    International audience; In this article we trace the evolution of (moral, political) norms, science and technology under the combined effect of the digitalisation of lifestyles and the ecological challenge. We show that the ecological effects are more than offset by the rapid expansion of the sector and the associated digitalisation of lifestyles. As a result, GHG emissions are doubling every 15 years, without this increase being offset by a positive effect on other sectors. At the turn of 2018-2019, numerous reports, bills, texts, etc. are taking note of the alarming nature of the situation. A normative production affirms the intention to go further than what exists. It incorporates the issue of accelerated obsolescence and even questions certain practices. The concrete results, however, remain to be measured.; Dans cet article nous retraçons l’évolution des normes (morales, politiques), des sciences et des techniques sous l’effet conjoint de la digitalisation des modes de vie et de l’enjeu écologique. Nous montrons que les effets écologiques sont plus que compensés par l’expansion rapide du secteur et la digitalisation des modes de vie qui va avec. D’où notamment des émissions de GES qui doublent tous les quinze ans, sans que cette hausse soit compensée par un effet positif sur les autres secteurs. Au tournant de 2018-2019, de nombreux rapports, projets de loi, textes, etc. prennent acte du caractère alarmant de la situation. Une production normative affirme l’intention d’aller plus loin que l’existant. Elle intègre la problématique de l’obsolescence accélérée et questionne même certains usages. Les résultats concrets restent toutefois à mesurer.

    La digitalisation du secteur touristique soulève plusieurs questionnements quant à l’adaptation aux nouvelles formes de technologies numériques. Cet article vise à s’interroger en profondeur sur les dimensions de gestion et de gouvernance des destinations touristiques, au regard de la « transition digitale », réelle ou perçue, opérée dans le secteur. Alors que la littérature scientifique en tourisme intègre davantage de questions relatives aux nouvelles technologies, notamment en faisant référence aux destinations dites « intelligentes » (smart tourism destination), le présent article propose de se distancier de ces notions et de la vision techno-centrée qu’elles induisent. À travers le cas d’étude de la Région de Bruxelles-Capitale, en Belgique, nous étudierons comment le modèle de gestion de la destination se modifie avec la digitalisation du secteur. Confronter théories et réalités de terrain ont permis de saisir plus finement les enjeux de la digitalisation pour les acteurs du système touristique bruxellois. Ces enjeux sont loin d’être circonscrits au seul champ des technologies, et nous verrons l’étroite relation qu’il semble y avoir entre digitalisation et enjeux économiques, sociaux et environnementaux d’une destination. This paper aims to contribute to the literature on the adaptation of the tourism sector to ongoing digitalization. It does so by examining how destination management and governance are being changed with the so-called digital transition of human societies and economies. Whereas the tourism literature tends to address this issue from a techno-centric perspective, embedding research in notions such as smartness or smart tourism destination, a more critical approach is adopted in this study. This is done by confronting existent techno-centric conceptual frameworks with empirical findings regarding the challenges encountered by public and private tourism practitioners involved in the management of the destination Brussels, Belgium. The study results highlight how the challenges posed by digitalization are far from being confined to the field of technology. Indeed, they seem deeply intertwined with structural, economical, social, and environmental issues.

    L’article explore l’activité du manager de proximité (MDP) dans le cadre de la digitalisation danstrois hôtels d’une chaîne hôtelière internationale. La méthodologie permet une analyse del’activité du manager sur deux niveaux :l’activité du MDP dans son rôle de gestionnaire auquotidien en environnement digitalisé et l’activité du MDP dans l’accompagnement d’un projetpilote de digitalisation de l’accueil via le smartphone. L’analyse ergonomique montre un effetcontroversé des technologies avec le renforcement du cadre gestionnaire et du contrôle surl’activité managériale. L’analyse ergonomique est également révélatrice du rôle de régulation duMDP. En contexte de changement du mode d’accueil, les résultats révèlent des tentativesd’« empowerment » du MDP pour rendre acceptable le smartphone par les réceptionnistes àtravers des mises en situations destinées au développement du travail émotionnel desréceptionnistes. Ce cadre gestionnaire n’offre pas la possibilité au MDP d’être en capacité d’agirpour le développement d’un réel pouvoir d’agir des réceptionnistes avec le dispositif. Des pistessont énoncées afin d’envisager une digitalisation source de développement de l’activité. Uned’entre elles repose sur le rapprochement des concepteurs et des usagers :managers,réceptionnistes, revenue manager autour de l’objet de la personnalisation du service.     This article looks at the trend toward digitalisation and how it is affecting natural spaces, especially forests. How have forest sports activities been affected by the deployment of digitalised equipment? Which activities lend themselves to digitalisation and which seem to resist it?This article presents the findings on the levels and forms of the digitalisation of outdoor sports activities. The study focused on what − given the possibilities of geolocation (GPS) − affects or does not affect the socialisation of the forest and the territorialisation of activities.The study area was made up of all the forest areas of the Rouen Normandy metropolis. In addition to field observations (n≈150), the study used mixed methods, combining a quantitative survey by questionnaire (n=332), the collection of digital traces (n≈1000) left by leisure sports practitioners equipped with tracking devices, and a qualitative investigation through semi-structured interviews (n=10).In the first section of this article, the study area, material, and data collection methods are described, as are the two categories of forest leisure sports practitioners distinguished on the basis of their use of digital technology. Second, the article focuses on a particular profile: hyper-practitioners who use digital technology for measurement and for the exploration of the environment. Last, the results are discussed using a typology that crosses the use of digital technology with regard to motor logic and the perceptions of the forest practice space as an environment or a stadium. This last part will be an opportunity to find commonalities between the forest and mountain areas for leisure practices.

    La réforme Copernic de l’administration publique a impliqué l’individualisation, l’évaluation, la digitalisation et la création de structures. Dans le secteur de la justice, les lois dites pot-pourri (tant leurs objets sont variés) ont porté sur ces différents aspects. Leur mise en œuvre s’est effectuée à géométrie variable. À travers l’analyse thématique de 24 entretiens avec des juges de proximité et des chefs de corps, l’article montre que certaines dimensions (digitalisation et création de structures) ont été plus abouties que d’autres (évaluation). La figure du juge demeure fondamentalement individuelle et autonome. La manière dont les juges entendent appliquer les mesures que l’exécutif a pensées dans une logique managériale (New Public Management) les rapproche plutôt d’un État Néo-Wébérien. La tension entre ces deux paradigmes de l’administration publique se révèle à partir de contraintes que vivent les acteurs du judiciaire, dont principalement le manque de ressources humaines et logistiques.

    Cet article se penche sur le processus de digitalisation qui touche aujourd’hui les espaces naturels et notamment la forêt.Comment les loisirs sportifs en forêt ont-ils été affectés par le déploiement de leurs digitalisations possibles ? Quelles sont les activités qui se prêtent le plus à la digitalisation et celles qui semblent résister à ces offres ?Cet article propose d’étudier des niveaux et des formes de digitalisation des activités, et d’examiner en particulier ce qui, avec les possibilités de géolocalisation (GPS), affecte ou non la socialisation de la forêt d’une part, la territorialisation des activités d’autre part.Le terrain d’étude est constitué par l’ensemble des massifs forestiers de la Métropole Rouen Normandie.Outre les observations de terrain (N≈150) l’article prend appui sur la méthode mixte qui combinent une enquête quantitative par questionnaire (n=332) ; la collecte de traces numériques (N≈1000) laissées par les pratiquants de loisirs sportifs équipés de dispositifs de traçage et une enquête qualitative par l’intermédiaire d’entretiens semi-directifs (N=10).La première partie de l’article décrit le terrain d’étude, le matériel et les méthodes de recueil employés et distingue deux catégories de pratiquants de loisirs sportifs en forêt en fonction de l’utilisation du numérique. Dans un deuxième temps, l’article se centre sur un profil particulier : des hyper-pratiquants qui utilisent le numérique dans la mesure et dans l’exploration du milieu. Enfin, les résultats obtenus sont discutés à l’aide d’une typologie qui croise l’utilisation du numérique dans la logique motrice et la perception du milieu de l’espace de pratique comme un milieu ou un stade. Cette dernière partie sera l’occasion de faire dialoguer les pratiques de loisirs en forêt et dans les espaces de montagne.

    En gérontologie, les travaux de recherches s’intéressent de près à la question de savoir comment et pourquoi les personnes âgées utilisent ou non les nouvelles technologies. La plupart de ces recherches s’appuient sur une compréhension différenciée de la vieillesse et du vieillissement, mais utilisent un concept restreint des technologies, les réduisant à des artefacts manifestes. Pour élargir cette compréhension des technologies, la gérontologie peut s’inspirer des Science and Technology Studies (STS). L’article examine les approches et perspectives des STS sur la vieillesse, le vieillissement et les technologies, tout en cherchant à montrer leur comptabilité avec la recherche en gérontologie. À partir d’un état de l’art en STS, cet article aborde deux questions. Dans une perspective STS, quels aspects sont abordés dans le domaine thématique « vieillesse, vieillissement et technologies » ? Quelles positions caractérisent une perspective STS sur les technologies, la vieillesse et le vieillissement ? Cette recherche nous montre que les études en STS s’intéressent d’une part aux processus de développement et de conception des nouvelles technologies pour les personnes âgées et d’autre part aux interactions quotidiennes entre les technologies et les personnes âgées. À la lumière de ces résultats, l’article esquisse le champ de la socio-gérontechnologie comme un programme de recherche à l’interface entre les STS et la gérontologie à travers trois thèmes : (1) les matérialités de la vieillesse et du vieillissement qui vont au-delà des technologies innovantes, (2) la relation entre les discours sur la vieillesse et le vieillissement et l’innovation technologique et (3) le pouvoir d’action technologique des personnes âgées. A vast body of gerontological research addresses the questions of how and why older adults use new technologies or not. While the majority of them advocate for a differentiated understanding of age(ing), most are based on a narrow understanding of technology, reducing it to manifest artefacts. To broaden such an understanding, gerontology can learn from science and technology studies (STS). This article discusses STS approaches and perspectives on age(ing) and technologies as well as their compatibility with gerontological research. Based on a state-of-the-art literature in STS, this research overview addresses two questions: which aspects does an STS perspective on age(ing) and technologies emphasize? Which concepts are being used in STS to investigate age(ing) and technologies? Respective research analyzes firstly, how (negative) images of ageing are inscribed into technologies throughout the design and development process and, secondly, the creative everyday interactions between older adults and technologies. In doing so, images of ageing, technological artefacts, developers and older (non)users are equally conceptualized as agential. The paper outlines a socio-gerontechnological research agenda by outlining three thematic areas: (1) materialities of ageing that exceed innovative technology, (2) the relations between images of ageing and technological innovation discourses, and (3) the technological agency of older adults.

    Nous présentons ici un exemple de déclinaison grand public sous forme d’un produit multimédia de la base de données 3D du site de Lascaux établie en premier lieu à fin d’étude et de conservation. Les étapes de la création de ce produit ainsi que les acteurs et les moyens techniques mis en œuvre sont exposés. Ce travail est lié à l’établissement d’un cahier des charges, en amont de la numérisation 3D sur le terrain, émanant des archéologues afin que le budget et le choix des résolutions et définitions soient pris en compte.In this article we present the example of a multimedia product of the Lascaux cave 3D database prepared for presentation to the general public. This database was first established for purposes of study and conservation. The steps undertaken in the creation of the product and the actors and the technical means employed are analysed. The project is designed to underpin the specifications prior to 3D scanning of the site, specifications drawn up by archaeologists to ensure that the project will take into account budgetary considerations and the appropriate choice of resolution and definition.

    Lancée depuis plus de cinquante ans maintenant, la dématérialisation du droit a pour objectif de permettre l’accès du plus grand nombre au droit grâce à une diffusion large des textes. Si cet accès est envisagé pour les humains, il concerne tout autant les machines, les outils algorithmiques dans le champ de la justice reposant sur ces dématérialisations pour consulter en ligne les bases de données et en extraire le contenu. Cruciale donc pour le développement de nouveaux services numériques, la dématérialisation du droit est pourtant loin d’être une simple question technique portant sur l’accès au droit, elle a des conséquences sur le droit lui-même et sur les manières de l’analyser ou de le mobiliser. Launched more than fifty years ago, the dematerialisation of the legal documents aims at providing a large access to legal sources through their digital dissemination. If this access is intended for humans, it also concerns machines, as algorithmic tools in the field of justice rely on these dematerialisations to consult databases online and extract their content. The dematerialisation of legal documents is therefore vital for the development of new digital services. However, this dematerialisation is far from being a simple technical issue concerning access to law. It has consequences on the law it-self but also on the ways of analysing or mobilising it.

    International audience; Depuis une dizaine d’année, la digitalisation est identifiée dans les organisations comme un défi à relever. Souvent générales, les réflexions sur la nécessaire transformation digitale en appellent, dans de nombreux cas, à un remodelage du rapport aux espaces et aux temps. En particulier, l’idée selon laquelle l’un des enjeux centraux consisterait en une « transformation culturelle » est associée par de nombreuses entreprises à des projets de refonte des espaces de travail sur le modèle du flex-office. L’introduction au dossier « Espaces et temps de l’activité à l’ère de la digitalisation » pose le principe qui a fondé ce dossier. Il s’agit d’appréhender ces mutations en s’interrogeant sur la place qu’elles accordent, dans la conception et dans les réalisations pratiques, à l’activité et à ses logiques. Alors que les espaces et le temps sont conçus comme devant aider à opérationnaliser la transformation culturelle, il s’agit de se demander à quels résultats aboutissent des travaux qui insistent sur le fait que les espaces et le temps ne sont pas qu’un arrière-plan neutre de déploiement de l’activité. Les usages ont tout lieu de s’avérer décisifs et les processus d’appropriation d’être les enjeux de la réalisation effective de la transformation digitale.

    International audience; In this article we trace the evolution of (moral, political) norms, science and technology under the combined effect of the digitalisation of lifestyles and the ecological challenge. We show that the ecological effects are more than offset by the rapid expansion of the sector and the associated digitalisation of lifestyles. As a result, GHG emissions are doubling every 15 years, without this increase being offset by a positive effect on other sectors. At the turn of 2018-2019, numerous reports, bills, texts, etc. are taking note of the alarming nature of the situation. A normative production affirms the intention to go further than what exists. It incorporates the issue of accelerated obsolescence and even questions certain practices. The concrete results, however, remain to be measured.; Dans cet article nous retraçons l’évolution des normes (morales, politiques), des sciences et des techniques sous l’effet conjoint de la digitalisation des modes de vie et de l’enjeu écologique. Nous montrons que les effets écologiques sont plus que compensés par l’expansion rapide du secteur et la digitalisation des modes de vie qui va avec. D’où notamment des émissions de GES qui doublent tous les quinze ans, sans que cette hausse soit compensée par un effet positif sur les autres secteurs. Au tournant de 2018-2019, de nombreux rapports, projets de loi, textes, etc. prennent acte du caractère alarmant de la situation. Une production normative affirme l’intention d’aller plus loin que l’existant. Elle intègre la problématique de l’obsolescence accélérée et questionne même certains usages. Les résultats concrets restent toutefois à mesurer.

    La digitalisation du secteur touristique soulève plusieurs questionnements quant à l’adaptation aux nouvelles formes de technologies numériques. Cet article vise à s’interroger en profondeur sur les dimensions de gestion et de gouvernance des destinations touristiques, au regard de la « transition digitale », réelle ou perçue, opérée dans le secteur. Alors que la littérature scientifique en tourisme intègre davantage de questions relatives aux nouvelles technologies, notamment en faisant référence aux destinations dites « intelligentes » (smart tourism destination), le présent article propose de se distancier de ces notions et de la vision techno-centrée qu’elles induisent. À travers le cas d’étude de la Région de Bruxelles-Capitale, en Belgique, nous étudierons comment le modèle de gestion de la destination se modifie avec la digitalisation du secteur. Confronter théories et réalités de terrain ont permis de saisir plus finement les enjeux de la digitalisation pour les acteurs du système touristique bruxellois. Ces enjeux sont loin d’être circonscrits au seul champ des technologies, et nous verrons l’étroite relation qu’il semble y avoir entre digitalisation et enjeux économiques, sociaux et environnementaux d’une destination. This paper aims to contribute to the literature on the adaptation of the tourism sector to ongoing digitalization. It does so by examining how destination management and governance are being changed with the so-called digital transition of human societies and economies. Whereas the tourism literature tends to address this issue from a techno-centric perspective, embedding research in notions such as smartness or smart tourism destination, a more critical approach is adopted in this study. This is done by confronting existent techno-centric conceptual frameworks with empirical findings regarding the challenges encountered by public and private tourism practitioners involved in the management of the destination Brussels, Belgium. The study results highlight how the challenges posed by digitalization are far from being confined to the field of technology. Indeed, they seem deeply intertwined with structural, economical, social, and environmental issues.

    L’article explore l’activité du manager de proximité (MDP) dans le cadre de la digitalisation danstrois hôtels d’une chaîne hôtelière internationale. La méthodologie permet une analyse del’activité du manager sur deux niveaux :l’activité du MDP dans son rôle de gestionnaire auquotidien en environnement digitalisé et l’activité du MDP dans l’accompagnement d’un projetpilote de digitalisation de l’accueil via le smartphone. L’analyse ergonomique montre un effetcontroversé des technologies avec le renforcement du cadre gestionnaire et du contrôle surl’activité managériale. L’analyse ergonomique est également révélatrice du rôle de régulation duMDP. En contexte de changement du mode d’accueil, les résultats révèlent des tentativesd’« empowerment » du MDP pour rendre acceptable le smartphone par les réceptionnistes àtravers des mises en situations destinées au développement du travail émotionnel desréceptionnistes. Ce cadre gestionnaire n’offre pas la possibilité au MDP d’être en capacité d’agirpour le développement d’un réel pouvoir d’agir des réceptionnistes avec le dispositif. Des pistessont énoncées afin d’envisager une digitalisation source de développement de l’activité. Uned’entre elles repose sur le rapprochement des concepteurs et des usagers :managers,réceptionnistes, revenue manager autour de l’objet de la personnalisation du service.     This article looks at the trend toward digitalisation and how it is affecting natural spaces, especially forests. How have forest sports activities been affected by the deployment of digitalised equipment? Which activities lend themselves to digitalisation and which seem to resist it?This article presents the findings on the levels and forms of the digitalisation of outdoor sports activities. The study focused on what − given the possibilities of geolocation (GPS) − affects or does not affect the socialisation of the forest and the territorialisation of activities.The study area was made up of all the forest areas of the Rouen Normandy metropolis. In addition to field observations (n≈150), the study used mixed methods, combining a quantitative survey by questionnaire (n=332), the collection of digital traces (n≈1000) left by leisure sports practitioners equipped with tracking devices, and a qualitative investigation through semi-structured interviews (n=10).In the first section of this article, the study area, material, and data collection methods are described, as are the two categories of forest leisure sports practitioners distinguished on the basis of their use of digital technology. Second, the article focuses on a particular profile: hyper-practitioners who use digital technology for measurement and for the exploration of the environment. Last, the results are discussed using a typology that crosses the use of digital technology with regard to motor logic and the perceptions of the forest practice space as an environment or a stadium. This last part will be an opportunity to find commonalities between the forest and mountain areas for leisure practices.

    La réforme Copernic de l’administration publique a impliqué l’individualisation, l’évaluation, la digitalisation et la création de structures. Dans le secteur de la justice, les lois dites pot-pourri (tant leurs objets sont variés) ont porté sur ces différents aspects. Leur mise en œuvre s’est effectuée à géométrie variable. À travers l’analyse thématique de 24 entretiens avec des juges de proximité et des chefs de corps, l’article montre que certaines dimensions (digitalisation et création de structures) ont été plus abouties que d’autres (évaluation). La figure du juge demeure fondamentalement individuelle et autonome. La manière dont les juges entendent appliquer les mesures que l’exécutif a pensées dans une logique managériale (New Public Management) les rapproche plutôt d’un État Néo-Wébérien. La tension entre ces deux paradigmes de l’administration publique se révèle à partir de contraintes que vivent les acteurs du judiciaire, dont principalement le manque de ressources humaines et logistiques.

Quelles sont les activités qui se prêtent le plus à la digitalisation et celles qui semblent résister à ces offres ?Cet article propose d’étudier des niveaux et des formes de digitalisation des activités, et d’examiner en particulier ce qui, avec les possibilités de géolocalisation (GPS), affecte ou non la socialisation de la forêt d’une part, la territorialisation des activités d’autre part.Le terrain d’étude est constitué par l’ensemble des massifs forestiers de la Métropole Rouen Normandie.Outre les observations de terrain (N≈150) l’article prend appui sur la méthode mixte qui combinent une enquête quantitative par questionnaire (n=332) ; la collecte de traces numériques (N≈1000) laissées par les pratiquants de loisirs sportifs équipés de dispositifs de traçage et une enquête qualitative par l’intermédiaire d’entretiens semi-directifs (N=10).La première partie de l’article décrit le terrain d’étude, le matériel et les méthodes de recueil employés et distingue deux catégories de pratiquants de loisirs sportifs en forêt en fonction de l’utilisation du numérique. Dans un deuxième temps, l’article se centre sur un profil particulier : des hyper-pratiquants qui utilisent le numérique dans la mesure et dans l’exploration du milieu. Enfin, les résultats obtenus sont discutés à l’aide d’une typologie qui croise l’utilisation du numérique dans la logique motrice et la perception du milieu de l’espace de pratique comme un milieu ou un stade. Cette dernière partie sera l’occasion de faire dialoguer les pratiques de loisirs en forêt et dans les espaces de montagne.

    En gérontologie, les travaux de recherches s’intéressent de près à la question de savoir comment et pourquoi les personnes âgées utilisent ou non les nouvelles technologies. La plupart de ces recherches s’appuient sur une compréhension différenciée de la vieillesse et du vieillissement, mais utilisent un concept restreint des technologies, les réduisant à des artefacts manifestes. Pour élargir cette compréhension des technologies, la gérontologie peut s’inspirer des Science and Technology Studies (STS). L’article examine les approches et perspectives des STS sur la vieillesse, le vieillissement et les technologies, tout en cherchant à montrer leur comptabilité avec la recherche en gérontologie. À partir d’un état de l’art en STS, cet article aborde deux questions. Dans une perspective STS, quels aspects sont abordés dans le domaine thématique « vieillesse, vieillissement et technologies » ? Quelles positions caractérisent une perspective STS sur les technologies, la vieillesse et le vieillissement ? Cette recherche nous montre que les études en STS s’intéressent d’une part aux processus de développement et de conception des nouvelles technologies pour les personnes âgées et d’autre part aux interactions quotidiennes entre les technologies et les personnes âgées. À la lumière de ces résultats, l’article esquisse le champ de la socio-gérontechnologie comme un programme de recherche à l’interface entre les STS et la gérontologie à travers trois thèmes : (1) les matérialités de la vieillesse et du vieillissement qui vont au-delà des technologies innovantes, (2) la relation entre les discours sur la vieillesse et le vieillissement et l’innovation technologique et (3) le pouvoir d’action technologique des personnes âgées. A vast body of gerontological research addresses the questions of how and why older adults use new technologies or not. While the majority of them advocate for a differentiated understanding of age(ing), most are based on a narrow understanding of technology, reducing it to manifest artefacts. To broaden such an understanding, gerontology can learn from science and technology studies (STS). This article discusses STS approaches and perspectives on age(ing) and technologies as well as their compatibility with gerontological research. Based on a state-of-the-art literature in STS, this research overview addresses two questions: which aspects does an STS perspective on age(ing) and technologies emphasize? Which concepts are being used in STS to investigate age(ing) and technologies? Respective research analyzes firstly, how (negative) images of ageing are inscribed into technologies throughout the design and development process and, secondly, the creative everyday interactions between older adults and technologies. In doing so, images of ageing, technological artefacts, developers and older (non)users are equally conceptualized as agential. The paper outlines a socio-gerontechnological research agenda by outlining three thematic areas: (1) materialities of ageing that exceed innovative technology, (2) the relations between images of ageing and technological innovation discourses, and (3) the technological agency of older adults.

    Nous présentons ici un exemple de déclinaison grand public sous forme d’un produit multimédia de la base de données 3D du site de Lascaux établie en premier lieu à fin d’étude et de conservation. Les étapes de la création de ce produit ainsi que les acteurs et les moyens techniques mis en œuvre sont exposés. Ce travail est lié à l’établissement d’un cahier des charges, en amont de la numérisation 3D sur le terrain, émanant des archéologues afin que le budget et le choix des résolutions et définitions soient pris en compte.In this article we present the example of a multimedia product of the Lascaux cave 3D database prepared for presentation to the general public. This database was first established for purposes of study and conservation. The steps undertaken in the creation of the product and the actors and the technical means employed are analysed. The project is designed to underpin the specifications prior to 3D scanning of the site, specifications drawn up by archaeologists to ensure that the project will take into account budgetary considerations and the appropriate choice of resolution and definition.

    Lancée depuis plus de cinquante ans maintenant, la dématérialisation du droit a pour objectif de permettre l’accès du plus grand nombre au droit grâce à une diffusion large des textes. Si cet accès est envisagé pour les humains, il concerne tout autant les machines, les outils algorithmiques dans le champ de la justice reposant sur ces dématérialisations pour consulter en ligne les bases de données et en extraire le contenu. Cruciale donc pour le développement de nouveaux services numériques, la dématérialisation du droit est pourtant loin d’être une simple question technique portant sur l’accès au droit, elle a des conséquences sur le droit lui-même et sur les manières de l’analyser ou de le mobiliser. Launched more than fifty years ago, the dematerialisation of the legal documents aims at providing a large access to legal sources through their digital dissemination. If this access is intended for humans, it also concerns machines, as algorithmic tools in the field of justice rely on these dematerialisations to consult databases online and extract their content. The dematerialisation of legal documents is therefore vital for the development of new digital services. However, this dematerialisation is far from being a simple technical issue concerning access to law. It has consequences on the law it-self but also on the ways of analysing or mobilising it.

    International audience; Depuis une dizaine d’année, la digitalisation est identifiée dans les organisations comme un défi à relever. Souvent générales, les réflexions sur la nécessaire transformation digitale en appellent, dans de nombreux cas, à un remodelage du rapport aux espaces et aux temps. En particulier, l’idée selon laquelle l’un des enjeux centraux consisterait en une « transformation culturelle » est associée par de nombreuses entreprises à des projets de refonte des espaces de travail sur le modèle du flex-office. L’introduction au dossier « Espaces et temps de l’activité à l’ère de la digitalisation » pose le principe qui a fondé ce dossier. Il s’agit d’appréhender ces mutations en s’interrogeant sur la place qu’elles accordent, dans la conception et dans les réalisations pratiques, à l’activité et à ses logiques. Alors que les espaces et le temps sont conçus comme devant aider à opérationnaliser la transformation culturelle, il s’agit de se demander à quels résultats aboutissent des travaux qui insistent sur le fait que les espaces et le temps ne sont pas qu’un arrière-plan neutre de déploiement de l’activité. Les usages ont tout lieu de s’avérer décisifs et les processus d’appropriation d’être les enjeux de la réalisation effective de la transformation digitale.
