    Authors: Baruca, Petra;

    V magistrski nalogi se ukvarjamo z vprašanjem, zakaj ima tiskana beseda tudi v dobi digitalizacije pomembno vlogo v intencionalni vzgoji in izobraževanju novih generacij posameznikov in posameznic. V uvodu se posvetimo jeziku in ugotavljamo, da je ta ključen za razvoj posameznika, prenos znanja in reprodukcijo družbe. Sledi obravnava problematike, ki zadeva znanje in vedenje posameznikov in posameznic v družbi. Predstavimo dva pogleda na znanje: znanje, ki je vrednota samo na sebi in je del posameznikovih temeljev, in znanje, ki deluje kot uporabno orodje, za katerega velja, da je dobro, če ga ima, ni pa del posameznikovih temeljev. Ugotavljamo, da se spremembe na področju pojmovanja znanja dogajajo vzporedno spremembami v glavnih nosilcih znanja. Pokažemo, da so se ob spremembah na področju znanja in njegovih nosilcev, spremenili tudi načini branja. Ugotovimo, da bolj kot poglobljeno branje v današnjem času bralci predvsem preletavajo vsebine. Zaključimo z ugotovitvijo, da je poglobljeno branje ključni element pridobivanja znanja. Da bralec razvije sposobnosti poglobljenega branja, pa je potrebno urjenje in trening, saj le dobri bralci zmorejo premagati pasti digitalnih besedil. Ključno je torej, da ko govorimo o razvijanju bralnih spretnosti otrok, vztrajamo pri tiskanih besedilih, ki jim bodo omogočila širjenje besednjaka in razvoj kognitivnih sposobnosti, ki jih zahteva spoprijem z zahtevnejšimi besedili. Ugotavljamo pa, da je treba kljub temu v vzgojno-izobraževalni proces smiselno vključevati tudi digitalne vsebine. and knowledge, which acts as a useful tool and which is considered to be good having, but it is not a part of the individual’s foundation. We find that changes in the field of knowledge conceptualisation are taking place parallel to changes in the main knowledge holders. We show that along with changes in the field of knowledge and its holders, the ways of reading have also changed. We find that in today’s time, readers primarily flip through content instead of practicing in-depth reading. We conclude with the finding that in-depth reading is a crucial element of knowledge acquisition. In order for the reader to develop the skills of in-depth reading, coaching and training are necessary, since only good readers are able to overcome the traps of digital content. In terms of developing reading skills of children, it is therefore crucial to insist on printed text, which will allow them to broaden their vocabulary and develop cognitive abilities, required for the understanding of more complex texts. However, we find that it is also necessary to include digital content in the educational process. In the Master’s thesis, we are dealing with the question, why the printed work has an important role in the intentional education of new generation of male and female individuals even in the age of digitalisation. In the introduction, we discuss language and find that it is crucial for the individual’s development, transfer of knowledge and the reproduction of society. This is followed by the study of the issue, which includes knowledge and behaviour of individuals in society. We present two views on knowledge knowledge, which is a value per se and a part of the individuals’ foundation

    Authors: Zakotnik, Urša;

    The master thesis discusses educational publishing and digital learning tools. In the last fifteen years, digital learning tools experienced great progress and made its way into primary and secondary aducation in Slovenia. Our goal was to research the role of the state, Institute for education, and role of the publishing houses in the digitalisation of primary education. For this purpose we prepared timeline of evolution of digital learning tools used in Slovenian primary education. In the empirical part of the master thesis we described and compared digital textbooks created and published by Institute of education and digital textbooks and accompanying learning tools created and published by Rokus Klett Publishing House and Mladinska knjiga Publishing House. We prepared a short survey among teachers to find out how often they use digital learning tools and textbooks and which publisher is the most popular among teachers. The research gave us rough insight into the use of digital learning materials in Slovenian primary schools, but it cannot be considered representative, due to the unsufficient sample of respondents. Magistrska naloga se ukvarja z izobraževalnim založništvom in digitalnimi učnimi gradivi. V Sloveniji so digitalna učna gradiva v zadnjih petnajstih letih doživela velik razvoj in si utrla pot v osnovne in srednje šole. Naš cilj je bil raziskati, kakšno vlogo je imela pri digitalizaciji osnovnošolskega pouka država, natančneje Zavod za šolstvo, in kakšno vlogo so imele pri tem založbe. Z analizo razvoja slovenskih digitalnih učnih gradiv smo kronološko predstavili potek nastajanja digitalnih učnih gradiv, ki se uporabljajo v osnovnih šolah. Raziskovalni del magistrske naloge je bil namenjen primerjalni analizi digitalnih gradiv, ki so jih ustvarili na Zavodu RS za šolstvo in digitalnih gradiv, ki sta jih ustvarili založbi Rokus Klett in Mladinska knjiga. Z metodo ankete smo želeli dobiti predstavo o dejanski rabi digitalnih učnih gradiv pri pouku v osnovni šoli in priljubljenosti gradiv posameznih založb. Raziskave zaradi premajhnega vzorca anketiranih učiteljev ne moremo jemati za reprezentativno, smo pa dobili grob vpogled v stanje rabe digitalnih učnih gradiv v osnovnih šolah.

    Authors: PONIKVAR, CHRISTIAN;

    In the recent years, board games are making a come back. The amount of people playing them is increasing. In a game where most of the interactions are verbal and imagination based, the battles are conducted on a playing surface with figurines. The issue of how to display the combat environment soon becomes obvious. Most commonly used are drawn sheets of paper, cut out forms and glass surface on which you draw. I am focusing on this problem by displaying the combat surface with a computer. I have been playing the fantasy board game with my friends for the past 7 years, which introduced this problem and gave me the inspiration to tackle it. I want to migrate the building of rooms, buildings and terrains into a computer program. This digital interactive map is displayed on a table, where players move their figurines on. The main difference compared to the existing solutions is the object interactions, for example opening a door and dinamic lighting, which allows limiting vision in darkness. In this thesis there is a short introduction to fantasy board games with rough rule sets, an introduction to the existing solutions, the development of my solution in the game engine Unity and its testing. V zadnjih letih namizne igre ponovno postajajo popularne. S tem narašča število ljudi, ki igrajo fantazijske namizne igre. Pri igri, v kateri poteka večina interakcij verbalno in z domišljijo, bitke potekajo na igralni površini s figurami. Pri tem je zelo pogosta težava, kako čim bolj očitno prikazati igralni teren. Uporabljajo se popisani listi papirja, izrezane oblike in steklene površine, po katerih se riše. V diplomski nalogi se lotevam tega problema s prikazom zemljevida z računalnikom. Fantazijsko namizno igro Dungeons & Dragons igram s prijatelji že sedem let, kar mi je predstavilo ta problem in dalo navdih. Celotno gradnjo prostorov, stavb in terenov želim prestaviti v računalniški program. Ta digitalni interaktivni zemljevid je prikazan na mizi, kjer igralci postavljajo in premikajo svoje figure. Glavne razlike v primerjavi z že obstoječimi rešitvami so interakcije s predmeti, na primer odpiranje vrat in dinamična svetloba, katera omogoča omejevanje vida v temi. V nalogi je razložena kratka zgodovina domišljijskih iger, potek igre, obstoječe rešitve in potek razvoja moje rešitve v igralnem pogonu Unity ter njeno testiranje.

    Authors: Zelnik, Lucija;

    This paper investigates the relationship between paparazzi and celebrities in Slovenia, which is in certain views slightly different than abroad. Its goal is to determine to what extent paparazzi ethically violate celebrities' privacy and to what extent they contribute to their self-promotion and exposure. The paper examines work obligations of Slovene paparazzi, ethical boundaries in privacy violation and the impact of digitalisation on the relationship between paparazzi and celebrities. The research is qualitative and carried out using the semi-structured in-depth interview method with Slovene paparazzi or photographers, who also take photos of celebrities. Based on the interviewees' answers, it was determined that work obligations of Slovene paparazzi in the past were similar to work obligations of foreign paparazzi, they only earned less, while nowadays there are no real paparazzi in Slovenia. More and more celebrity photos are prearranged and agree upon in advance. The work of paparazzi has been severely undermined by digitalisation, social networks in particular. Diplomsko delo se ukvarja z odnosom med paparaci in zvezdniki v Sloveniji, ki je v določenih pogledih nekoliko drugačen kot v tujini. Cilj je ugotoviti, v kolikšni meri prihaja pri delu paparacev do etično spornega poseganja v zasebnost in v kolikšni meri do samopromocije in razkazovanja zvezdnikov. Naloga raziskuje, kako je videti delo slovenskega paparaca, etične meje poseganja v zasebnost ter vpliv digitalizacije na odnos med paparaci in zvezdniki. Raziskava je kvalitativna, izvedena je z metodo polstrukturiranega poglobljenega intervjuja s slovenskimi paparaci oziroma fotografi, ki se med drugim ukvarjajo s fotografiranjem znanih oseb. Glavne ugotovitve, ki jih podajo intervjuvanci, so, da je v preteklosti delo slovenskega paparaca potekalo podobno kot v tujini, le zaslužek je bil manjši, trenutno pa v Sloveniji ni več pravih paparacev. Vse več zvezdniških fotografij je nastavljenih in vnaprej dogovorjenih, digitalizacija pa je delu paparaca v glavnem močno škodovala, predvsem pojav družbenih omrežij.

    This final degree presents the ways of capturing the shape of geometric bodies and describes the process of digitalisation of the part with a structured light 3D scanner. The effects on the measurement result are analyzed, focusing on the alignment of the scanned cloud points and the nominal 3D model and the selection of appropriate measurement procedures. The process of injection molding of the plastic product was monitored through three series. The purpose is to determine the detection of changes in the tool with frequent control. The second purpose is to determine the sensitivity of changes in different conditions, specifically adding the percentage of recycled material to the base material. In conclusion, there is a proposal to introduce this kind of control into regular production, based on the results. V diplomskem delu so predstavljeni načini zajemanja oblike geometrijskih teles in opisan postopek digitalizacije merjenca s 3D skenerjem s strukturirano svetlobo. Obravnavani so vplivi na merilni rezultat s poudarkom na določevanju poravnave skeniranega oblaka točk in nominalnega 3D modela ter izbire ustreznih merilnih postopkov. Izvedeno je spremljanje procesa injekcijskega brizganja plastičnega izdelka skozi tri serije brizganja. Namen je ugotoviti zaznavnost sprememb pri orodju ob pogostem menjavanju na stroju za brizganje v treh serijah. Drugi namen je ugotoviti zaznavnost sprememb pri različnih pogojih brizganja, konkretno dodajanja deleža zmletega odpada v osnovni material. V zaključku je predlog za uvedbo tovrstnega načina kontrole v redno proizvodnjo na podlagi pridobljenih rezultatov.

    Authors: Šeruga, Vasja;

    The research study examined Industry 4.0, the Internet of Things (IoT) and the state of implementation of these two concepts in the Slovenian timber industry, with an emphasis on smart factories and smart, innovative products (smart furniture, smart house/home, etc.). In the empirical part of the research, we prepared a survey and interviewed selected managers and directors of Slovenian timber companies. The results show that more than half of the surveyed companies (57%) are already implementing the Industry 4.0 concept in their businesses, while the rest are beginners when speaking about digitalisation. The biggest obstacles to the implementation of the concept in business are the high investments needed in the equipment and the lack of financal support from the state. The lack of digital competences, which is especially prevalent among older workers, is another major barrier that businesses face. Among the elements of smart factories, most companies use advanced materials (28%), while fewer (around 10%) use intelligent control systems and smart mechatronic tools. Another fact is that only 15% of the surveyed companies are engaged in the production of smart products. We can conclude that digitalisation in the Slovenian timber industry is still at a relatively low level. V raziskavi smo proučevali koncepta industrija 4.0 in internet stvari (IoT) ter raziskovali stanje implementacije teh dveh konceptov v slovenski lesni panogi, s poudarkom na pametnih tovarnah in pametnih, inovativnih izdelkih (pametno pohištvo, pametna hiša/dom ipd.). V sklopu empiričnega dela raziskave smo izvedli anketo in opravili intervjuje z izbranimi managerji in direktorji slovenskih lesnih podjetij. Ugotovili smo, da več kot polovica anketiranih podjetij (57 %) koncept Industrija 4.0 že udejanja pri svojem poslovanju, medtem ko so ostali na področju digitalizacije popolni začetniki. Največje ovire pri implementaciji koncepta v poslovanje predstavljajo visoke investicije in premajhna pomoč države. Pomembno oviro predstavlja tudi pomanjkanje digitalnih kompetenc, ki se pojavlja predvsem pri starejših delavcih. Med elementi pametnih tovarn največ podjetij uporablja napredne materiale (28 %), prej manj (okoli 10 %) pa se jih poslužuje inteligentnih sistemov vodenja in pametnih mehatronskih orodij. Ugotavljamo tudi, da se zgolj 15 % anketiranih podjetij ukvarja z izdelavo pametnih izdelkov. Zaključimo lahko, da je stopnja digitalizacije v slovenski lesni industriji še na dokaj nizki ravni.

    The Covid-19 pandemic has transformed our society, with administrative procedures - as relationships between public authorities and citizens and businesses - being no exception. Still, the innovative digitalisation of such procedures means the 58 administrative units across Slovenia have been able to develop a responsive administrative system. Using normative, descriptive and statistical research methods, the article identifies the relevant drivers and barriers, like user demands leading to a more responsive service, the lack of legal bases, and the top-down approach discouraging progress. Correlation analysis shows that digitalisation also holds important positive implications for the principles of good governance. Moreover, larger administrative units are more likely to achieve a higher degree of digitalisation and hence better public governance. The findings are useful for designing evidence-based public policies to properly respond to pandemic-associated challenges. Pandemija Covida-19 je preoblikovala našo družbo, vključno z upravnimi postopki kot razmerji med oblastmi ter državljani in podjetji. Prek njihove inovativne digitalizacije pa je v 58 upravnih enotah v Sloveniji prišlo do razvoja odzivnega upravnega sistema. Z uporabo normativne, deskriptivne in statistične raziskovalne metode so opredeljeni dejavniki in ovire na področju, med prvimi zlasti zahteve strank, med drugimi pa manko pravnih podlag in z vrha vodene organizacije. Rezultati korelacijske matrike kažejo, da ima digitalizacija tudi pomembne pozitivne učinke na načela dobrega upravljanja. Nadalje večje enote lažje uvajajo višjo stopnjo digitalizacije in s tem boljše javno upravljanje. Ugotovitve so uporabne za oblikovanje na dokazih temelječih javnih politik za ustrezen odziv na pandemijo.

    Authors: Kosjek, Karolina;

    The digitalization of the entire economy will be inevitable in the future, in order to meet the needs of humanity while adapting to constantly evolving conditions. The Common agricultural policy has been supporting the development and application of innovation for many years. Making appropriate decisions based on the data collected is essential in the digitization process. Decision-making in agriculture is of particular importance because of its dynamics, as it depends on a number of variables that can be very unpredictable due to the impact of the environment. To process huge amounts of data produced by versatile use of smart technologies, decision support systems are essential to make recommendations with the proposed solution or advice, based on the collected data, models and requirements. Nevertheless, it is crucial that the final decision is still in the hands of the decision-maker, the farmer. This paper focuses on support systems for decision-making in agriculture within the general digitalization of agriculture, the concept of agriculture 4.0, precision agriculture and the plans of the current and future common agricultural policy. Moreover, the paper presents the background and operation of decision support systems in general and more in particular in agriculture. Finally, it proposes an overview of examples of application in the field of decision support systems in agriculture within spatial planning, irrigation, use and balance of fertilizers, plant protection products, general farm management and planning set for the future development of these tools, based on current user needs. Digitalizacija celotnega gospodarstva bo v prihodnosti, v namen zadostitve potrebam človeštva in prilagoditve spreminjajočim se razmeram, neizbežna. Skupna kmetijska politika že vrsto let podpira razvoj in uporabo inovacij. Ključni člen v procesu digitalizacije za želeno doseganje napredka je sprejemanje ustreznih odločitev na podlagi zbranih podatkov. Samo sprejemanje odločitev v kmetijstvu ima zaradi svoje dinamike poseben pomen, saj je odvisno od številnih spremenljivk, ki so lahko zaradi vpliva okolja zelo nepredvidljive. Poplavo podatkov, ki jo je povzročila vsestranska uporaba pametnih tehnologij premagujemo z uporabo pametnih sistemov za podporo odločanju, ki nam na podlagi zbranih podatkov, modelov in zahtev, izdelajo priporočila s predlagano rešitvijo oziroma nasvetom. Pri čemer je ključno, da je končna odločitev še vedno v rokah odločevalca, kmeta. V diplomskem delu se v okviru splošne digitalizacije kmetijstva, koncepta kmetijstva 4.0, preciznega kmetijstva in načrtov dosedanje in prihodnje skupne kmetijske politike osredotočamo na sisteme za podporo pri odločanju v kmetijstvu. Predstavljeno je ozadje in delovanje sistemov za podporo pri odločanju na splošno in v kmetijstvu ter pregled nekaterih primerov uporabe na področju sistemov za podporo pri odločanju v kmetijstvu pri prostorskem načrtovanju, namakanju, rabi oziroma bilanci gnojil, sredstev za varstvo rastlin in splošnega upravljanja kmetijskih gospodarstev in ciljev, ki so na podlagi trenutnih potreb uporabnikov zadani za prihodnji razvoj teh orodij.

    Authors: Baruca, Petra;

    Authors: Zakotnik, Urša;

    Authors: PONIKVAR, CHRISTIAN;

    Authors: Šeruga, Vasja;

    Authors: Kosjek, Karolina;
