de agricultores del mundo no cuentan con la facilidad de acceder a tecnologías que simplifican cultivar de manera masiva y conseguir productos de alta calidad debido a que muchos de los sistemas comerciales suelen ser muy costosos o complicados de implementar. Mediante este proyecto se demuestra que es posible conseguir una herramienta que es fácil de adquirir y a un bajo costo que puede ayudar en el área de la agricultura, en especial a aquellas personas que no poseen experiencia en esta área. This document presents the description of a project that aims to implement an electronic control system which controls environmental variables and nutritional solutions of a hydroponic crop on a small scale. The type of control to use is a classic PID control which will be implemented digitally through an embedded system, in this case a microcontroller that will be connected to the internet network. As it is currently the trend to connect everyday objects to the internet, it is possible to monitor almost any object that you want, in this case a hydroponic crop. The system operator will have the possibility to observe the system variables through a web server connected to a local network. The system proposed in this document is implemented by means of a prototype with an area no larger than 6 m2, so it is small in scale, however, being a development project, it has a greater projection as the project evolves. The final objective is to demonstrate that multiple variables of a hydroponic crop can be controlled and monitored, generating a great advantage to the farmer or anyone who wishes to undertake in the field of agronomy.     Na trgu so vse večje potrebe po vgradnji hidravličnih vitlov na delovne stroje. V diplomskem delu smo oblikovali tri koncepte rešitev hidravličnega pogona vitla: pogon z radialnim batnim hidravličnim motorjem, pogon z orbitalnim hidravličnim motorjem v kombinaciji z vležajenim zobniškim vencem in aksialnim batnim motorjem v kombinaciji s planetnim reduktorjem. Za vsak koncept smo na trgu poiskali konkurenčne ponudnike, jih primerjali med seboj ter izbrali najbolj ustrezne. Z izbranimi komponentami smo za vsak koncept izdelali 3D model. Koncepte smo med seboj primerjali in izbrali najboljšega, ki smo ga v nadaljnje detajlno dimenzionirali. Izbrani koncept je zadostil projektnim zahtevam. There is a growing demand in the market to install hydraulic winches on working machines. In the thesis we have designed three concepts for hydraulic winch drive solutions: radial piston hydraulic motor drive, orbital hydraulic motor drive combined with slewing ring gear and axial piston motor combined with planetary gear. For each concept, we searched for competing suppliers in the market, compared them and selected the most suitable one. With the components selected, we created a 3D model for each concept. We compared the concepts and selected the best one, which we then sized in detail. The selected concept met the project requirements.

    Företaget Team Exact levererar mätningstekniska tjänster, där den främsta verksamheten är riktad mot byggnads- och markindustrin. Företaget använder UAS och levererar tjänster till kunder med ortofoto och DEM som kan användas till kartläggning, volymberäkningar och planering. Team Exact använder konsultföretagets SkyMap’s webbaserade plattform i fotogrammetrisk bearbetning av UAV genererade flygbilder. DEM behöver uppnå HMK-standardnivå 3 för att användas som underlag till bygghandlingar. För att uppnå HMK-standardnivå 3 så krävs det en lägesosäkerhet på 0,02–0,05 m/ 0,03–0,07 m (plan/höjd). Team Exact uppnår god lägesosäkerhet i plan men har varierande resultat i höjdåtergivningen. Studien har således en målsättning att hitta metoder för att säkerställa höjden inom ett studieområde med varierande topografi, terräng och markytor. Faktorer som ska undersökas är markstödspunkter, RTK-data, flygstråk, kamerainställningar och tänkvärda åtgärder i skiftande topografi samt att se tendenser hur höjdåtergivningen varierar på olika markytor. Ett stomnät etablerades över studieområdet med tre fastställda koordinatsatta stompunkter, punkterna var inmätta med statisk NRTK mätning under 1 minut. Nätet jämnades ut med totalstation och därefter blev kontrollpunkter, profiler, ytor och markstödspunkter inmätta. Studien utredde lägesosäkerheten med 0, 5, 9 och 12 markstödspunkter. Den UAV som användes i studien är försedd med en RTK-modul och förväntades därav tillhandahålla positioneringsdata som var av värde att utreda. Markstödspunkternas utplacering planerades med fyra konstanta i studieområdets yttrehörn och en femte konstant på studieområdets högsta höjd. Resterande punkter placerades ut i en jämnfördelning över områdets toppar och dalar. Flygmetoderna som utvärderades var förankrade i tidigare studier. Gemensamma inställningar över samtliga metoder var studieområdets avgränsning, en flyghöjd på 40 m samt flyghastigheten på 3 m/s. Resterande var flytande parametrar som var av värde att utreda. Studien justerade parametrarna gällande flygstråk, övertäckning, kameravinkel och kamerainställningar. Totalt blev det tre flygmetoder där de fyra olika markstödskombinationerna undersöktes vilket gav 12 processer att utvärdera. Utvärderingen utfördes mot 77 kontrollpunkter där RMSE-värde för höjd och plan undersöktes. Kontrollpunkterna var jämnt fördelade över ytan och marktyperna. En ytterligare analys utfördes med volymberäkningar mellan referens terrängmodeller och de genererade terrängmodellerna. Flygmetod 3 gav bästa resultat där fotogrammetriinställningen Double Grid användes och överlappningen var 80/60 % samt att kameran tiltades till -70°. The study thus aims to find methods to ensure the height within a study area with varying topography, terrain and ground surfaces. Factors to be investigated are ground control points, RTK data, flight paths, camera settings and conceivable measures in varying topography, as well as seeing trends in how the height representation differs on different ground surfaces. A coordinate network was established over the study area with three established coordinate reference points, the points were measured with static NRTK measurement 1 minute. The network was levelled with the total station and then control points, profiles, surfaces, and ground control points were measured. The study investigated the location uncertainty with 0, 5, 9 and 12 ground control points. The UAV used in the study is equipped with an RTK module and was therefore expected to provide positioning data that was worth investigating. The placement of the ground support points was planned with four constants in the outer corner of the study area and a fifth constant at the highest level of the study area. The remaining points were placed in an even distribution over the area’s peaks and valleys. The evaluated flight methods were rooted in previous studies. Common settings across all methods were the study area delimitation, 40 m flight altitude and the flight speed of 3 m/s. Remaining were floating parameters that were of value to investigate. The study adjusted the parameters regarding flight path, coverage, camera angle and camera settings. In total, there were three flight methods where the four different ground support combinations were examined, which gave 12 processes to evaluate. The evaluation was performed against 77 control points where the RMSE value for height and plane was examined. The control points were evenly distributed over the surface and soil types. A further analysis was performed with volume calculations between the reference terrain models and the generated terrain models. Flight method 3 gave the best results where the photogrammetry setting Double Grid was used and the overlap was 80/60 % and the camera was tilted to -70 °. The sensor sensitivity was set to ISO100, the shutter had an aperture value of f/5 and the shutter speed was set to 1/500s. The results of the study indicate that flight method 3, which was levelled with 12 ground support points, generated the best results on a positional uncertainty in horizontal coordinates of 0,015 m and 0,035 m in height.

    Este proyecto de fin de carrera tiene como objetivo la creación de una infraestructura tanto física como de software que facilite y economice la investigación robótica sobre el aprendizaje cognitivo. Además, del desarrollo de herramientas de software que simplifiquen el uso de sonido en investigación robótica. Para ello, se ha diseñado y construido un robot. La estructura del mismo ha sido elaborada usando software de diseños 3D para poder ser generada a través de impresoras 3D. El fin de esta decisión recae en poder facilitar su reproducción por todos aquellos que así lo deseen. Por otro lado, el hardware usado es el más económico posible a excepción de aquellos componentes que tienen un especial interés para su investigación como posible hardware dentro del mundo de la robótica. El diseño en general está inspirado en las teorías de robótica social y cognitiva, siguiendo a su vez el principio de economía en el diseño. A nivel de software, se ha desarrollado una serie de herramientas que permiten simular entornos virtuales sonoros y procesar los sonidos generados internamente por una computadora. Además, se ha creado un software para el aprendizaje robótico no supervisado, basándose en modelos matemáticos que se aproximan al funcionamiento cerebral del ser humano. Por último, se ha realizado un experimento a modo de entrenamiento de la estructura de aprendizaje para evaluar si era posible con la infraestructura software creada, y como sistema de evaluación el de la efectividad de las teorías aplicadas, poder reconocer el tono emocional en el que alguien está hablando independientemente del idioma usado. Como resultado, se ha obtenido un robot completo con los elementos esenciales que permiten la investigación en aprendizaje robótico en robots físicos. Siendo además este robot de un precio de fabricación bajo y modular. Asimismo, en la parte de software se han extraído un conjunto de gráficas que muestran el rendimiento y la eficiencia de los modelos y software creados. Como conclusión, se puede subrayar que se ha conseguido un sistema con el potencial de detectar los tonos emocionales de los hablantes con una exactitud notable aunque sería necesario un mayor desarrollo y optimización para una mejor precisión.     Geografin, kartan och vårt samhälle blir alltmer digitaliserade. Vi lever i en globaliserad värld och kan ta del av stora delar av världen genom våra olika digitala hjälpmedel hemma från soffan. Regeringen tog år 2017 fram en digitaliseringsstrategi som även innefattar skolan och i läroplanen går att läsa att undervisningen i skolan ska ha olika digitala inslag. Det digitala är oftast en självklarhet för många yngre barn idag och genom olika digitala spel möter de digitala kartor i sin vardag redan i tidig ålder jämfört med tidigare generationer. Samtidigt tyder samhällets utveckling på att barn rör sig allt mindre självständigt i sin närmiljö vilket kan påverka deras förmåga till rumslig uppfattning och därmed att förstå kartan. Genom tiderna har mycket olika forskning gjorts för att undersöka barns relation till kartan och förmåga för det abstrakta tänkandet. Forskning som görs kring barn och deras förhållande utgår vanligen från Piagets stadieteori eller det sociokulturella perspektivet som bottnar i Vygotskijs tankar kring hur lärande sker i det sociala samspelet med hjälp av olika redskap. Dock saknas det i stor utsträckning forskning kring digitaliseringen och geografiämnet. Syftet med studien har varit att undersöka hur lärare för årskurs 1–3 i Falköpings kommun undervisar kring kartan och rumslig uppfattning samt vilka digitala verktyg som används i denna undervisning. Ytterligare ett mål med undersökningen har varit att ta reda på hur lärarna ser på sina egna geografiska ämneskunskaper, pedagogiska kunskaper inom geografi samt digitala kunskaper i förhållande till geografiämnet med utgångspunkt i ramverket TPACK. Resultatet visar att lärare i de lägre åldrarna i denna studie i mycket stor utsträckning jobbar främst med fysiska kartor och jordglober i sin geografiundervisning kring kartan. Det framgår även att i jämförelse med området kartan tycker lärarna att området rumslig uppfattning är ett mer komplext och utmanande undervisningsområde. De digitala verktyg som används i geografiundervisningen används främst under lärarledda genomgångar och resultatet visar att lärarna önskar och anser sig behöva fortbildning för att kunna arbeta mer digitalt på bästa sätt i geografiundervisningen. Geography, the map, and our society are becoming increasingly digital. We live in a globalized world and can participate in large parts of the world through our various digital appliances, from the couch at home. In 2017, the government of Sweden, developed a strategy for digitalization that includes the school system, and the national curriculum also stipulate that teaching in schools must include different digital elements. For many younger children today, the digitalization is part of their everyday life and through various digital games they encounter digital maps from an early age. At the same time, the development of society indicates that children are more limited and move around much less independently in their immediate environment than previous generations. This can affect their spatial perception ability and thus also affect their understanding of the map. Historically the research examining children's relationship to the map and their ability for abstract thinking is extensive. Research in this field, children and their relationship and understanding of maps, is usually based on Piaget's stage theory or the socio-cultural perspective that is rooted in Vygotsky's theory of learning through social interaction with the help of mediating tools. However, there is a lack of research on digitization and the subject of geography. The purpose of this study has been to investigate how primary school teachers in grade 1-3 in Falköping municipality teach about the map and spatial perception. In addition to this what digital tools are used in this. Another goal of the study has been to explore teachers' own view of their subject knowledge concerning the areas of geography previously mentioned, pedagogical knowledge and technical knowledge based on the TPACK. The results show that the primary school teachers in this study to a very large extent work mainly with physical maps and globes in their geography teaching concerning the map. It also appears that the teachers in the study perceive the area of spatial awareness abilities to be particularly complex and challenging to teach. Another finding of the study is that the digital tools used in geography teaching are mainly used during teacher-led reviews. The results also show that teachers identify both a wish and need for further training to be able to integrate digital tools in the best way in geography teaching.

    Bakgrund: Den digitala utvecklingen har varit den största utvecklingen för banker under de senaste åren. Enligt Svenska Bankföreningen (2020) så är finanssektorn utsatt för ett starkt förändringstryck och många nya företag, både svenska och utländska, har etablerat sig på marknaden. Kontinuerliga innovationer som stör traditionella affärsmodeller, utvidgning av affärsekosystem, framträdande av nystartade företag inom finansiell teknik (Fintech) och kundernas preferens för digitala upplevelser gör det absolut nödvändigt för traditionella finansinstitut att anamma digital teknik. Flera nyhetsartiklar påpekar att traditionella aktörer inom finansbranschen behöver ställa om snabbt och förbättra sina digitala tjänster för att kunna möta kundernas förväntningar. Syfte: Denna studie syftar till att beskriva hur banken arbetar med digital transformation. Metod: För att uppnå studiens syfte har jag gjort en kvalitativ undersökning på en bank inom den svenska bankbranschen. Jag har samlat in kvalitativa data med hjälp av personliga semistrukturerade intervjuer. Det insamlade datat har analyserats i Hyperresearch och kopplats ihop till det teoretiska ramverket för att besvara studiens frågeställning. Slutsats: Banken arbetar med digital transformation från ett holistiskt perspektiv, där man ser på digitalisering som någonting som alla är ansvariga för och det genomsyrar i alla mål och prioriteringar inom organisationen. Det saknas en digital strategi och tydligt ledarskap för digital transformation inom banken. De väljer att fokusera på konkurrensfördelar istället för att navigera in sig specifikt i digitalisering då det idag uppfattas som en naturlig del av de flesta utvecklingsprojekt inom banken. Det är också en konstant utmaning för banken att prioritera vissa aktiviteter kopplade till utveckling och digital transformation då det kommer regulatoriska krav som man måste prioritera. Background: The digital development has been the largest development for banks in recent years. According to the Swedish Bankers' Association (2020), the financial sector is exposed to strong pressure for change and many new companies, both Swedish and foreign, have established themselves in the market. Continuous innovations that disrupt traditional business models, the expansion of business ecosystems, the emergence of start-ups in financial technology (Fintech) and customers' preference for digital experiences make it necessary for traditional financial institutions to adopt digital technology. Several news articles point out that traditional players in the financial industry need to switch quickly and improve their digital services in order to meet customers' expectations. Purpose: This study aims to describe how the bank works with digital transformation. Method: To achieve the purpose of the study, I have conducted a qualitative study at a bank in the Swedish banking industry. I have collected qualitative data using personal semi-structured interviews. The data was collected and analyzed in Hyperresearch and linked to the theoretical framework to answer the research question. Conclusion: The bank works with digital transformation from a holistic perspective, where digitalization is seen as something that everyone is responsible for and it permeates all goals and priorities within the organization. There is a lack of a digital strategy and clear leadership for digital transformation within the bank. They choose to focus on competitive advantages instead of navigating specifically into digitalization as it is perceived as a natural part of most development projects within the bank. It is also a constant challenge for the bank to prioritize certain activities linked to development and digital transformation, as there are regulatory requirements that must be prioritized.

    The industry of the Internet of Things (IoT) is a burgeoning market. A wide variety of devices now come equipped with the ability to digitally communicate to a wider network and modern electric scooters are one such example of this trend towards a more connected society. With scooter ride-share companies continually expanding in urban areas worldwide these devices are posing a greater attack surface for hackers to take advantage of. In this report we utilize threat modelling to analyse the potential vulnerabilities in a popular electric scooter. Through penetration testing we demonstrate the existence of major security flaws in the device and propose ways in which manufacturers may guard against these exploits in the future. I och med att antalet företag som tillhandahåller elsparkcykeltjänster i urbana miljöer över världen växer, så blir dessa produkter ett större mål för hackare att utnyttja. I denna rapport använder vi hotmodellering för att analysera potentiella sårbarheter i en populär elsparkcykelmodell. Genom att penetrationstesta produkten demonstrerar vi allvarliga säkerhetsfel och föreslår förhållningssätt som tillverkare kan ta hänsyn till för att undvika framtida attacker.

    El presente proyecto se realiza como Trabajo de final de Grado de la titulación de Marketing e Investigación de Marketing para la Universidad Oberta de Cataluña, en él se presenta un Plan de Marketing sobre la línea Barbie Fashionista. La línea Barbie Fashionista es la respuesta a la evolución necesaria de la marca mundialmente conocida Barbie, logrando adaptarse a las tendencias actuales, convirtiéndose en una muñeca emblemática y una herramienta educativa y lúdica en la infancia, ayudando a desarrollar el pensamiento crítico y las habilidades de diseño. Se trata de la muñeca más inclusiva y diversa del mercado, dado que cuenta con muñecas con múltiples enfermedades, cuerpos de piel y tonos faciales, promoviendo la aceptación mientras ayuda desde la infancia a desarrollar una mayor conciencia de la diversidad humana y la importancia de la inclusión en la sociedad, con apenas competencia en el mercado. Este Plan de Marketing tiene como objetivo principal convertir la línea Fashionista de la marca Barbie en un referente en todas las jugueterías del país, sumado a los objetivos específicos, los cuales tienen como finalidad la promoción de su venta en centros educativos y sanitarios, para poder utilizar las muñecas como instrumento lúdico y educativo en la infancia. Para lograr ambos objetivos propuestos, tras realizar un análisis DAFO permitiendo conocer la situación de la línea y CAME para conocer las acciones que se deben corregir y afrontar principalmente, se plantea fomentar su comunicación a través de medios digitales, aumento de presencia en eventos educativos y congresos médicos, logrando por tanto consolidar su imagen de marca. Para ello, a través de diferentes acciones, se debe tener en cuenta las diferentes actividades a desplegar, los departamentos implicados, sumado al coste de cada acción propuesta con un eje temporal de tres años, comenzando en julio del 2023 al terminar la presentación del mismo hasta finalizar el año 2025, con posibilidad de renovación. A su vez, queda reflejado un plan económico financiero, donde se pueden observar los beneficios y las perdidas esperadas en su consecución con la cuenta de resultados, y un cuadro de prioridades. Por último, se expone un plan de contingencia en el caso de ser preciso, tras un periodo de 3 a 4 meses consecutivos donde las acciones propuestas no den sus frutos, por lo que cada departamento responsable tras el análisis pertinente debe focalizar las causas, para poder utilizar las diversas medidas correctoras propuestas.     Aim: This study aims to increase the understanding of the influence of digitalization in the development of the innovation strategy of SMEs. Method: The method used is a multi-case qualitative study using the inductive approach. Nine organizations were examined from three different countries, Sweden, India, and Nigeria, to give the study international comparison. Ten semi-structured interviews were conducted on managers and employees of the selected organizations for the study. Result & Conclusions: The study revealed that digitalization is an opportunity and a tool for developing innovation, which is crucial for the survival of SMEs. The study also showed that most SMEs do not have a clear innovation strategy, and are constrained by several factors such as; time, resources, competence, regulations, prioritizing tasks, managing the human capital and numerous others. However, SMEs can overcome their challenges by developing their dynamic capabilities and utilizing their resources with support from cluster organizations. Such support includes creating the awareness of digitalization, emphasizing the need and importance of crafting an innovation strategy, training, mentoring and funding. Suggestions for future research: While the study examined SMEs in general, SMEs and clusters within a specific industry or sector are suggested for further study. Also, other factors that can influence the innovation strategy of SMEs should be examined. Furthermore, more research is needed to focus on the implementation of public policies to boost SME development in the area of innovation and the application of digital technologies, as SMEs are crucial to the growth of any economy, and the study revealed different levels and means of implementation of these policies. Contribution of the thesis: This study adds new insights to the literature on international business by conducting a multiple case study on SMEs and organizations supporting SMEs from three different countries with different economies and levels of advancement. A theoretical model was developed and has been to shown support existing studies illustrating that SMEs can adopt digitalization to develop an innovation strategy, through support from cluster organizations. The study provides new perspectives, some of which are ways for SMEs to manage digital transformation and some questions which are suggested for future research.

    Este documento presenta la descripción de un proyecto que tiene como objetivo implementar un sistema de control electrónico el cual controla las variables ambientales y las soluciones nutritivas de un cultivo hidropónico a una escala pequeña. El tipo de control a usar es un control PID clásico el cual será implementado de manera digital mediante un sistema embebido, en este caso un micro controlador que estará conectado a la red de internet. Como es tendencia en la actualidad el conectar los objetos cotidianos a la red de internet, es posible monitorear casi cualquier objeto que se desee, en este caso un cultivo hidropónico. El operador del sistema tendrá la posibilidad de observar las variables del sistema mediante un servidor Web conectado a una red local. El sistema propuesto en este documento se implementara mediante un prototipo de un área no mayor a 6 m2, por lo que es de escala pequeña, sin embargo al ser un proyecto de desarrollo tiene una proyección mayor a medida que el proyecto evolucione. El objetivo final es demostrar que se pueden controlar y monitorear múltiples variables de un cultivo hidropónico, generando una grande ventaja al agricultor o a cualquier persona que desee emprender en el campo de la agronomía. En la actualidad la mayoría de agricultores del mundo no cuentan con la facilidad de acceder a tecnologías que simplifican cultivar de manera masiva y conseguir productos de alta calidad debido a que muchos de los sistemas comerciales suelen ser muy costosos o complicados de implementar. Mediante este proyecto se demuestra que es posible conseguir una herramienta que es fácil de adquirir y a un bajo costo que puede ayudar en el área de la agricultura, en especial a aquellas personas que no poseen experiencia en esta área. This document presents the description of a project that aims to implement an electronic control system which controls environmental variables and nutritional solutions of a hydroponic crop on a small scale. The type of control to use is a classic PID control which will be implemented digitally through an embedded system, in this case a microcontroller that will be connected to the internet network. As it is currently the trend to connect everyday objects to the internet, it is possible to monitor almost any object that you want, in this case a hydroponic crop. The system operator will have the possibility to observe the system variables through a web server connected to a local network. The system proposed in this document is implemented by means of a prototype with an area no larger than 6 m2, so it is small in scale, however, being a development project, it has a greater projection as the project evolves. The final objective is to demonstrate that multiple variables of a hydroponic crop can be controlled and monitored, generating a great advantage to the farmer or anyone who wishes to undertake in the field of agronomy. Currently, most of the world's farmers do not have the ease of accessing technologies that simplify mass cultivation and obtain high-quality products because many of the commercial systems are often very expensive or complicated to implement.     Na trgu so vse večje potrebe po vgradnji hidravličnih vitlov na delovne stroje. V diplomskem delu smo oblikovali tri koncepte rešitev hidravličnega pogona vitla: pogon z radialnim batnim hidravličnim motorjem, pogon z orbitalnim hidravličnim motorjem v kombinaciji z vležajenim zobniškim vencem in aksialnim batnim motorjem v kombinaciji s planetnim reduktorjem. Za vsak koncept smo na trgu poiskali konkurenčne ponudnike, jih primerjali med seboj ter izbrali najbolj ustrezne. Z izbranimi komponentami smo za vsak koncept izdelali 3D model. Koncepte smo med seboj primerjali in izbrali najboljšega, ki smo ga v nadaljnje detajlno dimenzionirali. Izbrani koncept je zadostil projektnim zahtevam. There is a growing demand in the market to install hydraulic winches on working machines. In the thesis we have designed three concepts for hydraulic winch drive solutions: radial piston hydraulic motor drive, orbital hydraulic motor drive combined with slewing ring gear and axial piston motor combined with planetary gear. For each concept, we searched for competing suppliers in the market, compared them and selected the most suitable one. With the components selected, we created a 3D model for each concept. We compared the concepts and selected the best one, which we then sized in detail. The selected concept met the project requirements.
