The diploma thesis is based on analyzes of the global world, migration, tradition, community and the world of modern man. It strives to be a link between the past and the future. The result is a view into the Moravian village of Dolní Loučky, which offers possibilities for future development of the urban and architectural environment in the country with regard to the global events, the sociological needs of the human and the tendencies of the 21st century. This bachelor?s study examines the purchasing behaviour patterns of the population in locality Osvračín. The objective is to describe the shopping behaviour of the population from the village Osvračín based on the results of the survey conducted as well as to identify the main factors that influence the respondent?s preference to the main shopping centre. The study consists of two parts ? theoretical and practical. The theoretical part is mainly considered as the basis for the practical part of the study that is based on the survey conducted. The meaning of the survey is to get the information about the purchasing behavior of population in the locality Osvračín. Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá nákupním chováním obyvatel obce Osvračín. The aim of this thesis is the development of the village Stenovice from the 19th century to the present. From the theoretical point of view the terms: urban area, sub urbanization and village are discussed. The thesis offers comparison of different scientists and their point of views of the terms mentioned above. The history of the village Stenovice is mentioned as well as physical geography of the village. The main chapter of the thesis is dedicated to the census from 1880, 1910, 2001 and 2011. The chapter about changes of the structure of the inhabitants deals with comparing of the economical situation and the natural exchange of the inhabitants at the end of 19th century and the beginning of the 21st century. The village is compared with Pilsen region and with the district Pilsen-south. Finally, the thesis presents the urban development of the village Stenovice. Předložená bakalářská práce pojednává o vývoji vesnice Štěnovice od 19. století do současnosti. Z teoretického hlediska je rozebírán pohled různých autorů na pojmy: venkovský prostor, suburbanizace a obec. Pro lepší pochopení souvislostí je v práci nastíněna fyzickogeografická charakteristika spolu s historií obce. Nejobsáhlejší část práce tvoří podrobná analýza sčítání obyvatel z let 1880, 1910, 2001 a 2011. Kapitola o změnách ve struktuře obyvatelstva se věnuje srovnání hospodářské situace i přirozené měny obyvatel na konci 19. století a na počátku 21. století. The aim of the bachelor thesis is to analyze the accessibility of basic services in the Křivoklát region. The theoretical part of the thesis provides general information about the geography of rural areas, the geography of services and the geography of transport. At the same time basic services are defined here. The practical part of the thesis deals with the analysis of the accessibility of basic services in the Křivoklátsko region. The focus is especially on the existence of basic services facilities and their time and frequency accessibility. The results of this analysis are shown in maps created in ArcMap software. Cílem bakalářské práce je analyzovat dostupnost základních služeb na území správního obvodu pověřeného obecního úřadu Křivoklát. Teoretická část práce přináší obecné informace o geografii venkova, geografii služeb a geografii dopravy. Současně jsou zde vymezeny zkoumané základní služby. Praktická část práce se zabývá analýzou dostupnosti základních služeb ve zkoumaném správním obvodu, konkrétně analyzuje přítomnost zařízení základních služeb a jejich časovou a frekvenční dostupnost. The submitted bachelor's thesis covers the development of the Chrást settlement since the end of the 19th century. The theoretical section of the thesis provides for a definition of essential terms and processes related to the settlement's geography. The experimental section includes detailed analyses of changes in the number and structure of the population as well as changes in the housing stock throughout the period of 1869-2011. In addition, the thesis focuses on the urban development of the seat which is analysed based on the comparison of the statutory imperial print of the stable cadastre and five orthophotograph maps. The thesis also covers the economic development of the municipality particularly in terms of the history of the significant industrial premises built in the municipality, development of crafts and trades and community facilities. Předkládaná bakalářská práce se zabývá vývojem sídla Chrást od konce 19. století do současnosti. V teoretické části práce jsou definovány základní pojmy a procesy související s geografií sídel. Praktická část výzkumu zahrnuje podrobné analýzy změn v počtu a struktuře obyvatel a změn v domovním fondu v letech 1869-2011. Pozornost je věnována také urbanistickému vývoji sídla, který je vyhodnocen na základě porovnání císařského povinného otisku stabilního katastru a pěti ortofotomap. V práci je dále hodnocen hospodářský vývoj obce, v němž se řeší především historie významných průmyslových objektů v obci, rozvoj řemesel a obchodu a občanská vybavenost. Obhájeno

This work deals the evolution of village Kšice from 19th century until today. Kšice is little village which is situated in Pilsner region of disctrict of Tachov. It has got very interesting and rich history. The main aim of my work is the evaluation mainly the evolution of its population, its quantity and structure. The changes of the spatial character according to map analysis are evaluated too. The important role has got even geographic characteristic. The evaluation of changes of population was realized on the base of analysis each census (inhabitants, houses and flats) in years 1869 - 2011. The structure of conurbation was processed mainly with comparing of each "ortofotomaps" or historical maps. Most of the maps was processed in geographical information system ArcGIS. Tato bakalářská práce se zaobírá vývojem vesnice Kšice od 19. století do současnosti. Kšice jsou malou obcí nacházející se v Plzeňském kraji v okrese Tachov, která má zajímavou a bohatou historii. Hlavním cílem této práce je zhodnocení především vývoje jejího obyvatelstva z hlediska počtu a struktury. Vyhodnoceny jsou také změny prostorového rázu dle mapové analýzy a podstatnou roli zastává i geografická charakteristika. Hodnocení změn obyvatelstva bylo uskutečněno na základě analýz jednotlivých sčítání lidu, domů a bytů mezi léty 1869 - 2011. Sídelní struktura byla zpracována především porovnáváním jednotlivých ortofotomap či historických map. Většina map byla následně zpracována v geografickém informačním systému ArcGIS. Obhájeno

This bachelor thesis deals with development of the Holysov seat from the 19th century to the present. The theoretical part focuses on the comparison of municipalities and settlements, small towns, villages and rural area. Physical-geographical characteristics and brief history is given to familiarize with Holysov seat. Considerable part of the thesis consists of an analysis of data from the census in 1921, 1970, 1980, 1991, 2001 and 2011. Furthermore, the natural population currency in the late 19th century and beginning of the 21st century is evaluated. Also, a comparison of the economically active population according to the branch of the economic activity at the beginning of the 20th and 21st century has been drawn. At the end of the thesis the analysis of urban development of the Holysov seat is included. Předložená bakalářská práce se zabývá vývojem sídla Holýšov od 19. století do současnosti. Teoretická část je zaměřena především na srovnání obce a sídla, malého města, vesnice a venkovského prostoru. Pro seznámení se sídlem Holýšov je uvedena fyzicko-geografická charakteristika a stručná historie. Obsáhlou část práce tvoří analýza dat ze sčítání lidu z let 1921, 1970, 1980, 1991, 2001 a 2011. Dále je zhodnocena přirozená měna obyvatel na konci 19. století a na počátku 21. století. Také bylo provedeno srovnání ekonomicky aktivních obyvatel podle odvětví ekonomické činnosti na počátku 20. a 21. století. Na závěr práce je zařazena analýza urbanistického vývoje sídla Holýšov. This diploma thesis deals with the construction of a collective identity for the population of a rural municipality in the Czech Republic. It focuses on the form of the collective identity of the rural population as defined within the official development policy. Several specific documents are analyzed: Two documents relating to rural development in the Czech Republic in the 2007-2013 programme period, and one national strategic plan for 2014-2020, which represents the recommended approaches to improve rural development on a regional level using the Leader method. The thesis also provides a case study of a selected rural municipality, which analyzes the form of collective identity from the perspective of the municipality's own citizens. Both collective identity structures are then compared. The work revealed how often the image of everyday life in the country is idealized. The official form of collective identity is hence unable to reflect changes in rural life within contemporary postmodern society, and does not reflect how inhabitants of rural areas identify themselves. In addition, this thesis also highlights the complexity of rural research as such, which should be studied on an interdisciplinary basis. Předkládaná diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou konstrukce kolektivní identity obyvatel venkovské obce v České republice. Zaměřuje se na podobu kolektivní identity obyvatel venkova, která je konstruována v rámci veřejné rozvojové politiky státu. Konkrétně jsou analyzovány dva dokumenty týkající se rozvoje venkova na území České republiky v programovém období 2007-2013 a jeden národní strategický plán pro období 2014-2020, který představuje doporučené vize pro zlepšení rozvoje venkova na regionální úrovni skrze metodu Leader. Zároveň, v rámci případové studie vybrané venkovské obce analyzuje i podobu kolektivní identity z perspektivy obyvatel dané obce. Obě konstrukce kolektivní identity posléze v práci porovnává. Mezi stěžejní zjištění práce patří zejména odhalení užívání často idealizovaných představ o každodenním životě na venkově. Formální podoba kolektivní identity tak posléze není schopna reflektovat proměny venkova v současné postmoderní společnosti, a zároveň tak neodpovídá ani způsobu jakým se dnes identifikují samotní obyvatelé venkovských obcí. This dissertation deals with research on entrepreneurship in peripheral rural areas of the Czech Republic. It makes use of questionnaire survey, the Delphi method, expert interviews and statistical methods in the author's own research. The theoretical part defines rural areas, entrepreneurship, history related to rural entrepreneurship and actors of the rural environment and their relationship to rural entrepreneurship. The practical part presents the research carried out using the above mentioned methods, mostly focused on rural areas in the inner periphery of western Bohemia. The chapters in the theoretical part of the thesis are based on the synthesis of knowledge from domestic and foreign literature, mainly economic and geographical. The theoretical part is based on data from the Czech Statistical Office or other state institutions. The theoretical part is followed by the objectives of the thesis and a description of the methodology used. The detailed application of these methods and research designs is explained in the practical part of the thesis, separately for each research. The practical part then presents the individual results of these researches, which concern the history and present situation of economic entities in the West Bohemian periphery. They also include data collection related to business subsidies, risks and problems of entrepreneurship in peripheral rural areas, economic opportunities and prospects in rural areas, and the impact of automation, robotics and digitisation on rural entrepreneurship. The data were collected from the public and entrepreneurs using a questionnaire survey, and from experts from academia, economists and mayors of municipalities using a three-round survey in a qualitative research based on the Delphi method. An interview was conducted with a family farm in the peripheral area, containing identical questions as the Delphi survey conducted among experts, with the aim to identify any differences. These data are compared to develop key findings. The thesis also focuses on research on how the subsidy affect the current situation of local entrepreneurs from selected municipalities in the peripheral area. An expert interview was conducted to assess the effectiveness of the subsidies provided. Finally, the general research questions are answered, the contributions of the research are presented and the identified opportunities for further academic research are summarised. The conclusions of the paper show that the structure of economic activities in the Czech peripheral countryside is changing. The number of economic entities working in research, development and education is increasing, while their number in the primary sector or crafts is gradually declining. The research shows that rural business opportunities are mainly influenced by subsidies, which enable businesses to sustain their existence and stimulate entry into rural business for new entrepreneurs. Subsidies are present in rural areas and are important for agricultural entrepreneurship. In addition to demand-side issues, the biggest risks to rural business are identified as transport and demographic issues. Předložená disertační práce se zabývá výzkumem podnikání na periferním venkově v České republice. V práci bylo využito dotazníkové šetření, Delphi metoda, expertní rozhovory a statistické metody ve vlastních výzkumech. V teoretické části byl vymezen venkov, podnikání, historie souvisící s podnikáním na venkově a aktéři rurálního prostředí a jejich vztah k podnikání na venkově. V praktické části jsou představeny realizované výzkumy, uskutečněné prostřednictvím výše uvedených metod, které byly většinou prováděny se zaměřením na venkov ve vnitřní periferní oblasti západních Čech. Kapitoly v teoretické části práce byly založeny na syntéze poznatků z domácí a zahraniční literatury, převážně ekonomické a geografické. Data použitá v teoretické části vycházejí z Českého statistického úřadu a jiných státních institucí. Na teoretickou část navazují cíle práce a popis metodiky v této práci použité. Detailní použití těchto metod a designů jednotlivých výzkumů je popsáno v praktické části práce, a to u jednotlivých výzkumů zvlášť. Stejně tak je uvedeno i představení jednotlivých výsledků těchto výzkumů, které se týkají historie a současnosti situace ekonomických subjektů na západočeské periferii. Dále se jedná o sběr dat vztahující se k dotacím do podnikání, rizikům a problémům podnikání na periferním venkově, ekonomickým příležitostem a perspektivám na venkově či dopadům automatizace, robotizace a digitalizace na venkovské podnikání. Data jsou posbírána od veřejnosti a podnikatelů za pomoci dotazníkového šetření a expertů z akademické sféry, ekonomů a starostů obcí, u nichž je použito tříkolové šetření v rámci kvalitativního výzkumu Delphi metodou. Byl realizován rozhovor s příslušníky rodinné farmy z periferní oblasti, kteří odpovídají na identické otázky jako experti z výzkumného šetření Delphi metodou. Cílem bylo identifikovat případné rozdíly. Tato data jsou navzájem srovnávána a mnohdy se na tom stavějí a rozvějí klíčová zjištění. Práce se dále zaměřuje na výzkum, jak ovlivňují dotace stávající situaci místních podnikatelů z vybraných obcí periferní oblasti. Pro zhodnocení účinnosti poskytovaných dotací byl realizován expertní rozhovor. Závěrem jsou zodpovězeny zadané obecné výzkumné otázky, představeny přínosy výzkumu a sumarizovány identifikované příležitosti pro další akademický výzkum. Závěry z práce ukazují, že struktura ekonomických aktivit na českém periferním venkově se mění. Počet ekonomických subjektů působících (dále "ES") ve výzkumu, vývoji a vzdělání roste, zatímco ES z primárního sektoru či řemesla postupně ubývají. Ukázalo se, že možnosti podnikání na venkově jsou ovlivňovány zejména dotacemi, které podnikatelským subjektům umožňují udržet se v chodu a stimulují vstup do podnikání na venkově pro nové podnikatele. Dotace jsou na venkově přítomné a jsou důležité pro podnikání v zemědělství. Za největší rizika pro podnikání jsou na venkově označovány kromě problémů strany poptávky také problematika dopravy a demografického vývoje na venkově. Obhájeno

This Thesis called "Amenity Migration in Region Podbrdsko" is engaged in research presence amenity migration phenomenon in region Podbrdsko. Region Podbrdsko was defined on the borders of three regions of the Czech Republic in the area between three cities Nepomuk, Blatná and Rožmitál pod Třemšínem. Amenity migration is quite new term that can be translated as pleasure migration. This type of migration is not economically motivated but stems from the desire to live in area with high quality environment. It usually includes the movement of population from urban to the rural environments. For research about amenity migration was selected region Podbrdsko that consist of sixteen villages. One of the aims of this Thesis was to determine the conditions of the emergence and existence of the amenity migration in this region. Another aim was to determine the forms of amenity migration in this region and the main reasons for migration to this region. The last aim was to find out what is the involvement of amenity migrants to life in this region. The results of this Thesis were evaluated by questionnaire research. Tato bakalářská práce nesoucí název "Amenitní migrace v oblasti Podbrdska," se zabývá výzkumem přítomnosti jevu amenitní migrace v oblasti Podbrdska. Zkoumaná oblast Podbrdska byla vymezena na styku hranic tří krajů České republiky a ohraničena třemi městy Nepomuk, Blatná a Rožmitál pod Třemšínem. Pojem amenitní migrace je relativně mladý termín a může se též nazývat migrací požitkovou. Tento druh migrace není motivována ekonomicky, ale snahou žít v oblasti s kvalitním životním prostředím. Zpravidla se jedná o pohyb obyvatelstva z městského prostředí do prostředí venkovského. Pro výzkum amenitní migrace byla vybrána oblast Podbrdska s celkem 16 obcemi. Jedním z cílů této práce bylo zjištění předpokladů pro vznik a existenci jevu amenitní migrace v této oblasti. Dalším cílem bylo též zjistit formy amenitní migrace v této oblasti, zjistit hlavní důvody migrace do této oblasti a také zjistit jaké je zapojení amenitních migrantů do života v této oblasti. Výsledky práce byly vyhodnoceny z dotazníkového šetření. Obhájeno
