Die Zentrifugalstreuer – lange Zeit als Einfachgeräte eingeordnet – sind inzwischen aufgerückt in die anspruchsvolle Leistungsklasse der Anbaugeräte. Entsprechend hat sich auch die Kostenstruktur verschoben. Nach wie vor gilt aber auch: Die Kosten für den ausgebrachten Dünger sind um ein Vielfaches höher als die Anschaffungskosten für den Streuer selbst. Precision and speed are the main aspects regarding fertilizing. These can only be solved with electronic controls and data management. Rotating disc fertilizer spreaders have been seen long times as simple machines. Presently they advanced to the more challenging machines. Therefore the price of these machines changed drastically. Nevertheless, fertilizer spreaders still cost a fraction of the amount which is paid for the fertilizer being broadcasted.     The trend within the field of spraying technology is still towards the use of larger working width and a moderately higher working speed. Hereby, a lot of technical solutions are assisting the operator while spraying in different ways, for example with the aim of saving pesticides, the compliance of legal regulations, the management of sprayer´s handling as well as the protection of the operator. New tendencies can be found in the field of drift control. The concept of reducing the distance between nozzles and crop target area down to 25 cm was enhanced by better boom suspension. Furthermore, a specific nozzle for this configuration was accredited by JKI for the first time. Bei der Pflanzenschutztechnik ist der Trend zur Nutzung größerer Arbeitsbreiten und moderat höherer Arbeitsgeschwindigkeiten weiter ungebrochen. Dabei unterstützen zahlreiche technische Lösungen den Anwender in unterschiedlicher Art und Weise, z.B. bei der Einsparung von Pflanzenschutzmitteln, bei der Einhaltung gesetzlicher Auflagen, beim Gerätemanagement sowie beim Anwenderschutz. Neue Entwicklungen sind zudem im Bereich der Abdriftminderung zu verzeichnen. Das Konzept des auf 25 cm verringerten Düsenabstandes wurde durch eine verbesserte Gestängeaufhängung weiterentwickelt.     Festzustellen ist ein deutlicher Trend hin zu großen Geräten. Es ist zu erwarten, dass in Zukunft Precision Farming verstärkt im Pflanzenschutz Eingang findet. GPS- und GIS-Systeme werden zukünftig Erfassung und Dokumentation von Pflanzenschutzmaßnahmen erleichtern. Große leistungsfähige Pflanzenschutzgeräte sind in der Regel mit einem Agrarcomputer zur Regelung der Ausbringmenge und zunehmend mit weiteren elektronischen Funktionalitäten/Assistenzsystemen ausgestattet. Abdriftmindernde Injektordüsen sind ein einfaches und sehr wirksames Instrument, um Regelabstände zu Oberflächengewässern und Saumstrukturen zu vermindern. Die Verteilungsqualität bei Feldspritzgeräten ist auch bei großen Auslegerbreiten und höheren Fahrgeschwindigkeiten gewährleistet. Die Geräte verfügen über effektive Einspüleinrichtungen, Reinigungseinrichtungen, Zirkulationssysteme und andere Hilfsmittel, um Punkteinträge an Pflanzenschutzmitteln zu vermeiden. There is a clear trend towards large equipment. An increase in precision farming can be expected in the future. GPS and GIS systems will facilitate registering and documenting plant protection measures in future. Large and efficient plant protection equipment is generally equipped with an electronic spray control unit for regulating the amount of spray liquid, and increasingly with further electronic functions/assisting systems. Drift reducing injector nozzles are a simple and very effective instrument to reduce standard buffer zones to surface water and ecotones. The quality of distribution from field sprayers is also guaranteed for large boom widths and higher driving speeds. The equipment comprises effective filling devices, cleaning and circulation systems, and other means of avoiding point sources from plant protection products.     Festzustellen ist ein deutlicher Trend hin zu großen Geräten. Es ist zu erwarten, dass in Zukunft Precision Farming verstärkt im Pflanzenschutz Eingang findet. GPS- und GIS-Systeme werden zukünftig Erfassung und Dokumentation von Pflanzenschutzmaßnahmen erleichtern. Große leistungsfähige Pflanzenschutzgeräte sind in der Regel mit einem Agrarcomputer zur Regelung der Ausbringmenge und zunehmend mit weiteren elektronischen Funktionalitäten/Assistenzsystemen ausgestattet. Abdriftmindernde Injektordüsen sind ein einfaches und sehr wirksames Instrument, um Regelabstände zu Oberflächengewässern und Saumstrukturen zu vermindern. Die Verteilungsqualität bei Feldspritzgeräten ist auch bei großen Auslegerbreiten und höheren Fahrgeschwindigkeiten gewährleistet. Die Geräte verfügen über effektive Einspüleinrichtungen, Reinigungseinrichtungen, Zirkulationssysteme und andere Hilfsmittel, um Punkteinträge an Pflanzenschutzmitteln zu vermeiden. There is a clear trend towards large equipment. An increase in precision farming can be expected in the future. GPS and GIS systems will facilitate registering and documenting plant protection measures in future. Large and efficient plant protection equipment is generally equipped with an electronic spray control unit for regulating the amount of spray liquid, and increasingly with further electronic functions/assisting systems. Drift reducing injector nozzles are a simple and very effective instrument to reduce standard buffer zones to surface water and ecotones. The quality of distribution from field sprayers is also guaranteed for large boom widths and higher driving speeds. The equipment comprises effective filling devices, cleaning and circulation systems, and other means of avoiding point sources from plant protection products.
